The location is nice and close to everything and the accommodations are first class like new condition everywhere you look but the staff are the best weve had the pleasure of staying with. We stayed at another resort 2 blocks away and dealt with the elevator breaking down 3 times, our air conditioner breaking down once, and a staff who were courteous and polite but who couldnt even make a decision about extending our stay for a 2nd week after our father slipped and fell in the bedroom and broke his hip.So glad we made the decision to move to this 5 star resort where they work hard to keep the entire property beautiful and the staff is amazing.

Good place for families. Convenient location for families visiting Disney world (~20 minutes) or Sea World. Rooms are nice and spacious. We like that there is a (small) full kitchen, so we can eat in (more healthy, save money).Other things good for kids: there is a decent playground, a shallow baby/kids pool fenced off from the regular pool, and some coin op games in the clubhouse (air hockey, pac-man, ping pong table).

Awesome place to stay while in Orlando and close to great places to eat and Disney World.

We loved our stay here! The rooms are really nice and the beds are so confusing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a great location close to the parks and stores. I would highly recommend staying here.

In response to theestablishments routine response to attempt to appear to have a concern, please do not bother. Had you been Interested, at least one of the department heads would have addressed the concerns when brought to your attention during the stay. Horrific customer servicw, water smelled horrific in the new room.To add insult to the stay, the department heads to whom we spoke made it quite clear by stating they market only to certain zip codes.... racial and economic biases...Buyers beware because unless you look like them, you never have the opportunity to show your income.Although we can afford the prices, we would NOT because of their racial and economic presumptions affording them to profile and further oppress others when given the opportunity

As Wyndham owners, we were not expecting anything less. The building was updated, and clean. The location was ideal. We would recommend and visit again as we love Orlando.

Have stayed here 4 times now. Love the spacious homey feel to the rooms. They supply everything you need from linens to spices. Free laundry. Pretty grounds. Very reasonably priced. A lot of amenities were closed due to Covid but I was made aware in advance. My big complaint this time was they are under construction and didnt bother to tell me when i spoke with them. I didnt appreciate the noise super early in the morning. I would not have stayed there if i had known and I feel thats why they kept it hidden. But it looks like it will be great when its done.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and dining table. The staff is courteous and very helpful. They are thoroughly cleaning the rooms between visitors, and scheduling pool times for good social distancing.

Writing this review after rebooking this hotel 3 weeks apart. Everything is new. The location is the best. You have everything within 5 minutes from the hotel. If you plan to go to Seaworld you are only 2 or so blocks away.

Upgraded my 1 bd to a 2 bd. Room was beautiful. Nice selection on kitchen. Super quiet. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Reservations required for pool and hot tub not open. Have to take out own garbage.

Brand new rooms and buildings. Smaller resort and pools, but amenities you would expect from a high quality brand like Wyndham. Always a plus to have a kitchen and full size fridge. 5 minutes to SeaWorld. 7 minutes to Aquatica.

Check in was easy, they explain the changes in how they handle things. The room was very comfortable

Other than early morning construction noise at the pool, it was an excellent stay. Great location on international drive, a bit quieter than further north.

My parents have been owners with wyndham for about 20 years, so naturally Ive stayed in my share of wyndham resorts and this by far has been my worst experience. My father made my reservations a month in advance and I called to see if the resort offered and discounts to the parks . I was told that they did , but I would have to attend a 90 minute presentation, and meet an age and income requirement, which i did. Once I checked in I was told by Mike B ( sales manager ) that they do not market to the charlotte area and i would not be able to attend the presentation, after speaking with owner care which is on a corporate level , I was told they do not market to my zip code , because the residents in the zip code demographic did not qualify based on income . Despite being able to provide them with valid proof of my own individual income, I was denied based off of the area. then to add injury to insult , the running water had a strong foul smell. I spoke to the property manager and I was informed that because the building is new , there are high levels of sulfur in the water. He could transfer my room , but there was no guarantee that i would have sulfur free water. I am like most people who after a long flight would like to take a long hot shower, preferably with water that didnt smell of fecal matter . Then the blender would not work in a brand new building , i had another one delivered but , needless to say the best service i received at this resort is that from the security guard BOBBY that brought me the blender . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Door does not close tight, the wifi device is in the bedroom behind the headboard and glows at night the laundry facility is so small you can only get one person in at a time and you have to lean over the door to try and get clothes out, poor design. I was told the units had just been redone but you would never know.

Very beautiful place to stay. The pool is warm and hot tubs wonderful as well. They had a delicious Friday lunch with hamburgers and hot dogs and mac and cheese.

Great place for family. King bed, 2 queens, 2 bath, 2 pools, a game room, fitness building, and very close to sea world. International ave has a ton of places to eat. Would have done 5 star if not for the construction. Very nice place to stay overall.

Brand new family hotel in central location in Orlando

Clean, fresh paint, brand new furniture, the pool all to ourselves. The only thing we didnt like was the laundry facilities . Very tight closet room by the elevator.

I would rate this 4.5 stars as well. With being an owner our check in is at 3pm depending what time we arrive late or early. But as expected we were not disappointed checking in. The place is great. It is close to everything we need or if needed going to the store is a breeze. This worldmark location is convenient and easy to find unlike Reunion. Kingstown Reef is definitely will be our best choice when coming back to Orlando. It is a nice place. We didnt get to see much since we didnt stay long enough. But from our short stay we definitely will come back again. Reunion might be fancy and secluded but thats not what we want. It is safe to say that this place is well secured and maintained.

