We loved our stay here. Very relaxing and comfortable. The view is amazing. Our condo was fantastic and we plan to return. The beach service was perfect. The beach was amazing and the water was warm and relaxing.

Stayed in unit 1700. The condo was amazing. Great views of the beach, ocean, and city. The condo was clean and updated. It sleeps 14 and we had twelve in our party and we were all comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms and each room has its own on suite. We will definitely be staying here again!

There were things about the room that I did like but there were several things that I didnt.. Examples: Half of the Electrical Outlets didnt work, The Flat Screen had colored lines from top to bottom, Neither the bedroom or the bathroom doors would close and/or lock properly, 3 out of 4 of the days we were there either one or both of the Elevators werent working making us take the stairs (carrying everything we had), The Bedroom Sliding door to the patio to see the beach was jammed, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST every single day we had to either park 1/4 a mile down the street to have a parking space or sit and wait to fight several other people trying to find a parking space (which is so ridiculous)..On a positive note the Security Officers at the front gate were very friendly everyday and the carpet in the Condo was soft and seemed almost new..

We were in condo 170 and it was super nice, we did have a bit of a ways to walk to get to the beach but it was not crowded and everyone was keeping their distance and had plenty of room

We stayed in cottage #198 and it was lovely! The beach was a beautiful white sand beach and the unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay in unit #198 again! One note - the traffic on Hwy 98 was very slow going in to town but otherwise conveniently located!

Very clean. Condo is beautiful. 2 swimming pools. Grills available. I do recommend bringing foil and plastic bags for food items as none is supplied.

This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed! We came with our friends for their Anniversary, theyve stayed numerous times. My husband and I were in awe of EVERYTHING! The views, the beach just the entire experience. We are already planning to come back next year. Last week was the best week weve had, EVER!

My group had stayed in one of the condos. It seems that the property management has decent standards for owners as the condo was updated and decorated nicely. We were next to a water feature and the pool. Most of those rentals had screened in porch so which were a nice touch to hang out in. The pool was clean. The security staff were friendly. They worked the gate before you could get it which made it feel secure. The workers that drive the golf carts around were always ready to give a lift for people to the pool. There were a lot of other things on the property like playgrounds, corn hole, basketball courts, and tennis. Overall, it was adequate for a good beach vacation. There are always things that could be better but overall this was good experience and Id go back.

We have been locked out of our rental condo for over an hour and a half now. After MULTIPLE back and forth with management we are now sitting here waiting for a locksmith WITH the apparent property manager. I am uncertain as to how a property manager doesn’t have a master key to let us in. Or how the would not have a master key in the event of an emergency. That seems like EXTREMELY poor management.To make the situation worse we are waiting with my TWO YEAR OLD daughter who currently has no access to any of her essentials: diapers, wipes, milk, bed, etc.I realize the door breaking is not their fault however this is the worst display of management handlings I have ever seen.We have been coming to this property for over 20 years and never had an issue. It is insanely disappointing to see the management ruin an otherwise lovely resort hidden condo location.

But customer service is absolutely terrible. The only thing we were asking form were two extra blankets for our children. Apparently that’s not in their customer service training orMaybe they just didn’t think it was a necessary request. ALL MOMMY AND DADDY’S just please be aware ofThis before booking :)

Gated Short walk to beach pool out the back door most beautiful beach just an amazing place so close to anything you need WOUNDERFUL.

We had a fantastic time staying here in an Airbnb condo. The location was close to the beach... Just a short walk. We had a full kitchen to use for making meals and plenty of bed space for all our travelers. The beaches here are spectacular with snowy white sand and clear green water. We played on the beach all day every day. The resort itself has pools, a lake, tennis, food, basketball... All with a peaceful tree filled setting. It was quiet here and so relaxing. The security staff were all friendly and helpful and the guy who provides chairs on the beach was super nice as well. We will definitely come back here in the future!

So disappointed with this resort. We have been standing outside for 2/1/2 hours while the key did not work o. The 3rd night. The security and lady on call acted like we were crazy and being difficult and LOCKED OUT OF OHR ROOMS THAT WE PAID FOR !!!!! No apologies just we are trying. So if you want to spend your vacation standing outside of your unit this is the place to go By the way we are still not in our cottage STILL WAITING WITH A 2 YEAR OLD !!!! Time check it is 8::14 pm.

We just stayed here for the second year in a row. We absolutely love the location and amenities. The private beach isnt overly crowded. White Dimond provides beach service for a fee its not included in your rental.

Condo 1504, nice. Has all the necessities and a phenomenal view. Pool is small, crowded.

Parking at condo complex is horrible. Limited number of spaces that are too small for larger SUVs and trucks. The beach is very nice but they need more than 1 set of stairs to get to and from the beach.

