This is one of the best places to go for good drinks and entertainment.Pros:-The craft bar is the best place in North Austin to get a good cocktail. Plenty of old school games to take you back, lots of new! They give cards to auto load with money & any tickets earned save to your card instead of having to lose the paper ones or get them stolen. Lazer tag, VR, bummer cars an go karts! Drinks & food taste awesome too!

Had so much fun! Everyone was able to answer any questions I had about certain things and were very accommodating to certain requests. For example, I ordered food but then my party got called laser tag so I asked the tavern to delay or hold my order. They did so with no extra charge and my food was ready by the time my game was over. The food was still hot so I know it wasnt just sitting there the entire time I played. I had bought the family and friends deal and I wanted to switch a few of the games and they did it! I live this place and I will be going back again when Im next in town. Definitely make this a stop for you especially if you love video games or just enjoying time with friends.

It has all the games I used to play when I was younger and the food was very good, too. The place was kept very clean as well. We will definitely be back.

Very Cool place. Throw back to 80s music, tons of video and pinball games, indoor cart racing, Lazer tag etc. Bar with about 30 beers on tap, good kitchen and great service. From the time we stepped in the door until we left, the staff was very attentive and helpful.

This place was a real surprise to me. the quality of food that they serve, while pricey, is really good. and there is a good selection of games for all ages. you can even get really nostalgic with some vintage coin operated games instead of using the pay card. i wish i saw at least one person making their rounds wiping down the machines, but i brought my own sanitizer just in case. at the end of the day, it was an amazing time, and ill certainly be back. fun times for all ages, and a good time.

Kids where over 58 but because of age (14 or older) the only option was a Jr. Race car which kids showed modest interest in. Ran one race and moved on. Laser tag was fun but again you using the heck out of bothe hands as 3 buttons have to be pressed. Might go back but only for the games. Mediocre experience but a nice change

This place is amazingly well laid out with a fantastic selection of games. More pinball machines than you could ever play without your arms falling off. Kids will have fun but adults will have even more fun. A big selection of craft beers on tap. And its own whiskey bar.

A lot of games, very spacious. Pizza not so good. They also have a bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Small food menu. They have bumper cars. and i think they have a race car track. They have alot of others attraction as well. Unlimited fountain drinks. Very nice place

This place was really fun. Indoor go karts were awesome and they have an great collection of arcade games. Kids enjoyed the laser tag. Wasnt very crowded either for a Saturday afternoon.

This place really captures the feeling of what early arcades must have been like. There is plenty to play without it feeling overwhelming. I dont know about the food or bigger attractions, but the games are great. They always seem to have bundle deals, so this place wont charge you an arm and a leg to play. I just wish the unlimited play included the older machines.

I havent been here in awhile until Saturday. The upgrades make the experience even better. Go karts are really fun and I cant wait to do the escape room next. Lots of fun and not too expensive.

Great and safe experience. Went in, followed COVID precautions, played games, and ate and drank. Larger area so 6ft apart is easily achievable. Great service from the additional liquor bar that is open on Fridays and Saturdays. Shane fixed me an excellent old fashioned and was super cordial. 10/10 would come back.

Lets face it. You cannot have a bad time at this place. It has everything. Want to appease your youthful nostalgia? Done. Wanna drink? Sure. Wanna eat? No problem. Want to play advanced games or try 7D? Okay. Go carts? Go wild. Seriously. Show up and have a blast.

This is a great family place. Never bored. Try to go during the week when not as busy. You have more time to the games with your family and not overwhelmed with people. Great staff here. Always helpful.

This place is a lot of fun for myself and my kiddo and people they’re really really nice and there’s a ton of options really good food music and very clean this is one of my favorite places to go. Definitely suggestDetermining your budget before going and leaving your cards and such at home it is pretty costly but it’s worth it

Great selection of things to do. However the service wasnt great. We went on a Friday morning with a homeschool group. The phone recording & some online communication says they open at 10am. Wrong. They open at 11am. We all drove 30-60 minutes to get there & had to wait an hour. Nobody offered us a discount or perk & thats ok, but still would have been great customer service.At 11am the staff still wasnt ready to go. Not until about 11:15 was the register open & the staff ready etc. The arcade games took credits from several kids cards without letting them play. On a good note, the kids had fun with laser tag etc!This place has a great selection of oldschool pinball machines.

