Great scenic park with a small trail. Great for workouts, dog walking, picnics, leisurely walks, etc. Its a all natural park. No utilities or bathrooms.

Really pleasant walk and hike spot thats uncrowded but easy to get to. No benches anywhere so might want to bring a towel or something to toss on ground for a rest. And a large bottle of water. Much of it open and hot last week when I did it. But side trails are nicely shady. Close to Govs Sq Mall and Publix - Panera on Blairstone.

Nice area, but not sure if we missed features or if its just a green space...

This is a nice green space, usually not crowded. You can jog, run, play, or just sit/lay down and relax or read. It doesnt have restroom facilities and trash can is located in the entrance area (so bring a bag for your trash). There plenty of places nearby to get food, water and use a restroom.

Lovely walk. Sometimes you can forget youre in the middle of town. Could use a public restroom at the entrance, so potty before you go!

A good spot for a hike hidden in the middle of a busy area of the city. Youre never able to completely escape the sounds of traffic but its still a peaceful tree-covered spot, perfect for a quick hike or walk with the dog.

HUGE Open Field! No one ever comes here apparently. This field is so big, its a 10 minutes walk up and down, side to side. A perfect place to bring your dogs out to run and play.

Great park! Pet owners need to pick up after their dogs more often though because there is way too much poop left behind. The park has beautiful sunsets. Love this once off the map park.

Be alert if walking alone, there are several camps throughout the trails, mostly near the train tracks. Never had any problems, but you never know.

Great place to walk your dog but there is a creepy lady that lives on top of the hill that was following people with her cell phone camera if they had their dog off a leash

Ch
Review №27

This is one of the best areas to let your dogs run around and be free without a leash. I take my kids here and let them just run and be free rolling down the Hills and exploring. If you are photographer or just like to take pictures, there are amazing areas here and scenery for pictures and the lighting in some areas are so divine. Also another thing to note is its not packed here and its kept really clean. No need to worry about stepping in dog poop.

A good place for running or spending time outdoors. Mostly open areas, so bring activities and sunscreen; kids are probably better off at Tom Brown. No lighting or access at night. For those looking for the beautiful abandoned house that several people have posted pictures of, I have bad news. The Myers House has been demolished. All youll find now is an open patch of ground.

Nice field and trails to hike or run. These trails connect to Tom Brown Park, which then connect to Lafayette Heritage Trail Park, which then connect to J. R. Alford Greenway. Also, in the spring, this is a great place to forage.

Nice place for picnicking, family outings, a walk, etc. The abandoned house on the center of the property is interesting and the many trees on the periphery of the property make for a wonderful walk. This park still has lots of potential. The recent improvements to the entrance and parking area are nice. It might also be nice to restore the building such that its history can be properly appreciated -- and if there is no interesting history, then it could also be nice to remove the building or replace it with something useful (e.g., restrooms).

A great greenway park for dogs, drones and soaking up some sun. The entrance is mysteriously hidden off Blairstone Extension and backs into the Tyty Rd property near Mahan Drive. Parking is under the overpass that allows for a CSX rail to pass by unencumbered by the roadway above. Check it out, but watch for the doggie bombs that litter the greenway.
