We saw it had a lower review reading, but went anyways. When we arrived there some Smart security checks, check temperature, hand sanitizer, and a photo of the group. We have annual passes to Sea world, Disney and Universal… And couldn’t believe how much fun we ALL had! The manager there is doing an incredible job, and all the staff are friendly, and most importantly... wanting you to have a great time. $13… For all you can play. My wife and I sat and had a couple beers as the kids kept coming back to the table with more and more tickets, always with a BIG smile. Family Time well spent. We will be back regularly! A++

We went to this location to take the kids for a few hours and we had pizza which was delicious. Due to social distancing regulations some of the machines were off, and the place was empty without Chuck E. Cheese on sight. Otherwise, it was clean and staff was making sure everyone was in compliance with the masks. A suggestion to this facility is to add some balloons to liven the place up.

I did a couple of Pizzas doordash delivery with these guys and they were super friendly with me. Great staff, recommended.

This is a great place to go with the kids. They had so much fun! We definitely will come here again and again. Eileen helped us with the candies and all the surprises for the kids. Cheeses and said THIS IS WHERE THAT ONE CEC YOUTUBER GOES i think so we went in there we didnt have money but its okay and there i saw Studio C Alpha Stage with 32 Movement Chuck E. Animatronic so i got on the stage and some random lady who works there told me to get off the stage LADY THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO INTERNATIONAL DRIVE CEC AND UNHAVE YOU KNOW ONE YOUTUBER GOES TO THIS LOCATION TO RECORD THIS ANIMATRONIC like didnt talk back to her so i got off the stage... so yeah love the place i just wish i met that CEC YouTuber Guy

It was empty which was nice with the covid. We had a party for a four year old. It was a blast and she definitely felt special.

It is a lot of fun here. Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays we used a coupon to go to this location for the first time. The kids had an amazing time and it was affordable. There is a good selection of games and food. The location on West Colonial Dr. has different games that our youngest kids like more. The only downside to this location is that is on I-Drive so it is extremely busy and crowded with tourists.

The food taste good and the place is nice

We had an amazing time here at chuck e cheese, our server/hostess Destiny was amazing. She was working multiple parties at one time and made sure that we were comfortable as well as making sure we had everything we needed. She has a great personality and was awesome with us. The manager expressed that we were in good hands and sure enough we were. Im glad we came here and cant wait to express the great service we were provided today. Food was great service was great highly recommended to all families.

Service was quick, pizza came out fast, and it was clean. Lots of game and ride on options for younger kids but not too many big kid video games. Over all good experience my kids are 4&5 so they had tons of options for game play at this location.

Brought my kids here for there birthdays and they came back from the ball pit eating old pizza that looked like it was over 20 years old and this man with a name tag Garbanzo with a rat costume fortnite danced in front of me and my children.

This was one of the smaller chucky cheeses I have been to what they lack in space they make up for in games and fun. It was not crowded and they had quite a bit of different games from the ones back home. Always use the i.ternet coupon for $20 for 100 coins.

Service was pretty poor and there was no enforcement of limits on hogging individual games. One family held the Jurassic Park game for 30 minutes which is utterly absurd.

Fun place to bring the kids, its not the cleanest but if youre on a budget your kid will definitely have a good time. Teens and adults enjoy the games, the prizes are not the best but its still a fun place to go.

My son had a great time here today for his 5th birthday. The food was great and staff very friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, it just wasnt worth the price. Our order was messed up, even though it was verified before the party. One of our pizzas came out after we were having cake and they took so long doing things, we only had about 30 minutes of the two hours of the unlimited play time. They seemed to just delay every hung waiting for the next thing. Kids enjoyed it enough luckily so thats good. But not worth it.

It was my first time my family n I visited Chuck E Cheese. My kids had a fantastic time. Understanding the process of ordering food and getting the gaming card was simple enough. Had to wait quite a while to get my winning tickets counted my the machine. Only two ticket counting machines at this location.

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here and we used the mega super star package and it was so worth the money!!Our party hostess Angel was AWESOME she met us at the door showed us to our table and went over our 2hr itinerary step by step to make sure we didnt miss anything. She also informed us that they were short staffed and was running 2 parties at a time but she knocked it out of the park.Big props to Angel and the management staff at this location the place was clean and all the game were working great. Thank you for making my daughters 6th birthday amazing!!!

Family friendly. Good pizza and salad bar. My kids loved it that they had me return 3 days in a row on our vacation . I liked it too a very wide variety of arcade games and the staff is patient with the kids. You can buy time on the game card and play unlimited games which is awesome. You can win tickets after every game and my kids loved that Chucky came out every 30 minutes to sing and throw up free tickets. My favorite was the photo booth though I took so many photos with my kids. I like the part where they print the number on your arm and the same number on your kids to ensure your kids leave with only you.

I personally like this location the most. Employees are very friendly. The food is pretty decent. The place is very clean. Reasonable prices.

