Was attending a birthday here and what an amazing place. So many things for the kiddos to do and the staff were beyond fantastic. Our host would always come by to check on us to make sure everything was going well! The facility is clean and well maintained. I will definitely be booking here for my childs party next year. A wonderful day spent!

This place is fantastic. Hareem, the event coordinator was a breeze to work with, extremely helpful and hands on. We had over 30 kids for our party and everything went smooth. I like the fact that there’s a space for kids of all ages, even teens. Big thumbs up!

We had a birthday party for my 1 year old daughter yesterday in Nov 13th, 2020 and it was the best party ever. The host was very helpful and attentive. But the skating ring was the beyond fun. This is the place to come to with your family. There is something for everybody, not too big or too small just right enough to blow off steam.

We went to try the ice skating which isnt real ice but since we were first timers I think this was a good start! The staff was really helpful gave us some great tips on how to skate they seemed like professional skaters.It was a different experience to try we loved it, will definitely be back with our rest of the crew!

This is just super epic, you really have to come, see and try. Synthetic Ice Skating, never skated before when I have lived all my life up north and now I ice skate in Orlando. What a concept. My kids enjoyed to the max. The Snow Globe is such a great idea. All the attractions are very differently conceptualized, and its very interesting.

Plastic does not work like ice. Went here to go ice skating since the ice den at RDV sports plex is closed. We will not be back. I called before we came to find out if the inflatable arena was just for kids and was told adults go in there. There was a childrens play area and a child size bounce house. A tiny little space to do bumper cars (five cars). They also have a few arcade games for quarters. We did not try the escape rooms or vr experiences but if the rest of the place is any indication Im glad I only wasted ten dollars. Very disappointing. I expect this place will go out of business soon.

Saturday nights it is crowded as its supposed to be, adds to the atmosphere. Definitely try the VR escapes, its on another level! Good place to hangout if youre looking to do something indoors.

I’m a party guest but my kids enjoyed the birthday party a lot, however it seemed as if the older ones were having more fun than younger Friendly staff, especially the party host, host assisted us beyond and for sure Im definitely recommending the place for partying.

It was fun! The staff working were really friendly and a huge shout out to the lady there that gave my son tips for learning to skate. Besides that fair prices for ages all around.

Service was extremely slow due to limited staff. Theres not enough stations for the vr escape room. Theres only three, and we had to wait for other people to finish their game.Food was ok. I will not go back, its not worth it. I was not satisfied with the service.

This place is absolutely fantastic. There was another party going on during the same time as ours but party was run efficiently by the staff! All was under control we got the pizzas right on time, the drinks, cake cutting the cool light up tables were set, it all went so smooth.Our host made the entire experience fun for everyone. The kids loved all the activities and interaction and there was not a single dull moment. As parents we got enough time to enjoy and socialize. The best birthday ever! My daughter will remember her 5th birthday for a long time.

This was my first time going there and I did not regret coming. Theres a bunch of fun things to do in just one roof!I really suggest this place for birthday parties, anniversaries or simply just for having a little fun. The costs are not expensive and are relatively good prices. The overall experience was really awesome and I would not hesitate to go back there again.

This place is absolutely terrible! My family and I were taking a vacation and I found this place. I checked out the facebook page and saw all the lights and thought the place looked cool. When we got there it was the total opposite!!! The doors were open because the air was not working. The ice skating area had no lighting. I understood before hand that it wasnt real ice but I was not expecting what it actually was. It was terrible, you could walk on it with shoes no problem. The food area had no lights on, the t.vs were off. The kids play area horrible. This place is completely run down. I asked for a refund and when the kid went to refund my money he actually charged me again!!! He called his manager (Im assuming) and it was like she didnt believe us. She had him buy something with his personal credit card and then try to refund it. He did it and noticed that his receipt said Refund at the top and my said sale! Had to do the refund over. Then he didnt refund for the full amount so he had to do it again. I was on vacation and now out DOUBLE money because of this. I had to file a complaint with my bank for them to investigate this refund! STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!!!

