Had an awesome time tonight. It was a lot of fun learning some of Orlando’s history and learning how to use the equipment. Christina was very knowledgeable about the area and made the whole experience one to remember. We came down for our honeymoon and made the decision to go on the tour at the last minute and am so glad we did! Next time we’re down we’ll definitely go on the longer tour so we get to see more.

My girlfriend and I took the ghost tour in downtown Orlando. Our guide, Tommy, made the experience wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Was awesome to hear the historical stories. My girlfriend made some new “friends” and I had the most beautiful woman in Orlando hitting on me! A+.

The tour was a lot of fun! We learned a lot of things about Orlandos history that we never knew, and we got some wonderfully creepy ghost activity. We had to cancel and reschedule at the last minute, and Ting was very gracious and happy to work with us. Christina was our guide, and not only was she knowledgeable about the area, the history, and the spirits, she was just a lot of fun to be around. I really felt like she and I were kindred spirits.This was the four-hour tour, and I highly recommend it because there is too much to do for the shorter tours. Youll be able to get food and drink, but keep in mind that theyre not included in the price. That said, they do give you some free gifties at the end.The only negative is subjective because it wont affect everyone. The tour is not handicap accessible. Theres a pretty long walk through downtown, and the buildings we toured were old and didnt have elevators. Otherwise, the whole evening was just amazing. I would definitely do it again, and I would highly recommend it.

It was a true pleasure hosting the American Ghost Adventures group! The staff are professional, kind, and communicative, and very generous to invite the Herlong staff to participate in their activities (very. cool..!!) The folks who attend AGA events are a diverse group of truly great people. Everyone was respectful and easy-going with a genuine curiosity for adventure and interest in history. Excellent first ghost tour experience! My kids, 10 and 12, and I really enjoyed getting to tour some of the old buildings, use the EMF readers, and hear the chilling history. Zane was a great tour guide. He was friendly and fun as well as informative.

On a recent tour, we had so much fun. The guide, Thingh, was knowledgeable and informative. We started our tour and were advised on how to use equipment and given the ability to investigate the areas we were brought to without any real restrictions. The tour is well planned, involves many locations and allows for you to bring equipment or use theirs. I would highly recommend and will most definitely do again! Thank you!

My girlfriend and i did a tour on Friday and we absolutely loved it. We had such a great time listening to the history of downtown Orlando. I recomend this tour. Very professional as well. Ting was awesome as well as was our tour guide Mitchell.

We went on the tour for a unique Sunday Funday event and learned so much about the history of the city from our host throughout the tour! Ting did such a wonderful job accommodating our group of 10 and really went above and beyond!!

I went with my best friend to this place today and it was absolutely amazing! We had an amazing tour guide Christine and we had an absolute blast there was a lot of activity on our investigation we got to talk to Kevin and Aaron and a few more lovely spirits. We will DEFINITELY be coming back soon! Highly recommend if you believe in spirits, even if you don’t and you have an open mind you will start to believe!!!

This was a fun tour and the guides are very friendly. You get to use ghost hunting tools and stuff as part of the regular package. You get to hear ghost stories and experience ghosts.

But seriously, you need to do this!!! I’ve been on many ghost tours and this is by far the best. We did the ultimate experience and it was so worth the extra money to get 4 hours of tour! The first place we went was so spooky because of the things that were happening during the time with the different tools we were using. I’m a person that doesn’t 100% believe so I’ve done all the research on how things can be made to seem like it’s ghost and none of that was happening. The tool that freaked us out the most was the flashlights that we used, we had them all over the place (that we chose) and we were actually getting responses at specified times! It was crazy and so much fun. I recommend anyone to do this tour!!! Thanks so much Mark for the amazing time, I hope you enjoyed the night too!!!

This tour is absolutely amazing! This is a tour like no other, the tour guide Tommy was great! The locations, history, and stories about the city made the tour so much more fun and enjoyable. The experiences along the tour were fantastic and im so excited to take my family and friends on this tour when they come to visit me! 100/10 would recommend to everyone!!!

