Wish we had gone during a special because the normal bowling prices were expensive!! We were surprised at how not terrible the food was but it was still greasy and salty. It was to the point of feeling sick afterwards.

Great staff. Friendly Servers. Cleaning crew sanitizes between lane uses and current covid social distancing is managed. The bowling system has been updated with new monitors and software to include kid based games. Lanes are usually in decent shape (oil pattern, etc.) Pro shop is well stocked and staff there is very helpful and offer great advice. Burgers and fries are pretty good. Beer selection often includes a couple local micros on tap. Highly recommend!

It was very fun, was shy at 1st but the longer I played the better I got at playing bowling so ima give it a 5 star, there wasnt to many people there was alot of space evry stranger was nice, would go again

Really nice play for a night out with your significant other or even a Christmas party like what we had. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was well kept up and for us the Christmas party food and drinks was plentiful and replaced when empty.

Bowling was fun lanes are good. Bartender was great. Good service was subpar. Ordered food didnt come went to find it it was cold.

Great place to go bowling with family and friends it a 130 min wait on sat cause it be crowed but u can play games here as u wait so when u get ur lane keep for as long as u want to play but it a really nice and fun place to go

So me & my boyfriend usually have a good time bowling here which is the reason why I gave 2 stars. But unfortunately , the service here is literally the WORST we’ve noticed the few times coming here. 10 minutes in and no one ever came to our table to ask if we wanted drinks or anything to eat. Even after several attempts , you go to the bar to ask for drinks & they tell you they will come to you, but funny thing is everyone avoids eye contact with you in order to not serve you. 15 minutes left of our game & NOBODY has even came up to our table even after my boyfriend went up & spoke to someone.But I guess regulars that come here are treated differently vs people who start coming here. We get the feeling that no one really wants to work here.

HUGE PLACE. Clean. Well lit. Nice store and food court. Staff is nice and helpful. Good program for kids. Bought them custom bowling balls for $20 each.They have a ton of games /arcade style to play. Very exciting feel to the place. Clean bathrooms.Would recommend to anyone single or family of tourist.

Great place and awesome coaches. They really care about the kids that go there. Oh oh and dont get me started on the food. Fast and delicious chicken strips with tater tots was perfect compliment to a great day of bowling.

This place is like a second home, and the size of the location makes staying socially distant very doable.

Bowling 3 games really had a great time. I didnt like the fact that are lane was so dark. But maybe thats just the Ambiance of the bowling area. But it was great when we return to Florida I hope to enjoy the experience again. Looks like much fun to be had. I highly recommend to anyone traveling through to stop here and just enjoy.

Fun with the family, Bowling. Sunday afternoons after 6 are ideal, crowd is light. They start the glow in the dark pins from about twilight until. Music volume is a little above average but family friendly. Always have fun here with no worries.

I liked this place because its bigger than other bowling alleys in the area. The atmosphere is nice and family-like, the wings and the pizza were ok, thats the only reason I would give them 4 stars. Its definitely a good place to hang out with friends or just have a good time with the family. There are some games in a different area of the building were kids can spend some coins in.

This is a great place. Bowling, snooker, and other fun games. Prizes are pretty reasonable. The food is also great and the cocktails here are pretty awesome. I highly recommend this place. The location of the place is also good and the complex has a large parking area.

It is a lot of fun here. They have a good selection of games to choose from in the arcade. The bowling alley is good quality. There is a good selection and quality of food. The bar is good. They have pool tables. There are plenty of restrooms available. And the prices are reasonable. I always have a great time when I go here.

Super huge inside! Full bar, restaurant and lane service. Pool tables, arcade, party room and snack bar. Also have vending machines. People at check-in were very helpful and nice. Many specials for different days of week.

Went to a childs birthday here. Good times. Very attentive staff. They made sure food was delivered correctly and handled requests quickly. I would recommend for any birthday party. Not certain why kids love bowling so much... but they sure had a good time.

The bar in this establishment has allowed our group The Orlando Ravens Flock to get together during Ravens games to watch the game and socialize. The servers and other staff, manager included, are on top of their game(no pun intended). This is a group of Baltimore Ravens Fans that now reside in central FL and love to watch their team!The prices are very reasonable and the food is good. I was with another couple this past Sunday and we ordered the Ultimate Pizza and it was really tasty. For sure returning, like tomorrow!

