Overall a great experience with this place. Friendly staff very helpful. However I think this place should limit the capacity. There was no social distancing and I wish there would be a better covid Precaution. The place was super busy and we had lot of fun.

Friendly staff, we had a great time. The only thing I didn’t like was that they make you buy THEIR socks, you can’t bring grip socks that you already have in your home. That’s an extra $3 per person! My family is of 7!! For the rest, I liked it and the kids enjoyed it as well!

Just visited for the second time. Both visits where for a birthday party. The first time they where not so strict about the mask. The second time.... This last time.. NO! You do not tell children who are only 4 years old to keep there mask over there face. They cannot breathe!!Plus if you wanna add more time to a wrist band there should be an easier option than waiting in the long line again.Other than the mask being a huge problem especially with kids. The place is allot of fun. But if you do not want someone telling you to pull your mask up over your nose the whole time I would avoid this place. I would rather have fun outdoors with NO mask! We are all living together on the same planet. Why live life hiding behind a mask?

Overall, it was a fast efficient experience. There were protocols in place such as face masks required, hand sanitizer being available and staff cleaning certain high tough areas. However there were no true 6ft apart being followed between groups. The actual activities were enjoyed by my group. We had children 5-14 in our group and there was something for everyone. Overall it was a good experience and we would go again..

It was great my grandkids enjoyed themselves. Even with the social distancing and other precautions. Fun and friendly staff .

They enforced all policies fairly. Kept sanitizing all equipment, seats, and rails. They have vending machines but .are sure that you feed the kids before going. Great price and lots of fun! I will definitely go back when Im in Orlando!

Came for a birthday party. No where as crowded as a normal Saturday would be. Lots of space to distance and sit. Crew was real good about making sure masks were worn.

They have a nice facility and theres a lot things the kids can do around the facility. I wad amazed by how big it was inside. My son enjoyed himself and wants to come back again next weekend.

I bring my boys here and LOVE IT! It’s affordable, convenient, super respectful, and their has always been enough employees. I really trust that my boys are safe and in good hands. No complaints here. I highly recommend this place for all parents!

I loved this place until I had to cancel a birthday party because of covid no one was going to come and I still have yet to receive the refund and the staff is so unhelpful and rude. No one wants to fix this issue and I’m out money. If it were them they’d be upset too I haven’t cursed or yelled or anything I just want my money back I did it before the 2 weeks they gave me a transaction number told me to call my bank(today after this has been going on since October) and the bank can’t look up that number and now I’m still at a stand still SO FRUSTRATING

The establishment is clean and they are taking major measures during pandemic. Temperature checks at entrance and they are ensuring everyone wears a mask at all times. The staff is helpful and accommodating!

Plenty of fun and engaging obstacles. Great way to get kids, teens and spouses out of the house and active. Staff was great. Way more fun than a trip to the gym.

They should sanitize more like wipe down lockers , keep everything nice and clean , overall fun experience

I’m super disheartened by the discrimination at this specific location. Black people be aware! They are very unkind and treat you poorly. They will only service their white counterparts properly. They need further training and empathy. My son has a membership here because his dad takes him here, and he really enjoys it. I personally endured the worst treatment in the years of going any place. It had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I am going to contact corporate and the news about this incident. The assistant general manager, Luke, handled this situation poorly and continued to discriminate. Then there was another gentleman who started attacking me for no reason and called me “you people”, referring to black people. I’m disgusted.

Definitely the best trampoline place in central Florida by a long shot. Really good facility. The ceilings are really low so if you’re going to be doing anything crazy (Only if you’re like a full on gymnast like my friend I went with) it’s not the perfect place. The employees are Nice and the trampolines and other things are periodically sanitized. They enforce mask wearing and take COVID seriously. I’ve been a few times and will keep coming back.

This was my first time at the Defy Orlando. And I must say, it was amazing. So much nicer and cleaner than other tramp parks I have been to. The variety of activities was a great surprise as well. I will definitely be going back.

Its great because adults can have a blast too. Only down side is there is no food served.. Was hoping to get their meal out the way as well but there are places to eat when you step outside. They do have vending machines though. Great customer service and clean.

Decided to finally use my groupon and took my 3 year old daughter and 16 year niece. We had a awesome time running from obstacle to obstacle. I thought that we would need the full 90 minutes but at the hour mark my little baby was ready to go. Thanks Defy for a awesome workout and fun time for the kids.

The staff very friendly, the place is amazing for the kids from all ages. The staff is taking all the security measures to keep all the costumers safe. They are cleaning all the time, every time that a kid finish to play they are cleaning.