I toured on Friday the 13th for my bday and we all had a blast (even though some of us were more afraid than others). Christina and Mitchell were amazing and we learned so much about the history in downtown Orlando which was something I was definitely interested in. We did experience some spooky things while on the tour, nothing too spooky but it definitely freaked out some people in the group.Overall, I had a great bday and I’m glad I chose to come to American Ghost Adventures.

We finished our second tour the other night and it was absolutely AMAZING! Weve had a tour with Rachel and Christina and they were both super awesome and made the tour so much fun! Ting is also amazing and so sweet! 100/10 would definitely recommend doing a tour with them!

Over Halloween weekend we participated in the 3-day Highway to Haunts event at the historic (and haunted) Herlong Mansion in Micanopy, Florida. We stayed here about 10 years ago and had experiences so we jumped at the chance to be part of AGAs Halloween weekend investigation.We had such a great time, the Mansion is just lovely and Ting and her investigators were there each step if the way with meet and greets, activities, snacks and of course the investigations! The first night we were in a former Mortuary turned art gallery and the second night we investigated the rooms in the mansion itself. There was a lot of activity over the weekend and we got to use detection equipment weve only seen on paranormal shows. We even caught some evidence on my phone that AGA put up on their FB page!Our room in the pump house was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious! The Herlong Mansion is simply gorgeous and you have to pinch yourself that youre actually staying there. Cant wait for the next event, we will definately be there! Thanks AGA!

I took a tour a few years back with tour guide Brooke! Not only was it a great experience then but it was an experience I have carried with me and remembered years later. THAT is something truly special. I cant wait until things are a bit safer again and we can take another tour. Lots of fun! I went with 3 other friends to the Lakeside Inn, and our tour guide was Christine. She was lovely, and warned us up front that we didnt choose the most exciting location they have to pick from BUT we had some greeeaat activity! She explained some of the history of the place, and gave us a few tools to work with. A rempod (Im assuming thats how you spell it lol), EMF meters, and dowsing rods. 2 hours passed by very quickly!Thanks for the fun!!

By far one of the best tours Ive ever done. It was a ton of fun with our amazing, personality filled and knowledgeable guides Mitchel and Christine. I definitely recommend giving this tour a shot. Its so worth it.

Did a tour back in 2015 at the Plaza Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach Fl.Our tour guide was Kathy and she was awesome, the tour was activity packed with encounters in several locations on the property.We also met with Ting for the last portion of the tour where communication with Penelope and Oliver was made utilizing the chandelier in the main conference room.A friend of ours who worked security at the hotel set up this private tour as he had done a few tours with the group previously.Unfortunately the hotel changed ownership and management a year later and stopped all paranormal investigations.I just recently purchased an K2 EMF meter from the group and received it within three days in perfect condition.I highly recommend American Ghost Adventures to anyone looking to do a ghost tour, you wont regret it.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday with American Ghost Adventures! They were awesome, even set up a private tour for me and my group! My favorite part about ghost tours is investigating and we got to investigate a lot! Our tour guide Christina was super knowledgeable and fun and helped facilitate some cool activities (even got some flashlight play!)

Whoever knew Orlando had such a rich and frankly bizarre history? I learned, I laughed, and although it was a quiet night as far as the spirits were concerned, I still walked away entertained and enriched. I would definitely repeat and recommend! 5 stars all the way!

We enjoyed a wonderful hands-on walking tour with Christina. She was a wonderful guide and host, and everyone (skeptics and believers alike) had a great time. The pace was fine for most mobile folks, but there are ample stairs and some uneven sidewalks. The host likely could adapt if there are mobility issues, but Id contact them first.

Christina was our guide and she was amazing! There were six of us in our family and two more groups of two that came along. We all wanted a more investigative type of tour and she didnt disappoint! We spent a good amout of time inside 2 different locations and stopped a couple places along the way to hear some history of haunted locations. I would recommend this to anyone, believers and skeptics alike.

My group was running late for the tour, being tourists and having trouble with traffic and finding our way there. When we arrived, 15 minutes late, there was an employee waiting at the first spot for us. He caught us up on the rules and took us to meet the group. They did not have to do this, and they did anyway. In my opinion, that is above and beyond. Joshua, the guide who waited for us, said he was on his first day of training. Well, he did a fantastic job, and I wouldnt have thought he was a newbie unless he told us! Overall, a great tour. A fun way to see a little bit of the city. Thank you all so much for being so helpful!

