Wonderful food and drinks as always. Love coming to this location when we are on vacation.

It was my boyfriend’s first time here, and besides all of the fun arcade games, what made our experience so special was our server and bartender Anna. She was an absolute delight from the beginning and the drinks she made were amazing! She was very attentive and friendly. Food was pretty tasty, definitely recommend the cheese curds as an appetizer!

Today was a great day we came for a birthday of one of my friends and we had a large group and service was on point everybodys orders came out perfect and tickets were perfect the supervisor Tatiana made our night super extra special. we love coming to Dave & Busters and after this experience well just keep coming.

Not the greatest service when we were here but it was VERY crowded so I suspect they were understaffed. I like how you walk upstairs when you come in immediately. Food was OK. Theres probably a lot of things that are much more fun on I drive

Great place to visit for gaming. Went on a Friday and the food was pretty good the Server was awesome and friendly. However when we requested to speak to manager to compliment the food and the awesome server. We waited a whole 10 minutes no manager showed up, which kinda ruined the experience. When I visited any place I look for Management to be on point and lead by example especially when it comes to the guess and how they treat their employees. This time around they missed out on a 5 star rating.

Excellent food. Masks required except when eating . machines sanitized frequently. Machines spaced accordingly.

Super fun. Lots of games. Big screens at the bar. Friendly staff. Great food. Reasonable prices. Loved it....ohhh yeah I got the high score on the Galaga too

I was apprehensive going to an arcade during this time, but Dave and Busters did it right. By opening up their meeting room space and rearranging their games, it was VERY easy and fluid to maintain social distancing without losing out on an experience. The game techs and the wait staff were friendly and constantly sanitizing the area. I felt very safe! Masks were worn by all, with hand sanitizer all around, and a very wide assortment of available games.

I think this was by far the worst experience I’ve had talking to a manager. EVER. I am In disbelief at how poorly we were treated today. We came in (party of 5) and after playing we decided to have dinner with them as well. Our server got our drink and food order, she was very sweet. But the tables quickly started filling and you can tell she was very overwhelmed. Our food came out , but we were missing some fries. We ate our whole meal hoping that our fries would come. I had to get up and try to get a servers attention letting them know we were still waiting for food. He told me to go back to my table and that he would get them for me , which he did. We asked for refills but he just walked away. We waited 20 minutes more but I just couldn’t take it anymore. We went up to what appeared a manager , and told her how bad of an experience we were having and even though we wanted dessert , we just wanted our check because we were tired of waiting for a server and our drinks we had ordered 20 minutes ago. She rudely handed me two waters and said “here” and there’s your check. No apology , no explanation. No nothing. Not offering to take our drinks to our table ... just “here” I naturally got very upset and asked how she could be a manager and not offer any sort or apology. She started arguing with me and telling me that there was no reason for an apology. She just continued on arguing. I then asked to ask to a higher manager , which came and apologized for her rude behavior. I work in the hospitality business and I understand that being understaffed happens , that servers get busy. But I have never felt so disrespected and belittled by a so called “manager”. Her name was Tatiana I was told. HORRIBLE experience.

My first time going and loved it. It was my son and I birthday. We had so much fun and excitement. Our server was fabulous friendly and helpful. The food was great and our cake. Could not ask for anything better. Thanks

Went here on a Wednesday and there were half priced games. My family of 6 really enjoyed playing for a couple hours. We also participated in happy hour. Lots of different drinks to choose from and they were delicious.

Big, clean and good to have a cold beer. The bartenders were great

I Entered Dave & Busters With My Family On September 14, 2020 A little before 4 pm. My family And I sat down and ordered drinks. However one of the drinks that was ordered was a sweet tea and My spouse and I both agreed the sweet tea was in fact not sweet and tasted a bit watered down. We simply asked the sweet waitress to bring out a coke instead of the sweet tea. A few moment lady the woman manger wearing a jersey on that shift replaced the drink with a coke and took the sweet tea. And stated Verbatim “Don’t say it isn’t sweet. Just say it isn’t sweet to your liking because it is sweet!” And walked away and she didn’t come back to our table after that. We were both offended at the way she came off.

Loved the atmosphere. An escape from reality in these troubling times. Social distancing is professionally implemented. Spent most of my time gambling for Wizard Of Oz tokens

A fun place to go with kids. I had a great time and there are tons of things to do for adults. I am a fan and will be back again.

First off go in the waitress was good but I began to think that they might be closing this location down. Ordered food and was told they were out of things that the truck never showed up YET, this is during the lunch time rush. After finally getting something to eat that they had we decided to play some of the games. Go to cash in the tickets and the prize room was empty and the girl said that the delivery has not showed up YET today and this was about 230 PM.

Great place was there to watch the game Dallas lost ha ha. Had the Philly cheese steak sliders and tenders which were very good. Margarita was great also.

