Main Event was super fun and a great deal on Monday nights! The staff was overall friendly and welcoming however the bartender while playing pool did not attempt to provide service or drinks to us. (We had drinks during the bowling portion of the night.) The lane cleaners for the bowling attraction started prematurely it seemed and was distracting. The alcoholic beverages we had were great and reasonably priced. Bowling was super fun and provided a good atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and very friendly and cooperative staff. Lots and lots of games to be played. They have around 12 bowling lanes on each side . They have billiards and high rope walking. There’s a bar for the adults and a very nice area for eating with plenty of space. It’s mainly for children of up to 16 but us older children ( adults) can DEFINITELY join in on the FUN!

Fun but pricey. The game cards dont last long and the money adds up quick. We havent done the laser tag or bowling, but my son loves the rope course. Its small but fun and it only cost $6 or $7 I think.

Super fun! There are so many things to do here like arcade games, bowling, billiards, and a ropes course! We paid $7.99 (plus fees for shoes which brought it to $13) to play unlimited bowling. We also ordered food from their restaurant which was pretty good! The service was a bit slow at times, but good nonetheless. The food wasn’t too expensive, it was the same price you’d find at a chain restaurant like Chili’s. We didn’t have a chance to get any drinks but they looked pretty tasty. Overall it was a really cool place to hang out with friends!

Birthday PartyThe pizza slices were large. Kids enjoyed the gift bags. It was fun. Only downside was the some of the games were really expensive some kids only play one game.

Our first time here on a cold night in Florida before the movies. Kristina the bar tender was so accommodating and very attentive. I had the artichoke dip which was phenomenal and my husband the Sunny Burger which he gave a 4.5 stars. We will return again.

Main Event was awesome and as a newbie my husband and I had lots of fun. The wristband counter was very simple to understand and the guys that were there last Monday evening at closing time were very friendly and helpful. Bowling was fun Pool was fun and such a great deal on Monday nights! We didnt get great service in the bar/billiards area, or even get talked to but the bowling attendant/service was nice and prompt.

We did my daughter 6th birthday party with 21 kids. I had top notch service. I had two organizers with us the entire time. We had 5 bowling lanes. The guy was remember the kids names. The parents just sat back and watched the kids bowl. Then it was food time. We had a private room with glass door that opened like a garage. Parking was validated. They gave free tickets to all the parents for next time they come back. The arcade credits was 140 credits for 30 dollars I believe and it was perfect. Party was 11:30 ended at 2:10. I suggest coming Back for family day and birthday party. It’s a beautiful venue. Keep up the good work main event.

We tried to book the private area for my daughters birthday & it was completely booked which was disappointing but it was our fault for not planning ahead of time. They still allowed us to bring our own cake, they got us some balloons for small fee, & helped us make it as close to a private party as possible. My daughter had a great time with her friends & the food was decent. We appreciate the effort overall, just wish they had more openings or options. The arcade credits dont last long, before they had a play all day card & that was great. The games arent all that to spend so much money.

Awesome experience with the exception of an issue experienced while splitting a bill in half. Instead of charging half the bill on two debit cards, the full amount was charged on one card in addition to half the bill charged on the other parties debit card.Update - The social media group & the store manager reached out to help ensure the problem was resolved! 5 stars!!!

This place has everything! bowling, pool, extensive arcade, high ropes, more and more; i don’t know how they fit all of it.the place has pretty good food. my only qualm is their pricing. it’s an expensive place but for a night out it is fun!while it is meant for all ages, a good amount of the clientele are young adults so keep that in mind if you’re bringing a young child.definitely one of the best arcades (if not the best) in Orlando. check it out!!

We weren’t planning on being in Orlando but due to a flight reroute we ended up there and decided to let the grandkids runoff some steam at Main Event. My son-in-law is a manager at a location in Texas so we know what to expect and we were not disappointed. Our waiter Brandon did a phenomenal job! He went above and beyond our expectations. The location is convenient and food was good.