As a first timer in ghost adventures, I enjoyed the experience and learning about Orlandos past in the process. I was able to help Identify a young 11yr old girl spirit named Jane whos mom use to work in the old brothel house. Our tour guide Christina was very knowledgeable about the area and its past residents. She made it a fun experience for myself and the other guests who also included 2 young kids and their parents. Give the tour a chance!

I’ve always been a believer in supernatural but this just reaffirmed it all. Some really cool and genuinely creepy experiences. The back room up in the wedding hall area was very tense and frightening. The guides are informative, funny, and generally just nice to be around. Our guide, Christina, made this an absolutely excellent experience that was well worth the money. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, skeptic or believer. It’s a 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to do it again when I’m back in Orlando!

Tommy was my tour guide and did an excellent job! I went with my girlfriend and her friend for their birthday. I dont believe in ghosts what so ever, but the rest of my group that went did. I still had fun playing with the emf meter, hearing ghost stories, and learning about the history of this part of Orlando.

Our investigation last night at the Waterhouse Museum was just amazing. We learned so much history about this lovely house and had many experiences too. This location is very active and my husband and I even experienced a disembodied voice only 15 minutes after walking in...wow! The Waterhouse truly is a special place. Ting and her staff made everyone feel like a VIPs. Plus part of the proceeds go toward preserving this historic building. We look forward to going on more investigations. Thank you!! 5 stars

Our tour guide, Mark, was very detailed in the history and ghost stories of the places we went to. The tour was enjoyable and spooky. Even after the tour, Mark spoke to our group about other tours and additional spooky stories of the building. I would recommend this tour and I will be exploring the other tours that this company offers.

Could not have been better! Our guide Debbie was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and had a ton of stories. I cannot imagine a better birthday. Simply being in and around the buildings and learning more about them (including all the rumored haunts) was an experience. Add to that all the crazy activity that we had (that helped to validate all the sensitivities I have felt over the years), and it just simply could not have been a better night. The ultimate experience is definitely the way to go. Having the personal touch and our own private guide made the experience much more inviting and friendly! Just fantastic!

Debbie was amazing, easy to get along with, respectful, and has a lot of great stories. It was a great way to spend my wifes birthday!! I had a great 2 hour interactive tour with American Ghost Adventures. Highly recommended! They provide intriguing history, first hand ghost stories, and equipment for ghost hunting.My favorite part of the tour was walking around in the dark on the third floor of a old building that used to be a hotel. Searching for ghosts down.scary long hallways, taking flash pictures...doors everywhere. Boo!!Definitely take this Ghost tour in Downtown Orlando!

I loved this experience. Although we got some activity towards the end, the history itself was amazing. Johnathan our guide was amazing. He was very aware of our surroundings and would handle the awkward homeless situations. He would answer our questions and would let us take time where we felt a stronger pull from ghost activity. He gave us time to finish our drinks. I fully recommend this and even my boyfriend who has a short attention span managed to stay interested and wants to do the ultimate tour. When we come back.

I recently went on an tour with American Ghost Adventures and it was a BLAST!!! They give you your own hand held equipment to make you really apart of the experience. Not only was it spooky and entertaining they also were surprisingly informative about the local history of downtown Orlando. I have lived in the city for the past 5 years and didnt know any of the local urban legends and stories. I will definitely go again and cant wait for their upcoming Dinning With The Departed events.

I have done the downtown tour three times now, and each time was better than the last. I learned so much history about orlando, and the tour guides I had were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I even had a few paranormal experiences. I’ve been on other ghost tours around the country and American Ghost Adventures is absolutely the best I’ve ever been on. Can not praise them enough.