The food was delicious!! Excellent service and awesome games! Great place for family time!

Im giving five stars, because Im happy to see that this location had people walking around cleaning the games in the late night while still open. They are keeping us safe so that we are able to still go out and enjoy ourselves.

Thanks for your response. Everything was great there; however, there was just almost nothing in the gift store for me to redeem gifts for my son. I hope you can improve the last experience before customers leaving the store.

Great location! Staff weren’t outgoing to greet us. Plenty of places to sanitize. Also the half price games are higher than where I live but I’m sure it’s a normal variation with locations.

Friendly and cool bar staff. They have most games open and ready to play except for maybe two or three. Pretzel sticks are a great app. Plenty of parking all around. Its a blast here and this location is big.

What a great place! You could never get bored here adult or child! Just make sure you budget! Not that this place is any more expensive than other arcade style places, but you will run through your money with all the great games.

We had a fun time today. My son loved getting 1000 tickets on this game.

Dave and Busters was booming! Get out and have some fun! Most were wearing mask and there was plenty of sanitizer everywhere. Great service at the bar. They were happy to be there working and it showed.

Very fun! Nice bar! Worth going to! Only thing that may be annoying is having to wear a mask now while playing because it can get pretty hot especially when youre into the active games. But still lots of fun!

Dave & Busters is always a fun place. Next time you visit grab a buy $20 get $20 chips, cant use it on Wednesday but you can load up your card for Wed. The food is always so delicious as well as our drinks. Our waiter and bartender David is always so attentive, kind and fabulous. Our favorite person to see on our visits.Only thing they need to keep up on is making sure the hand sanitizers are all filled. Its a pain to run around finding a filled one or constantly running to the bathroom to wash hands. Overall great team members and food.

Our waiter, Gio, was amazing. He apologized for missing 1 thing ... despite everything being great. It was a little more crowded that Id have liked, but thats just me being picky. It was a great time!!!

I have mixed results on this one. The staff at first bent over backwords to take care of me and my custom requests.Shift changed seemed to occur then they forgot about my desert somehow. they removed it from my bill but then it showed up. I don{t want anything for free but then this. had to dig up cash to show my appreciation otherwise no way to show it. Ft. Lauderdale location is far better imo.

Had kids party here it was great they loved it. Even though it was full they had lots of games to pick from and everyone had fun. The food we got was great and they let you take leftovers home. Which is great for the party to be catered. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely NO social distancing. Way over the limit of people and still continued to allow more and more people in. So busy you couldnt even play games. Closing off every other game is pointless if your still going to allow hundreds of people in the building. People not wearing masks, etc. Definitely will not return.

My family and I had an amazing time at this location. We’ve been at home for months and wanted to take the kids out to celebrate my sons birthday. We had a blast and I notice they changed up the music since the last time we came. My kids started dancing with another family around the bar area and the manager join in. They showed her how to do the Simpson slide. You guys are doing great.

We really had a good time. The place was not packed and the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely be back when we come to visit again.

Packed to a point where its though to get around but always fun. Food is like any other sports bar but the arcade is worth it.

Didnt have a great Waitress there actually had to go to the bar to order a drink she kept leaving without given me a chance to order a drink .She kept criticizing me about how I want my food made or how i want my drink made. Plus my husband was trying to look over the seat to watch the tv and I asked if we can move closer to the tv, and the Waitress was telling us we couldnt. Finally the manager came and fix the situation, would have given Dave and Busters 5 stars but dealing with that in first place doesnt look good.

Good time but I like the old menu better the took off a lot of meal out on the new menu like their ribs ect please put some pictures on the new menu guys i will appreciate it

This Dave and busters is awesome and surrounded with restaurants that are walking distance. From Italian, American and even Asian down the street so many options to choose from.

(Smaller than many in Atlanta)But.......just as much fun!Located upstairs.Elevator available for the handicapped.3 Showrooms for rent. Great for buffet lunches with family events or schools.The management and waiter/waitress were VERY nice to our kids and professional.

Fun time with the fam. Be aware of limited menu, was missing some desserts and options. Great staff and service.

Had a blast here for Mothers Day. Its was fun a different and super unexpected by my Mother. Drinks were great....food amazing....our server was spot on even after she was given another table clear across the place. We all had fun. Great seeing my folks act big kids. Will be back soon.

Awesome didnt realize they were doing the half price games on Wednesday promotion again and we had a blast! Played some games, then went and had a couple appetizers for dinner, they were huge! Then went and played more games!

I always enjoy visiting DnB, but this location was interesting indeed! With an expansive gameroom, inviting staff, and accommodating enjoyment in these COVID times, I recommend to anyone looking for family fun and spicy date nights to check this one out!

