We’ve visited Destin for 20 years: Club Destin, Sun, and Majestic Sun numerous times, all very nice. Holiday Resort has them all beat: we’re right on the beach, park right up to the unit door. Older but clean and well managed. We’ll be back!

Great place, large beach front! Only time share in Destin. Friendliest staff I have every delt with. Betty, Ernest, Tameka, Jeanette and Ronnie are just a few of the awesome office staff. Dana does a great with activities! Joe and Ishmael are quick and friendly if a problem arises during your stay.

We have been visiting destines holiday beach resort for over 30 years. It is a B plus resort with a good amount of parking and reasonably sized rooms. The rooms have nice furniture and come equipped with a functional kitchen. The resort has a very nice pool and hot tub is well as a few games like pool in ping-pong. Before covid they had a nice selection of activiyies for people to enjoy including the famous Monday hot dog Roast. The best thing about the resort is the huge expanse of sparkling white beaches ... as beautiful as anywhere in the world.

Beautiful view of Beach. Nice facilities, but dated. Hot tub next to pool heating element went out. Weeks before replacement one arrives from Japan.

We have a timeshare here and come every year! Love it. Wish the gameroom games were free.. and the can drinks that are worth 25 cents not be $1. But other than that nothing wrong

We have been a time share owner for 39 years. A great family vacation place. Great facility, very well maintained.

Friendly staff but resort is old and could use updates. Our view was of the parking lot of the high rise next door.

We love being here every December. Its nice and quiet. The room we have that week is comfortably sized and has everything in it you need. Everything is usually neat and clean. The staff are extremely pleasant and genuinely happy to help if you have any questions or need something. If you need directions or pointed to local places, they are knowledgeable.This year we put my parents in our usual unit and rented a different room for several days. It was a bit smaller, but still comfortable. They were working on the heat while we were there and they generously brought a space heater to my parents place because they were a bit cold since the weather was cool. They were snug as a bug and very happy.The beach is beautifully kept and plenty of space to play! The pool is nice and warm even if the weather isnt! They have little get togethers offered throughout the week. Great place to relax!!

We come here every year and everyone is like family! Enjoy spending time away from home here!

We have been coming here for years, it isnt the fanciest condo, but if you are coming for the beach its hard to beat with its 500 of beach frontage and only 2-3 story construction which limit the number of people sharing the beach with you. We set up 10 pop up tent and were on the water while adjacent high rises were staked 5 deep in umbrellas and chairs.They have hot dog and nocho days at the pool, ice cream socials, and a night with burgers and a live band. Amenities include a fitness center, tennis courts, bbq pits, a game room, and a gazebo near the beach.

Stayed at this Wonderful resort with my family the past Christmas Holidays, very well managed property, all the staff was very friendly and property was well maintained and clean, stayed in a three bedroom at Destin two, in an upper floor unit, watched the water while doing the dishes, very memorable stay, will sure visit again in the near future.

10 Stars! Right on the beach!!! If you dont like crowded spaces, this is the place: its beach, its pool, its other amenities, its parking lot, they are not at all crowded as all the other accommodations in the surrounding area. Food & activities available. Every year, loving this place!

Well it might not be a 17 floor resort BUT this place was really GREAT for us or anybody that stayed here!! It was not crowded as others nor or the beach or at the parking lot! It has a gym and a game room. On the game room thats not to many games but the do have a pin pon table and two arcade games. Now in the gym they do have a variety if equipment to use! The rooms were a lot smaller that what the appear on the website but we were only four of us so it was perfect for us! So if have more than four members, I would recommend you to get a bigger room! The room was clean everything at its place and the good part was that we had the beach at some steps away!! Very convenient when you have little ones like we did. They also have two pools and their were heated they also had a Jacuzzi closed to the pool. Everything was great! From Monday through Thursday they would have some activities like free lunch yes free lunch! Then at some other day they would have free breakfasts! At others they would have tournaments of pin-pon at the game room area. They would also have a pool party and a band!!! Yes a band playing at the pool AND kids friendly!!! They would sell hot dogs, hamburgers and nachos and ice cream at a very cheap price! I would defiantly come back this place is great! If you have kids or if you dont! And its not so expensive like other places! And its comfortable!!!! We stayed here 5 nights!