They are amazing the tours are always fun and informative and never staged and the team that works there are great always friendly and happy to answer questions and give plenty of time to do a bit of your own investigating while on the tours we just did the Greenwood Cemetery tour and all I can say is AMAZING Ill definitely be returning for more of their events

Ive been on so many ghost tours and thought I already had a favorite until I went on a tour last night with American Ghost Adventure! it was a fun and very scary experience. What made this tour stand out from the rest was that they give you your own EMF detector and actually take you into the buildings were ghost encounters have been seen, heard and felt. The two ladies who were our tour guides were nice, friendly, talkative and knowledgeable. I recommend AGA and definitely would like to visit again for another tour.

I recently participated in a ghost tour with American Ghost Adventures with my family. From the moment I called to find out information, I was called back immediately by a young woman. She was very enthusiastic and made me feel as though I had made the right decision calling them. I signed up for the tour to appease my wife’s curiosity and have since been convinced there is more out there. From the moment you begin the tour, you are given professional equipment to use, while being toured by a very knowledgeable guide. The kids loved it. We loved it. We will definitely repeat again and recommend it to anyone.

I had a tour last night. I have been to many ghost tours before and this one was the best one yet. Not many ghost tours give you equipment and allow you to actually go inside the places. Most just tell you the history from the outside. This ghost tour had me and my husband on our toes the minute it started. I am from the Savannah Georgia area. This is said to be one of the most haunted cities and still we had way more activity in this tour than any I’ve done in Savannah. I experienced unexplainable things last night. I would 10/10 recommend this tour to anyone who loves a great spook or Is curious about the paranormal!

First and foremost make sure you get Robert as your tour guide! He was amazing! I love history and he really did a fantastic job at delivering the historical backgrounds in a way that was both informative and fun (his puns were one of the highlights). The tour was really a great experience for my first ghost tour and one that I hope to bring/share with others in the future! Robert was super friendly and even went out of his way to wish me a happy birthday by setting up some little decorative touches during some of the investigative parts, this was super sweet! I don’t have enough good things to say it was an amazing time and Robert really was the best!

We had such a great time on our Winter Garden tour on March 30, 2019. We got to do some great behind the scenes investigating, got great stories, got some activity near the train museum, and a lot of haunted history. Our guide Mark (hes a rockstar) was amazing! Can’t wait to do the Garden theatre tour and am seriously considering the Gettysburg adventure! Thank you for a great birthday adventure!

This group is Amazing and I highly recommend them. They give a great history of Orlando. The thing that some people dont understand when writing these reviews, is that no ghost hunter can force a spirit to come out and do things. Thats why they do the history as well. Even on over night investigations I havent had activity sometimes, so people need to understand that. Having the history along with the tours is a blessing because not only do you get a great ghost tour, but you learn a LOT about Orlando! I was just on an overnight investigation (at a different location) last weekend where literally nothing happened that happens sometimes. So again, thats why I love the history, and they state that they are not a haunted house and people dont jump out at you. Thank you guys for being so positive and amazing! I hope people dont listen to the negative ones on here and continue to use this company for tours. Thank you Ting!

My wife and I went on the Orlando Ghost Tour on 11/20 and thoroughly enjoyed it! Ting and Amanda were our guides and we did have a flashlight turn on at the end of an investigation (Bunker Room) at the Great Escape Room location. I have always been sensitive to paranormal stuff and had some confirmation through experiences on the tour. This is one of the best ghost tours my wife and I have done specifically that mini investigations occur. This tour is a must and both me and my wife would highly recommended it!!!!!

I had such an Captivating and enlightening experience while on this tour. Not only did I get to experience communication with the paranormal, but I also got to learn a lot about Orlandos history, and fun facts about the area. What a wonderful experience I had on my tour! Sarah, the guide, knew her stuff and gave us an awesome and informative tour. We learned the unique history behind some of the long-standing buildings and their inhabitants that remain today. We even got to use EMF detectors to read the areas. Have you ever talked to a spirit through a flashlight?! We did!! We also heard whispers, a growl, a door slammed shut, and some guy even had his hair played with!! I highly recommend this tour. Orlando is more than just theme parks...and I will definitely be back for more!!

We had such a fun time! Christina was a wonderful guide. We live 15 minutes from DT and didn’t know all the cool ghost history in our hometown!

