It’s very bright and filled with colors. You can find all different sorts of M&M themed things here, definitely recommend going here. Great for all ages.

I had no idea... They have so much stuff! Shirts, jackets, pajamas, mugs, kitchen utensils, plates, blankets, wallets... Its like the Disney store but M&Ms. And of course candy EVERYWHERE. 3 floors jam packed with M&Ms branded everything. They gave us free stuff galore as well. Plus the friendliest helpful staff you could ask for. A very fun shopping experience if you like candy, right in Times Square.

The store is cool, but very, very pricey. You can find any product you can imagine with your favorite candy. Go in the morning when is not crowded. Store is opened during covid.

Very interesting M&M’s Chocolate store with many cool options to choose from. The prices are slightly marked up- but most things are in NYC. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely worth visiting if you’re M&M’s fan and in the area! Lots of great merchandise items for gifts.

A cute little land for kids to enjoy with all the toys and decorated place. You can enjoy your time here or buy some souvenirs for friends and fam ️️.

I was just walking by on my lunch break. I went inside and found some very nice pajamas, a blanket, a t-shirt, and magnets. Reasonably priced. Will definitely go back again!!

Im not sure if theyre under staffed because of Covid restrictions or if they prefer to keep customers waiting in lines excessively. I suppose there is no incentive to improve the experience of a novelty store like this in Time Square. The worst part was the surprise price of $24 for a small bag of select-color m&ms.

First time here and hiked up to hill 88. Look it up, its pretty cool and eerie. The hike was pretty steep at points, but completely doable. We hiked above the fog coming in. If that isnt cool, then I dont know what is! So many trails here, you could hike for a long time if you choose.

It was a very exiting visit. M&M world was enormous and so colorful. A very good place to stock up on all kind af m&ms. The only complaint i have is that they should have had more cashiers opened the lines were outrageous. Over all a very memorable experience!!

This is really Impresionant cause the store is si big and the souvenirs of 5,10,15 dollars its also cool because you can pay to prices in offert and discounts etc.The candies was so delicious and the staff of the store were very kind

AWESOME place! A lot of different goods and stuff. The dairy ingredients are fresh and well-organized. The owner was very nice and friendly when I came to that grocery shop. I also observed that the vegetables are nicely stack and clean. I was very pleased to recommend your services to all of my friends and family!

This place is awesome. I have an 8 and 5 year old and they LOVED it here. Its 3 stories in the middle of the Time square of Manhattan. Its awesome.

The smell of chocolate when you walk in is amazing. So many themed gifts and lots of candy to choose from and create your own selection of colors.

I died and went to vinyl heaven! There is something for everyone and the staff is awesome. Be sure to plan on spending a few hours to fully explore the store. A must stop for vinyl lovers. And they have a huge CD section.

Here is really a huge range of M&M products. The store has three floors. There is a wall with many pillars filled with M&M candies of all colors. Really fantastic. You can also find beautiful clothes, cups and other souvenirs of M&M. The atmosphere is great. This is super fun shopping. I highly recommend to anyone who loves M&M.

Kids world - it is amazing to see different varieties of M&MS. So many cool things on M&MS theme. Customized M&MS right at the store is the best thing they have done for customers delight right from placing the order on kiosk touchscreen( in simply 3 steps. Enter name, design and select size) to get the printed M&MS as per your choice.

A multi floor store in broadway. I like the one in Las Vegas more though. My kids loved it. One star taking because of an employee making fun of my four years old saying wed instead of red! A place that expect a lot of kids daily should train their employees to have decent attitude.

Fantastic colors and sights with the alluring smell of the sweet little chocolate youve grown up with. There is much more to see and experience within the store like a mood M&M color detector to loads and loads of candy selections. Truly a M&M fans little piece of heaven~♡

Really cool store. You can fill up your own M&M tubes with different colored M&Ms using their special funnels.

Love the M&Ms as always but dont go here expecting COVID-19 regulations. The store is packed, most people have mask but no one had gloves. The M&Ms are still self service so let that sink in everyone pulling the same handles down to get M&Ms with hands that are most likely not clean.There are 6 feet apart dots on the floor for the cash register line but no one cares and still are right on top of you. I had to tell people to back up off me when waiting in line. If your willing to take the risk by all means visit it is a great store. If not wait until next year or 2022 when COVID-19 is not an issue.

Cool place to get all you M&Ms needs

I took my child here while on business. They loved it very much. They are excited to come back.

Of all the sights in NYC, this is what my sons looked forward to the most. They loved it so much that after their Dad took them there and brought back several bags of bulk M&Ms, they still wanted to go again with me. I have to say that I was really impressed. Not only were the displays really inviting, but the staff was wonderful. The staff were friendly, plentiful and truly helpful. They were positioned to help with anything you could possibly need while maintaining a very inviting level of welcome. Terrific shop!