Nice place. Beware of the false advertisements on their website. I specifically put in the Orlando location but when I got there they didnt have laser tag. When I asked why the website said they did when clearly they didnt the employee said that it was corporate who did the website. Also, the unlimited bowling, pool, and tight rope isnt really unlimited but again, you wont find that out until you get there and see the paper taped on the front counter. They have 1 hour time slots for bowling. You have to get on the waiting list, then even if youre not finished, your game is stopped. The tight rope only runs one group of 10 people per 45 minutes to 1 hour. Now, the food is good. The employees are nice and the games are fun. I just came with a large group and would have liked to have the correct info when I was looking it up. Plus, I called to ask and no one mentioned the discrepancies between in person and online information.

Perhaps we just happened to hold our party on a bad day for Main Event, but my overall experience was terrible. Despite paying for the party package which include a party host, the person who was supposed to host our party that day called out; so we pretty much didnt have a host. The person who was filling in was overwhelmed and busy attending other tables that it was clear that we were not a priority. No one engaged with us and I was left hosting a party pretty much on my own. Since we had no host, no one at Main Event acknowledged or engaged with the birthday crew. I am extremely disappointed. They were short staffed and the employees were overwhelmed with work. I got through it, but it was by far the worst birthday event experiences I have ever experienced. I am just really disappointed that I spent all that money to receive such terrible service when I know I could have went somewhere else and received top service. Its Orlando, FL - International Drive area for goodness sake, our location options were plenty. I regret choosing Main Event.

Definitely a step up from Chuck E Cheese and great for 9 year olds, but for the value of your money and actual playing time... No go.Not sure how fun it would be when 10 minutes in, youre out of credits and dont have the money to replenish.Id rather spend my money somewhere else than paying $40 dollars to exchange it for a bunch of cheap toys most likely from oriental trading co.

My nephews and I had a blast here! We did the Virtual 3D video game experience vs zombies and it was sick. We had a great time, I-drive prices.

I waited a week to review this place because I was quite upset the day we visited. If I had written the review after lunch and visiting the game sales counter, I would have given it a 1. Thankfully the virtual reality, bowling and bar experiences were excellent so it redeemed the place. If you dont feel like reading this long review, the summary is that you should definitely not eat in the restaurant but that the rest of the facilities were pretty good.I want to preface this review by stating that I worked for Disney and Universal as both a regular employee and low level management-- 4 years experience in entertainment/customer service.We met there with a large group (22) to eat lunch and play games. We were given 1 server, who was one of the most unprofessional servers Ive ever had in my life. We started the experience by being read our drink orders multiple separate times, her walking away and coming back several minutes in between, to make sure she was keeping it all straight. Ive literally *never* complained about the service in a restaurant before -- but I asked the bar for a second server after waiting more than an hour without putting in food orders. I was immediately surrounded by 3 new employees, who took my order and my husbands, but did not take the orders for anyone else at the table. Lunch turned into a 3 hour ordeal. I had to argue with our server that she never gave us the play cards we were charged for (she had already given them to everyone else at our table) and that we wouldnt be paying our check until she did. She also told us several times that she was just yelled at because of us and that it would be really beneficial if we gave her compliments. While I dont think her behavior is justifiable, there was a table of managers sitting near us watching the whole thing unfold, and another manager came over to apologize -- but the service never improved. Shame on management. It was way too many people for 1 server, let alone 1 who was visibly frazzled the moment we sat down. They even gave her another huge table during our second hour. They set her up to fail.Next up -- game sales counter. Several of us wanted to bowl, so we tried to reserve 2 lanes. We were told there was a 2 hour wait and no one wanted to wait that long. (It was now after 3pm when we had arrived at 12, many of us with small children.) My husband and I bought summer passes for us and our son because they covered everything except for arcade games -- ropes course, bowling, billiards, laser tag. The person who sold us the wrist bands never even mentioned that you have to schedule a time to do any of those activities -- so we waited in line at the ropes course and then were told, oh no, sorry -- make an appointment. We had just visited a similar venue where you did not need an appointment for the ropes course after payment so we had no idea. While over by the ropes course, I couldnt help but notice that not a single bowling lane was occupied, moments after being told there was a 2 hour wait. (Pics below)The arcade games were pretty average but all appeared to be in working order. My sister paid for me to do the virtual reality and we had an incredible time! 5 of us played with varying skill levels. The VR attendant was knowledgeable and friendly. Incredible game experience and equipment. We paid for 15 minutes but all said we should have done 30 minutes after.Everyone in our huge party had left at that point so we decided to use up our wrist bands and do the ropes course and bowling before we left. Our bowling attendant was great (we ended up getting appetizers and drinks bc it was now dinner time). The lane worked well and equipment was great. The ropes course was a lot of fun and the guys working it were friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring.If there are managers reading this -- I recommend training the people at your main sales counter to better inform guests of how everything works, and to schedule more than 1 server on weekends.

