The arcade is going down fast. The games do not pay out like they once did. I love arcade city, but everything great either gets better or goes down hill. we have one in pigeon forge TN, and it keeps getting better. This one is in a great location and should do the same. Please do not let this arcade fall apart. arcades are a dying breed.

What a great arcade. Made $20 last for much longer than anticipated and won over 1400 tickets which reaped some actual decent prizes. This was our favorite (not pre-planned) part of Orlando. Great staff too! Easy free parking garage, beautiful grounds and no lines... this is a must do Orlando destination when youre not at the big name parks.

Its a bit hidden if you dont know exactly where you are going BUT there are games for all ages and its not too crowded. The prizes are good and the people who work there are nice. The only downside is they dont sell beverages, but you can buy one from somewhere else and bring it in, so its not a big problem. I will definitely be back.

This is a great place to have a good comfy time with the whole family. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer questions if anything goes wrong. My son loves that they have a Mario kart racing game. There is also claw machines that allow for earning tickets. I love that the tickets go onto a play card so that we can come back again and again. The arcade also has a nice selection of prizes. The best part about it is that it is extremely clean.

Very surprised by this arcade. 1st glance it seems kinda small but once you walk in you see the decent amount of games they have. They have the classics like Skee Ball, Basketball and the Crane Games and then they have some new ones like Walking Dead and Doodle Jump! I suggest buying a play card, the more $$ you spend you get $$ Free. We bought $10 play card and got $1 free and that was nice. Games are not too expensive so $11 got us about 20 min and several games a piece. We are 80/90s kids so arcades are a major thing from our past we’re very happy hasn’t disappeared yet!If your in this plaza, by the Orlando I Ride I suggest stopping for this arcade for some good old fashioned FUN!

One of the best arcades we have been to and we are arcade junkies. Great prizes for the kids at great ticket values. The games are affordable to play. Most are $1.00 in credits and give a fair amount of tickets. Very pleased. We have 3 very happy 8-10yr old boys!!!!

Now this my friends is one of the best and funniest arcades in orlando! Take everyone there. Its in a very convenient spot WITH free parking and sealife right next door! Arcade games here are affordable and tickets easy to win(with some skill on a few) spent slot of time here while on my honeymoon.

Very fun unique games. Where else can you play beer pong. They all seem to be quite generous doling out tickets for the prize center. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Highly recommend!

I wish we had a better experience my daughter is only 5 and it was hard for her to win things in the claw machines and she didnt get much from here. We paid more and got almost nothing out of it... probably wont come back here.

This is the best arcade ever. Plenty of things to do .Kids and adults comes and goes .Its not too loud for little ones . Theres also a changing tables in both bathrooms available for them .Drive are free just ask for a cup at the counter. Everything is digital you just need a card arcade card one dollar for 1 game. Your points automatically loaded to your card you can exchange your points to Kita of different items afterwards.

4 out of 5 stars...place is smaller than expected and not as many games. Also, small prize collection. On the positive side, if you are out on a date the bathrooms has mouth wash.

A small location but it has the best games both new & old. My only complaint is the scent machine in the ceiling that automatically sprayed throughout my visit, I am very sensitive to smells & my son has bad allergies. Very cute little place most games are 1$

Never have I been to an arcade where the staff are as friendly and accommodating as they are at this location. The cashier was very patient and helped us get the best deal for the time frame we were trying to stay within. The layout is similar to a Dave and Busters with cards that you load with money. The entrance is a bit tricky to get to so Id suggest parking in the parking garage and walking. The games award a fair amount of tickets in comparison to other places weve been. I highly recommend and personally look forward to going back.

I love this place. I wish we had one in holly mi. I got 5 totos this week from wizard of oz and got 2 really awesome prizes with my tickets.

All the claw games have no grip and no strength to hold the items , the woman in the front kept avoiding the questions I was asking her and denied all the requests of her showing me it’s possible to win , would be a nice place to go if they 1: fixed the claw games and 2: fired that woman as she was rude and arrogant.