Always alive and a great atmosphere! Perfect for eating playing and shopping. Beware of some of the restaurants because some of them have no business being open due to bad food, high prices and poor customer service. Especially the first restaurant there on your left.

I had a sweet time in this tasty tasty store. I was like a kid in a candy shop. They have these awesome statues of the M&M characters, a huge number of souvieneers and a spot where you can customize your own M&MS and also on the second floor you can pick your own. Be ready to spend money but you will have an awesome experience that will melt in your mouth not in your hands.

The worker at the door that greeted me was very nice. The worker at the cashier upstairs that checked me out was very nice young guy. The security guard downstairs at the exit was the best to very nice. All the workers here made me forget about the unfriendly people that worked in the disney store. Thanks for the great experience and making my day.

While most of this place was just as you might expect a busy, touristy area to be - I forgave it all of that as soon as I heard the sea lions (the reason that I came to the pier). Walking around, I heard them before I saw them. They were surprisingly loud! They are always barking, growling and even roaring. Perhaps this is why they are named sea lions? I had never seen sea lions up close, much less in the wild, before, and I just loved sitting on one of the benches in front of their area and watching them. They are pretty interesting creatures to watch - both cute and beautiful, awkward looking on land but then so graceful and elegant in the water, and never seeming to stay still. If you are in San Francisco, seeing these animals is a definite must! It was certainly a highlight of my trip.

M&M world is a really neat place to bring your families. If your claustrophobic I don’t recommend going here since there is little room to breathe in here. The M&M dispensers are really cool and have every color imaginable. The lines can look intimating, however they move pretty quick.

They have a lot of choices and the prices are very good. The only bad thing is the parking. . This is my new go to for creating candy bars.

Awesome place with all kinds of M&M products, also provide personalized M&M chocolate service. but if you are going to put custom picture on the chocolate, you have to do it online and deliver to your place, they only provide two line with 9 characters each line on chocolate or pictures they provide such as “I love NY” and stature of liberty

Love it, I stumbled upon this place because I had to use the restroom and it was the only place closest to us. The bar tenders are always so kind, youll find it very entertaining and cute! it has a circus vibe and burlesque!!

I couldnt ask for more! This Playroom was stunning for me and for my kids. They love to come back again. I am deeply impressed by how they handled their many customers politely with no hassles at all. Such a wonderful day spent at this fantastic place. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. Terrific!

A magical place not only for children but also for adults. Three floors of chocolate happiness. A huge selection of different toys, key chains and many, many different chocolate for any color. This is the best M & M’s World store Ive seen.

If you like M&Ms, then you should come here. There are many souvenirs, like key chains, lip balm, blankets, etc. And don’t forget the M&Ms! There’s a big wall full of them and some ILoveNY M&Ms. Recommend coming here if you love M&Ms!

This is the best store in the city. I hope they open soon so we can enjoy this massive m and m store more. Great location just next to Times Square. From there you can get tickets for Broadway shows. And dont forget Broadway last minute centre.

This is really a cool store from all of the M&M candy to all of the M&M merchandise. So much to choose from ,and look at .They have so many M&M characters, statues and m&m memorabilia as well as tshirts, hats you name it.I have been to this particular m&m store in times square numerous times over the years. And it never gets old,one day in the future I would like to take my newborn son to this store.one day in the future when he gets older ,so he can have the whole m&m store experience. Plus this store is in the heart of nyc times square. This store is definitely a nyc landmark.

I only had minutes in here. First time as well. My older sister and her family come to this store when they travel here. The guy on the top floor register did a phenomenal job promoting and up selling what they were supposed to while being smooth and friendly about it. Granted I wasnt able to purchase said items cause the next place I was going didnt allow excess bags or etc. The yellow M&M was out and about taking photos with people so that was fun but none captured on my phone but my friends Moms phone otherwise Id post you the picture. The lady helping us with getting our loose m&Ms was very informative and helpful and sweet. All of the staff was.

I still remember visiting my first M&Ms World in Vegas when I was a child. Now that Im in NYC, the M&Ms World in Times Square is a great place to stop by and pick up gifts for children (including the grown-up kind). Its hard to imagine 3-stories of just M&M products, but somehow there is enough swags to find that perfect gift for everyone on your shopping list. Although most products are over-priced (as expected for a tourist trap), one of the best deals is the 2 for $25 I

Great staff and lots to choose from. I love my huge $5 umbrella but didnt have hubbys name on anything premade which was a 1st for us.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Family had visited before Xmas and said they waited two hours for custom M&Ms. I visited in January and called ahead to see how long the wait was and Jimmy (who is awesome) said I could place my order via phone and pick up later. I looked on their website to choose colors and clip art and then called back and Danielle (who was amazing) helped finish. I got to meet them both when I visited the store a couple hours later. They were so delightful as is the store itself if you are an m&m fan. Great for kids and adults. A bit pricey however a super fun gift to give. I would recommend and certainly return.