It is a great place for fun with friends and family. It has great food and you can also bowl and has an arial obstacle course for the kids or adults. The price is pretty decent not too expensive. So if you have a bunch of kids talking about how bored they are this will be the perfect place to take them for a few hours just to get them out the house

Such a fun time. We need one of these places in Cape May NJ. One of the best date nights!

The staff was great! They are attentive, the facility is clean and well laid out. The kids had 30 minutes on the rope course then came back for cake and chicken tenders. The grown ups enjoyed cheese hamburgers.

Cool place with lots of games and activities but the service left a lot to be desired. We ordered dinner at the bowling lanes and got soft drinks but the waiter never came around to provide refills or even ask if we needed any extras. This venue seems to think its okay to replace waiter and waitresses with touch screen kiosks, while expecting customers to tip as if it is a full service venue. Not a fan....

Not really sure how I feel about this place after going from being a fan of dave and busters to now a big fan of andrettis indoor kart park. The place itself was nice but it just seemed to be another D&B knock off. The food was ok but nothing Id want to go back for. The games are all the same price($1.50) with the exception of a few. So I would say this place is a little more expensive than D&B with mediocre food. If youve never been, it doesnt hurt to check it out

The arcade games were fun. However, we sat down and had a meal and the service is what made the experience here so-so. In the middle of the meal towards the end, the server could not get our requests nor our bills together to save her job. ...it was alright; playing games afterwards made it better.

Awesome place came for a company work event. arcade games are epic, food is awesome but the alcoholic drinks are crazy expensive. it was 20$ for a tall crown and pineapple! (2 shots) otherwise I would have given 5 stars. definitely dont drink liquor here unless you have a ton of cash to blow and they are not that strong! and because it was a company event my daughter was really upset she couldnt get any prizes.

Our company had an event here this weekend. The food was great, and although all the servers were amazing, there were two people that really stood out to us for their customer service. Casey and Monica were the best!! Would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a great time, good food and great service! We will definitely be back!

A great entertainment center for any size or type of group. They have arcade games, bowling, ropes course, VR play, pool tables and shuffle board. For food and drinks, they have a restaurant, bar and snack bar. Food and drinks are also available to order at the bowling alley. They offer free parking to anyone that spends $25, be sure to take your parking ticket with you to the Main Event cashier. Ropes course hight restriction is 48 inches. Bowling alley is 6 people per lane.

I was visiting Orlando FL for the week and we decided to go to main event we were having a super good time with bowling and playing arcade games. I was having so much fun that I sat my phone down on a machine to help my nephew once I realized that my phone was missing I instantly began to panic I had everything in my wallet which is attached to my phone case my money debit/credit cards and drivers Ls. An employee stated that he had just turned the phone in and when we retrieved it I had $3 in my wallet which mean someone stole all my money out of my wallet now it was about 1:45am and there was not a lot of people there I went back up to the employee demanding he go get his manager after about 5 minutes he returns and hands me my money back with an attitude as if he didnt just steal from me I was so upset I couldnt even make full sentences to his manager. it is very unfortunate that this occurred and it was at the hands of the employee who stole money from a customers wallet. Because of this event my family and I will never return here and we visit FL 5 to 6 times a year very unfortunate it really ruined what was a great night.

