I have no idea how the reviews are so high. Its a motel at best. The outside is run down, just like the studio room we booked. There are very limited pictures of the outside for a reason. The beach access across the street is across a really really busy street, near impossible crossing on foot. We immediately booked another place to stay. Definitely not the quality we are used to receiving when booking with Interval.

Great, convenient room with microwave, dishwasher, sink, stove, and refrigerator. The property is a little outdated but still well kept. Loved the pool! Wish the hot tub had been open, but I understand why it wasn’t. Also the beach access through the other resort they partner with was great to have, however the private walkway was littered with trash and had a fowl smell. I think someone needs to be hired for upkeep in that area because I was dodging glass.

Very nice place very clean and friendly people

The best part about this place is the large indoor pool and jacuzzi! In December, we walked out of our courtside room into humid and warm air! Such a plus! We played ping pong, cornhole, billiards and my boyfriend destroyed me in Gallaga! The rooms were nice but maids arent apparently short enough to see some mold under the shower faucets and fixtures. Otherwise, would have been 5 stars for the price. Oh, the outdoor pool provided some wind protection so we were able to sit in the sun on a 65 degree day. Nice!

Hot tub down AGAIN. This time it said because of covid but pool open and pool table open and putput and nope they are not cleaning after each use sooooo.Some of the front desk help are very rude . Not anything like in the past 6 times we have stayed.

My husband came down to Club Destin to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Our room looked just like the pictures that were online. We enjoyed our room, and all of the amenities. We hated that the hot tub wasnt open, but we understood. We will be back!

Weve owned a yearly week there since 1990 and Im still trying to understand negative stories about time share ownership!The staff there have always been nothing but spot on and immediate to respond to needs.I guess Im kinda biased though.We chatter about em all from time to time, the throughout the year when were not there.But then, we were owners since before the pool had a roof!

My stay was nice. I liked the hotel, but a couple of things that I had particularly booked it for was not available; so that was a little disappointing for me. I probably will not book any stays in the future for there. Nothing against the hotel, but if it doesnt offer what I am looking for, then I need to stay elsewhere.

My family has been coming here for 25+ years. We always have a fantastic time and the location is great between Ft. Walton and Seaside. Friendly staff and great management, they treat you like family!

Gem of a place to stay. Super friendly and hard working staff. The entire property was extremely clean inside and out. Only a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly. The location was super close to several great restaurants and the state park was a little over a mile and a half away.

We were able to check in early. the room had a little kitchen. the location was convenient the price was high for a holiday weekend, but we were happy we found a place available. we would stay here again. the pool was not open yet due to pandemic.

Very disappointed with the accommodation, although the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were assigned needs renovation and new furnishings. Rust on the side of the refrigerator and the bottom of the dishwasher; half the rings on the range didnt work; and the overall appearance is tired looking and scruffy.

Everything was great! We had everything we needed! It was close enough to everything! We enjoyed it!

Room was very old and outdated, there was a lot of rust and grime. The only reason why I gave it three stars is because of the staff. You get what you pay for.

Power been out since Tuesday. Some rooms have power. Management will not let you move to a room with power. I haven’t had room service since I been here. Customer service is bad. Lady at the front desk asked what room was i in. She tells me I am not a time share owner. I said it’s in my wife name what difference does that makes!

There was sand in the bed and a pair of shoes in the closet as if the room hadn’t been deep cleaned between guests.

Positive: All of the included activities (game room, theater, etc.) made it a fun stay! Negative: The pool wasnt open to guests until noon on Sunday???

I had to cancel my reservations with another place then re-booked with Club Destin last minute. I read the reviews and almost didnt book here. I dont understand why some people gave it bad reviews. The room was fine for the price and the location location location couldnt be better. Will stay here again next time. We had an excellent expeience and I wanted to say thank you to Nicole, Nadia, Karen and Bob, they each showed excellent service. Thank you Club Destin.

The indoor and outdoor pool. Plenty for kids to do. Very pleasant. There wasnt anything i didnt like.