I stayed here for about a week and thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. The beaches here are truly unique! The sand was perfectly white, with a very fine consistency. From a distance it almost looks like snow! The beaches were immaculate. During the time we were visiting, there was a very thick fog that would roll in from the ocean and slowly dissipate the warmer it became. Its definitely something you need to experience in person! The grounds of hidden Dunes are very well maintained and clean. There are several shopping/restaurant areas within driving distance. My only complaint is that its quite sleepy and there arent many things at all within walking distance. Perhaps some people would love that, but after a while I did start feeling restless because the resort is so reclusive and quiet. Overall, a very calm and serene place to stay!

Its lovely and the beach is a short walk away great place for kids to play they ha e a playground and pools tennis basketball courts plenty more to do within the gates

This is way over priced for what we got. Dirty tub and the sheets had stains on them. If I could give a negative 10 thats what they would get form us. I would not recommend this place to any one. Save your money and stay at a motel 6 instead!

A lovely getaway! Right by the beach, if you dont like the beach, youre right by the pool.

This is a great place to stay. Super quiet and low key. Its walking distance to the beach. They also have a golf cart shuttle to get you and your items to and from the beach. White sand and clear water. You cant get any better than that!

I would definitely recommend this place. Our condo was not directly on the beach but was within a short walking distance to the beach. The grounds are clean and the beach is beautiful white powder sands. The condo was clean and amazing.

Stayed here last summer with my family. Such a great place to get away to!The beach was a 5 minute walk from the condo and the staff down at the beach were very polite and helpful.The sand is white and the waters are emerald. I enjoyed nice walks on the beach in the morning, the late afternoon, and at night as well. They even had a major firework show right on the beach in front of the apartments. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Million dollar views. Condo was clean but badly in need of some updates and a little maintenance. For example, sliding door to balcony (we were on the 14th floor) hardly slid at all. Took both hands and real effort to open and close it. Front door had no keys but a punch in code, which is common these days. But the code should work. Three occasions we had to call and get a new one because we were locked out. The beach access cures all ills with this place. Private, for guests only, beach with sugar white clean sand and emerald green water.

Great little place to stay. We ( mischel painting llc) have done 2 remodels and we noticed it was every quit and peaceful there unlike other resorts on beach . It was 233 area right when you go through security gate . Which I got to say have the best security guards very professional and helpful etc. Most of the 2 story 4 plex town homes circle the very nice big pool .

I just had a huge family reunion here (about 37 relatives) and it was amazing!! The condos are adorable and very nice and we were all able to stay in the same area which made it easy to meet up!! I highly recommend this place!!

We’ve stayed here for the past 2 years, but decided to try Sandestin resort this year Big Mistake! Got to our poorly listed, beat up condo to find major water damage and mold. Called the Hidden Dunes after business hours and Donna, the on-call Agent, quickly found us a place for our family. She’s a God send! We’ll NEVER stay anywhere else in the future. This is the best property for beach, pools, grilling, and quick access to Destin attractions without all the traffic. Every unit we’ve stayed in has been well maintained with modern and clean furnishings. Plenty of parking and no public access to beaches to compete with. Hidden Dunes is our vacation destination for life!

Beautiful location. The entire complex is walkable as well as riding a bike. The peaceful mornings are great and hidden from all the business of destin.

Clean, secluded and private. It is a short walk from the beach. You can call a mule for a ride if needed. There is Wi-Fi and cable access. I have gone here almost every summer and have never been disappointed.

Very easy accessable to the beach and they had golf carts to shuttle you to be beach as well. But the cottages we lived in looks little old but was ok. We had all we need inside the kitchen so we cooked our own food and had great fun at Dustin FL.

When I was there, I felt like I was home, it was so relaxing and I didnt feel like I had to go out anywhere, was very content spending all of my time there, except for the deep sea fishing day I had with the Sweet Jody crew, I love that place!

The complex has 2 lovely pools and has a very tropical feel! You can walk to the beach in less than 20 minutes and there is parking by the beach if you choose to drive. The condos are many and closely spaced together. If you are on a bottom unit and someone is above you it WILL be loud. Prepare to be able to hear all your neighbors.

Wonderful property! Great proximity to the beach and beautiful facilities. The only reason I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is because we did have to do some clean up(sand, leaves, residue, etc) out on the patio when we arrived. Also, Im not sure if our upstairs neighbors were just extremely loud and inconsiderate or if the floors/ceilings are really thin. Well definitely be back to rent, will just be making sure to get the upper unit of the 2.

Weve stayed here 2 different times, in 2 different rentals, and had a wonderful experience both times. The property management staff (namely Lynda & Karen) were incredibly helpful! Karen Poe was spot on with her reassuring assessment of the impending tropical storm despite EVERY OTHER hyped newscast and we are all very grateful she took the time to give me a call and provide such excellent customer support. The very minor work requests submitted were handled virtually immediately and with superior professionalism. Thank you for another wonderful Memorial Day family vacay...we will most definitely be back!!!