Defy has always been a place my kids enjoy! Today though it was bursting at the seams with kids and parents! My boys enjoyed themselves as they jumped to their hearts content! A wonderful time was had by all!

The kids had fun so did we. Went on a Sunday for the first hour. But then all of a sudden way to many little children were everywhere. Wouldnt be so bad if their parents were making sure they werent jumping underneath other people.

Great Experience with the family. Being the fact that the Pandemic took the world over they managed to have this pñace very well kept and organized. Hooe they keep it like that being the fact the neighborhood is a mixed neighborhood where a few streets makes a difference on appearance. Hopefully they keep up the great work and dont let the neighborhood determine the business..

I had a great time! Came in for a birthday party and I ended up buying some time to fly for me too. My kids live it and we will definitely be coming back. If you are having a party here, bring a bluetoothspeaker or something to play music with in the birthdayday rooms.

Just recently had my birthday party at Defy Orlando and it was a blast! I definitely recommend doing the party package they keep it simple and communicate with you the whole time. Our party host was awesome thank you Ryan, they are also following the guide lines for covid. Things were being wiped down constantly and face mask are being worn, and sanitary stations all around. Thank you guys again!

Great place to tire the kids out. Good music. Plenty of seating for the parents observing.

An over abundance of people. Too crowded. No cleaning of the equipment. The people were nice. But the facility was alot smaller compared to other Jump places. The amount of people in the jump zone made it nearly impossible to enjoy. A lot of rude children. We only stayed for about 20 minutes because it wasnt worth it. Also Having to wear a mask was Asinine. Due the fact you’re running around jumping and can’t breath. Many time I slide my mask down to get fresh air and the employees told me to put it back up.

This place was awesome, the staff was friendly and the facility was clean. My only complaint is there was not a place to buy drinks or snacks other than the vending machine. I would definitely recommend and will be returning !

CHILD WAS PUNCHEDMy wife and three children joined me at a child’s birthday party here. I will say that we all had a fun time. We even remarked that there was more to do at this place than others we had visited. However, our evening ended very poorly when our son’s friend was punched in the stomach by another child. I saw it happen.First, the boy was rude to me and would not take me to his mother to discuss this. He then ran away from me when I tried to insist. Next, the employees in the area asked me to be calm and consider leaving just leaving, because it was near closing time. Then, a person identified as a manager (but who I later found wasn’t) said they would handle it and asked me to give space - which I did... but I saw how they “handled it”. The boy went to sit by his mother for 2 minutes, and then he was back in the playing area again!After all this, I told another person at the front desk that this was not handled properly at all and that I was very dissatisfied with the situation. They offered me some free passes - but I explained that was not what I was after and that they should have taken the boy out of the play area for the day.So, if you take your child here - watch them closely and be ready to see them doubled-over from a punch in the tummy... then watch the boy go continue to play. What a terrible way to end our evening...

It was my first time along with my friend. It was a great time , a stress reliever. Some areas were in maintenance or out of order. Overall a great place to have fun and hang with friends.

Defy is running a criminal operation stealing our money. We cancelled our kids membership when the pandemic hit in March and have been struggling since then to stop the auto draft payments. Most recently, on August 25, I talked with multiple people, sent emails and tried for the third time to get the payments stopped. Today, we got billed again. My kids loved going there, but any thought of renewing their memberships when its safe to return has evaporated as a result of their abusive and dishonest business practices. This is an MBA lesson in how not to run a business and Defys owners will no doubt wonder why they failed while sitting in bankruptcy court.

The kids really enjoyed themselves. They jumped and flipped the entire time. The staff was on top of cleaning and made sure everyone kept their on.

The staff is really nice and they ensure the safety of everyone around. I love how they sanitize nonstop especially during this crazy pandemic with Covid-19. They literally had a people spraying cleaning after each use of equipment. Mask were required despite Florida now being an open state. We recently visited a Skyzone and it was free for all. No mask and people jumping EVERYWHERE. Capacity was to the max. we felt really good about Defy gravity. They checked temps at the door and had sanitation stations. We ended up getting a membership because we loved it so much ️

I really enjoyed DEFY as this was my first time. I went with my wife & daughter for my niece’s 7th bday party! It was a great experience & I will definitely go again.

We had a wonderful time. However, there were no hand sanitizer stations and I never saw any employee doing any cleaning. We arrived right before they opened but it was very crowded when we left.

