Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Wednesdays-Fridays appear to be their slower days with fewer kids. Saturday and Sundays are much busier. For now Mondays and Tuesdays are blocked off for private parties only.We got there around 5pm and the place was almost empty. There are multiple bounce houses of different designs. There were even ones that were appropriate for younger toddlers.For the most part the arcade was clean and in good working order. There were only a few games that werent working.The kids had fun and tired themselves out running up and down and climbing.Would recommend eating before coming because their selection isnt great. There however is ice cream!

A lot of fun for a great price. Different areas for big kids and little (2+under) kids so everyone is sure to have plenty to keep them busy. Parents can go up onto the inflatables to guide little kids down safely. Good number of inflatable slides, play areas, and arcade games. Good way for kids to get their energy out in a safe soft environment. Perfect low cost rainy day/hot day activity.

A fun couple of hours for my 3 year old. They have $5 dollar Thursdays right now and validate 2 hours of parking for $2. Bounce houses, jungle gym and toddler area were very clean with the number of children limited per item at a time. Currently mask wearing is a must for children 3 and older even while playing. Bathroom could have used a bit more attention.

Children loved it!! You pay entrance and buy the card to play the arcade games. For example, my under two daughter and I payed around 8 dollars, for 3 and up the cost is around 14. They have an area for children under three but the reality is that they all play everywhere. Lacks healthy food, variety and service takes for ever!!! Especially when you have children pulling down your shirt. Other than that the place is great. Watch out for the older kids playing too wild!! Its as clean as you should expect some of the staff try to enforce the rules but you still see kids without socks and adults bouncing with their little ones.Update: love the new things!!! And love that they kept the old games too!! I see a more present staff now and the check in is much faster and hassle free!! Have to try the snack bar !!!

We took our 2 year old son here for the first time and we were really impressed with the set up! There are tons of bounce houses and areas to play with an arcade area. My son loved playing in the “toddler zone”. It was very clean for a kids play area.

I brought my son right when they opened during the week & we had the whole place to ourselves the whole time! The bounce houses & the jungle gym area were awesome. He loved it! I would give that part of the experience 5 stars! However I got him a game card to use & like half the games were out of order, some were falling apart looking like they belonged in a dump. We played the small air hockey game & the disc kept getting stuck inside the machine everytime one of us scored. All 3 skeeball games that they had were out of order, which is my sons favorite game so he was disappointed with that. Overall I would def come back, I just hope they get all these games fixed before then because that was ridiculous.

Had a BALL with the grandkids here. There wasnt very many kids there so it was perfect. I would say 20 kids to the entire room.Boy did they play. It was nice to get out the house and let te kids run freely.It was clean, felt clean, and smelled clean. The staff were all very friendly , and the bounce houses were all inflated and BIG. we had to climb in a few times with the kids and had no issue getting around.I recommend this place 100%

I took my 22 month old daughter and she absolutely loved it. The toddler area has several different activities: stacking cubes, a piano to walk on and play music, things to climb on, and more. She enjoyed the inflatables. I went with her into the larger play structure with the foam pit. Sure, I was annoyed several arcade games did not work and there were no out of order signs and I had already spent money on the arcade card, but there were plenty of positives to overlook that. I can’t speak to the mask ordinance as I visited before it was in place, but employees were regularly sanitizing bounce houses and high touch point areas. Toddler Thursday’s it’s $5. Wednesday’s were BOGO, they might still be. With COVID and outdoor playgrounds closed, this was a great alternative.

Great clean place for children 12 & under. Just wish they’d had more to chose from when redeeming your tickets. Don’t forget to bring socks.

No air conditioning was a waste of time it was 85 degrees in the building thought that it was that we where first to get there but it never cool off

My kids love this place. Great for a rainy day when they need to burn out energy.

Our kids had a blast here! We stayed 2.5 hours and they didnt want to leave. The place is clean with lots of play areas and activities for the little ones. The only downside was the temperature wasnt cool enough, we were all sweating by the end. The place isnt very cheap either and the food was average. But overall the kids enjoyed it!

My kids loved this place. Its all my daughter talks about. Very affordable. Loved that there were option for the kids to have parents jump with them. Lots of games to keep them entertained for a separate fee. Definitely think well be back on our next visit to Florida.