It was a great room...roomy with two queen beds and it was very clean and it was a decent price, unlike most Destin hotels.

Overall pretty great! The woman when you walk in was super rude. We asked how to get to the outside pool and she rolled her eyes and said, How would I know? Why dont you ask someone over at the front desk? Which was an odd statement considering she works at the desk right when you walk in. She was an older blonde hair woman definitely avoid her because had I run into her when I first showed up I would have canceled my reservation immediately. Otherwise the service and value for you money is excellent!

Nice and clean, close to everything. Easy walk across to the beach or free beach about a mile down. Also, state park 1 mile in the other direction which has facilities ($6 entry)

We came for a family vacation where we met my sister there and her children.We checked in and the lobby was very nice and clean. We liked the indoor pool but it was very cold with the A/C on and no heater in the pool.Then the first night we noticed glass all over the floor. And then we pulled out the pull out couch and there was socks, dirt and old food under it. Obviously the maids dont clean under there. We woke up the next morning and went out for the day only to come back to my nephews wallet being stolen. We called the front office they said call the police. Which we did, then the next day we contacted the GM, she apologized and she ended up giving us the cash back that was in the wallet which was very nice. We appreciated that. She also said that she would have the room discounted for the numerous problems we had while we stayed there.The day before we left my sisters A/C went out and her key card entry on the door. Then we found roaches running around. Also the garbage deposal was clogged. The maintenance tried to fix it. But was unable to at the time.Then in our room the 1 bedroom it was very out dated. The comforter was so old it looked like it had been there since the place was built. Also we had roaches in our room. Our A/C ended up going out and we went to the front desk, the woman said sorry maintenance is gone for the night I can have them come first thing in the morning. I said we cant sleep in a room that has no A/C, I suggested she moved us to the room next door she said I guess I could do that. We ended up moving. The beds are so uncomfortable. You can feel every lump and spring.We will never be coming back.

We checked in Friday July 17th. Everything was nice and clean. Come Saturday we were gone all day and our room was not serviced. Ok cool, me thinking maybe I need to actually request it. Come Sunday we are gone again the full day. This time I called the main number and spoke to Jason. I asked Jason if they can please service their room today. Jason says that he will make sure it will get done and states that’s something they do everyday. Get back to the hotel 8pm and the room was not serviced. No clean sheets, no new towels and no toilet paper. I go to the main lobby and receptionist says that she will make a note and will let Jason know. Makes you wonder, you pay all this money for a hotel and basics are not even met.

Not good, usually not picky about 1 night stays, but this one was not pleasant at all, shower head not working properly and unable to fix the flow and was frustrating, we have to wait for maintenance just to get channels on tv. Understand about high prices during holidays but this was way to much for the price, found a cheaper, cleaner more comfortable one for the next night, another 2.5 star hotel.

Great overnight stay! Large pool and within walking distance to the beach.

The room smelled like cooked food. There was left over shaved hair all over the shower. The room still had left over stuff in the refrigerator. The sheets smelled. Overall the room didn’t seem clean.

Air conditioning was right next to the bed. Blew on me kept waking me up. I asked to change rooms was denied even though rooms were available. I asked to check out a day Early and gentleman at front desk said I would get a refund. He lied. I had noticed problems in the room. One was mold in the bathroom. They sent someone and he sprayed something on the ceiling near the front door and left. I am beside myself with Club Destin. Do not book here!!!

Jacuzzi didn’t work was the only reason we chose this hotel. They kept the indoor pool area freezing like below 69 degrees. The beds are really uncomfortable and firm. The staff were nice and they did provide plenty of towls. But the rooms are outdated, the beds uncomfortable, they give you hospital blankets, and not all the stuff they advertise works. Wouldn’t stay here again. We left a day early and just said whatever about it all.

This place is just so unique, best getaway in a while

This will be our first trip to Destin. Although they have opened up the beaches, we have been told the pools are closed due to the virus. Hopefully they will open? Can anyone that is staying there now and give me some insight on what to expect when we arrive? We’ve been wanting to check Destino for several years for a vacation spot in the states. Its a nice little get away spot. If youre planning on hanging out in the room, it isnt spacious. Who, however, comes to the gulf coast to stay in the room. The amenities are nice on site. The gulf is a stones throw away. There are attractions close enough to walk to or only a short ride away.