Ive lived in Orlando for almost 34 years now. I have never had so much fun on a tour or paid outing. This tour under sells it self. Its not only a ghost tour, but a bar tour, food tour, and fun history tour. I wish I could give this extra stars. If you come to Orlando and dont go on this tour, you have wasted your trip!

I highly recommend this tour! I have been on many ghost tours but have never had the opportunity to search for paranormal activity. This was something new and very fun for me! I also enjoyed learning some history about the downtown Orlando area. Debbie was our tour guide. She was down-to-earth, interesting, kind, and created a great evening for us!

One of the best ghost tours I have been a part of. Mela and Christina were fantastic tour guides. Full of energy and knowledge. Definitely bringing a few more friends for this amazing adventure.

Do not waste your money this tour is an awful scam. This tour is fake and full of stories and chatter about nothing but made up ghost sightings. They even conducted part of the tour in a public bar! This was a completely illegal act for my underage children to be in a bar. In the bar, the guide was pretending to conger up the ghost while a loud TV was playing a college football game and customers were cheering - what a scam! This would be better described as a historic building tour. Lastly, dont take the picture at the start of the tour thats a scam and self-promotion for the company. If you like wasting money this is a great way to do it.P.S. I requested a refund from the owner and was denied. From her tone of greed I was quickly aware of her customer last policy. This negative review was preferred over a refund. Now she will pay 1000 times what that refund would have cost in lost business. That is not only greedy its stupid!

I went on a tour here years ago but never wrote a review. After hearing about the abuse from a disgruntled potential employee I just wanted to officially let everyone know that this tour was absolutely awesome! Seriously don’t listen to those fake 1 star reviews. Go on this tour if you like to be spooked and have a good time. You won’t regret it.

So much fun! Great guide. So knowledgeable and those 2 hours went by fast. Will do again when I visit Orlando.

My fiancé and I went on this tour for date night recently and it was by far the best date night weve ever had! We already had high expectations based on the phenomenal reviews, and we were not disappointed! This tour is perfect for everyone.. believers or nonbelievers. For the non believers: go in with an open mind and you just might leave with a different opinion. We loved the historical aspect of the tour, the guides definitely know their history. Our tour guide was Ting and she was incredible, though Im sure all the other guides are just as great! Its been a few weeks and we still cant stop talking about our experience. Ive already recommended this experience to many people. Cant wait to go again!

I had a great time. Our guide Sarah was very informative and a fun guide. Request Sarah when you go. We went to a lot of places and got to do a lot of interactions and investigation. It was a lot of history and fun.

This experience is amazing! This was our second time with Ting and we went around Mount Dora. Such a cute little town with a lot of history. Ting was so knowledgeable and being able to use equipment to detect energy signatures is awesome. If youre looking for something unlike any other ghost tour youve heard about definitely book a tour!! You wont be disappointed!

An incredible experience. Some real scary stuff that I can’t explain including a door/wall physically slamming (scares the poop out of us) and flashlights turning on and off corresponding to questions. Sarah was an AMAZING tour guide and is a big reason we gave this five stars! Will definitely come back!

American Ghost Adevntures was such an incredible and immersive experience! Our tour guide, Mark shared some much interesting information about Orlando! We learned a quick couple facts while having a fun time! I definitely recommend taking this tour if you want to see a different side of Orlando while seeing all the things Orlando has to offer!

Fantastic tour!! My wife and I recently went on a ghost adventure at the Lakeside Inn, in Mt. Dora, Fl. It was fun, slightly scary, and educational! Our guide, Ting, was awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and had a real passion for her work! Each guest was given an K2 meter to carry with them for the tour. We definitely had some unexplained experiences that gave us fodder for pondering and discussion, and also had a few hair raising moments. We went into several different buildings and rooms, learning a lot about the history of the hotel. Look forward to taking another tour soon!!

I just went on this tour recently with my boyfriend and we had an awesome time! We were super excited to be handed our own EMF meters when we arrived to do our own investigations! Our tour guide Ting was amazing , super friendly , and informative answering my tons of random questions . We got to all experience some paranormal activity in our group as well which was super exciting for me since my boyfriend is a huge skeptic lol. I had no idea the haunting history of my hometown and was definitely a great night out ! Highly recommend!!