Save your time and money. Funtania looks nothing like the photos on line. It’s in desperate need of renovations. I paid $85 for my 4 grandchildren. However, we were told that half of the Rides/VR wasn’t working. It took the children 15 minutes to finish all the VR/rides. The day we visited, there was only one staff member working. The children stood around a lot waiting for assistance to get on the rides/VR. My grandchildren complained of being hot because Funtania didn’t have air conditioning. I’m visiting my grandchildren from Ohio. I’m very disappointed! Apart from Disney, is this what Orlando has to offer??

My 3 girls loved skating, its their new favorite place. They were very comfortable skating on non real ice! The color scheme was pretty. Workers were friendly and cooperative. It was a well spent family fun on a rainy- winters afternoon.

We did our daughters 10th birthday party here! The activities kept all the children engaged all day! We purchased the unlimited package. The parents raved about the experience too, excited for their children but also very happy to have a full day to socialize and relax. The host did a well done job, very accommodating and pleasant. Service was quick and efficient. Its a new place, with many things to do, lovely and different concept .All in all I couldnt have asked for anything better. I will be recommending this to everyone. Thankyou for a lovely experience!

Fun filled center. They got a skating rink in there! Since its not real ice its an ideal place for any beginner to learn how to skate. Enjoyed!

My 9 year old twins had a good time making a YouTube video here and it was nice. Not sure when it opened, but there was one other family there in the evening time on a weekend. It wouldve been great if the kids had other kids they couldve interacted with, but again maybe it was new. No one I know had heard of it.

My fiance and I are here for our first date night in a long time. We are kids at heart and thought this would be a great time! It didnt disappoint. VR was cool, my fiance loved the synthetic ice skating, and we had a blast in the bounce house! (Yes adults can get it!) We did the $20 unlimited play bands and absolutely loved it! Great for kids at heart or for those who have kids. :)

We were invited to my nephews birthday party here. The kids had an amazing time here. The kids had varies fun to do, they skated, played in the bouncey house, played with the games and a lot more all day long. Got to mention, the staff members were very accomodating, everything went out pretty smooth and efficient for my cousin. She was so happy!! It was a fantastic and memorable experience for my nephew :) . The party host did an excellent job working her way into the fun. Pizza was delicious, we got to know it was fresh from the oven; the best part.Since we had an awesome time here, Im surely looking forward to book my childs birthday here in the near future and will recommend to everyone!

Great! Good value of money for all packages. You can stay oll day skate and do various things, eat pizza and hot wings! Its big, huge and super safe. Staff are very friendly.

Was looking for something fun for my kids (ages 13, 7 and 9 months) to do when we visit Orlando next month. I stumbled across this website and thought it looked like a nice and different place to visit. Even after reading negative reviews, I was willing to give it a try but the more responses from the owner I read, the more appauled I am at the attitude and now I can certainly believe the staff probably has the same snotty attitude because usually employees will act as nasty as their boss to customers because they think if the boss acts that way it is acceptable for them to act the same. No thanks! We will find somewhere else to spend our money.

Fantastic indoor amusement center. It has an indoor playground for young kids and arcade games, skating for adults / teens. Great fun for the whole family!

I was recently at this attraction for a birthday party and let me tell you the disappointment it was. I’m never one to write a poor review however the amount of money that was spent here I feel it only right. We walked in and there seemed to be kids working the counter who did not acknowledge us at all. After there for about 5 minutes we were told by my sister the kids needed wrist bands not even by a member of staff. Kids enjoyed them self for about 20 minutes but like kids they wanted to venture out and see what else Funtania had to offer. Half of the attractions were not working and staff was well aware saying they work when they want to. There seem to be family members of the owner sitting at the tables and not once made any of us feel welcomed. The concession stand was also a joke not having half of the items on the menu and the drinks were all warm. Again, here for a party and not one of the hostess helped set up for the party of made any efforts to see if there was anything they could do to help. Oh and I forgot to mention this is a kids attraction and there is no running a/c unit the whole place was cooled down by ceiling fans. Being in the customer service business your customers are a majority of the business and they sure lack any customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Compared to Orlando Ice Center this rink is like a babys bottom; smooth af! Also you can skate as long as you want and they Zamboni often. Definitely worth the trip from east bay, I just wish they had better membership options but whatever lol.