The rooms have been wonderfully updated.

Been coming here every year for years now, so there’s a lot of memories made. And it will forever hold a fond place in my heart. But I do think maybe it’s time for a little updating to the place.And for the love of God, put in an elevator already!!!!

Love the convenience of location and price. But the beds are horrible and the sofa bed absolutely atrocious.

It was nice and affordable and we had a great time.

We absolutely love going to Club Destin and have been going for many years. My parents bought a timeshare there in the late 80s and we have continued to go with our children who are now teenagers. Although it is not right on the beach we love the indoor pool, hot tub, games and theater. In addition we find going to the public beach is much better and less crowded than the private ones on the Gulf side PLUS its affordable. Saving money on the room allowed up to be able to do more activities while in Destin. Its all in what you make of it. On another note, we left some items in the room and the housekeeping staff actually called me, saved our items and is sending to me Fed X. THIS NEVER happens! I have left items in the past only to find that no one has ever seen them... yea right!! My teen son said mom, this is just another reason why I love Club Destin. Its a small intimate family friendly gem. He loves it there and Im sure will take many vacations with his family one day.

Its pretty-okay. Not a lotta fluff, but enough bang for your buck to be worth staying & spending $ on eating out, adventures, & shopping instead. Clean, a/c was CRUNK, had a kitchenette & comfy bed & pillows, nice staff...overall it was great!

My room wasn’t cleaned at all. I removed the sheets off the bed because it was sand in the bed. I came back the same sand was in the bed, no tissue was brought in. The chair has big dust balls that looked like it’s been there for years. The bathroom still had the same sand in the tub that I left. The property was quiet so that was a great thing.

Planned on staying here but virus news caused all my out of state friends to cancel. Club Destin was very generous in letting me cancel. This means much to me as I have 10 people in my family. I will not waste my time when I reschedule, I will just book here.

I am not sure what everyone is complaining about with this place. I was apprehensive about coming here based on the reviews. It turns out that this is one of the nicest time share trades that we have had.Make sure you know before you go, if you have a studio, it is small and dont expect to cook anything in the room. Also you need to bring your own beach towels. Our room only came with 2, but when we went to the desk, we were able to get more and you can exchange anytime.They have a movie room with a book of movies that theh will play for free.The pool is also one of the best indoor pools that Ive been too.Finally, the front desk staff are exceptionally helpful. They go out of their way to help make sure that you have everything that you need.

Still here after our first night unfortunately. If I hadnt paid already we would have left. A/c and refrigerator very loud. Room was not welcoming more like a mental hospital room. Very cold feeling. It said you have private access to the beach. It does but you are only aloud to enjoy the wet sand. Not aloud on dry sand. Only if you pay 45.00 for 2 chairs and umbrella. So so so disgusted with room. Dont even want to experience the rest of the hotel. Honeymoon we could of spent at home. Thanks a lot. Why would I need to spend my time changing rooms. Yall know this place is out of date. And I guy hot water is extra ?

Cant go wrong with Club D! Always fun and centrally located to everything. Been coming for years and will continue to do so.

Very affordable resort with all the amenities you wouldnt expect.Rooms are spacious and with kitchen appliances to boot.That your able to cook in the rooms is a plus, so your not having to spend time eating out.I would recommend them to anyone, I will surely be back staying here in the future, as I return to Destin, Florida.

Didn’t get the chance to stay due to COVID-19. Even though this resort will more than make their money back, they enforced the entire cancellation policy and wouldn’t even try to work with me. I’ve stayed here before and thought I would continue to stay here every time we go to Destin, but not now. Very disappointing.