This location here in orlando is absolutely terrible. The staff are all over the place and i just paid for a family of 5 and nothing was working at this location. Half the activities are out of order. They should have at least told me before paying that the games were out of order. Not fair and not worth it. I will try to Lakeland location because last week there was good.

Really beat up location. Could improve the equipment and maintain it. Some of the round jumping ball were flat and some of the air floor that you run was also flat. To buy water the attendant told me that machine only takes card above above$6 like is normal thing. Cash dont take $5 bill. No signs. No water fountain due to Covid but no signs. Cant wear your own socks. Whole place needs to be dusted clean and painted. Owners probably dont care.

The worst jumping place we have ever experienced. They also require everyone 2 and up to wear must while jumping and if your mask slides on your nose while jumping on moving about they are at your side to sternly make you reposition it. This policy was not even in place until Florida went into the 3rd phase of reopening. They also expect $7 for a pair of socks. In addition the facility itself did not have many amenities most jump places do. I know they are probably going to response with some response to review but just save it, there is nothing anyone at this place can say to me to save face. The GM was present today, and it speaks volumes. Poor leadership is certainly the problem.

Booked a mega vip party here never received the passes called and emailed letting them know and good old Luke rudely said I couldn’t receive them and argued with me about it! I have it all recorded long story short it ain’t worth the money nor is it worth the terrible service provided! There was another woman who also had an issue with her same day party as well! It was very unorganized and ghetto!

Just visited today for the first time and it will be my LAST! We booked a party room for 5pm and when we got there we were told that the room is not available because they overbooked. We waited being that we had over 20 children that RSVP’d... we got a room at 7pm, 2 hours after our reserved time, needless to say we were frustrated! Both vending machines were out of order so we couldn’t even offer drinks to the children while they waited. This was an overall horrible experience and I will never visit this establishment again.

Had a blast just by observing the crowd everyone was enjoying themselves definitely worth it for everyone any ages. All activities is like a work out session but fun to do.

This place requires masks at all times even while exercising even though the Orange County order says it’s not required if exercising. So this place does not work for us due to medical needs. It is dangerous to exercise while wearing a mask with no exemption for people with medical conditions.

We really enjoyed the facilities, as they had a lot of activities that sure honor their name. Although most people were using their masks, I did notice some (children, teens, and adults) not wearing them. Staff should be enforcing the use of masks more consistently. Other than that, we loved it.

Kids loved it. Good place for exercise. We ran out of our hrs but let let us hang out a little bit extra.

Super fun!!! This place was awesome, it has a challenging obstacle course, a basketball hoop to dunk on with trampoline, different types of trampolines, trampoline dodge ball, usually zipline (closed because of covid), and more. I wish it was a little cheaper (24$ for 1:30 hours).If you are very scared of Covid-19 I would not recommend coming here, because even with masks it is impossible to sanitize everything. Overall this was a fun trip! I also did a front flip finally.

Great fun for kids. Nice couches in observation area. Its nice that there are only 2 exit points from the active area and parents can view both exits from the observation area. You can release the kids and relax about where they are at. Lost one star because its too pricey per hour. Sometimes they have a groupon deal that helps.

Luke, the manager at Defy on West Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida, was such an AMAZING help for my family today. I purchased the all you can jump package for my two girls (ages 4 & 5 years old) last month but never got a chance to use it. I wanted to save it for my daughters birthday which is tomorrow (Monday, October 26th) and I realized the cards we had for the passes stated that it expired on Friday, October 24th. Today is Sunday and I was devastated that we weren’t going to be able to go as a treat for my soon to be 6 year old.Luke made our day spectacular by accommodating our girls to be able to jump today (Sunday October 25th) for free and just for the day.I was so, so grateful and my girls had an amazing time.He really made our weekend and because of his help I will always be a loyal Defy customer.The experience at Defy and the staff are excellent!

First time here being invited for a 10 year old baby girl and my 6 and 15 years old had a great time along with my wife and my self which means that this place is perfect for all family members from all different ages . Prices are reasonable and the place is a lot of fun . I have never seen so many active kids in one place , unlike the parks where you walk and ride, kids here truly move and run around to get all this energy out of their system. It reminds me when I was a kid my self .

This place is awesome! Its big and has a good variety of activities the kids can do not just jump. My kids really enjoyed it. It was busy but no overly packed. I did everything online so all I had to do was check-in and the kids got to jump away. I honestly like this place better than others we have visited. Give it a try it will not disappoint. They do not sell food, they do have a few vending machines for drinks.