Awesome!!!.. My kids love it. It was wonderful, I arranged my daughter s birthday here and I bought their party package which includes 25 kids in this package. All the kids were soo happy. They spent a splended time. Staff is great, informative and focused on keeping people safe and having fun. That said, there is enough here to keep you busy for a full day. Lots of fun! :)

UPDATED!! Opened at noon, employee was late then told us we needed to wait another 15 minutes for her to open. She barely spoke English. As people piled up she got more aggravated and came over and told us all we had to wait again. It seemed to be taking forever because she stopped every two seconds to get on her phone. Another employee showed up with an attitude and said they werent open and I said you open at noon and she said well Im running late so were not open. If I hadnt had a Groupon I would have walked back out and never come back. After watching the fiasco that was these two employees running from one attraction to another I realized why they seem distraught. There is NOT ENOUGH HELP. And since management sees these and then gets on to their employees about them this is for you. When you and your family members showed up to help you were rude too! Invest some money and get enough employees to make this place not seem ghetto. I will not be recommending this place and I guarantee it will eventually be another sad attraction that came and went in I drive.

This place is awesome. From ice skating and VR to bumper cars and jumping in a big bounce there is fun to be had for all ages. The food is great and the service is greater. They even have a mini train and obstacle course for the kids.this place is a definite must visit for anyone in the central Florida area looking for a safe and fun time.

I was highly disappointed with this place. I paid over $500 for my kids birthday party. They were not attentive at all, they did not do anything that was included in the birthday package. The souvenir turned out to be a little pin. The employees were rude to my guest when one of them asked about the games they were told you can use them but none of them really work anyways, also one of my guests ordered food and one of the employees kid pulled her food towards her and claimed that it belonged to them. I would never go back to this place or ever recommend anyone to it for a birthday party the amount I paid was not even close to worth it. The website is misleading and honestly would want my money back because of how bad this experience was. I have never had this bad of an experience in my life. I recommend do not book a party with them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying this place is literally the size of a corner store. Not only is it false advertising for kids of all ages its more like a lower class Chuckie Cheese. The place only has about 10 kids in it and it looks full to capacity. For a place this small the workers should be more friendly, they dont even say hello as you walk into the door. Save your money dont make the same mistake I did and embarrass your child in front of his friends while throwing a birthday party here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We celebrated my nieces 8th birthday at this location yesterday 12/18/19 and it was the worst experience ever. The employees were not attentive at all. We had to continuously go to the front desk and ask for the lights to be turned off and the tables to be turned on as advertised. We were basically rushed with our room time- nothing was ready for the party when we arrived the balloons were being blown 45 minutes after we arrived and the balloons looked nothing like what was advertised in on the website. I’m never one to write a poor review however the amount of money that was spent here and the horrible experience this felt like the only option. There was no hostess helping to set up or clean up- as a party we felt like we were not welcomed . We asked for a manager and apparently there was no manager on site. This establishment lacks customer service skills and I will NOT recommend this place to anyone

Well, we tried to do something different and fun with the kids. Unfortunately, it was kinda fun for my daughter which she is 10 yrs old and my 13 yr old son the only thing he was able to do was the bumper cars. It seems definitely they are new, so we would have to wait and come back maybe in a yr. Other than that it was boring and not worth the money.