All ways a great visit to Destin. Club Destin is convenient to everything, and has so much to offer. Indoor pool and hot tub was so fun and relaxing, except for the pool area is under construction/improvement so from 10am-6pm there was alot of noise, with the pool hours 10a-10p, maybe 9a-11p woild be nice. New pingpong table and corn hole have been added to the existing shuffle board, mini gulf, theater and game room. There is plenty today if it is cold out or raining. Our room this time was a bit more compact then other rooms we have stayed in, a few cabnets that made dinnerware more reachable would be nice, this has not been an issue in other rooms we have stayed at. So due to the tight kitchen area in this room, the pool times and the construction I deducted a star. We will continue to stay at Club Destin when we visit!

We own three weeks a year at Club Destin. We always enjoy ourselves. We have two studio rooms, sleeps 2-4, and one 2bdr & 2bth, one bath has a Jacuzzi tub, sleeps 8-10 people. The studios are kinda tight, but efficient, with a tiny kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink and cupboards, equipped with cooking utensils and serving dishes. A bathroom/shower room and an adjacent vanity area. The rooms are always very clean, the beds are comfy, theres one tv in the studios and 3 tvs in the larger one. Both have a living room with a couch and chair, a dining area with a table or a long, eat on, drop counter with chairs in the larger. The larger also has a full size kitchen with full size appliances. The only bad thing I can possibly say is I dislike the color scheme choice made when decorating the rooms, theyre green and orange....ugh.....would LOVE if they redecorated in a more beachy theme....lovely blues and white perhaps to mimic the gorgeous beaches, perhaps? lol Theres a smaller outdoor pool area but the indoor recreation area is SPECTACULAR imho, beautiful, indoor pool, hot tub under a gazebo, lovely live tropical plants abound, seating areas, a huge tiki hut, shuffle board, mini golf, separate laundry room.....cant say enough good things about this timeshare resort. Plus youre MINUTES AWAY FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO!!! What more could you possibly ask for?DISCLAIMER: the pics of the beach are obviously NOT Club Destin, however the BEACH is why youve come!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Shortly after check in staff called to make sure we where happy with our accommodations. Indoor and outdoor pools where clean and the property is well maintained. Location is great, will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The check-in was easy, and the property was reasonably clean. There was a glitch with our magnetic card door Keys, so I had to go back to the desk after my first day there. There is a beach-front property law in Destin, FL that prevents walking down the beach, because it is all considered Private Property . However, Club Destin has a nice indoor pool.

Nice place close to the ocean and destinations. Suites are crafted from old motel with doors to the exterior. Theres a nice indoor pool and hot tub for rainy days. Not the most glamorous but clean and private.

Really good place, price is really good. Super clean and comfortable, full kitchen. Near to the beach. The only thing its a little bit old fashioned but I like it anyway.I rate with 5 stars cause this place has all you need.

The room was like a studio and cozy .there is a pool in the middle which is convenient but hate it closes at 10 p.m. another thing, you can definitely hear outside noise very clear,but for $79 during off season with hot tub it was worth it. Also, have a movie theater with nice chairs

I love Club Destin! They have it all. The only suggestion would be complimentary breakfast. Other than that, these people know how to treat their guests with comfort and entertainment. My family and I will only stay here each time we come to Destin. Would recommend to anyone.

We have had a timeshare there for years and have always liked going. Its in walking distance of a lot of things and you dont have to drive far to get anywhere else. The beach entrance is a short walk across the street. Its easy to get to and family friendly. You can watch movies in the movie room, rent things for shuffleboard, ping pong, and mini golf. They have a laundry room as well. Theres an indoor pool and hot tub. Ive been going since 1994 and have always enjoyed staying with them. Rooms are nice and clean and most have a stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, utensils, microwave etc.

Love staying here. Heated pool and hot tub are wonderful...

Been staying here on a time share for 11 years now, I enjoy this place completely! stay is friendly and fast acting, the rooms are beautiful and the place is all around great! fun for the whole family with tons of entertainment! would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice rooms, all the amenities that you could possibly ever use. Close to Walmart, Surf Shops, & restaurants. Staff was friendly, the rooms were well insulated from noise & keeping the A/C cold. Only reason not giving 5 stars was that you have to either drive to the public beach, or walk about a half mile to get to the Gulf.

