Enjoy the atmosphere but not so much the over policing. I do understand that the city of Austin you requires to enforce certain things but when it comes to dealing with kids, its very difficult to do these at all times. This needs to be taken into account. Your own discretion should be used in certain common-sense situations.

My kids and I had the best time today. The jungle gym is massive and I definitely got a workout trying to keep up with my kids. The games are great fun. I didnt try any food but happy to have options, and I appreciated seeing a vegetarian wrap on the menu.

My kids love this place. There is something to do for all ages. My kids are ages 2, 4, and 6. The toddler area is great for the younger ones! They could do a little better keeping the bigger kids out of the toddler area though. It is a good place for birthday parties and not overly expensive.

Had a GREAT experience with this place and my location was extremely GREAT ️ The manager went above and beyond to take care of my needs before and after my party, Im not sure if she was just the manager or GM but dedra and not sure of the spelling of her name she was excellent in setting up my party, her crew were great at getting it all done and dealing with the kids, and when my child lost his ear buds, the next day she had her staff look for them and called me every few minutes with details until they successfully found them, I deeply appreciate the efforts that she and her team took to do this; one awesome place in my book, on top of the fact that my 7 year old had a great time for his party.

We love this place! Great events held regularly. Fun indoor playground, arcade area, kiddie area and great food! Best of all affordable!!Parents can relax on comfy seats and kids can run around safely and play.

This place was pretty cool. My daughter had fun with all the slides and games they have but OMG please turn up the AC. This place is packed with kiddos running around and if you plan to run and play with them you will be sweating. HARD.The temp today was a whopping 106° but the folks over here thought that having the thermostat at 80° was good enough. Im sorry but not in Texas

This is a truly amazing indoor playground. First, they take care of parents with plenty of indoor comfortable seating. The food they offer is decent prices, varied, and surprisingly tasty. The playground itself and very large and circles around the sitting area which allows you to easily keep an eye on your little one. The attached arcade is also a plus and has plenty of games for younger children. They take safety seriously by checking the stamp on your wrist against your childrens wrist before you are able to leave.

Love how big this place is. There arent any other indoor play spaces this large. There is Soo much to offer. They serve real food not just snacks, lots of seating, a large arcade area, massage chairs and lots of dining space. The staff were very nice. It wasnt over priced. I wish I lived here, just visiting

Havent been to Mt. Playmore since this pandemic started. My family had a fabulous time there. Love the cotton candy machines!

Fair price, clean facility, great for all ages.They even throw occasional After hour adult BYOB events.I first visited for an adult night here and now a few years later I bring my stepson to play here.Great place to let the children run off steam and play until they are tuckered out.Staff is mostly young teenagers that don’t want to be there (literally had them ignore me before and discuss their paychecks right in front of me while I had to cough to get their attention) whatever minor inconvenience if I was them I wouldn’t wanna work here either. so sometimes the check in process can take a while, make sure to sign the waiver online before you go in to cut down on check in time.

This place is great for kids and letting them play and get tired while you sit and relax. The manager how ever, she was really rude as she came and told ky group that certain tables we put together couldnt be used like that and if it had a X on it we should have known. We sat there for 45 mins eating while other employees serving us food as well as being plainly visible to the front desk said nothing to inform us we werent suppose to use the tables, which we would of gladly moved. She just came at us yelling with the attitude like we were initially breaking the rules. Told her there should have been a sign. No seating at tables and no groups larger then 8, as well as no moving tables. Still i should have known i guess......

My daughter loves this place. They have separate place for younger kids. The arcade is good. They also have a dance floor mat which is fun. The jungle gym course is great with slides and different obstacles. The best part is the arrangement for parents. They have lounge, reclining and massage chairs. There food court is pretty decent with salads, sandwiches, pizzas and burgers on the menu. They also have a locker facility for all your stuff.

My kids (8 & 1) plus myself had a blast here! So much fun that they’re having their birthday party there next month! The food was surprisingly yummy, the bathrooms were clean (my daughter loved the kid sink), the playground is clean and so much fun, the baby area has a lot of fun stuff also, the admission fee is not too expensive, and the arcade games are cheap. We also got to see Spider-Man, & a reptile show on Wednesday last week.

Horrible management! If you decide to go just remember you will feel like being in jail, you’re not free to do anything! They complain about every little thing your kid does.