This place is nice. Good food. Great service (probably the best). Management was very helpful and accommodating to our birthday party situation. Video games are pricy. Most of the activities here are for older kids. Kids had a great time.

Horrible service. Yes, it was the day before Thanksgiving, but if youre going to be open, please take care of your customers. This venue is awesome and reasonably priced, but it took an unreasonable amount of time to order drinks and food. And when they messed it up, they didnt show a whole lot of urgency to make it right. Im sure youll have a better experience some other time.

We saw avengers Endgame here and the theater was huge and the seats were so comfortable. This is definitely the place to go see a movie you are really excited about.

The games are more expensive than Dave n Busters, the food service is horrible and management is extremely rude. My husband ordered loaded fries and he received it 25 minutes later. When the manager (whos name is steven) came, my husband tried to explain what he waited and the manager said thats not what I asked you, I asked what did you order. If that is how their manager is no wonder the service is so horrible. Dont come here. Its not worth it.

This is my first time going to this main event with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday party it was so much fun and its filled with lots of things to do to keep you as an adult or your little ones busy will go again

Big arcade, bowling, laser tag, rock climbing, and great staff. Decent food for a bar/arcade setting. Like the other main event locations, its the staff that sets this place apart for me. Theyre always great here and I appreciate that more than most other amenities.

The fries were fresh and very good, we had the wild west burger it was delicious and the drinks were great- me and my gf were celebrating our anniversary. My only criticism is that they did have enough tables/places to put your drink while playing games.

Had a great time here. Some of the physical games failed to play, but the staff was very willing to refund the credits. Drink prices were decent, but the variety leaves a lot to desire; Bud Light audience has quite the variety of equally generic beers.The experience can not be blamed. The staff is awesome, and they jump to every chance to make things better, and fix any problem you have. The only lament I could possibly imagine is the lack of variety of the beers on tap, and the tweaky computers on the games themselves. Otherwise, a great time.

This was our second time at main event and it was a good time once again. The concept of having so many different activities and one venue is absolutely fantastic. Also remember to park in the garage and they will validate your ticket for you so that parking is free. My son particularly love the ropes courses and walking up high near the ceiling. I am too old for that and was afraid when I try to . Lol. The female bartender was very friendly and the Patron shots were very large. The house Margarita was very good and reasonably priced. We bowled there during both visits and we really like their bowling alley. One of the nice things is that you can get a wristband for about 18 bucks and it includes bowling, ropes course, shuffleboard, Arcade play and billiards. On Monday they have a great deal, Monday night madness and it is all you can play for only $10 a person. This is definitely something I would do for my son during the summer as well as the school year because it’s extremely affordable and there are a lot of entertainment choices. If you are going on a Friday or Saturday night I recommend that you go on the website and reserve your bowling lanes otherwise it is a first come first serve basis and the lanes are rented one hour at a time. If you want to finish two games then don’t put more than four or five people on the lane and then you’ll be able to get two games in one hour.In terms of food, I like the chicken wings in my son likes the burger. My friend said that the chicken sandwich he had was pretty tasty as well.

A step above, no head and shoulders above a bowling alley and arcade. The event which caused me to visit was out company Christmas party. Speaking with the organizer, I asked how did he arrive to this venue. He stated; all the venue he contacted, too lengthy to name, and a number of better known franchisees, Main Event was the most helpful and eager to work within our budget. The food was outstanding, I cannot list any detractions. The entree consisted of chicken, pork ribs and Italian sausage rice combination. The ribs fell off the bone, the chicken was tasty and very good quality and the Italian sausage combo was lip smacking. The side dish was macaroni and cheese and some other dish which I cant remember, as the Mac was too good to try the other side dish. A full service bar, for a bowling/arcade center, one would not expect a well stock bar. Orlando not familiar with the drink presbyterian, how a little instruction; near perfection and consistent throughout the night. As part of the package we had 1 hour unlimited access to the arcade games. Once you started the clock tick non-stop. The drawback: Not a bowler and did not bowl a game. The lane was too well oiled. Price to quality, something a little different: a must experience. The kicker: the manager validated our parking. Im certain the tip we left had some encouragement to his largess. I will be going back.