01/22/2020A nice place for the family to go. Almost like a more affordable and smaller Dave and Busters.I have a one year old and the area for him is 3 and under and must only play with socks on.Staff does not monitor that play area to see that bigger destructive children are not freely going in and coming out.The area isnt as clean as it should be seeing that parents go in and out with dirty shoes on.There’s a pillar on the right side that is unprotected it has steel corners and drywall in the middle. If your child is playing unattended on a activity near it and hit it. Unfortunately, they could either hit their head on the drywall or hit their face on the steel corners. Major problem for me.Definitely keep watch of your child regardless.Aside from the dining area, limited seating for parents.

This place is good if you just want your kids to come and have fun on bounce houses the games and the game cards I do not like the food is marginal and expensive but if your kids just want to play on the bounce houses its very good place to come because it doesnt cost anything to get them tired thats what I like

My 3 year old loves it here. Ive been coming to this place for years. The remodel is the best thing theyve done. Although, I believe the lighting could be brighter in the new climbing zone. Check in could also be faster with more staff.

Really fun place for your little one to let loose but desperately needs some TLC. Several machines not working for months. I hope they at least clean the equipment frequently.

I really enjoyed taking my son to Monkey Joes. There are a lot of places my son and other kids can play there. They have the jungle gym and bounce houses. They have seating for adults and staff to supervise in the play areas. I felt comfortable even though I watched my son play. They even do parties. I also like that on Saturday night they close at 10 PM. This is a cool place to come for your kids to have a few hours to play.

Took my 22 month old daughter here today. I dont think this place is worth it for walking toddlers. There is a toddler area but not really alot in it to keep kids who can walk interested too long. The other play areas are kids only although there are signs everywhere telling parents to monitor your kids. But the thing is you absolutely cant see your kids once they disappear into the big playsets. With older kids maybe starting at 4 or 5, I would not worry, but I cant see having my daughter play alone . On one of the two toddler bounce house she had a older girl slam into her on purpose and scare her, thankful you are allowed on the toddler ones to help them if you can manage to get inside the stupidly small entrance.When you walk in there are signs saying mask are required per government order, almost all the parents in were not wearing them fully or some not at all. I asked about it at the cashier, and she just kinda shrugged, so they are not doing anything about the parents not wearing masks or having them down under the nose.

This place is awesome. Great for kids under the age of 12. They have a toddler specific area which is great. Food is pretty terrible but its okay. Pretty sure the pizza wasnt done. Wish our city had one.

If your kids like bouncing around, this is a great place to do it. It doesnt open too early in he morning, and if you go at open youll pretty much have the place to yourself. Theres different bouncy castles plus a slide and climbing area and a special toddler area. There are also a whole lot of arcade games, which may well distract your kids from the bouncing, and theres food for purchase.

Fun and clean..

Friendly staff, fairly clean and large. Only complaint is about the state of the bounce houses in the 3 and under section; they were pretty run down, but they did work. The staff did police the older kids from ruining the fun for the little ones. Id definitely come back here every time we come back to Orlando.

Kids had fun. The games are also a nice touch. Glad they provided hand sanitizers. Some bounce houses seemed a little run down and dirty. Nice staff.

I was in the toddler area where it supposed to be for children under 3 years old and it was full of bigger kids , not even one of the staff member came to take the big Kids out of that area.

Not much value for your money when 1/3 of the place is under construction and not accessible. You basically have 4 bouncy houses and some cheesy arcade games that cost per play. It felt like the air conditioner wasnt working very well either as it was rather warm and humid inside. Save your money and look elsewhere for something to keep the little ones entertained.

Best place for little ones to have fun without spending a lot at the theme parks. Tickets are really cheap, the place is full of attractions and staff is very friendly. Five stars. Wish I could give more.

Good for kiddos

The bestest place to go for birthdays kid to have a lot of energy rainy day never go wrong the pizzas rather good it was hot and ready to go accommodating for the little ones Inflatables as far as the eye can see and games ages 3 and up

Although we had fun in the past, I found a party here is a different experience. We had to constantly look for our party host and ask about the plan. She did not maintain the schedule they provided and was rather rude (no smile at all, the kids were not happy around her). The Manager was very nice and understood our problems. He tried to make it better but was unsuccessful. Gave it 2 stars because kids enjoyed the venue (but not the host).