Loved all the activities that they had available. Ice skating(synthetic ice), bumper cars, jungle gym for kids, a little indoor train station and Virtual Reality room. They do have an area set up for birthday parties, and a place to order food and drinks. However I feel like it was a chaotic disorder, they informed me they had just opened up 2 months ago and are still settling in to the space. I noticed the owner of this location was sitting at one of the tables on his laptop the whole time and didnt seem to have any care for his customers. I feel if you are an owner you would want to network a little with your customers and make them feel welcomed. The staff was very nice though which made me uninterested in the owner being unwelcoming. I think the price is pretty reasonable, we paid $25 per person and included three out of the several activities available on unlimited time. I do think that they should have different prices for kids, as most places do. We will probably go back but a couple months down the road to see if the place has become more organized.

We did our boys birthday party here and there were a ton of stuff for the kids to play on. Ice skating was a whole different and new experience for them. The party hall though... Its not the ordinary party halls at you would see at most places with plain white walls and white tables, the attention to detail was astonishing. The light up balloons we added in our package gave it an extra glow to the party hall. The package we got was for 20 kids, We got pizza, shlushies and other goodies. We added glitter tattoos in our package, the pricing was on point even after the extra add ons we requested last min. The play areas were well maintained and were enjoyed by the adults too. The staff crew were well trained and helpful, they provided excellent service. At the end of the day, our birthday boy had a lot of fun and so did his friends. They thoroughly enjoyed the fun and new experience at Funtania, they never got bored and could have played all day If we had let them. Surely bringing the kids back for their day outs. Great place to have your kids party here; great spot around Idrive!

The website had said they close at 10 for the soft opening and when I arrived there at 8:30 after confirming over the phone that they do in fact close at 10, were vacuuming and mopping the floors with the staff giving me a blank stare. The concession stand was closed and the staff were working on cleaning up and getting out of there. I cant speak on the arcade or VR that is there, but the synthetic ice is pieces of plastic flooring put together. I was disappointed in the experience and was courteous not to go ice skating since they had already mopped the floor leading up to it. I was still curious about the VR and had asked one of the workers there if I could observe the VR room, which they said yes and It did in fact look interesting. But I was told to leave the room shortly after and pay to be in there when I was simply observing what would be worthwhile if I did pay. There were also no other customers there and that shows me that if they were there and enjoyed their time, they would stay til close.Since I cannot reply, I will edit my response.I dont acknowledge that the place was dirty, simply that the entire floor is being mopped and blocked access to many of the locations including the concession stand, which I guess doesnt matter because it appeared closed. You werent cleaning for more customers as the staff was vacuuming and mopping with a bizarre look on their face when we arrived. According to you, why would you clean for more customers if it was 9pm, Thursday a weekday, where you hardly find many people having fun at this time. You were closing up because there was a lack of customers, not to clean a mess or show cleanliness. Many arcade locations and other fun activities are open well past midnight. I can understand you have your own closing time, but no other customer was there an hour and a half before closing.It is also funny to see your staff leave biased review after I leave my own.

There isn’t any ice. This is not Ice skating. I actually tried the hard plastic surface that they use for skating in hopes that it would actually be fun. It’s not, it’s really dangerous. You legitimately can’t skate on that surface, your feet simply slide to the side when you try and kick off. My review is staying here until they change the name on google from “ice” skating to something else. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if you could actually skate but you can’t.

Its a nice really big amusement place. VR, skating, bumpers, and child friendly soft play facility cool mix of things put in a huge place. Staff are lovely so helpful and attentive. Both kids thoroughly enjoyed and letting off steam while mom and dad enjoyed pizza and drinks. The kids were kind of scared to skate as it was their first time but after 5 mins they got the hang out it! Have ended up staying more than two hours with the children enjoying every moment. Will be back soon!With a cosy environment theres everything for th ewhole family.

