It is so beautiful, the room is clean, peaceful, and large. I will be bring all my family back to this place for a vacation. For this to be my first time in Florida, this is the best. I loved it. I would like to move out here. Had a great time, and the food is great.

Close to beach had everything we need beach chairs toys for the kids

Great place, its just like most condos, long hallway, and leads to the rooms on side. Nice and clean, nice bathroom, nice place altogether. Just a stones throw from the beach, has private beach access, but theres still tons of people on the gorgeous white sand beaches, with emerald green water. Highly recommend.

We stayed in 306 and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just across the street from beach fun. The pool was nice and we cooked a nice meal on the outdoor grills. I would stay again.

Great location, great value. I love it when I book something on the roll of the dice and it turns out to be one of my better decisions. I came away looking like a genius. But of course, the wife doesnt have to know that.

The Gulf of Mexico is one of the best places to vacation! From the beautiful beach views, many family activities, shopping and white sand beaches you will always find something to do!

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, but it was clean. You can hear the neighbors open & close their patio doors and flush their toilets. . Close access to the beach. Good location for us. I would stay here again.

Gulfview is a great spot on the beach. The Destin area seems like a busy spot, at least while we were there and the Gulfview beach has a nice section of the beach where its not crowded, which is a great bonus. Besides that the sand and ocean were terrific. The room we had was up-to-date(more then photos) and very clean. They have outside showers to clean your feet and the pool, although I only went once, didnt appear to be overcrowded ever when i passed it. Overall I prefer a little less of a daily crowd around the beach town im in, but Gulfview was such a DOPE experience for the price, itll be a tough spot to beat out when it comes to planning future beach trips.

My cousin Rusty booked a room for the last weekend of May 2020. He never received any kind of check in instructions. Well we get to the location and there is no check in building like there is at most places, unsure what to do we call the business number and was on hold for 45 minutes before I got irritated and called booking.com (from my phone) Well booking.com answered the call immediately and took our info then called us back within 15 mins with the check in instructions before anybody from the actual business answered ( YES we were still on hold) we walk into the room it was hot and it kinda smelled a little but no big deal. We turned on the AC and unpacked. Went out for a bite to eat and when we came back it had cooled down just a bit but was still Slightly uncomfortable. We went to bed and woke up Saturday morning and went out for a day of fun. When we returned to the room it was 80°+ because the air conditioning was not working it smelled terrible and there was a couple of roaches(and not outside roaches it was one of those German roaches(we have videos and pictures). We contacted booking.com and the business directly hoping for some type of compensation, maybe being moved into another room or them sending someone to fix the AC..... instead they offered to give us a credit for 1 night. I actually didnt spend a penny its not my money at all..... but that my friends is not customer service. And I myself will never visit or do business with this location or any affiliates ever again.

The Gulfview is a great place to stay. It is very well maintained and nice. Our room was great, it was clean and furnished well. We will be going back again and hope we can stay there. It is right across from the beach just a short walk and we loved our time there.

DO NOT STAY IN UNIT 122. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR VACATION!Our particular unit, 122, seemed more like a frat hangout than nice rental. Things broken, rusted pots, broken stove, and a lot more but its too much to list. To top it off, the smell of dirty smoke was overwhelming. The management company, RealJoy, did their best to fix the situation but it didnt make up for the fact that we overpaid for this rental. RealJoy should stop managing this property, unless the owner decides to care about what they are offering. Ive booked through VRBO many times and have NEVER been so dissapointed.Location is the ONLY thing that saved our vacation.

Amazing little condo. So cozy and right on the beach. I loved that it was stockef with all the kitchen cookware and utensils youd need. An exceptional experience without and exorbitant price tag. Quite the little vacation gem. Weve already booked our next visit.

These condominiums were clean, quiet, family friendly for a family of 7, very quick walk to the beach, located near the outlet malls, & was literally a home away from home for my family. Definitely will be booking again, for the summer.