This store is seriously AWESOME! They have pillars that take up the whole wall filled with a rainbow of m&ms! The merchandise is super ADORABLE! And the life size m&m statues are unique and a cool addition to the store! Definitely a must see here in the city!

Lots of cool stuff for fans.As youd expect, EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE.So many people, long lines for check out, bathroom, elevator, escalator.This is not a complaint but more of an observation.My experience was good; checked out cool stuff, bought unnecessary stuff, saw a variety of M&M merchandise.A must go when you are in times square.

Excellent store my daughter was like this store

This store is pretty big. It has multiple entrances and exits, three floors of Merchandise with Stairs, Escalators, and a Elevator. The store is pretty organized and clean, staff members and security can be seen walking, working and patroling areas, and they seem to be very nice and helpful if you need it. It can be very busy and packed as this store is located at the heart of Time Square, so mainly...its a tourist attraction. Prices here tend to be a little on the pricey side, but its worth it you can grab M&M branded items you cant find anywhere else. This is a pretty cool store so if you love or like M&Ms go check it out. There are customer restooms but absolutely no parking. Thank you and Enjoy.

This place was cool. Chocolate galore. All kinds of great treats and they even have an option to fill up your own box with as much as you can fit chocolate and candy. Staff were really cool and personable. Would highly recommend checking out if youre in the area.

If you grew up wating m&ms and still eat them from time to time then the m&m store in times square is the perfect place to get your fix. They even sell apparel and other merchandise like travel chargers for cell phones there.If you live in or plan to travel to nyc be sure to pay the store a visit.

Great place to visit for all M&Ms fans! I visited it in NYC because I felt I had to with my family but I ended up really enjoying the experience. The store is 3 floors and they are all M&Ms themed. You are able today create your own mix of M&Ms and there is a ton of merchandise that you can buy and theme.

If you want to visit NYC make sure to use the bathroom before coming to town. Its ridiculous that they dont have bathroom service, its a necessity to use the bathroom.M & M is a nice store but how sad they do not have bathroom service

M&M chocolates and it’s gems are like mouth watering. The ambience of this place is happening especially for kids and youth. Parents should visit this place at least once to enjoy M&m characters in every way. There are soft toys, show pieces, Different flag colours gems, cups memoirs. Love for this place. A huge colourful showroom with lot of interactive games, like finding the candy mood. Filling up your own jars with Chocolates of your colour.

Cashiers seemed occupied with each others social lives. Store was pretty neat. Had a greater at the base of the elevator give us the rundown on the 3 floors. Everything was fully stocked and appealing.I got a chance to get a pound of M&Ms from their M&M wall. There are all sorts of flavors. I got some cheesecake, peanut butter, peanut filled, coffee, toffee, and dark chocolate. Although $7.99 a half pound, it was cool to see all those flavors. I think Id only go back for souvenirs for family members.

What a wonderful experience. 3 floors of heaven. Make up your own bowl of M&M’s or get a mug or a clothing item. There are even clothing items covered in the famous M&M’s. This place does attract a large crowd of people but it all moves fairly fast. The colours are vibrant and make you feel like buying your favorite items. Lifts - escalators and elevators available for those who prefer to use them. All tills are manned and staff are happy to assist even with so many people around. The kitchen wares eg apron is awesome Please look at the floor tiles - they are the same vibrant colours as the M&M’s ( speckled)

M&Ms Dream World. They have very cute animated videos outside their store. Very nice to look at during night times. Inside the store they have exceptionally cute commodities with M&M themes. Must go if you come to New York City! Please check out my pictures as well. :)

The place is really nice and we all like M&Ms. But its really really overpriced. Items are extremely expensive for no clear reason other that its in Manhattan.All toys and plastic products are made in China, which should be inexpensive, but their pricing is the opposite.Other than that, we have no complains. The place is nice and clean and the staff are really kind and helpful.

Such a mad shop, friendly staff, so so much on offer, you dont know where to look first, from baby to adult, they have thought of everything except flip flops... Maybe there is a suggestion for em. Very helpful and great service. Go spend £200... We did..... In a chocolate store!

This is definitely a magical place but the stuff here is a bit too expensive. They have plenty of M and M stuff and also have custom mugs for $10. Love this store and you definitely should visit when in NYC. Gets pretty busy at nighttime.
