This is a fantastic ride for all ages!! It is slow moving so you get to look around at all the vegetation and fish. You will leave a lot about our planet and sustainable growth of food. Definitely a ride to put on your list for your next visit.

One of the original and much more traditional attractions at EPCOT. This one sticks with the original idea of educating and entertaining. The food court here has healthy choices. If you enjoy the Land ride I would recommend doing the Behind the Seeds tour. A great value and very educational.

We enjoy the Land. There are some top notch rides inside and it has some of the best non-world show case places to dine. We normally go to this location first in Epcot to make sure to ride Soarin before the lines get too long.

The Land is a building complex which represents one part of the Epcot theme park. The land consists of a self service restaurant that serves some good quality food at a reasonable price for a Disney resort. It has a more expensive restaurant where you can meet Chip and Dale, Mickey Mouse and Pluto for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner as part of a character experience. The land has 2 rides the first is Living with The Land which shows how farming techniques can help to prevent environmental issues. This is a boat ride like Its a small world in magic kingdom. Perfect way to sit down and enjoy the ride while staying out of the hot sun. The second ride is Soaring This is a 180 degree screen that replicates flying across various parts of the world with music and unique smells from those areas. You need to get a fast pass for this or you can be waiting up to 50 mins plus. As the day gets later the ride does get less busy. There use to be a third ride but this is vacant. there are rumours of something coming soon!

In this place you can find 2 Rides, Living with the Land and Soarin. 1 Show, The Circle of Life. 1 Restaurant, Garden Grill with Chip and Dale, 1 Fast Food, Sunshine Season. Its a good place where you can relax and enjoy the air conditioning and step away from the heat. One thing, you cant bring the stroller inside the building due to the safety concerned.

Excellent ride..was so impressive that went for it a couple of times. Also wanted to go for the tour which they mentioned but it was 25 dollar per person which I thought was ridiculous, 10 dollars also sounds reasonable..but nothing more. Its one of my personal best places to hang out. Even the cafe served food which was healthier and different.

Definitely under-rated. Soarin was a great addition here. The boat tour is relaxing and educational. There are a few options for dining here. there is a sit-down restaurant with character greetings and there is more of a cafeteria style area for less formal food. Soarin is a fantastic ride just dont have issues with Heights

Lots of good food options, two fantastic rides, and a lovely building. Definitely make sure to include both rides in your trip plans! The Soarin ride makes you feel like you are actually hang-gliding, (for all your senses)! The Living With the Land ride is a slow, tour type of ride that is very informative and interesting, (you get a behind-the-scenes look at Epcot and the environment in general)!

So we have honestly skipped The Land year after year visiting the park of Epcot. But this year we vowed to change things up and see new things as best we could. Well lets just say that we were not disappointed with The Land. The inside food courts and easy access to three attractions was awesome. Though not rating the rides themselves here, the culmination of the rides and how you can jump from one to the other inside a building was cool. Wish we would have explored The Land in previous visits!

This review is for the Behind the Seeds tour. We had Tyler as a tour guide. What a pro! We had such a great time seeing how the Disney goes about their restaurants produce and fish that are grown in-house. So cool to see how they grow everything from the cucumbers of the Yachtsman restaurants salads to the fish in the Fish and Chips you would find in England in Epcot. If you have the time, I would definitely recommend the Behind the Seeds tour.

This is where Soarin is located, one of the best rides in the area! Theres also a ride in the same building that takes you around and you can find out how grows there plants and food. This is one of us underrated rides at Disney its a relaxing ride that is fascinating and shows lots of ways Disney is able to grow of substantial amount of food in a very small place. Most of the food eaten at the restaurant in this building is grown there. This is also a good ride wow you are waiting on your soarin fastpass or if you just want to get out of the heat for a while. We never miss this ride while we are at Epcot

This is a seriously under appreciated attraction. The Land is a boat tour of Disney’s botanical research station and includes exhibits showcasing research on sustainable aquaculture and agriculture - including things like growing melons in desert sands. This exhibit really underpins the vision of Epcot and is a serious must see.

Mi
Review №70

For some reason my elder kids (20 and 18) love the river ride. At one time I thought they were thinking of becoming botanists, but now I am not so sure. The ride is kinda old fashioned but maybe they like the plants at the end? I am not sure.Soarin is also very good, but we dont wait in lines that long so unless we can get FastPasses we usually give it a miss. The food in the food court is OK, but not great. The Garden Terrace restaurant is good and all you can eat but isnt the best restaurant in Epcot. We go fairly often to Epcot, and they always choose this as one of the go to rides.I went on the walking tour when I was their age with my sister and we really enjoyed it. Of course that was over 30 years ago and it was free back then.

Ki
Review №77

The Land is on of the classic Disney World rides thats been there and is part of most of our childhood memories of epcot. You do the big, dramatic rides like Soarin and the Epcot international circuit and then you want a cooler, calmer minute to collect yourself? The Land is your ride. Soothing yet also informative with its history and farming presentations. For Disney adepts, look for hints of Walts past. Landscape and plant people will enjoy looking at the sci fi farm approach and hopefully will investigate some of the ideas behind them. But everyone can enjoy the optimism and positivity. One note. DO supervise children and keep their hands in the ride and out of the water. The ride has a chain drive and a child can get a bad pinch so watch your children so they have the same fond memories going forward.

The Land is a pavilion that houses two world-class rides, two restaurants, and one mediocre show. The pavilion has a lovely exterior and the air conditioned interior helps consolidate your walking (Epcot is a HUGE park) while youre visiting the attractions within. This pavilion feels closest to Epcots original intention for Future World. Dont miss it, or its two rides.