Is really small and it can get over pack. But other than that is really cool. Is not expensive like some other places I been in. They also offered you free drinks once you buy a funcard. And it dont have to be 20$ it can be from 1$. How cool is that. Customer service active and friendly. But I do recommend to come here in the morning than at night time because it dose it pack.

This is great for families! It has redemption games, fun cards, tickets to exchange for prizes and mouthwash in the bathrooms.

My son loved it!!! We stayed in Orlando for a week, and him and his big cousin went everyday. It was convenient from our hotel, literally right accross the street. They could walk there. There are also restaurants near by and a green play space which my son also enjoyed with other children.

Had a good time. Wish there were more games though.

Not alot to play in this place...Ive seen more games in a mall arcade...the Mario kart game was pretty cool though...this place is okay...dont go out of your way to go here

One of my favorite arcades to go to! Fun and great prices! And youre surround by everything you may need. Like Walgreens and restaurants.

Very fun place for children but limited. We put $50 on out card which gave us a generous bonus of $15. We were there more than 1 hour and were struggling to spend our money. We were there for our 5 yr old grandson and he was uninterested at the end of the time there.

Nice place to play games, and the staff was really nice.

Tiny. Boring. Expensive. And at least 3 of the maybe 20 machines were broken. Most of the machines in there are awful claw games for prizes you will almost never ever win. At least the skeeball worked.

On vacation and Arcade City is a great place to escape the hot sun for an hour. Great variety of games, ice cold airconditioning, friendly staff and fun prizes. Had a fun experience.

Its a simple and small arcade. Kids 10 and over will get bored fast. A bunch of adults trying to kill time can spend 5 bucks and have fun (air hockey on steroids & basketball shootout).

The bathroom in this place is 5 stars in itself! It has to be one of the coolest bathrooms Ive ever been in. There is a big tv in there just for fun, but they offer complimentary mouth wash! The arcade itself is pretty small, however, the atmosphere is pretty fun. There are a decent amount of games to play and there are tvs around and music playing. Overall a great little place.

Cool little place, and not overly expensive.

The facility is small but the games are awesome and its not crowded. Buy your tickets at the venue or you may have to wait for a manager to show up because other employees arent authorized to validate online purchases.

Arcade city was so much fun! We popped in for a little Ski Ball with my mom on her vacation.

There is many things to do for kids the 7D video games and the ferris wheel

The place is fun for all ages. The employees are polite, helpful, and good at what theyre doing. The 1 bad thing there (not bad enough in my mind to take a star) is that I saw like 3-4 employees standing at the entrance chatting up a storm. 1 machine I played had a broken part on it but I just used a different one and it was fine. Overall the place is fun and enjoyable. Also, Im not from there, but when I went it was awesome.

Enjoyed this small arcade. I only played the Walking dead game which was $1 to play. You must put money on a card that they provide at a kiosk. They dont charge to purchase the card which is cool. They have a ticket system to exchange for prizes which allowed my daughter (7) to buy some Airheads and Nerds. This is a good spot to stay cool and have some inexpensive fun with the family.

A fun place to go, can be a bit pricey. You load a card with money and use it to play the games. There are many places you can earn tickets to trade for prizes. This is in the same complex that the large Icon Orlando wheel is, along with the wax museum and aquarium. It is fun to take a break here, but easy to spend quite a bit of money fast.

Great fun just to get away from the parks for a few hours. Takes as long to pick your prizes as it does to earn the points.

Didnt stay. Not a wide variety of games. Also, there was a strange odor. Went back to the arcade at the resort.

