Went there today 10/28/20. Everything was super open and fun for the whole family. Really enjoyed the food and drinks. My favorite thing to do there was the for sure open axe throwing area. The owner is absolutely there and super attentive to the hours of business that are definitely the same right now. Will be bringing the entire family next week

My family had our first visit to this place on Sunday. Ive gotta say, its pretty darn neat, but I felt some things could stand to be improved about the experience. The pros:*Im in a wheelchair and I found this place to be very much handicap accessible.*The facility was clean, and my kiddos loved the indoor playscape.*The young man assisting with the climbing activities was very good with all the children; he had a patient and encouraging attitude, which was quite lovely to watch. The cons:*The pricing/package structure is generally confusing and misleading. For example, at no point did anyone state that purchasing the pick 2 option would mean our kids would be able to access 2 things, one time only for each - nor was the signage clear on this point. So if youre not careful you could end up paying $30+ for 2 kids to be able to access their choice of activities for only a few minutes total.*The selections of activity access on the adventure passes are super limited. My kids have zero interest in playing laser tag, so wed have to go for the super pass and pay $30/ea to get into activities theyd even want to do. For our family, that would be unreasonably expensive to do more often than once in a great while. It would be a lot more affordable for families if we could choose unlimited access to 2-3 things our kids actually want to do on the most basic epic adventures pass.*Some of the arcade games dont give out tickets, and these arent labeled to indicate that fact.*The mini bowling activity is only 5 frames, which is kinda lame.*Theres no external food/drink allowed, and the food options available are not at all allergy friendly.

It was small in overall square footage, lacked a LOT as far as arcade game selection goes and it was a little confusing to the kids as to what they could and couldnt do. I have 12 year old twin boys, one of whom was done after and hour and a half and the other had to be drug out after 2 and a half. Definitely some fun to be had, wore them out and overall it was a success. Id rank it higher, but the staff were all teenagers, could careless about customer service, the restrooms were dirty, there was only one water fountain (we werent allowed to bring any drinks in) and it was pretty pricey. Dont know if I wouldve paid $30 per kid for the 3 things we got if I didnt get a groupon.

This place is great! A multitude of activities and food. It’s a bit pricy in my opinion - why it’s 4 stars instead of 5. I chose to buy each station individually rather than by package. My kids played mostly in the climbing structure with the foam balls. Cheapest package is $20 and that’s per child. By station/area is the better way UNLESS your kids will do everything. But it’s clean and new and has plenty of parking.

I took my son and one of his friends here to have one last day of fun before the end of Christmas break. They had a really fun time and we spent 8 hours there! A LARGE portion of this establishment is set up for younger kids. There are 3 climbing walls, one for just little kids and two that are still really more for 10 and under, although teens can climb it the challenge will be far less for them. The laser tag was by far their favorite area. Although the younger kids could be a bit annoying at times it did not deter they from playing! The bumper cars seemed designed for younger kids and it was a smaller area. I did see several adults and a few teens riding, but mostly the 12 and younger crowd. There is a large crawl space (think McDonalds x5) for the smaller kids and it was hopping with kiddos the entire day.Food choices seemed pretty good although rather pricey and they ran out of French Fries pretty early in the day!The arcade was rather small, but had games that interested all age groups.Had we not stayed SO LONG and the boys had such a good time (loved the laser tag set up) I would think it too expensive for teens (15+). I looked at it like a Chuck E. Cheeses on steroids. The mini bowling was very popular with bumper lane guides for anyone needing to use them.Over all a very fun place and everyone there seemed to be having a really great time!

This place is so much fun! Took my 10 year old here with some friends and it was a struggle to get them to want to leave. They kept ping ponging back and forth from laser tag to wall climbing to bumper cars to bowling etc. they said the laser tag was way more fun than other places we’ve tried in Austin. The kids never stopped or had to wait, they loved it. Great place to keep the kids entertained for a long time (I even jumped in and played because I saw how much fun they were having)If you haven’t been and you have kids That need something to do, it’s the best place we’ve found in Austin!

Climbing, bowling, ropes course and a great ball/slide playscape for the younger ones. On top of that there’s games, skeeball and a prize counter! Oh and did I mention beer & wine??? Lots of fun stuff but, only teens for staff when I was there. The manager on duty was a kid in highschool. We ordered over $50 in food and about $50 on a card to play. It was our first time there so we asked if our 2 year old child have a tiny sample of their slushy to see if he liked it. They refused to and said no matter what they would not be able to do that. We ended up going back up and buying a $6 slushy on top of what we had already spent and it didnt get drank. I called the mgr she called me back and I havent had a chance to talk to her yet but, she apologized in message so Im hopeful they can be a little less rigid on such requests when you are spend a minimum of a $100. The food was good. Tenders, pizza and nachos were all good for a place like that. The games were all in working order and the kids had fun. Matthew on the go cart type cars was exceptional with the kids and great with parents. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He said he would stop the cars if our 2 year old got scared even though he was riding with a parent. He gave clear instructions before they started and the kids felt comfortable with him. I didnt feel like some of the other teens enjoyed their jobs as much and it showed. I give Matthew an A plus!

Today was the first time we have come here. What a hidden gem! We had a group of six kiddos ranging in ages from 2 to 12, and they ALL had a blast. We got the all access passes and stayed for close to 8 hours. The staff was VERY nice, and they made sure our experience was exceptional. They really went above and beyond for us, and the manager made himself visible during our entire stay. They was a power outage while we were here, and the management graciously comped everyone who was playing in the arcade when the storm knocked out the power. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the equipment and bathrooms. The activities have seating for the parents with great vantage points, and you can’t beat the wine and beer for the adults. We will definitely be visiting again! Kuddos to the management and staff members for giving our kids a great experience.

My six-year-old grand daughter had her birthday party there. Be aware that no instructions are given on how to rappel down the 20 climbing wall. She made it to the top but couldnt get down. It was an horrific 25 minutes of her stuck at the top, making efforts to climb down, then back up, screaming, shaking, terrified. Thankfully, she was able to hold on, because if she had let go of the wall without holding onto the rappel rope, she could have flipped over upside down and fallen out of the harness. The young woman working the wall tried to go up and help her down but didnt know how. Finally, another worker harnessed up and went up to get her. It is an experience I never want another parent/grandparent to experience. I still thank the Lord that she was rescued. In reply to Stacys reply, my grand daughter did not freeze at the top because she was afraid of heights. She was terrified because she didnt know how to get down. She tried. Several times. Yes, JJ was great, but it took a while for help to arrive. My point remains that everyone needs a quick lesson on how to rappel down before they go up, especially little kids. She had never done that before, so we didnt know.

Cost is expensive but not crazy. $20/kid for 3 hours of running for three kids is not a bad deal when raining. The pizza we got was good, nothing special. $16 for a 16 inch cheese is right in line with the expensive but not crazy theme. However, the customer service gets them at a 5 star rating for me. My 5 and 7 year old boys went with my MIL and my 3 year old girl was still in the play scape castle thing. She came out crying because she wanted someone to play with her. I am normally the dad that jumps in and plays with his baby girl, but I wouldnt fit in this play area. One of their staff hears us talking and just grabs her hand and plays with her FOR AN HOUR. This staff member was small enough to fit in their and just gave her the time of her life. My daughters smile today will make me come back. My daughter sought the girl out again after her break and she played another half hour before she was going to have to click out. My daughter saw her on the way out and embraced her.The idea that this place is paying employees to make sure kids are having fun is simply amazing.