We come here every single year. Love this place. Because it isnt a high-risk we have much more beach space than most tourists. Clean and great service.

Been going here for vacation every year since 1985. Love the private beach.Tho they need to update the older rooms. The furniture is very uncomfortable. Definitely needs a refurb on the interior of the rooms.

This place is awesome. Customer service, location, you are right on the beach. The place is immaculate, rooms are well equipped, nicely decorated. Did I mention clean. The views are great !!!

I have been coming here with my children since my son was 10 he is now 44. This is the 1st time my husband and I have come down here and I told him we had to stay at the Holiday Beach Resort. They offer lots of things to do within the resort, and one of my favorite things about it is each unit has a screened in porch. You dont have to fight mosquitoes or flies to enjoy the view.

Absolutely love this place! My family and I visit every Mothers Day week and love it. The other members that are there this week have also been coming most of their lives during rhis time. It makes for a great family atmosphere, one we plan on enjoying the rest of our lives and our childrens lives as well.

One of my favorite beach destinations in Florida. The condos are on the beautiful white sandy beach. There are two pools that are not overly crowded. The rooms are always nice and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful.

The view is amazing from the beachside condos. Cant beat the price. The staff is very accommodating. And...its located right in the middle of everything! The traffic is horrible, but thats anywhere you go in Destin.

My family loves the Holiday Beach Resort!! We have a big group and my grandmother has 4 or 5 rooms for every family and we love it! The staff is so great and happy to help with whatever they have a nice lobby, a breakfast room, a game room and even a fitness center! They always have little events like hot dogs and nachos hamburgers bingo and even ice cream. They have a nice hot tub and a nice pool. We are a part of week number 23 and we come every June and we love how we are on the first floor and we are by the pool and we have a screened in porch we are also right on the beach and we love that! They have activities like shuffleboard volley ball and the tennis courts! My family has many teenagers and kids and we have friends who go the same week and we always play hide and seek at night and it is actually way more fun than you think! Again we LOVE the Holiday Beach Resort! I wrote this review to show my appreciation towards everyone at Holiday Beach Resort.

The beaches here are beautiful. Soft white sand and emerald green water. The HBR Resort has always been xtra clean and the staff always genuine and professional. For a relaxing place to stay highly recommended.

Gorgeous

We came to Holiday Beach Resort with our kids and grandkids. The rooms and common areas were well kept, and the beach access is amazing. Because of the small size of the resort, you are able to enjoy a sparsely populated beach and pool. They have extras throughout the week like hot dogs and nachos, welcome reception, ice cream, a live band, etc. It was very easy to stay on site and relax without having to venture out into the Destin traffic.

Had a blast here not far from beach met some hreat people and would stay here ahain.

Beds were horrible, the tv didn’t work and the smoke detector went off anytime you cooked anything (it was too close to the stove). It is in a great location and in close proximity to the beach.8 stayed in a different unit the year before and it was better. It is definitely budget-friendly.

We stayed at Holiday Beach Resort last week. The place was low key and very relaxing. Pools were just right size so no one felt crowded. The white beach was uncrowded and the best Ive seen. Beach staff were very friendly. Resort staff were helpful as well.Because of the heavy traffic on US 98, Id suggest you just stay at the resort and enjoy the amenities.

It was a nice place to stay, above anything the view was simply amazing!! A 1 min walk to the beach from the room, lots of activities to do or just lounging. Room was nice, small but nice, had queen size bed, had a full kitchen, stove,fridge m freezer, microwave, sink, cabinets, can buy groceries n save on eating out.The decor was dated but it served its purpose, close to beach, lots of restaurants, 5 min drive away from the docks where Margaritaville is along with places to book deep sea fishing, dolphin tour ,etc, would go back if needed a inexpensive room!