Games are more fore kids, dont think my date enjoyed it much my loss

I thought this would be a fun place to spend time with my family, I was wrong. My dad enjoyed one game there, and he got really good at it. Because he was so good at it, the employees gave him dirty looks and then when he wasn’t looking, they shut it off. They didn’t turn it back on the rest of the time we were there. Then, we moved on to play the claw machines. Every time we played, if we walked away even for a second, the employees opened the machine and placed everything we moved back to where it was, reversing any progress we made. The claw machines are pay-out based rather than skill-based, making it hard to play as is. The prizes are expensive for what they are, 7,500 tickets for a $15 lunch box. Considering we spent $200 there and won, in total, around 13,000 tickets (most off of the game they shut off, halting our fun and ability to gather more tickets), that is a lot to spend on such a cheap prize. I wouldn’t have a problem with the cost of the prizes if the games we enjoyed weren’t shut off on us. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because those bathrooms are really nice, the best I’ve ever seen. The employees weren’t exactly friendly, but man their complimentary mouth wash and TVs in the bathroom was unique. All in all, an okay experience, but there are MUCH better arcades.

The basketball game is a scam. Each basket in starts off as being 2 points each but the hoop doesnt register when they *actually* go in so its rigged.

Great selection of games, reasonably priced aswell. Good prizes when you redeem your points.

This should have been a 4 or 5 star BUT I will explain that. This is a small arcade but it was a nice one. We enjoyed ourselves. The games were fun and most of the employees were attentive and professional. Some people were turned off due to the size but it had a lot of fun games. People were actually able to use the claw machines and win stuff. So, I found the Wizard of Oz game. If you swipe it once you get a 12 tokens to play, if you swipe it 2 you get a bonus. If you swipe up to 5 times you can 75 plays. So this was great for a while. Then the card reader malfunctioned. It took 5 swipes and gave me nothing. So, I had my husband go ask an employee. So, this boy comes over and I explained it to him and he said they can see that the card was swiped and that it took the money and gave me nothing. They cant add the $5 back on your card but they have something they can swipe. Well he swiped it only once and hit the rapid fire using MY plays, I pointed out that we did it 5 times and that it would give us a bonus. He was real snotty and then told me he would come BACK after I was done playing and do it. So he comes back swipes it ONCE only and ONCE again he uses MY plays smirking. I said wait a minute, you need to swipe it 5 times due to the bonus. He was really rude then saying I wanted something for free. That was it. I was like no, we had $5 taken off our card and you have only swiped it twice. Go and get your manager NOW. I am done with you. So the lady who was manager came up and I explained about the swipes. She looks at him and said I told you that you have to swipe it five times back to back for it to read the bonuses. So after she did it properly and he walked away still I asked her to stay. I told her how he implied we were trying to get something for free when he even said it showed our card was charged for 5 plays and got nothing. How he refused to swipe it the 5 times. How after the two times he swiped it that he then kept hitting my plays and was smirking. I told her that he was rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and needs to learn some manners. I thanked her for her help. She was real apologetic. I guess he was taken into the office. It just left an overall sour note on our time there. I would possibly go back and maybe the experience will be completely different. As for this time, it was a failure due to one employee. We left soon after, we just did not feel like staying after we had to deal with such rudeness. The manager though was very understanding and apologetic. The games were fun and we would recommend to try this place out.

Fun for kids of all ages. All the equipment was in excellent working order. Helpful staff at the credit purchasing machine. Not a very big place but everyone really had fun from 2 year old to 4 year old to daddy! Fun that the tickets are auto added to the card. No need to stuff pockets full of paper or use the ticket munchers.

It was a small setting but its alright. Its like a mini arcade. Not super pricey. Good for a moment bot for a day.

Don’t spend your money or time here! Machines are rigged. Claw machines are set so that you pick up the prize and claw opens and drops the prize. Waste of time and money!

We never even stayed because my 10 year old son and I were immediately disappointed when we walked in. Very small. Maybe good for young kids or if you are in the area and have a few minutes to kill. Dont waste your time making a special trip there. I have seen better arcades in hotels.