I’m a fan and loyal customer of the entire franchise. When I travel I’m excited to learn there’s a D&B because I know I’d have a good time regardless where I am in the country. I went to the D&B in Orlando and was highly disappointed with the service. I went in and sat at the bar for dinner because it wasn’t busy, I figured I’d get a quick bite, drinks and play some games. Why did I have to wait an hour plus for sliders, chicken tenders and fries? When the sliders finally arrived the bread was hard. The guys at the bar apologized a few times, which I appreciated BUT I’m hungry and I came here knowing this wouldn’t take over an hour. Without asking, they told me the manager would come out to speak to me. So I waited even longer to speak to the manager that never came out to speak to me. Instead of being angry I figured let me play some games and that’ll cheer me up a bit BUT no... I downloaded the new app a week ago and it wasn’t working with my already started account with nearly 25,000 tickets accumulated on it. They had to combine my points from before and put them on a card for me to use, while I’m happy for a solution... but... wasn’t that the point of this new app in the first place!?! I appreciate the drinks from the bar tenders, however I’d definitely not be fast to return to this D&B; it seems like the managers are sleeping at the wheel at this place.

Keep the Prize Room stocked at the least, I get Covid hit and that you guys are about to file for bankruptcy, but at least do a better job in hiding it! Still fun though.

Dave and Busters is always a fun stop! This is our local one, in the heart of Orlando’s tourist section. The place is large... my only complaint is that parking is limited. They block off parking and make it valet now... if you don’t want.. you’ll be waiting in line forever searching for that one spot everyone is chasing. If it is mainly for tourist, I get it.. charge whatever.. but for a local spot, there are many other choices out there.With that said.. I still think it’s a great place to have fun. It’s definitely not the economical place to go, but it’s one of the best for good fun.. all ages. Safe place with plenty of games. Good food selection and helpful staff. Great place. Parking sucks.

Besides the limited menu and not being able to order something that I like, it was good. My guest enjoyed the pretzel dog which is a house staple, cheese curds and burger. GIO did an excellent Job!

After so many weeks of being unable to go out and have a play at an arcade game or sit and have a drink along with an appetizer it was a lot of fun. Had the chicken taquitos which were properly fried not burnt/dry with sauce on top. Oh, and if you go by the bar ask for Jason, hes dope.

Shout out to Carlos the store manager who can make anything happen providing us with the best experience during their first month of reopening I would strongly suggest if you want something to do and are in Orlando check it out.

It was fun and great place for the family but you guys need to repair the baby changing table in the mens restroom, i had to hold it up with one knee and i have twins

My family had a blast playing all the games.

Me and the wife have been playing at D&B Orlando for yrs. But have noticed less and less prize options and havent redeemed much of the almost 50k tickets, and not a fan of the no paper tickets.... dispite that we went in September for some Covid getaway fun to find a lot of changes, most food options werent available for ticket redemption, very few prizes on shelf, NO option to play with my wife on our favorite games was the last straw so asked for a refund on my last $100.00 re-up from 30sec earlier management said no problem as i had not used the tokens.......it has now been 30 days and my Bank shows a withdrawal from D&B 4 days later and ( No credit ) 30 days should be enough time, or are they hoping i dont notice...i have a copy of the refund slip from that night, Im confused why i never got it!!! Should be able to trust them but not the case this time. We are long time customers and hope they get their $#!# together before our next visit, & i will be calling about my missing refund.

The reason for one star is your establishment wasnt enforcing the mandated mask wearing and social distancing. I saw alot of guest not wearing them and there was no social distancing. You are lucky you didnt get reported. And your staff wasnt enforcing the rules either. And the food wasnt great either.

Awesome fun for everyone. Especially the kids. The food/drinks were great. The VR attendant was an absolute gentleman at coordinating our return time.

We visited Orlandos D&B on our way through town to our cruise.Food was delivered promptly. My husband and I were able to play all our favorites. Orlando was Lucky #13 D&B for us.My only wish - return to paper tickets. Adds more joy when they pop out. It adds a level of giddiness to winning and having a great time.

Such an amazing experience. Enjoyed heavenly Philly cheesesteak sliders and fries as well as a gummy slush. The arcade is great and offers wide variety. Really enjoyed myself and so did my Fiance. Too bad there arent any in the UK.

I dont know why it has taken me this long to go here but I LOVE IT! I didnt spend much time there because it was late but the liveliness is incredible! My son loved it and I loved it! Definitely going back for eat & play!

(All my reviews are overall) Music was blasting, games were working and food was good. Linguine with meatballs were a bit spicy but very good. Dangerous waters is my go to drink and this one was a bit extra sour but still good. Lots of TVs to watch the games and room. Our waitress Amanda R. was very attentive and answered all our questions with great knowledge. Food came out at a reasonable time and was good. Is a bit on the small size when it comes to games but has the main ones. All in all, was a good place to go when waiting to check into your hotel.