Great place for get togethers

What an absolute joke of a bowling alley. Ive given this place three chances. The first time I had held the tournament at their bowling center and everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. In order to run my tournament I need Wi-Fi. Boardwalk was unable to provide that and said they were having issues with the Wi-Fi for a while. This problem put me in a bad predicament with my bowlers. A few months later I decided to give Boardwalk a second chance, not only did they not have the internet problem fixed, bu I had nothing but complaints from bowlers because they kept 5 the music on for our side of the bowling alley that we reserved. Constant problems to say the least. Today I decided to go in as an actual bowler to get some practice. Drove 2 hours and only threw 20 shots. I got moved from the original lane that I was on after 12 shots, the machine had malfunctioned 3x. They moved me 2 lanes down, where I had thrown 8 shots before having a different issue with the machine. Decided that I wasnt going to waste my time anymore with this place, not to mention when I packed up my spare ball there was a nice gouge in it. Wont be back ever again

A group of friends and I have been coming here weekly for nearly a year now. The staff is always anxious to help. The lanes are always clean and they are very quick to address problems should they arise. The food is pretty good and usually comes out quickly. The bathrooms are consistently clean, and the house bowling balls are in decent shape. There really isnt much more that you can ask for from a bowling alley.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. The arcade section is pretty small and more than few of the games werent working but we still had a great time between bowling and billiards. The machine for the card didnt work with a card but the cash loading worked fine for us.

Super fun experience, theyve set up hand sanitizer dispensers all over the place and social distancing by blocking off every other lane so theres a place in between

Its okay. Their prices have gone up. They used to do pitchers of soda and water. And better package deals. Not anymore. They give soda in cups with lids now and then you gotta wait forever to get a refill.

This place is great they have a lot of things to do from pool tables to of course bowling and arcade games. It can get a little bit expensive if youre planning on doing some drinking and eating but is definitely very fun.

Boardwalk is the best place to bowl at period! There is no comparison, they have a ton of lanes and a whole lot of arcade games as well. The food is pretty good and the staff are usually very receptive and on top of their game.

I would like to recognized the bombs that’s always shines in this place! The (bartenders) gorgeous lady and the gentleman who runs the bar like no tomorrow! Amazing! You guys were awesome as always! This is the best bowling alley I ever been to. The staff is very welcoming and if you need help they are always there to give you a hand. The only thing I wish was different was the food. If they do better on the food they will be 5 stars to me.

Its fun but I did not get to bowl because of the amount of people and I was very bored they said we had to wait an hour and we have been here for 2 almost 3 and we still have not started to bowl

We had our company Christmas Party here. It was a great value for the time spent. The atmosphere here is very upbeat and festive. There is a separate bar with a billiards room. This was closed when we got there (4pm on a Saturday). I believe they were setting up for a comedy show. There is also a huge arcade area.My only complaint was there was no food or drink service for our party. We had to walk quite a distance to get drinks. Try carrying five drinks from one end of the building to the other. The food and bathrooms were convenient. It still would have been nice to have a server so that we could focus on our group. If you are going to expect a tip on the bill then you should provide table service and not walk up service.Please dont let the lack of table service deter you from visiting here. Overall this place is great! We would definitely come back. We are not avid bowlers but this is a great place to do something different.

Love this place! Any time we going bowling this is the place.The only thing was my son needed the bumpers and it took them 30mins to fix it which cut into our time.

I guess if I were to have to leave a comment or two about Boardwalk I dont think that it would be very pleasant comments. You spend a lot of money to come here each week to bowl and you expect a certain level of things to be provided when you spend that much money. The air is constantly not working or it seems they do not have it running at a temperature that can make it comfortable for people in the establishment. I think if you look up at the ceiling and see a great deal of water stains on the tiles someone would think that you would spend a little bit of money to upgrade but it seems as though the care for their business is just not there anymore.

Amazing Date nightFun night with several things to do. When we got to the place we were hungry so we decided to order a large pizza. We arrived to the concession and Benjamin greeted us, excellent customer service with a smile on his face. we were actually surprised that the pizza was very good and then we went to do some bowling. Music was very modern and at a fair volume. We must repeat this.

I would suggest the music to be a little more versatile and not set to primarily one genre. Recommend? Yes. Watch what time you go though - the earlier, the better. As we were leaving at 10:30 p.m., a couple of large, rowdy groups were coming in.

My First time here and I loved it so much theres so much to say I dont know how to start, it was an awesome experience Ill say that, Getting together with my Family that I havent seen in 2 years was the joy to us my husband and kids so we decided to meet each other in this place to try it out and I dont regret it not one bit Thanks to all. Was nice..but so hard to find a ball that truly works ok... either my finger gets stuck or I lob a ball backwards. The guy at the desk was super nice and helpful but had a hard time getting the lane to turn on. Eventually he got it and we had a great time. $22 bucks for 2 games and shoes..not so bad for a rainy summer afternoon. Plan on going back.

I had a great time visiting this bowling alley with Special Olympics this bowling alley is huge and is one of the best Bowling alleys I have ever visited I will definetly come back next time I am in Orlando for another visit.

Wouldnt waste my time here . Over priced cant here any music the screens dont work. Aloma bowl is down the road is wayy better! Checked this place out because the other place had a wait. Extremely disappointed.

Good bowling, wish they had better deals for regular customers. Also, lanes end up over-oiled and make for harder ball control, My least favorite lanes of the Aloma bowl group. But good food, drinks and games.

From the moment I walked in the doors I was shocked. I’ve never been in a bowling alley that had a full arcade, snack bar, and a billiard. I definitely enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back!