Great easy fun for kids

1. Staff are very friendly, but quite slow in expediting anything and it seems like responsibilities are quite divided between the staff and only one person is assigned to one thing, so makes the process is quite slow.2. The amenities and activities were very nice in general, we did however discover some issues with our tickets and tickets not awarded to our card etc. - we did not complain about this however, but still we noted it.Overall a decent place to spend your time and my son loved it :-)

Adults not allowed on the climbing structure. My son is 21 months and likes to have the reassurance of a parent there. With this rule along with most of the games not working I wont be coming back.

Kids can jump and go crazy for hours and parents can hang and watch movies on their phone lol i love how empty it was there were literally like 10 kids in the entire place!

Fun place for the kids to enjoy

First time at this location. My son had a great time! We download their app and he got in fir FREE. Parking was validated for us as well. This location is really big. We ordered 1 soda, 1 water and I order of the funnel fries. Tge funnel fries were really good.

My family loves this place, especially my 4 y/o! Im writing this review in particular due to the excellent service of one employee (Ariana) who was extremely courteous and understanding of my need to nurse my 3 mo old. When I asked about a place to nurse, she mentioned there wasnt a place set aside but I was welcome to nurse wherever I was comfortable. She then found me a few minutes later and invited me to a nice, discreet place; I think she could tell I was asking since I wanted to be somewhere quiet and private. It was more than just acknowledging the need and finding a place, but being very professional and mature (it was refreshing since some people act really awkward about it). This experience will keep us coming back, especially knowing I can comfortably nurse my 3 mo old while my toddler plays (while dad supervised of course). In general, the staff is always nice, helpful, and the facility is clean (and a total blast!). The only reason it gets 4 stars (I would put 4.5 if I could) is because of the religious music blaring. Some of the songs arent really the kind of tunes I would imagine small children like playing to anyway (they can be really sad, slow songs) and its quite loud. They couldnt go wrong with a simple kids playlist to liven things up and keep it neutral. At any rate, Ill put up with it since its a place I can feel comfortable with both of my children at. Thanks

The pizza was surprisiingly pretty good, as were the cheese sticks. Chicken was over done tho. Granddaughter had fun playing the games and bowling, as did the adults. She enjoyed jumping and crawling on the bouncy houses also. Would definitely be back.

Staff was friendly and lots for children to do. They also have massage chairs for the parents to relax

Took my 2 y/0 and he loved it. I love that it’s not too big and not too small. A perfect place for rambunctious toddlers. The staff was so helpful with getting signed in and even offering a small tour since this was our first time. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks Guys !

The rooms for the parties are nice but you can only get them for 2 hours then you have to leave. The game floor is nice for the kids. Dont think I wouldnt have a party here for that reason.

Good place to celebrate your kids birthday. A lot of stuff to keep your kids busy. I didnt like their menu options though. I noticed this place on demand. They should make their menu more various.May be more wide range of pizza choice. Anyway, food question was what I didnt appreciate

Great fun and lots of games

My kids enjoyed! only because they are (4) and (2). I spend $28.00 for their entry fee, and to me, it was not worth it. Most of the games where out of service, and the $2.00 parking ticket that i purchased at front desk of monkey joes did not work/validate in the parking garage check out.

Children really have fun here. For parents could be too loudy. Its not so cheap.

Went there today for a kids birthday party and let me tell you the staff except for one person were completely unfriendly . The young lady who apparently hosted in our room ( blue ) was by far the worst representation of knowing how to coordinate a damn thing. My friends who threw the party felt utterly ripped off based on the actions of this particular person.. Would not reccomend every allowing them to plan a party in one of their rooms..

Excellent place for children to play and expend energy. Bathrooms need a little more attention.

We had a wonderful time at a family members birthday party here. The staff was friendly and the games were fun. There is a lot to do for toddlers and young children.

Kids loved it, great spots to play that didnt cost extra money. But the costs for games cheat you out of money. Games cost 5.9 credits, or 4.9 or another decimal amount so you are left with a balance that you cant use anywhere!

Great place for bdays and to burn off excess energy!! Mine had too much fun. Only problem is they never wanna leave!

This place is great! My daughter loves it. Shes only two so she can only go in the toddler section. But she has such a great time still. The food is decent and the staff is super friendly. I just wish they had a little bit more toddler jumps. It can get crowded because theres only two. Other than that...love it. Go on days that arent super busy if you have a toddler.

Less than i expected. i was extremely aggrivated when i had to get out of line line and walk around looking for an atm (paying a fee) because their card machine doesnt take debit cards without chips. i have never experienced anything like this in all my life anywhere.

