I love going to this place. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the lunch I had on Sunday. I had the strip steak. It was on the grisly side. And the asparagus was cold too. But the people who work there are great. And I love the games.

2 stars for drinks and fun games. Gave restaurant a try again and was overly dissatisfied. Getting seated was fast ordered and waited. 15 minutes went by no drinks to at least start with. Our waitress was on the other side never checking on us and I think avoiding us to try and get other tables done. It wasnt crazy so not sure why. Waited some more joked were going to get our food before the drinks. We were right 10 minutes later our food and drinks. I really tried to have patience and not walk out. The manager never came walked around nothing. I was really hungry so went with it. My chicken strips were overly fried and chewy it made my jaw hurt. The fries no better no seasoning I put my own salt and pepper to give it flavor. Never again will I make the mistake of eating here. The bar was great and drinks tasty. The games kept my family entertained will be back for that reason only.

Im from Augusta Georgia first time Ive ever been to a Dave & Busters. I am out of town working Dave & Busters is right across the street from where Im staying at within walking distance. Great servers great managers extremely nice staff would recommend to any and everybody to come try the experience at least once!!! Then they could come back twice Thrice Quattro

We had a b day party here. I feel like the kids when I get here every time. You get to eat, play games, socialize and have a few drinks. The environment is sooo chill. Food is always good. The whole group of us had a blast

We chose to go at a time that was not going to be as busy so we could social distance, especially while eating. The food came quickly but the nachos were disappointing and my husbands bloody mary was vodka with a splash of mix. Everything else was good. I did notice quite a few people walking around with masks completely off or down. Around 50% of patrons and 1 staff had no mask. This is unacceptable. Thankfully the game floor wasnt crowded but we were very uncomfortable especially in the prize area which quickly became crowded with people not wearing masks. I hope your staff is trained to enforce mask wearing policies because that is what is necessary to limit the spread of COVID-19. We had hoped to have a nice time with our kids at one of our favorite places, we have not visited in a long time. We had some fun but regret having gone and will not be back in the near future.

I loved it just like other Dave & Busters before, unfortunately the virtual reality wasn’t available. Literally the best part! I would recommend going. Try the Hennessy Strawberry Nirvana too!. And if you have a power play game card from a different state, they can get it switch over to the current one you’re at so you’re able to reload and use it

Hadnt been in years this place has done it up. We had a good time and the ticket winnings felt generous.

Food was okay at best. Burger was mediocre with minimal flavor. The games were fun but cleanliness was not the best. There was a section of the place where it smelled like dirty bathroom water and it was disgusting. If it werent for the games being fun and us not noticing this section until leaving I would give this place zero stars.

Great food, great drink, and great atmosphere. We sat at the bar and the gentleman was polite and attentive.

We had some technical difficulties with one of the machines.. Cody was came over to help us without even being paged. He made our visit an awesome experience!!! We certainly return again, great customer service!

Well I have been here several times and my kids and I love it! It is a bit pricey but honestly it is worth it. Its fun for both kids and adults. The food and drinks are delicious, from appetizers to entrees. If your looking for a good fun family time this is the place to be. It is also a awesome place to go watch a sports game or boxing/kickboxing fight with your friends if thats something your looking for to do. Oh and the substitute of the zucchini noodles from regular pasta has been the best idea ever. The ZOODLES are delicious! You should give them a try. Love this place. I love to bring my family here when they come to visit me and they always leave with a great experience.

I always loose my rechargeable card... I wish they had a secondary way to track balance and tickets. Other than that its always fun.

Love it here for watching sports. Great food & service also. Especially appreciate the veggie options & revised healthier menu. Tasty zucchini pasta, grilled salmon or the Impossible burger.

Fun havent played games like that for a long time a bunch of new games Ive never seen... very big and spacious nachos were bomb fire af... a couple moments in there where I almost felt like a kid again

Came here to celebrate my son’s birthday. Due to covid no one is really here so you would think the service would be top notch. Server doesn’t have no idea about the specials or what token deals they have. Have to flash down to be served and basically beg for refills. Tell Manager, who has been in the corner laughing and joking in corner with server, he states she gonna tell you whatever I say and defends all of this. Last time here and I drove over an hour to get here Smdh

Cool place but small compared to the one Im used to.

So they are alot if fun, but there games are really expensive and dont dish out the ticket to prize ratio properly! So each ticket is approximately equal to a penny. For example they have a ps4 they want 100,000 tickets for. That would be equal to $1000 for a PS4.

