Pool is clean and looks to be well maintained. The kids playground though could use a update...as its definitely shows it age.

My brother lives in this neighborhood and Ive brought my 2 year old son and 3 year old niece to the playground a few times over the past 2 years. Its a nice walk from his house, although mostly sun and a bit hot depending on the time of year. The playground equipment is a little beat up and mot maintained as much as Id expect for a place with a HOA. But its fenced in and a decent size with swings and a picnic bench. Plus a few trees for shade. I havent been to the pool but it looks great and well maintained. We like to walk around to the water and see the birds and the pathways and grass are well maintained.

Love this place

The pool is excellent. Its huge and has a great slide. My family and friends always have a great time there. They do a great job keeping it clean. There are organizations offering swimming lessons that use the pool. There is a community center there where you can use the room there for a low price.

Not really safe environment if youre young couple or A young lady walking by yourself, Walkway lighting and a police call back Box would help out a lot

The slide is amazing and the pool is fun to swim in for falcon trace members

Although it is a nice place, the basketball courts are always filled with teens which are not from the Falcon Trace community. The pool area is always well kept though.

The park was alright all the equipment was old and rusted and some of the equipment didnt work to good due to this bad condition.
