We have now stayed here for the past 4 years, and still really enjoy it. Great view, almost private beach and great condos. Can’t wait to go back each year.

Extremely nice condominium complex with some of the best views in Destin!

It was nice and quiet. Across the water from the busiest part of Destin. It was a drive to get to anywhere but the beach and location was nice

In trying to keep up with all the social distancing being recommended, we decided to postpone our beloved Spring Break trip... not cancel, just postpone. Our airline and rental car allowed us to change the dates.... the CONDO however, is refusing to work with us. Am i the only one that sees a problem with this?? We are still willing to give them our money, just change the date to.. you know... when we are not under the threat of a global PANDEMIC??

**Be warned**.During this time of social distancing, we needed to change our reservation and not travel- based on recommendations from the CDC, state, federal and local officials. Our group coming to this property included immediate family members of doctors and nurses that have been exposed to this deadly virus. This property would not refund or even offer any concessions on changing our dates. Nothing. Nada. They will simply keep our money. Would you want us as your neighbors if you were renting here? I dont think so. Its just bad business, and more importantly, UNSAFE BUSINESS in the name of greed. Please dont give this property your money. Try the Oceania down the beach- Pat the manager is amazing and you will find that their property is too!

I had pulled out dirty dishes, there was mold on the tile floors. It was very out dated.

Beautiful. Great location on an uncrowded beach. Lots of wildlife and steady stream of boats to watch.Condo was awesome. Amazing views.

Even though the units are condos with a fridge& freezer, an ice machine outside would be such a plus for heading out to the beach or just b/c you usually need plenty of ice for the # of people staying in a condo for a beach vacay. Also definitely need more umbrellas by the pool. There were only 2 (old) umbrellas available on our last visit & when we asked if there were any more, the employee told us he would bring one out, waited for another party to walk away from their table with one of the 2 umbrellas already out there, grabbed that one & set it up in our spot

This place is heaven, quiet, clean, building is not a cookie cutter condo, this is a cut above. Pool and hot tub are terrific and a wonderful workout room. Used water taxi for a quick trip across harbor for dinner

Beautiful condos. Spacious, and clean. Right on the beach. Unfortunately, the weather here is fair, but not hot, and management will not turn the heat for the pool, which is made the pool unusable unfortunately.

We booked an apartment as a vacation rental from this community. We did booking via VRBO. Our apartment no. Was 504N in east pass tower. This was one of the worst vacation rentals. Entire apartment was Victorian style. Hell lot of mirrors. This is still ok. Apartment was low maintained. Carpet, sheets and restroom were dirty and stinky. Half of the lights and fans were not working. It felt super gloomy inside apartment. Owner didnt warn us regarding missing toiletries. Kitchen didnt had trash can and trash bags. Towers pool was not heated. Gym equipments were ok.

Secluded location compared to some we have been to. Very secure area with codes to every area.

Great Experience at the place. We had a great view of the sea and harbor walk.

The three best things they have going for them are security, the view for Thursday night fireworks, and the water taxi service available to take to Harborwalk.Other than that, it was miserable. The codes that were sent did not work for the pool access or the pedestrian access. The photographs and description say beach access, instead it is a man made sand bar where you cannot walk up to the water and sit in it. The appliances are very dated and the freezer barely made any ice. We had to buy ice daily. The oven took twice as long to cook. The microwave turn table did not turn. The pots and pans provided were very old and stained and were not large enough to cook for 5 people. The air in the main part worked well but the guest rooms were extremely hot and humid even at night. We had to use a box fan just to try and sleep. Lamps did not work and there were no lights in the guest rooms other than that. The vertical blinds throughout the entire condo were dated and broken or ineffective in keeping the sun out and we were awakened each morning before 5am with sun which made it hotter. Linens and towels were old and dated. Pillows were yellow with age. Fake plants and floral arrangements were everywhere you turned and were extremely dusty and dirty. Funiture in the condo was very dated and the recliners were broken. The master shower door would not close all the way and the master tub had a sign that said dont use the jets because it leaked to the unit below. The master TV had a blue line through it. The living room TV was the only one we used. The 3rd TV they mention is the size of a computer screen. One guest closet was locked and we couldnt hang up our clothes. The guest service person they said to contact would only answer text and not when we needed it. When we asked her about the beach access she said there is, go look with a smiley face that seemed condescending. The pool area had numerous chairs and tables but only 2 umbrellas for the entire condo to use. Thank goodness we met an owner who could point us in the right direction for the water taxi and information on the owner side vs. the renters side. Ive been to Destin my times and this was the worst experience we have ever had on vacation. For 4 nights at a total of about $2300 we expected and deserved so much more.