I havent been to a Dave & Busters in years, I took the kids last week and honestly had a blast! I was really impressed with their menu, lots of yummy items... I ended up ordering several appetizers just so I could try different things. I was also able to walk around with a glass of wine watching the kids play games, and although they only played for maybe an hour, they were still able to get some pretty cool prizes.

Im signed up to receive their emails and get buy $20 get $20 worth of game play a lot. Plus on their receipts you can get $10 of game play by doing survey.Everyone Ive ever taken has had fun. They have a good selection of shooter games. My friends like the shoot hoops basketball games, there are 3 different ones. And its convenient to be able to eat and drink alcohol there.They have lots of fun, fruity, alcoholic drinks and wide selection of apps and entrees.Only down side is drinks are pricey ($9 and up) and some times a little weak and if Im being honest, a lot of the food isnt great.But if you can find the one or 2 food items you like and stick to that and get a good bartender, the convenience is worth it.

We have friends that love this place. But they are gamers. We have been here several times with them, but we have never had a really good meal. It is just so so. It is not the place for a good meal. We must say, the waiter was fantastic. He was super friendly and on top of it. We felt sorry for him. He knew we were not happy with our meals. We tip him nicely for the great service.

We came in with my coworkers for a Christmas luncheon. Our waiter was a young African American man, I didnt get his name.....we had a group of at least 12. He took our orders, took care of the table....all from memory. He didnt write anything down but he got everything right! We were making bets between ourselves at the table, to see if our orders were going to be correct. They were. He was amazing.

Weve held our daughters 1st and 2nd birthday party here. Looking back I realize that this place was a great choice. Plentiful food and drinks as well as game cards in our party package. The manager and server were attentive and accommodating...I definitely will consider this location for her 3rd birthday.

Never been to one of these but I have to say I love it! All the games are up and running which is a huge plus for me. The card system means I dont have to worry about a pocket of tokens or my arms full of tickets. I had so much fun! Definitely will be back again!

The food was great. I had the chicken and waffle sliders and they were amazing. The game selection was fun and brought back good memories of when I was a kid and I would go to D&B.

Needs an overhaul of management, supervisors and a few well trained employees. Not the most friendliest staff. I was with a large group and none of us remember our servers name. We doubt she told us. Sliders were served with a burger patty hanging over the bun, so they used 2 bun with one patty and called it 2 sliders. I literally had to cut them in half for my kids. Never been out to dinner with kids and have told they could not take their sodas to go as we left. My kids told me we should have gone to Main Event, and the manager heard her and walked away without asking how they could have done better.They could do a lot better!!!

Service was pretty good, only draw back was the apps came same time as food. Triple batch on burger was delicious. The fondue and dip trio was also very good. Only real draw back was their mac and cheese side was plain Jane Kraft mac and cheese. Even though it was only $3 it wasnt worth it. Overall though it was a good experience.

Overpriced and underwhelming games and food. Particularly, the VR was of incredibly poor quality for $15/person. Dollar for dollar, youll get way more value and quality from Main Event. I came here because my family had gift cards; we burned through those immediately and I have no reason to ever go back.

Dave and busters is always fun. If youre from Philly save yourself the heartache and dont get the cheesesteak. You already know its not real but here I am reassuring you that its not worth it....not even a little.Burgers are great and fries are amazing. Drinks are also amazing (try and hold out for happy hour). The games are super fun as well.8/10 come for games eat if you want

Im apparently real bad and have fat fingers so sometimes when i swipe left to clear the notification i have a tendency to tap the notification itself. I assure you my visit here was a 5 star worthy review. I was in town with family for a vacation. We had dinner as well as played games and got a few drinks and got some amazing prizes. Keep up the good work . :D Also really surprised with the mobile apps content. I bought a digital power card and was really pleased with the first time instant discount i received as well as how easy it was using the NFC on my phone to tap the machines and see my tickets in real time without having to take my card to a ticket machine or game station.

I worked for this company and the managers were taking home six figures while we were reeling from a recession. All of their food comes out of a frozen box. Please don’t contribute to this corporation that continues to treat their employees like slaves with Stockholm Syndrome.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Our service was absolutely terrible. From the beginning our waiter, Max looked like he did not want to be at work. He did not come to check on us, did not give us refills without being asked, did not remove plates after we were done. I was literally stacking dirty plates and cups and placing them at the end of our table! He basically didn’t do anything if we didn’t ask and we would not see him for 30-45 minutes at a time. He even threw one of our kids drink down. Absolutely rude! We were in the restaurant portion of Dave and Busters for over 2 hours! We waited 45 minutes just for our bill! When the bill did come, I noticed that there was an up charge on the juices my kids ordered. There was absolutely no communication that their drinks were more expensive and didnt come with refills. We attempted to talk to the manager whose name I didn’t get. He was absolutely no help and did nothing to try to remedy the situation!! He even said that our waiter snapped at him earlier. If the employee is snapping at managers, how do you think he treats customers?! I have never had such a terrible experience at a Dave and Buster’s. I am absolutely furious and extremely disappointed in the service we received. We will not be giving this establishment anymore money!