We love this place. We came here when it first opened and return every few months. Its come a long way since those first few weeks. But thats why we always come back. Every time we are here something dramatic has changed like a new toddler area, new games, party rooms or a better menu. The owners are constantly investing in this place for upgrades. You can tell its important to the owners to have a quality establishment. And it is! The activities for all kids are first rate. We get the game card for 9 bucks. Its a great deal and keeps my kid very busy. Admission for kids 4 and older is 10 bucks but considering you wont leave for 2 hours, its a decent deal.

Super fun for kids and parents! We had a 2yo so went through the play area with him and it was really fun for all of us. Very affordable and you have as much time as you want! Also they have beer and wine.

Fun place to let little kids play indoors and just have fun! They have a adult seating area that is surrounded by the play structure. They also have an arcade section for older kids. The play structure will support adults and they are encouraged to play with their kiddos on the structures.I did not not eat the food, simple food like pizza with benches and tables available with power outlets.

We love coming here to just get some energy out and to exercise. Food is good and place is very clean. Love the recliners for the parents and outlets as well. Price is high for just playing in the play place.

Great place to take children’s. Very affordable with variety of attractions anywhere from toddlers to young children’s. They will definitely have a blast and enjoy their time here.

Went there for a birthday party. Kids really had a good time and a huge place for them to play. The rooms were just okay otherwise it would be a five star.

I very much enjoy this place. They have adult nights and serve adult drinks. They also have a day for down syndrome children called quiet day. Thats so awesome to me.

Fun place for kids, young and old. Area for little kids is great. Kids and adults like the large area as well. So great to have comfortable seats for adults to sit on while they watch kids play. Its awesome that its so large but also that parents can see their kids at all times.

I have been coming since July of 2019 and love this place to pieces. Kids get to play in a huge jungle gym type and I get to study. Best, 35 a month spent!

I love their party planning. They stick to a schedule which makes it so convenient for parents and children. It is very crowded so being able to have a separate room is wonderful Oh yes the pizza is good.

Happy place with happy employees. The equipment looks like it may be a little bit older but super well maintained and the prices were also reasonable. Will be back.

This place is amazing! There are tons for kids to do and plenty of space for adults to sit and relax! I was here for a birthday party and I loved that the children were able to handle the party items like cake and presents first so that after that is done the rest of the time is for playing in the game room! Everyone was very friendly and I cant wait to return again!

There’s a lot of climbing and running things to do but the kids got bored easily. They were more interested in the video games that were an additional costs. I didn’t see a play card that a timeframe instead of per game could be played like Chuck E. Cheese has.

Fun place for the kids of all ages, very clean and the staff is helpful. The only bad thing is that you cannot bring in food from outside, must buy their stuff. I intended on getting snacks there and drinks but they dont have actual food or healthy options that dont cost so much. So eat before or after you go.

My daughter had so much fun here as our first stop of our Daddy/Daughter date. On a side note: Do not, I repeat, do not go down the slide with a phone in your hand parents.. lol

While my kids and their friends did have a good time the overwhelming noise kept the young lady at the cafe from hearing my order correctly ( I ordered 2 kids burger and was only charged for one) when I noticed the error and went to the counter to order the second burger I was informed that it would be 30-45 minutes, for a plain dry hamburger with fries...1 hour later another employee asked if I had recieved my food and when I informed her of the now hour wait she went to the kitchen to return tell me that my sons burger was being made...really? OVER AM HOUR WAIT AND ITS JUST NOW BEING MADE? I ordered my kids burger at 12:32 per the receipt and it arrived at 1:48 THATS AN HOUR AND 16 MINUTES.Due to the manager coming by our table without being asked for to check on us and to offer an apology I have raised my review star rating from a 1 to a 3.

Definitely the place you want to take your kiddos! We went to gattitown a week after visiting, and we ran through our video game money almost instantly compared to here at Mt. Playmore. Also the jungle gym is one of a kind, as well as the toddler corner. My favorite part was the fact my five year old and two year old could have fun at the same place!

Food is particularly sub par. However, that matters not to kids of course. Games are exciting and events are thrilling. Cleanliness could use a touch. There was wifi.

Decent size, good for kids to play for a hour, after that kinda get tired. At least my kids did, has a ok size arcade. Prices are comparable price to any other playscape in town. Food court has a couple of decent options, pizza was better than expected. Food here is better than most kid options in Austin.

A nice size entertainment place for your entire family. My children enjoyed the laser spy games and the ginormous indoor playground. Met the manger Chris and other employees are all very polite and customer oriented peeps.