Myself, my girlfriend and our friends definitely had fun while we were here. However, I noticed social distancing is completely ignored, they don’t sanitize a single thing at all, and the foam pit smelled like straight up sweat. Honestly I know coming here during a pandemic wasn’t the smartest idea but we wanted to give it a shot, but this place is nasty. No cleaning or maintenance of the place at all for the safety of guest aside for the joke of a rule to wear mask, what’s the point if we’re touching stuff constantly and throwing our bodies in foam pits we’ve all sweated in.

Took my son and his grandpa out tonight. We all had a blast! Social distancing and cleaning was in effect! Masks were worn at all times.

Don’t like the fact that I MUST buy the socks because of insurance safety (pretty sure they are made in China), I think is BS (business strategy) to get more money out of customers, they check temperature for “Cov-19” at the entrance without respecting customer tolerance (Meaning this can be check on your neck or arm, not necessary on your forehead), and if you are disagree, they just said is business regulations and you can go (guy at the front door is VERY RUDE), but the place is PACK, with not “SOCIAL DISTANCE”. Everything inside related like I said before is all business related. Water bottle at $5.00......!!!! You guys are stilling money from people, and more in this time we are living.

This place is fun and clean! Enough variety of activities available to all ages. My boys (11 and 4) always enjoy going for an hour or two. Perfect for kids who have plenty of energy to discharge . Side note: Their covid-19 cleaning policy is pretty good. They clean very regularly and has a limited capacity to easily adhere with social distancing.

It was ALRIGHT. Its what you make it but Its always room for improvement. The staff is not friendly and unprofessional, wait time to get in was extremely long and alot of the jump activities were out of order.

Our group had a great time at Defy cleanliness was up to par, staff were pleasant and diligent in sanitizing seats, rails, and pretty much anything that hands touch. My only issue was that the vending machine overcharged me for beverage I never bought or drank. I only received 3 Dasani bottle waters for a total of $6 and $15 was charged to my card. I understand discontinuing use of water fountain, but charging my card for drinks I didn’t even receive is a problem.

I’ve always loved coming to this trampoline park I’ve been going for years now. Just recently during the COVID-19 times I decided to go and experience it. For one there is no social distancing at all everyone is right on top of everyone. They have no capacity limit so they have jam packed the place. I used to be able to switch out my sky zone or airheads socks for free now they have stopped that forcing me to buy a new pair. I rather lose money from the tickets I bought then stay there and try to find something good my time there. I think they used to care about their customers helping us out making efforts of conversations and that has all gone out the window with my more recent visit.

As a former trampoline gymnast and current circus acrobat, I can easily say this place is pretty awesome!! Not only was everything bouncier than many other trampoline parks Ive been to, they had a ton of other different things to explore. Unfortunately because of the pandemic the foam pit activities are off limits right now, but thats not their fault at all. I highly recommend this place!!

Defy Orlando is a fantastic place to have fun at any age. A very fun, organized, safe place with attentive staff.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We came several times last year on an excellent discounted homeschool pass and my kids loved it. We signed up again for the school discount this year. With CoVID, I called before signing up because I couldn’t imagine they’d make jumpers wear masks while jumping but I wanted to be sure before signing up for a 10 month commitment. We went two weeks ago and observers were required to wear masks but jumpers were not. That was fine. Today we went again and new signs were up and employees were enforcing that jumpers had to wear masks at all times! When I informed them my kids were asthmatics and can not wear masks during physical activity and that I was given different information when I signed up, the manager refused to make any concessions stating only that “policies have changed” and “there are no refunds” and anyone without a mask couldn’t jump. If a policy changes that would affect the decision of someone with medical reason to not be able to participate in a sport, that reason should be disclosed prior to the contract beginning. I will add that the mask policy is outrageous specially given that there were literally only 6 people jumping in the entire facility (our pass only allows us to go on weekdays while kids are in school, so there’s rarely more that 6-10 kids there at a time) four of which were my kids and their friend. These policies really need to come with some adjustable specifications. We were completely able to social distance without “endangering” anyone else without masks. Also, every mask ordinance has been set in place to give exemption to those who are participating in exercise or physical activities - gyms don’t require them while exercising- it is illogical and impractical to require kids with higher heart rates and respirations to jump for hours with their mouths and noses covered and it experience physical discomfort. The idiocy with which these decisions are contrived in the back offices somewhere baffles, astounds and saddens me as I now have take away a favorite activity from my kids and fight for my money back.

Very impressed with Defy’s covid-19 protocols. There wasn’t too many people, sanitation stations everywhere and 100% mask required.