Price was good and convenient to just about anything you need. Also the walk to the beach was directly across the road. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because there is no eleavator! The steps got old quick with two young children and all of the beach toys! Overall I would stay again

Couch, Fans, registers, sheets, were dirty. Everything else is full of dust. Stayed only because inlaw had it as a timeshare. Tub/shower is a joke, oxidized etc... bed squeaks if you move an inch! Dishes were greasy feeling also. Needs updated. Corrosion is taking toll on exteriors of the building. Very small pool. No washer or dryer. Our socks were black the first hour of arrival...ehck. Ceilings were cracked and fridge had stagnant water inside. Outside lights were out during the night! Bathtub drain took 30 min to drain. Need I say more, fix it!!!

#102 was very clean and was great place to stay. 100 steps to the beach. Hot tub. Heated pool. Wifi/TV. Comfortable beds and furniture. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and toys.

BEWARE: Smokers everywhere! Unless youre into that thing. Theres no smoking in the actual units, but it seeps under the door from the hall. Lots of smoking in the pool area too.

The complex is great; it is close to local attractions and directly across the street from the beach. It is a very family friendly environment. The unit we stayed in was extremely clean and decorated nicely.

We stayed in condo 106, ground level with parking right outside our rear door which was very convenient. The furniture and decorations were nice and contemporary however the structure of the unit needs attention. The AC sounded like someone put shoes in the dryer...all...night...long. The sliding door is so old theres a bar that locks it and it takes quite a bit of effort to even get it shut. It is the only unit on our level without anything outside the door to hang wet clothing/towels on, we bought cheap rope and had to makeshift a clothesline ourselves. Absolutely no cleaning supplies, including a vaccume, to maintain the place for the week. There was a broom in the closet (with wads of hair stuck to it) but this did nothing for the sand on the large rug. We had a couple Palmetto bugs (HUGE) but it sounds like this is common in Florida. We found it odd that there is a blender and toaster but no hair dryer, had to buy one. Not one hanger in the closet, instead 3 dirty blankets wadded up with hair all over them. Hair behind the door in the bathroom, hair in the master bed bedding and bunks. Theres a security light right outside the master bedroom window so we often woke up in the night thinking it was morning. Many of the other units had light blocking blinds for this reason. Plan on a trip to the grocery as soon as you get there, youll need toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We did leave the hangers there. Washer and dryer are $1.75 each and are conveniently right beside this unit...its a good thing because I needed to wash all the bedding on our first day. We left the condo cleaner than when we arrived. We would not stay in this unit again.

We stayed seven nights in unit number 318. It was nice, clean, and had two balconies with partial views of the ocean. The staff was friendly, and outside areas well maintained. I highly recommend this place. The only negatives were the condo bedroom had a terrible bed, and was advertised as having wi-fi but did not. I contacted the staff and they were very helpful in getting us on another rooms WiFi. I even loved the color of the outside building because it really stood out amongst the other houses on our walks.

Nice little rooms that are very close to a beautiful private beach! The pools were a perfect temperature.

Across street from beach. Two swimming pools and one shallow hot tub. Check in is 2 buildings down the road. Just a short walk. You can also get 1 dvd at a time for free. Our condo slept 6. Tight quarters. Decent kitchen. Comfy beds. Paid $550 for Thurs-Sun during late peak season.

The location was perfect, right across from the beach and close to restaurants and things. The rooms were very nice with plenty of space.

The condo complex is generally very attractive and maintained on the outside. Individual condos must vary a lot because they are individually owned. Unit #115 has absolutely no updates at all from the time these were built, but I understand that some have been updated nicely. Some things get so old they just cant be cleaned anymore such as cracked plastic faucet knobs that are growing mold inside of them. Not a pretty sight! Id try another condo in these buildings because of the wonderful location and easy beach access, but dont even think about renting #115 unless you can see that its had some major updates or a renovation. The bedroom window covering was so transparent that we hung a beach towel over it to keep out the sunlight in the mornings and the exterior building lights at night. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.