This my familys 3rd year to stay at this resort. It is convenient to Destin and Sandestin. There is a great beach and two onsite pools.

Nice rooms close to the beach. WiFi information was wrong but I think thats more on the individual renting the place out than on the complex. Pool is pretty normal but well kept. Staff Ive interacted with has been friendly and helpful.

Love this place is so pretty quiet and the beach is just like 2 minutes walking but the website we payed we had a little problem traying to get our room but the security people that are in the front helped us a lot.but it’s a beautiful place is quiet and is great for families

Stayed at Unit 401 Gulfside. Very nice 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. Enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rental. The stand alone ice maker in the full and very pretty kitchen is a nice add-on. The support staff was excellent.

Nice gated community with beautiful condos and just a couple minutes walk to the beach.

Wonderful location. Quiet and serene on the property even though we were right next to the pool. I loved that there was a bedroom on the main floor and a loft upstairs but still far apart from each other. The uilization of space was creative. The screened in patio was awesome. I loved the spacious bathrooms and closets. The tubs are perfect for soaking in. Only complaint, the bathroom sink vanity is kinda on the low side. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Well worth climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor.

1305 is wonderful. Lovely and spotless accommodations with the best view and beach ever. The owner has gone above and beyond to make this vacation spot a piece of heaven.

We recently bought a Gulf Front unit here after having owned one in the beach cottages 25 years ago. We had 903 updated and it couldnt be more perfect with the full beach view from the living area and bedroom area on one side and the bay and lake from the other side with no obstructed views from buildings and not crowded beach. Lush and tropical destination with great tennis in the middle of the beach stretch between Destin and 30A. It was great 25 years ago and now our kids are grown and get to come back home! Awesome place...never want to come home after going there.

Upon arrival security was rude! Upon arriving to our condo #49 at 4:00pm it was not clean from the previous group who had stayed there prior to us arriving. After coming off an 12 hour drive we had to wait another 2 1/2 hours before we could finally get inside to unpack. Once we were able to get inside we had to go purchase our own cleaning supplies and clean after the cleaning crew. After talking to the property manger he wasnt willing to refund us any money back due to the condition of his property. Hidden Dunes itself was beautiful and clean and we had a short walk to the beach. Everyone who we came encountered with was friendly. The two pools are well maintain as well as the community.

My teen-age daughter and I stayed at the cottages (condos). I loved being a short walk from the beach or pool, with the lovely fountains. We enjoyed the screened porch plus having a full kitchen to prepare meals. The master bedroom was huge. We were very close to one of the outlet malls. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a good spot to lay out in but I dont know if youre able to do that now since they changed the laws with the beaches. So make sure you call and ask

The tennis costs $40 an hour and you have to reserve court times in advance. Very strict rules about curfew, swimming, and skating. The staff is also rude. The beach is really nice, all of the facilities are well maintained and cleaned, and the rooms are all nice as well.

Located near Sandestin and Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Hidden Dunes Resort has a great location. The resort is gated and secluded and the condo had an amazing view of the beach. The beach service attendants at White Diamond were very friendly and great for local recommendations. Great resort for a family beach vacation.

Good place for a family vacation very quite but if you want to be loud past 8 you need to stay some where else.

Hidden Dunes was easy to check into. The resort property is very secure, with twenty four hour security. Gulf access was easy, and the beach was lovely. Our condo was spacious and well appointed.

When we can where there was construction on the building and the owner didn’t tell us and when we went to our room they were on our balcony spraying all of our stuff and making the whole balcony wet while we were there and the room that we are in is decorated like some deceased lived here but we did enjoy going to the beach but felt very uncomfortable falling asleep in this condo!!!

House was updated in 1982, house sleeps 14 but only has parking for 2 cars. Far away from the restaurants and fun of destin. The beach is nice!!!!

The beach and our condo were both beautiful. We would absolutely go back again and stay at this condo...the living space was perfect for our family and in very close proximity to the beach which was where we spent almost all of our time.Our only complaint was that all the closets had quite a few personal belongings of the condo owner in them so there were not a lot of places to store our things. (we had driven to Florida--a family of 5, so we were loaded up with suitcases, etc)

The place was really nice with access to two pools and a beach. The room had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Absolutely beautiful!

Stayed here many years and enjoy the smaller size resort and quick access to the beach. Most high rise units are updated with nice kitchens. The cottages are quiet and also have quick pool access.

This was one of the best places for a family vacation. My whole family spent an extended weekend the week before July 4. The cottage we stayed in was clean and well appointed. The proximity to the beach and the pool was good. There was little to no traffic in our area. I would book this resort again! Reservations were easy as well.

First time to stay in a VRBO, it was Amazing! Great location, we over looked the pool, so serene! They had something for everyone! Horse shoes, tennis, corn hole, basketball, beach access, pool, hot tub!

Hidden Dunes is a beautiful, peaceful place. We have vacationed here in the same villa the past four years, and love it.