The place was a little in need of repairs, but all in all its a true little gem!! The staff is very nice and courteous. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative feedback I have would be the lack of good parents who dont make their kids behave properly. They have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub and some parents just allowed their kids to run and jump from the pool into the hot tub....back and forth over and over.

This was the worst resort I have ever visited the furniture is very outdated and there were roaches in the room. There was half eaten food in the refrigerator and the front desk staff was not very friendly......not happy at all!!!!

Great place when the weather is not good. Had activities inside that was enjoyable for everyone.

Older facility and low response management. Notified site manager of extensive mold in room we were assigned. Requested to be relocated as we planned on being there 7 days. Manager told me we would be charged a room change fee of $85.00.Due to the assistance of a housekeeper, the manager agreed to provide another room. Interesting in talking to other employees at this site, that same room has been an issue for months and other guests raised concern.In addition the hot water was scalding in the bathroom. Thermometer reading was 117 degrees F. Contacted the Florida building commission and reported to them as I was convinced the site manager did not care.Shop around. There’s lots of other places worthy of your safe sleep time and customer service pleasure. Club Destin needs some major change.

Roaches in our room. Room 153. After a 2 day stay we were asked to move to a top floor room mid day while I was gone. The room was located on the other side of the complex.So my 7 month pregnant wife and 2 year old toddler had to make 5 trips lugging our heavy luggage upstairs with no assistance. Not very nice for a business built around service. The top floor room had no signs of roaches.I recommend the holiday inn for a couple dollars more.

Very nice place, close to everything. The room was small but cute and has everything. Great location for the price. I would recommend going to Henderson State Park as public beach access is very small and limited close by.

Wifi here is slow for streaming and rooms definately need an upgrade in furniture and carpeting. Indoor pool area could require better policing and carries noise of kids running back and forth between rooms during early hours. Maid service did well keeping our room in order though with fresh linens and towels

I liked everything about it, staff were helpful n nice, room was clean, it just need little update in the room but other than everything was great, I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Destin

Indoor and outdoor pool was great, service was good and friendly, only problem we had was that the light came in through the window to much so it made it kind of hard to sleep. We put a blanket over the window, I would recommend them having blackout curtains. Other than that the location was also good. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Wonderful, no issues, room was ready upon check in and deposit was credited back within 24 hours after check out! My children loved it! Family friendly!

We were definitely not impressed. Our room was entered from the inside pool area as were lots of other rooms. Pool area was open until 10:00 pm. You could hear every thing going on out there. The closer to 10:00 the louder people became. The blinds on the window just kept people from seeing in. It did not keep light from entering. There were lights outside at every room. The dishwasher leaked and the light above the sink didnt work. (They did fix those issues 2 days later). The bathroom is soSuper tiny and the bathtub faucet came away from the tub when pulling the button for the shower. After our 2nd full day and no one came to clean I asked about that. I was told they only come in once a week to do some minor cleaning. (Really?) We wont be back.

It is a beautiful property and located across the street from the beach. Rooms were very nice and staff was very nice! It is located near everything you need while in vacation.

Well first off the room I got is a studio, but it is like really really small like the size of a large bedroom. The bathroom is really small also. The shower curtain stinks. I wanted to go to Walmart to get some pine sol to clean up this place to get it to smell a little better. I booked a 4 night stay and to be honest I regret it. If the bed was fixed I would take pictures. I wish I would have took pictures when I first got here. The only good thing is that you can walk to the beach, stores, restaurants-basically everything is within close range. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub.

Room was a bit small for a suite. We spent 2 nights there (weekend). The overall experience was good, staff was nice. Loved the movie theatre! The indoor pool and hot tub was REALLY awesome, just wished theyd kept it open a bit later (so we could get in after kids were asleep). Would recommend for those who have kids.

I enjoyed the full condo experience. The spa and option of inside or outside pool was great.

The location was very good, since we had a large family group staying not far away. We didnt try the beach access or use any of the amenities, so cant comment on those. The wifi was extremely slow, and the air conditioning unit was old an noisy.