I had a pretty good view of the ocean from the balcony and enjoyed swimming in their pools. Every time I swam in the pool, there we not many people in it so that is a plus especially if caring for a child. The resort had inform visitors ahead of time of the daily fun activities that would that place. The resort ran smoothly.

As timeshares go this was below average. Its an old rehabbed hotel and the rehab was done on the cheap. The folks there are very nice its on the beach but the facilities themselves are really below-average

This was the best vacation my husband and I have ever been on. The room was very clean and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Everyone who works there is great. The beach is so clean and there werent many people there so it wasnt crowded at all. The pool is kept really clean as well as the grounds.There isnt one bad thing I can say. We are definitely staying here again next year!

This was my first time coming to Destin Fl. This hotel was located on the prettiest beach Ive ever seen! The staff was amazing, especially the 2 night shift girls, Samantha and Jeanette. They were very helpful and friendly. Betty and Tamika were also very friendly. I will absolutely be back next year!

The beauty of this place is that it is a last bastion of the time share that fits the landscape. The grounds are impeccably kept. There are lovely veranda styles balconies with Adirondack chairs and ceiling fan. The views from the 3rd floor is wonderful. The staff is very very nice. The new timeshares tower 30 40 stories over it on either side. The resort is extremely dated cosmetically however, it could be remedied fairly easily hopefully they will or it will be gone to the glass behemoths and charm is dead.

I came here growing up as a kid the exact same week and going on 30 years coming here. It is a smaller resort, but it is a family feel. We see and recognize people who come year after year. And because it is smaller, with a very wide beach area, you arent packed in like sardines on the beach where all you see are other beach chairs in front of you. All you get is pure beach and front row.

Very family friendly. We have had a family vacation / reunion there every summer for 35 years. Great activities on property all week and right across the street from a great waterpark.

Beautiful clean units right on the Gulf of Mexico. You cant get anymore in the heart of Destin than at this resort, its central to everything. Grounds are always clean and well maintained. We have stayed here 3 times and have never been disappointed. Front desk is always prompt with requests.

One of the few times shares on the beach. Destin has some beautiful beaches. Staff is friendly and units and grounds are always clean. Could use a little updating in the units furniture wise.

Spending time at this resort during Thanksgiving holidays! Great location very clean suits at phase II and unit furniture and decorate are clean and well taking care.

Every year my sisters and I go to the beach in November. This past year we went to Destin and stayed at this resort. It was okay. It was clean enough but small. We got the 3 bedroom unit. The 3rd bedroom is roughly the size of a medium walk in closet. The other two are not very large either. The master bathroom was the only generously sized (almost oversized) room and it seemed such a waste! It could have been half the size and allowed for more bedroom space. DO NOT spend extra for the 3rd bedroom unless children will be using it.

My grandparents and mother have been coming here for years now me and my siblings are coming the weeks that they own place is like paradise if you like the beach this is the place to come for relaxation

We have been coming here for over 30 years and its a great spot for the beach. The interior could use some updating. The bed is too small and firm. Destin is just too crowded nowadays, we enjoyed it much more many years ago.

Nice place, up to a point. There are too many rules to follow and too much to do before the extremely early check-out. Not accommodating to the disabled!! I dont think they have ever heard of the ADA.

We had a great time there even with RCI messing up our time and shorting us 1 day. Ronnie is the resort GM and is outstanding, she will go over and above just to try to please and help you. We had a 3 bedroom penthouse that was very comfortable.

Nice place. Converted hotel with older charm. Rooms are fairly up to date. We visit Destin quite often and this is one of our go to places to stay.

A bit above average. Needs updating and repairs. Staff was great, our first room was awesome but the room we had to move to was far below the expectations because of our first room.