This location is more expensive than winterpark. They should add atleast two more bounce house. But its worth paying $2 to validate parking or else youll pay $5 for 0-2hrs and $7 for 3+hrs. I didnt play any games i thought the bonus for buying token was not work it. And i didnt eat there but the prices was not too bad.

Kids always have a blast. Love the improvent to the play area. It is huge.

Fun time w kids

I would give four stars however, I took my kids here this pass weekend for my sons birthday for free jumping. They need to shut down for a few days and clean all of the dust caked up on the ceiling which is a health hazard to guest and themselves. Other than that, no complaints.

AWESOME place for the kids to come and play brought my nephews with me and they had a blast!!!!! Just wish it was a lot bigger since it can get really congested here if theres a lot people with their kids...

We come here every summer when we vacation with family. The kids enjoy it. Theres one where we live but its not as nice. See you next summer. Parents you can sit back and watch your kids run all over. Each section is age appropriate. We use Groupon to recieve a great deal and coins for games. Worth it!

This is a great place to let the kids burn off some energy. It is kept clean and the equipment is in pretty good shape compared to some of the alternatives in the area. My daughter is 4 and can navigate everything pretty easily.

Kids loved it. A few bouncy houses to chose from. A monkey jungle to play in and few arcade games. Seats for the adults. Adults 12 or over cant get on the bouncy houses.

I love to bring my nephew and he play for hours. Its a safe place for the kids, also have some snacks and drinks. The good thing is the a/c that is a huge help for us who live in Florida! , I always come back

My kids enjoyed it. My only complaint was how hot it was, even in the reserved party room. Everyone was so hot we ended up leaving earlier than anticipated.

My 5yr old twins had a great time. The play area and bathrooms were clean (soap dispenser in female bathroom was broken and lock on handicap bathroom was broken also making it useless). The biggest reason for my 3 stars is the $1.99 charge to validate parking that I was never informed of. I didn’t notice it until reviewing my receipt after I got home (I know I should have looked at receipt while I was there but with 3 kids eager to start playing, I didn’t have time to.) The cashier asked if I parked in the garage and when I told her yes, she told me they validate parking but never said there was a $2 fee for it. I would have paid it anyway, I just think it’s wrong to not inform your customer of the charge. (I asked the 2 other moms I was with and they weren’t told if the fee either.)

Service was good and quick for bday party. Nice job. Everything was as expected. Appeared clean

This monkey Joes was awesome. They had a play area special for our younger kids. I also liked their security procedures.

The kids enjoyed themselves. It kept them entertained for a good two hours without paying to play any of the games. Good attraction for toddlers.

Disappointed by the experience there today. Was mostly empty. Was with my 2 year old in the foam pit (I was standing outside of it but inside the play area that contains it) and was told I couldnt be in there with my child. The employee was polite, but said adults werent allowed in the play area.... They have signage everywhere saying to supervise your children, yet when I do, Im told that I cant....doesnt make sense. I could even understand if it was busy, if it was crowded with adults and children. But it wasnt. There was like 12 people in the entire place. So I then had to drag my screaming child out of the pit and keep redirecting her which pretty much spoiled the whole experience since it was tantrum after tantrum. So apparently this is just for older children who need minimal supervision. Again, the employee was at least polite but seriously, judgement would be nice as to whats appropriate. Especially since weve been there before as older children stampeded through the toddler area and nothing was done.

Clean, lots of polite and attentive staff, lots to do for the kids, some games cost money, but there are at least 5 large bounce houses and a giant climbing gym/playground. Food is reasonably priced and with the basic fast food menu and ice cream.

Not much variety except jumping sliding. But kids love to jump. So it nice for my girl

Great place to take the kids on a rainy day or any day for that matter . I have twin one year olds and a five and six year old and there was something to keep them all busy. I wish the games weren’t so expensive to play but there is plenty to do without playing the arcade games . My children really enjoyed it.

The staff was super friendly . and they walked around. Made me feel like they was a second eye to all the kids in the building

The employees were very nice. They validated parking for 3 hours which was wonderful. The kids loved it even with one of the bounce houses out of commission which is understandable. Lost a star because of the 3 hours of religious Christmas radio I had to listen to that was pumped into the play area. Not sure if that religious radio is a daily thing but it alienates people of other faiths and beliefs.

Took my kids here & enjoyed this place !!!! The staff were wonderful Destinee was very helpful so was Rekila & Jasmine . Thank you guys for everything this is really a safe place for kids .
