My kids love competing in the smash bros tournaments. Theyve got microwavable snacks and drinks. My kids are generally the youngest competing and all the older competitors have been kind and respectful win or lose. They could be a little better organized with the tournaments, at times they had 3 different people making announcements over one another and a live commentator that was delayed 10 seconds behind what the crowd was watching.

Great family atmosphere. They opened up their doors for us on thanksgiving and provided a home cooked meal. Top of the line gaming tech as well. Go check it out!

We visited the eSports Cave for a Fortnite tournament and it was great! We wished they had a similar location in San Antonio! The owners were nice, thoughtful and the place was spotless. My daughter had a great time and hopes to visit again.

This place is amazing!!! They have a rock band room where you can play and sing and it is closed off and private so you can sing to your heart’s content! They also have a huge area of computers with every game you can think of. They have tournaments and lots of different events. It’s a family owned business and they are the NICEST PEOPLE!! They even have snack and drinks you can request while you are playing and they will bring it to you. AND they are very well priced. It’s like 25$ to play all day long or like 10-15 for a couple hours. It’s amazing wish I would’ve stayed longer please check them out!!!

I brought my wife and kids here to celebrate his birthday. Jeff and Jayden were rockstars I mean there attention to detail and service were simply amazing. I usually don’t leave reviews but I read them however I felt very satisfied with our visit as well as my family. If you’re on the fence definitely give these guys a chance you won’t be disappointed!!

Incredible service was provided here. I came here to attend a Super Smash Bros. tournament and was greeted with kindness and welcoming faces. The layout of the facility is clean and organized. The equipment here is fantastic and up-to-date. I got to play the game on a 65 TV on a comfy couch. Will definitely be coming here more often.

The eSports Cave is an amazing place, and very safe and clean with many measures being taken to keep players and customers safe during our current health crisis. All personnel and patrons are required to wear masks throughout the facility, other than when you are seated in front of a computer or gaming console, as long as no one is next to you. Temperatures are also taken from everyone who walks in the front door, before you are allowed to interact with the staff and sit down at a computer. The level of cleaning being performed by the staff is incredible - ALL items and equipment are wiped down and disinfected immediately following each use. I feel extremely safe in here after seeing the many measures they are taking to keep everyone safe and healthy.Onto the cool stuff - Jeff, Sue, and their son Conner are AMAZING and soooo nice! This is a family run business that opened in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis. Their customer service and customer-first attitudes are a welcome relief, from the time you walk into the door, through ordering food and drinks, to their willingness to accommodate your needs, to your departure. I was on a first name basis with them on my second visit. My son and I visit nearly every week and every time I walk in, its like walking into a familys home. It is also a very family friendly environment, and anyone cursing or behaving poorly will be asked to leave.If you buy a multi-hour package, it comes out to $4 or $5 an hour! Unheard of in these modern times! They also have MANY games to choose from, on both PCs and gaming consoles. If they dont have a game youre interested in, they will get it for you!Please, please, please, tell your friends, families, co-workers and neighbors about this place. They need all the help and customers they can get during these challenging times.Give them a try - you wont be disappointed!

This place is Awesome; they went above and beyond to help me Download a bunch of software on my Laptop. I called looking for an E-Cafe which I guess those dont exist anymore. (LOL). I explained my situation being out of Town on Business and needing a high speed Lan Line. They did not have to help me because that is not really what their Business is, but they went out of their way to help Me. That is very Nice of them. BTW its the most incredible Gaming Complex Ive ever seen. Straight out of a Sci-fi Movie; I was blown away. They have invested some serious money into providing an (A+) gaming experience. Its really something to behold. Thank you so Much Guys for your help.

Love bringing my son here. Free tournaments on weekends when he wants time away from us, top of the lines equipment, reasonable hourly charge, great socially distant fun and all of the top games. My son thinks this is heaven.