I do not like companies that are MISLEADING or SWAYING their own ratings. TWO 5 STAR COMMENTERS ARE EMPLOYEES AND LIED IN THEIR OWN REVIEWS...Hareem Idris, an employee posted, “Was at the opening of the ice skating rink, it was a great experience, like real ice just not cold prices are very reasonable! Will be back soon.”And Amna Idris posted, “Glad I made it to the opening! Visiting from Canada with my friends and just googled on our last day of visit and found they had opened up same day, we decided to give it a try, we have been ice skating all our lives and this was just like it. Their page says theyre open till 11 my wife and I showed up at 9 there were 0 people there. We were greeted by employees saying were closed. This isnt real ice by the way. First I really hate giving bad REVEIWS but when there do there really do specially only one star I try my hardest to give more then one star since I have had my own business in the past and know how important it is to give my customers good service also just cause some thing is used world wide duse not meen it is good or works well!! Take medical procedures for example!! But this is not a medical procedures!! this is supposed to be an entertainment center for family and children!! First the owner of this establishment IS RUDE VERY RUDE!! She duse not appceate your business and duse not respect your reviews or care about Wheather you enjoyed your time at her establishment or not and very quick to tell that!! when you try to tell her about the disappointment you have with the ice skating Rink, which is not real ice it is sinthic ice and not skatable on, also the VR Room there are 3 stations but only 2 worked when we were there one was broke we were told but this a new establishment (6 months) also in the VR there is a very small sand box, a gun game which is not included, the large room that has all the game like ( throw basketballs in the hoop and other like arcade games) are not included!! the play area that has the tub with the slide and throw balls in is just that!! McDonalds has a much better play area plus they have an age limit of no child over 11 years old!! Not height or weight like attraction parks have, So if you have a child that is 12 and as small or even smaller then your 11 year old they cant play in there!! limiting there enjoyment!! They have a ride with cars that just go around in very small circular with guns that have red lights!! If you go to the supermarket your child can ride the car or the horses they have when entering or exiting and your child will have more fun!! There is a plastic balloon with some balls in it next to the so called ice skating Rink which is just that, they cant do any thing except sit inside and throw the balls, in the back to the side of the ice skating Rink is a bounce house half filled but my grandchild said it was the only thing they some what enjoyed!! This establishment is boring and you cant ice skate on this synthetic ice your skate always go sideways and the skates are dull, the VR Room sucks my 14 year grandson told me you can down load your own off the net and just get the glasses its better (his friend has his own and he enjoyed that much more!! )The one ride they have that only gose around a small circles the cars sucks the balloon next to the rink is a joke, the bounce house is ok if they would fill it all the way!! Also the car that were next to to skate rink which go on the skate rink was also not useable not included I guess?? not sure why they are there if we cant use them??also the employees and owner followed us around every were we went and was staring at us and talking about us, cause I went and told The owner how disappointed I was with her establishment!! The price is only $10.00 per person seems cheap right?? well not if your paying for four children and you cant use just about every thing there and the kids would have more fun at the play ground at McDonalds!! But yes we stayed there untill they closed even no it was boring, My grandchildren were champs even though it sucked they tryed to make the best out of every thing they could by trying things over and over cause this was a visit with there grandmother who they had not seen in a while an new I was trying to have a good time with them on a fixed income!! I do have to say the employee (woman) that was handing out the skates was very nice to my grandchildren and tried to be very helpful she did not speak English and couldnt understand what we were saying so when my grandson told her about the skates being dull and I asked her for the time she didnt understand us and gave us wrong answears!! To sum it all up I would say the owner need to stop taking corrective criticism personal and fix the problems make this a more enjoyable place or close it!!

Excellent, I liked it. Food good, excellent reception, employees serve well, and lots of food. Lots of toys for the kids. It welcomes both adults and children very well.

Glad I made it to the opening! Visiting from Canada with my friends and just googled on our last day of visit and found they had opened up same day, we decided to give it a try, we have been ice skating all our lives and this was just like it. Great idea team funtania.

Had a great time, we paid $6 on a monday, 8 of us, stayed for approx 4-5 hours. Never ice skated, so staff was very helpful and my kids were skating beautifully by the time we left.