This place was amazing. Reminded me of Discovery Zone days when I was kid! The great thing about this place is that they let adults go in there with the kids so I got to share the experience with my little one! Another cool thing about this place is that they have adult night in which you can BYOB and run around the place like a kid hah! Only costs about $5 per kid and 1.50 for adults. Will be going back!

Today was our second time visiting. Not as enjoyable as our first experience. There are nearly the same number of adults climbing in the enclosure as there is kids. They dont have any regard for the little kids playing. There werent any employees helping keep the rules. We did have an issue with 2 games eating our money but I flagged an employee who quickly came over and game me tokens back. Speaking of the arcade- they raised the prices on all of the games! The first time we went there were lots of games really cheap (23-35 cents). This time most of them were about 75 cents and the games we wanted to play were out of order. Prices to enter are reasonable though- $5 for 3 and under and $11 for 4-12 I think. Adults are $1.50

We were here during the TMNT event. It was awesome. The food is really good too. I wasnt expecting much because I have grown used to poor quality food served with a mouse.... boy was I wrong. Hours of good fun that really gets the blood pumping, lol.

Older grandkids had fun. My one year old granddaughter accidentally grabbed a store use ball and was subjected to employee snatching it OUT of her hand. If asked I would have given it promptly. Take your kids but watch the employees.

It was alot of fun! This grandma had a place to sit & relax while a 3 yr. old got some energy out while his mom chased him. They have stuff for little ones, plus for older ones. Wear socks for anyone on play floor. We had to purchase some, but they were not expensive. You purchase a card to swipe for games to play or ride, but its not expensive. It is loud, so turn the hearing aid off. Fun times for the grand, but a screaming fit when we left. I recommend the place. Wish there was something like that when my kids were growing up. You can have a party there. There is a snack bar. I will be back.

I came in & had an amazing time with my kid & the food was decent. The employee’s where mostly great but I had a horrible experience with a young lady , her name is Taylor & she seemed completely frustrated about my kid being injured by another child while playing on the games.

Had a coupon for free admission and they would not honor it. It doesnt expire for another month.So it was either pay up or listen to crying the whole way home. You got me Mt. Playmore... you got me.

I love this place, but for my toddler, there wasn’t as much there. Definitely more for the bigger kids. The food is typical cafeteria food, and it wasn’t horrible. The kids that were older were having a blast.

This place has gone downhill the childs drink is now the size of a mouthwash cup and they dont even have a top to fit it. I ordered a large popcorn and below you will see the picture of what I got. More expensive with less quality we used to come here often but I think this will be the last time for us. Horrible service at the counter as well. Very disappointed

A great place for kids. Its a bigger, cleaner version of Chuck e cheese. The food prices are moderate to reasonable depending on what you get, although the quantity is less than expected. We spent $10 on a 4 piece personal pizza. The prizes are fair and the kids ( ages 1,3 and 5) were happy.

Compared to other childrens play centers, this place was far cleaner and better maintained. The main place scape was huge and offered tons of room for kids of barring sizes to run, jump and climb plus the adjacent kiddie canyon was great for keeping little ones safe and happy. Three arcade prices were reasonable and better than the competition but there were a number of games out of order. Overall, Id recommend bringing the little ones, especially on a rainy afternoon

Good, Cool place to sit around and let your kid play if you need to email or Facebook troll or make a shopping list. Read. Games are alright a little bit of everything toddler and bigger kids. Mines 11 so i could have taken a nap and he would have been alright. No kid can leave unless the parent and childs number match. Great security method. Also cute cute flashing wagon if your kid gets lost Food options are good. $8 to $10.Alcoholic beverages too.

After attending a birthday party here last month, we had a great time so we decided to have my grandson’s birthday party here today. When we walked in, we were informed that we cannot bring in balloons, gifts, cake-pretty much anything that makes it a birthday party. At the party last month, they did not rent a room. There were balloons, cake, gifts. If it’s a policy, be consistent. I will not spend a dime here ever again. Other places will take our money!!!

Fun place for kids 5 to 12. two story maze and arcade games. The kitchen makes good food too. Burgers, fries and pizzas were well above expectations.

Such a fun place!! My daughter (6) loves playing here and we can easily stay for a couple hours without her getting bored. Fun area for all kids ages, even a small toddler section. I appreciate the nursing room as well. Well priced, and if you want to come more than once a month, the membership looks affordable and worth it.