Fun on half price games Wednesdays. The rest of the time it is pretty steep compared to the other gaming places.

Hanged out with family & friends. had a wonderful time. The kids loved gummy worm drink & their chicken waffle was not bad.

Loved it. Kids had a great time. Tired them out. Wish the food was better and better selections of drinks. Little pricey but the only thing that matters is that the kids had a great time. Priceless.

Always clean and staff is most helpful

Took my family here on Saturday. Very busy in the arcade section. We had dinner first. The appetizers were great but I had to send my steak back twice. The manager kindly compd my meal. The long island ice teas are pretty strong. Def would go again. Great place to hang out with family and friends.

The games and atmosphere were good. The service was great for the holiday party I attended. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star was the food. The fried chicken pieces were ok but the other foods seemed to be the same ones you get at the grocery store and bake in an oven (mini pizza, salsa, nacho toppings with chips).

Bartender didnt care to take our orders until they saw we were getting ready to leave. Overall we had a great time at the arcade area.

The hostess and people have no idea what theyre doing here try to set a reservation for Saturday they said they do not accept reservations I was cool with that. I got here and they said first come first serve try said I need a table for up to 10 people they said they dont have any tables I look and theres four or five tables available and I said what about those and she said I didnt see those come on Dave and Busters It used to be a lot better than this yall are hiring kids and they dont know what the hell theyre doing

This place is where my son and I go to spend a little time away and enjoy friendly games. Plus, he likes that he can watch several games at the sports bar. The food is pretty decent.

Food was decent but took a long time for having so many empty tables. They present themselves as a higher end experience but leave silver rolls and app plates stacked on the table for self service. Games were fun and all working well.

The food is terribly overpriced for the tiny portions the dishes come out as, especially for what the restaurant claims to be shareable plates. The table service was sub par. I would recommend only coming for the arcade games and eating elsewhere. I did appreciate that the Arcade has a game technician walking around making sure all the games work properly.

Wednesday half off games is the best day to come

Food is good, good selection of games. I do wish the half price night was on more than just Wednesday. And sometimes games are down that I wanna play with my kids. Add more selection in the reward center too. Beside that overall have a good time when I go here.

D&B always has good food options (clean and dirty), and we love that they change out the games so theyre not always the same old games.

Excellent service once seated however hosted at the front, when asked an innocent question “do we buy tokens here” looked at me like I was stupid.

I would like to say that my experience coming back to Dave and Busters after about four years was absolutely awesome my waiters name was Adam he was amazing he dealt with my family which can be a little bit overwhelming it was a party table of 16 kept his cool was very professional we had a few mistakes on couple drinks and food and he took care of it right away we made sure that he was left with a good tip and I went ahead and spoke to the manager and met him his name was Tim and I let him know how much I appreciated the service and him also coming by to check up on us so as a customer I would like to say thank you for making my daughters birthday an awesome day and I would like for them both to be recognized and I would love to be coming back to Dave and Busters for the great customer service and the great food thank you guys

The best places for food, games and drinks all in one! Their special cocktails are really good, but a little light on the booze. The food is surprisingly great! Tons of fun games to play by yourself or with friends!

Never had any problems with the wait staff and they always make sure your drink is filled. The games change and update pretty frequently and they are open late. Absolutely love it there.

Came for 18yo birthday dinner/family time had a new(2nd day) waiter. So service was not good, not saying it was servicer fault but he was contact for them so...that being said he wasnt nearly trained enough to be on tgat floor very chaotic to say the least. Food was not good.. Had chicken and waffles. Waffles were everyday waffles not good or bad just there, chicken however was 7-11 quality at best. Drinks were way overpriced. $10 for a 12 ounce beer is silly but thats the kind of thing these places do. As far as the game room the commercials depict It as a place for adults with drinks Beverages and fun. But really it had more of a chuck-e-cheese type feel. Lots and lots of 10 year old and younger kids running everywhere, but That might be attributed to the time of day we went. Approximately 4 on a weekend They did however have lots of fun games both new and old. Overall, I would say experience was okay but Be expecting to drop At least a hundred bucks for meals and a few games.

The location is a little out of the way, but thats really the only bad thing about this location. The service was great, the food was good and the games were awesome. I would recommend this location to family and friends.