By far the best LAN center/console and pc arcade Ive ever been to. They host a variety of tournaments throughout the week with games such as Fortnite, Rocket League, Call of Duty, CS:GO, etc! I have over 5000 hours of CSGO personally, and with all the LANs and tournments Ive been to, none come close to this one. Every computer atleast has a 144hz monitor with a really good pc build, and the ones on stage are rocking a 240hz. Its a safe environment for anybody and they also make sure to temperature check and sanitize every computer station before and after its used. So, dont let COVID-19 deter you from showing up, grinding and winning tournaments!

I came here on my day off work after stumbling upon this place. I was looking for somewhere to play games! The moment I walked in Connor was very friendly and helpful. He promptly took my temperature for safety and began to show me around the facility. He gave me a great tour of all the devices and specs available. As we walked one of his first questions was if I was a gamer and what kinds of games I enjoyed playing, and I told him World of Warcraft. He was very knowledgable about what computer would be best for this kind of game, and sat me at a VERY nice computer that was equipped with all the latest hardware, high quality headphones, and he even offered me a mouse specifically for MMOs which was awesome. He also showed his strategy to safely have people 6 feet apart while playing. He showed me the point system they have and how you can earn drinks simply as you play, which is great and adds to the value of the whole experience. Overall I had a wonderful time and stayed for much longer than I had anticipated, but I will surely return again and enjoy another day pass! I played only one game while there, however there seemed to be a wide variety of games to play, and all on amazing equipment. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Ever since I came here and signed into my account I’ve had nothing but issues when I got home and sign back into my account at home. I can’t play warzone because it never finds a match making. I’ve call Activision and they can’t figure it out.

This place was finally able to open this week (delayed because of COVID-19), and it was definitely worth the wait! Super fast internet speeds and top notch system configurations make for a great gaming experience. Can’t wait to see this place host some tournaments soon because the atmosphere is better than any other location in Austin. They are also making sure the place is extremely clean and sanitary (always) and there is plenty of room to spread out. The pricing is per hour or you can get a all day pass and they are extremely reasonable. I would recommend checking it out!

We had my sons 15th birthday party The eSports Cave and they took care of everything. They provided pizza and drinks, a party room, 3 hours of gaming for 14 people, they made sure everyone was able to sign on, use their preferred controller, and made sure they all found the games they wanted to play. They also provided a 1 hour live stream and added gift certificates as a party favor for all of our guests to return (for an additional fee).It was a 5 star experience at this newly opened, high tech gaming center... everyone had a blast from the high school friends that came to my younger sons and their friends. They have a myriad of super fast PCs, Xboxes, PS4s... everything is on a large display and is easily projected for others to watch on giant TVs throughout the facility. The staff was amazing, the party was a huge success, and we will be back!For the record, most of us came up from South Austin and it was well worth the drive!

The Esports cave is literally PERFECT for all types of gamers! This place is so awesome. I love how even during Covid, this company honors social distancing and is always clean. Love this place!!!

Full disclosure - I havent even stepped foot inside yet, but I was overly impressed with the service and professionalism I experienced when I spoke with them on the phone. I called to get some information about an upcoming tournament, and I talked to either the owner or an very informed and helpful employee (which would indicate good hiring practices and a pervasive positive atmosphere), and he took the time to answer all my questions as well as go through the many precautions they take to ensure a safe place we can visit without worry during the Covid pandemic. Short of getting there and finding out their only working games are Hotel Mario and Shaq Fu, Im highly confident this is an excellent place for both gamers and amateurs of all ages.

This place is top knotch! Yes i know covid this and covid that but honestly i felt very secure here. The boys were constantly cleaning and sanitizing everything constantly. Place is big enough for people to be spread out and not be to close to each other. Customer service was great. This is exactly what i needed in these depressive covid times. Definitely will be back.

As scary as it sounds to go into a venue during Covid, we heard it was very clean and they are taking it very seriously. It was very clean and my boys enjoyed their first real social distanced outing. Can’ wait to go back!
