The customer service was horrible this morning around 8am. The lady in the front desk was rude and had an attitude. All I wanted to do is replace my membership card. I understand the gym was closed due to a state of emergency, but I was not trying to use the gym. I went Barnett first, but their machine was broken. They told me to go to silver star, where I was denied to replace my card. People are doing the most right now, because of this virus. All I wanted was to replace my membership card. Im going to wait until Barnett fix their machine.

The customer service is lacking. Everyone seems to have an attitude. In an effort to prevent the back and forth between civilians and staff members more professionalism is necessary. A few long-time staff members have also been redirected which makes things a bit harder. The facility always seems clean and the programs are enjoyable for the children.

Very clean with a lot of things to do, but staff can use a refresher course on customer service. Even though the previous comment does not reflect all the the staff, but unfortunately one bad reflects on all.

Very nice facility for this tournament. It looks well maintained which is a challenge sometimes when dealing with young people. There was enough bleachers to accommodate the parents and friends of the young men and women competing in the tournament.

Great place to watch youth sports. Nice to see young people involved in extracurricular activites

Staff here are friendly and helpful when I come. Always clean too. I gave it 5 stars, but I wish they make the feild a walking area too.

Great place to play basketball if your a hopper

The youth open gym is not within reasonable time ever. During the week and on weekends. Throughout the week it stops at around 4 or 5. Most kids don’t get out until 4 o’clock and it’s not reasonable. Kids have nothing to do on weekends and they give them 4 hours out of the whole day. On top of that older kids like 16 and up should be able to play basketball with adults at least with parents permission. It’s sad

It is fun but if you are apart of the kid group the dont watch you the serve nasty food they are basically wasted theyre food and time to feed us because no one every eat the food and only once we ate theyre food and that was because we had a Christmas party

I was looking to rent a Hall but,I had to wait to see if someone cancelled a spot.i couldnt do that I went with another place.

A good spot to play ball with your friends or to practice, its free to get a id to play but for gym its $25. Would recommend this to anyone who likes to play ball.

This is a great park ,its clean has a lot of of kids activities soccer, football flag, basketball. This gym has activities for mothers sons also fathers and daughters. The staff are great as well very friendly and helpful. They also have activities for adults as well. Check it you will not be disappointed. The most important for me the bathrooom are all ways clean and stocked.Check it out

Very nice and clean, plenty of sanitizing wipes. I love it because my kids can play basketball while I work out I gave 4 stars because they really could add some equipment (stair climber)

Great place for basketball and cricket

The place was clean and they have a lot of extracurricular activities for children of all ages. The playground was clean and very well put together. The whole place has a family friendly environment

I enjoy my workout every time I go. The facility is nice and clean. Its located in Pine Hills so the staff is kind of hood-ish. Dont expect these people to greet you with a hello nor send you off with a goodbye. And its almost always a lot of kids around.

Good experience. Open to some that display ghetto behavior. More security needed to discourage this kind of behavior.

Made an Instacart grocery delivery from Costco on a Saturday morning while basketball tournaments were going on. Was supposed to meet a gentleman to help unload. He was busy checking teams in and the other three people didnt have a clue. I assume the rec center was nice but I nevet made it in the gym.

Is the best basketball place you can sign your kids at.They even got summer camp. My kids say its a lot of fun.