We had a great time! We got the packege. The go karts are super fast and fun to drift, bowled, rode bumper cars, shot zombies in the 4d ride, and played games. So much fun

Everyone is having a great time. The music is kind of loud, though. So, its hard to carry a conversation. But all machines are fun. You gotta go there at least once. This was my first time. Fun for all ages.

Love their Go Karts! You can find real time ranking and winner of last game & winner of the day on the screen. Staff here are nice and very patient. They also have a Whiskey bar near the Go Karts area. Enough parking outside.

This is a very fun place to go and they have some great games, food, drinks and now go carts. We really had a good time and Im so glad that we went. They have added a lot onto this place and the go carts are a great addition to the place. The food was very good and the pinball games were just awesome. The place is really big so there is a lot of room for everyone. They have so many games and things to do that I cant even begin to list all of them. We stayed there about 3 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. You can win tickets with some of the games that can later be redeemed for prizes. I highly RECOMMEND this place if you want to have a great evening with friends or your family, so have fun and you can thank me later.

We came here yesterday for the first time and had a blast. They offer a $10 special during certain hours of the day which allow you unlimited access to certain games for 2 hours. Our time went by fast because there is endless entertainment. The place is clean and suitable for adults. The amount of beers they have on tap is impressive and the place is huge, offering VR experiences and go carts. I didn’t see a whole lot of children which I was worried about when I arrived. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back especially for the deals offered during the day.

A pinball paradise, with amazing machines from every era of the silver ball! Even the card/token system works well. My only complaint would be that out-of-order machines are not well marked, and theres no clear system for getting back lost tokens.

I am not sure why we did not go here earlier, maybe the place looks so isolated, wouldn’t judge a place by its facade next time. Once you enter, it’s a fantastic world! Games for people of all age groups—young couples, girls on a night out, so many senior citizens and tiny tots—was my favorite thing about this place. The tavern is a great watering hole for parents and groups as kids can play around. The food items were fresh and yummy: we ordered onion rings, chopped salad, fish and chips and grilled cheese with our craft beer— every item was standard good fare. The ambience has a chilled and happy vibe.We also went for a kids birthday party and the staff was stellar. Sam was assigned to us and he was so patient with the kids, courteous and extremely helpful to the parents organizing the party. The whole process was hassle free.Definitely making this our regular haunt for eat and play compared to all other arcades.

Awesome concept for a business.. it has all kinds of arcade games, laser tag, bumper cars, race cars, virtual reality game and a 7D theater (which was really cool). Theyre open until 2am which is cool, although some of the attractions close before that. Wer dont have anything like that here in Virginia beach, but we definitely should.

Great to see old arcade machines still around. Insane selection of arcades. They wont let you in without a mask now. There are a couple different choices for VR. Laser tag and go-karts were a blast.

This place was a lot of fun! We did the couples package that was $50 we each got $10 dollars of game play we could pick outta 2 attractions each out of laser tags, bowling, laser maze. Then we each also got to ride in the 7D ride which was SOoooo much fun! Then you can add a medium pizza and 2 drinks for $10We ended up putting an extra $60 each on our cards (they also offer wristband for $1 which I like better very unlikely to lose that) we spent around...4.5-5 hours there!

There is definitely a lot to do here! I had fun, enjoyed doing the VR Arena game, and got a decent walk in while browsing the large floor space they have. The biggest set back is the pricing is high for what you actually get, but if youre aware of that you can plan accordingly. If it was cheaper Id be going back more often, instead it has to be an occasional journey.

Lots of fun and theres some games that you can actually buy.Some games didnt work, some where card while other coins. The only thing is that some games are more expensive than others, like over priced. Totally ok with games being different price but cant go from a $1/$1.50 to $9/$12

Very clean, workers do a good job to make sure everyone has mask on. Its a little pricey but otherwise its lots of fun.

On my recent visit to Pinballz, I went to the whiskey bar to meet up with friends. When I arrived, one of the bartenders Sam immediately acknowledged me and gave me a very warm greeting and I felt right at home. His attentive, fast, and friendly service right from the start set the mood for the rest of the night.Sam mixed me a Sidecar, one of my favorite cocktails. The taste was on-point and complete with sugar on the rim, just how I like it. Afterwards I had an Aviation, which tasted great and had that bright purple color I was looking for. Some people I had never even met asked me about my drink, saying how cool it looked, and ended up ordering Aviations for themselves.Stephanie was bartending as well, and was also friendly and attentive. It was easy to spark up a conversation with her and ask about other cocktails Pinballz had to offer.I will definitely be coming back again, I had such a great time! Thanks Sam and Stephanie!