Foods always amazing. And arcades for the kids/adults what a great combo. 2 year coming and its still brilliant nice to see nee games aswell connect 4 basketball was great fun.

Me and my friends drive to Orlando from Tampa on a regular basis just to visit this place and we always have a blast! Great drinks and food, pleasant staff and plenty of fun. Games, bowling, pool and much more. It sits in the heart of International Drive, surrounded by other cool clubs restaurants and fun houses. Main Event is family friendly and a great time at all cost. I love it!

Went on a Sunday and it was awesome. Didnt get to try any food or drinks unfortunately. But the arcade here is every bit as fun as Dave & Busters, but much less busy and the prizes are better. Ill definitely come back to try the Gravity Ropes and Bowling.

Highly disappointed with the Orlando location! I was misled from the website and wasn’t happy when I arrived. Most of the employees were rude at the front counter, and made me feel unwelcomed and made me not wanna ask any questions. I felt like I was being an inconvenience when asking what was included with the everything pass. I’m not trying to say any names but the worker who started with a “C” and ended with an “ooper” that was working at the gravity ropes was super rude to us, and acted like he didn’t wanna be there. I would highly recommend spending your money at wonderworks infront of the “main event”. Never will spend my money there again.

Games choice good services in the restaurant really bad/ food good and fries really good flavor but I really idont know why nobody in the restaurant show to much attention when people seat in the table one waiter pass and she told one second guys then other waiter came to me she bring water with place the order she bring the food and I dont see her anymore o and the place was practically empty

Disappointed for no lazer tag, its advertised online and outside the building and the main reason we came. We took my son and his friend for the day for his birthday and they were so disappointed! Had we known there was no lazer tag, we would have made other plans. The bartender Ruben was awesome :) The games were fun. I rate it 3.5 only for false advertisement.

I am only giving this place 4 out of the 5 stars due to Everytime we go there, we have trouble with the machine where you purchase the gaming cards. No matter which cards we use, it declined them except for one time. I like the bowling area past the bar area. It is nice. We left and had to go to Dave and Busters and had no issue with their gaming card machine.

I normally go here to kill some time before going to the regal movie theater, which is directly above this location. I would suggest signing up with their email list. They give pretty good deals like free arcade play for up to an hour. They also have pool tables, shuffle board, bowling, laser tag, and a ropes course. Their arcade selection is pretty good, and its an all around fun and entertaining place.

Make sure you check to make sure they have the activity such as laser tag and Monday Madness $10.99 only applies to certain activities. The place small like you are walking into a stinky locker room or bad smelling feel. But my son enjoyed himself. Its fun for the whole family.

Went for a company outing and had a blast. The food on our buffet was delicious. For a first time visit I recommend it, especially for a casual gathering with co-workers. There is bowling, billards, shuffleboard, arcade and a full service bar.

The kids and adults had a fun time everytime we went. But the reason I am giving 3 stars is because they dont have any vegan options when I went. The chef was nice and was going to try to make something but they need some vegan options on the menu.

First time in this place and a total disappointment! I went in for my son’s 5th birthday and I am never coming back. They took forever to send a server. They charged 17.99 for a small cheese and cold pizza when the menu said 11.99. We asked for a small pitcher of soda we got 2 charged for 28 dollars. The server didn’t even bother to pass by and ask if we needed anything or if were ok. The lane we were in we had to reset it 20 times and I don’t mean for them to put more time but the actual machine got stuck so many times. We actually timed the person we asked to fix it and they took 45 mins to come by. They didn’t talked clear and the manager giving attitude towards us the whole night. It was the worse night ever. Worse customer service ever. If I could give no stars I would.