Normally we go to the Chuck E Cheese in Waterford Lakes, but we went to this location for a birthday party. The parking lot was pretty small, but its to be expected given the location. The bathrooms were under some sort of renovation which was fine, they had accommodations out the back door with a trailer that had working restrooms. However the security of the setup was not ideal, as anyone could hop over the plastic fencing and enter the building unnoticed and snatch a child. The game area is smaller than Im used to but not terrible. The staff at ther door & prize counter were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the party hostess was less than ideal, not very attentive, said she would bring out cups but never did. All & all it was an ok experience.

This is the worse place I have visited in Orlando yet, we come from Michigan and overall my family and I , enjoyed the experience but it is places like this that reminds me why I dont leave my house. They have the worse customer service but I cannot blame the employees. Great service should start from the top beginning with the manager. If your crew does not have a good group leader everything will fall. Final thought.The manager at this location should take a few classes on customer service and appreciation. The workers at this place just turned this childrens play house into a hangout. Do not take your children here ppl should more like take their friends from high school. We waited hours for 1 pizza, ridiculous.... Never again. They should all be working at Mac Donalds. The cook was so rude plus the pizzas he was making tasted like they dumped a truck of salt on them. Good luck with with this place to the owner. So sorry you had to end up with these type of employees....

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. They have the games divided, one side is for older kids the other is for younger children. Unfortunately you have a select few parents who allow there children to run around and climb on top of the rides for the little ones like wild animals while the parents just sit there and watch. Its also very expensive! I used a coupon from there website and it saved me two dollars . It was good for one large pizza with one topping and four drinks for $28. It was a small pizza! Then if you scroll to the bottom there is a coupon for one hundred points for $20 so we got that and divided it between our two kids. One Extremely important thing I forgot to mention is theyre using Porta Potties yes Porta Potties!!! There was no soap but they did have hand sanitizer on the wall to the right when you come back in.

The kids had a great time. If you come before noon, its not as chaotic. They need to renovate their outdated bathrooms.I had my childs birthday at this location, pulled up to the parking lot and there were dirty diapers on the ground. They located near the front of the entrance, not hard to miss. Nonetheless, they were removed after I told the party host.

This is a nice Chuck E Cheeses. The kids had a blast, and there is a nice assortment of games. Most of the games are only a credit each, so 100 points goes FOREVER, especially if you have a family with a bunch of kids. The pizza is AWESOME! We all talked about how great the pizza was, and it was much better than we remember it being years ago. We got the stuffed crust (amazing) and it was brushed with garlic butter. We were very pleased. I only took off a star because the bathrooms were pretty dirty, and the restaurant was a little dirty too (just litter on the floor and such, but we got there right after opening so it wasnt like there was a big rush or anything. Just seemed like it wasnt cleaned the night before). All in all though it was a nice value for the money, and the kids had a wonderful time. We were also pleased to see they had a sensitive day one day a month, where kids with autism and other disabilities could come play and there was staff on hand that had special needs training, and they had a more quiet time play. I thought that was nice.

We just visited this location today . Its a one and done for us. Absolutely the dirtiest childrens establishment Ive ever seen. Salad bar was so gross!! Bugs on the table seats. Just nasty!!!!!! Manager did not care.

We had a birthday party and wen we went in the tables Weren’t set and we ask for the food and drinks it took the 40 MINUTES and wen we buy the pizzas for $8’s each and it was soooo Misleading,because wen we Bought them on the website it looked like a decent size pizza but ween it came it was soo small you can ONLY feed a kid and if we order something you have to ask the 2 time and will take 30m the list i don’t recommend to put on a birthday party AT ALL, for the price you can throw a better birthday party somewhere else.

The food and staff was good. I enjoyed the place and the activities but when I got to the restroom it was a disaster. My daughter asked if a hurricane passed.

We went here on December 31st and it was great. Not crowded at all. Lots of available seating and staff was very nice. If Im in the area again with the kids, Ill definitely think about stopping in again.

Staff are not checking adults and children while leaving the establishment which is very disappointing because it’s the second time I see this happen at this location. After asking the staff to provide us with a rag to clean something that we spilled she said I’ll be right there but she never came. There was vomit on the floor next to the school bus and was never cleaned while we were there and we were there for an hour.

My son loved it here when we visited orlando we had to go twice. I like the way you can buy unlited games for 30, 45 minutes so it give the kids a chance to win loads of tickets to get a prize.

Great place to bring the kids. Arcade and lots of game to be played and fun to be haved. Quite noisy, not the place for a quite family dinner. Service was ok, employees seemed quite happy to be there, but not over excited to make the experience great. Kids loved it because of the games and arcade.

Considering this location, this place is quite small compared to others. As such, the place was crowded, you had to wait in line to play any games/rides. It was a waste of my family’s time and money. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Price for time limit cards is slightly high but affordable. Prizes however are WAY over priced. You have to earn 150 tickets for a lollipop or tootsie roll. Ridiculous. But if you know how to hold a receipt, save all your ticket reciepts and you may be able to buy a cup, after 10 years of going.

It was ok..if I was a 3 and 8 year old I guess I would be excited...the food looks ok..it was super clean and well managed with excellent staff..but pretty pricey..they need to let the kids pick the gift because 2 pizza with just pepperoni on one and pepperoni and sausage on other like a two med/large cut in micro slices cost over 35$ ..but my neice and nephew had a good time..think id rather just take them to FUN WORLD.. especially more to do there for whole family