Not only a fun place to take a small horde of kids for half a day, bit also very helpful staff. We had an issue with the cards getting loaded incorrectly, and the staff fixed it and more.

Locatio is accessible and has a good parking spot. It is not too big but its pretty decent to hang out with friends. They have good choices of games to play. I also noticed that its not too crowded compared to other arcades. I would still like to hang out here again.

This place is pretty cool, like a Main Event, yet smaller and better. I love how theres a great selection of games there, and theres something for everyone. Theyre always adding new things, like the laser tag section is very different from ones that Ive seen, plus they now have go-karts. Its a great place, yet the prices are a bit greedy at times.

A lot.of fun - a good combination of legacy games modern games. Play Donkey Kong and Laser Tag at the same venue. Menu standard bar food, but well done. Can get a bit pricey, but easy to budget using the game cards. Will definitely be back.

They have a miniature bowling alley!!!These guys are so cool and I am super duper happy that they opened a north location. They have tons of vintage pinball machines and a great bar located in the back where you can get a draft or even food! The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The floor feels a bit open and empty compared to the other location but its nice that kids can semi run around and not bump into each other or pinball machines. I cant wait to try their mini bowling!!!The parking lot is HUGE and they welcome large parties for birthdays and such.

We always have a great time here. Theres a great mix of nostalgic and newer games. We love that our young kids get to enjoy pinball and air hockey. They also love getting tickets and saving up for prizes. We love that we can relax and have fun with then and have a beer. Have hosted a birthday party here also and it was a breeze. Definitely fun for all ages. Looking forward to the kiddos getting tall enough for the go karts!

My girlfriend and I come to this location at least once to twice a week. Love this spot, $20-25 usually gives us a solid hour to hour and a half to play whatever we want. Love seeing the familiar face of the gentlemen in front when you walk in. He’s always friendly when we want to recharge our card!

Good times playing pinball with my son in law. Quite a few pinball machines but honestly I was expecting more from the name of the place. Service was great and the games need some work. A few games had things that didn’t work in them bumpers and mechanical issues but you were still able to put your money in. Not to mention son set killer high score on ghost busters machine.

It was fun. Got to play old school arcade games. The only problem we came across was drunk rude people. A girl bumped my wife pretty hard and just walked off without at least saying anything. My sister in-law found out and went and bumped her back and she spilled her drink. They exchanged a few words but nothing physical. Maybe alcohol is not such a good idea where theres going to be kids around. Or possibly limit how much alcohol they can serve a person. The only thing I came across was some of the buttons didnt work on Street fighter II. That was a disappointment. Other than that, I had a good time.

Lots of games and attractions such as go karts!! We went there as a team building activity, and we all enjoyed it on a Friday afternoon. It was not crowded, so there was no wait at all.The food at whisky bar was pretty good. I ordered an avocado turkey sandwich, and it came with a small salad and chips. The sandwich was huge! Even though we waited for more than 20 minutes for food, it was all good at the end.The staff was all nice, too. Great place to go with your coworkers, friends, and family!

Love the Go-Carts, and VR was very fun! Bumper Cars are fun as well as the arcade games from oldies like Donkey Kong 3 to the new street fighter games. Won a Superstar plush from a claw game and overall had a great time!

Fun place to take family but this was literally the 3rd time in a row that multiple people in our group got sick off the food. Wings were undercooked and still pink. Dont recommend eating here but the game and events area is a fun area for large parties.

My boyfriend and I normally go to the original Pinballz but we decided to check this one out and it didnt disappoint. It is fantastic with the games and pinball machines. We will return again.

Games dont always work but good beer

Too big for its own good. An unacceptable number of the machines were in a poor state, and its heartbreaking to see so many dim screens. The Thor stick on their Gauntlet wouldnt read any down inputs, their Time Crisis 4 was dim on the right and non-functioning on the left. Their Guitar Hero Arcades right guitar was out of service. The left side of their Virtual On was dim, their House Of The Dead 2 was dim, their Dolphin Blue was dim and ate two tokens. There is no way, with the size of this arcade, that there are enough technicians keeping these machines working in good condition. While many machines were great, far too many were neglected outright.

Simply Amazing! Family fun or take your work crew. Never had a bad time.