Minutes from Sea World and Universal resorts. Saying in the brand new Magnolia building that just opened in September.

Very nice facility. Clean efficient rooms. Kitchens a bit compact, but rooms spacious. Two pools...one 34 the other 3-5. Hot tub. Nice game room with billiards, air hockey, ping pong, Galaga. Conveniently close (few miles) from downtown.

No hot water In our room so they downgraded us to a lesser room?! We will never be back !

Beautiful place very clean friendly people. Has two full size pools to hot tubs and a kitty pool. No bar or restaurant but with its location on International Drive you dont need one. There is everything on this street.

Great place to stay if youre vacationing in Orlando, the hotel is just 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, about 5 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Disney World. No complimentary breakfast, but theres a kitchen in the 1 bed room suite. Secure parking and safe area to stay in!

Loved our stay. Even had a movie night and made us popcorn. Nice rooms, free laundry, pools were great! My only suggestion. Fix the tread mill . Only 4 pieces of equipment in fitness center, so its important to those who like to work out, that everything work. Fantastic staff!

The staff is very friendly and eager to help! The rooms and pool are clean and atmosphere relaxing.

The area is great! 2 blocks away from sea world, we could walk to the gas station store, dominos pizza, Moroccan restaurant, great area for mornings walks/exercise, 3 pools. The only I can suggest is I didn’t know if they offer food in site & a boutique. Love the first publix delivery free & music on the pool area.

Cozy rooms and the pool area is clean; so clean that even the ducks take a dip from time to time. Not to mention that the video game room is nearby too. A really nice atmosphere and not a cloud in the sky to worry over.

Pretty laid back resort. The gas grills here are the best!

No free WiFi. No activities other than one bingo and one movie night per week. No basketball or tennis courts. It can be difficult to exit the resort if making a left turn because you need to cross a busy street. No smoking allowed on balconies or anywhere on the property except one outdoor area that is not sheltered from the rain. Construction has been taking place near the rooms for months and in the area across from our room there was only dirt leveling being done, so there will be months more of work to come. They have complementary ear plugs at the front desk to help you deal with all of the noise

Beautiful, clean, hip and thoughtful resort! The rooms are spacious and modern. The access to the pool area is excellent! Such a lovely and ideal spot for a family vacay!

This resort is beautiful. The condos are very clean. The grounds are well kept and neat and clean. The staff goes out of their way to make your visit wonderful. It is a small resort but good location on International Dr. in Kissimmee/Orlando area. We would stay here again.

Warm and friendly. Not overly crowded.rooms are clean with kitchen LR and two or three bed rooms. Has two pools and hot tubs..game rooms and much more. I stay there every year.

Nice campus.

The service is great. The grounds are impeccable. The free coffee in the lobby is hot and fresh. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.. and there is a full kitchen in most rooms. Many amenities. Free laundry machines in every building. Two pools. It’s such a value for the price you pay that you walk away feeling like you got a great deal. Worldmark is great no matter where you go.

WONDERFUL PLACE.

If you need quiet do not come hrte. Serious construction going on and a lot of areas are taped off - off limits. If you need daily housekeeping (daily service including fresh towels or trash cans emptied) do not home here. You must text the hotel if you need anything. Also, and most importantly, I selected this hotel because I drive a fully electric car and they have a charging station on site. I called to confirm that it was there and worked. I was told it was do I booked a three night stay. We arrived and I again confirmed that it worked and asked where it was located. I found it, parked, and started to plug into a system that stated it was out of service. No charging here. To an owner of an electric car, this is a super big deal. I was out of gas due to this hotels oversight and there was nothing I can do about it. Thanks Worldmark. You wont be seeing us again.

Great place to stay if you like to visit Disney World Universal Studios and Sea world

Clean, spacious & comfortable beds. Had all the needed amenities, small kitchen but had everything we needed to cook with. Resort is having some new construction, but did not interfere with our stay.

Nice stay, clean and comfortable. The room we had was on first floor and it was actually really quiet.

Even though they are currently undergoing construction the facilities were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, even recommended a pretty decent Italian delivery place when we got in late from Disney.We stayed in a very nice two bedroom condo on the ground floor and could walk directly out to a small playground and the pools. My daughters were hopping in the pool each morning before we headed out to the Disney parks.Very convenient to Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal attractions.

Nice place to live! Kayna is simply an awesome person to deal with! Cesar and Jonathan are really nice and they know what they’re doing when it comes to repairs. The only thing I have to say is that the rent is very expensive. You can get a brand new apartment for the same price or pay much cheaper for similar in the area. But no one is held at gunpoint to rent here. That’s the only reason I am leaving this place. Other than that this place has everything you need to have a comfortable life. One last negative comment is that we pay every month for bug service and even if you put your name on list no one ever comes. I had to fix my roach and spider myself out of pocket.

The property was very nice and we loved the room. We would stay there again most definitely!

Lots of room, comfortable beds, great staff, wonderful friendly security, played a game of giant chess after dark.

Location is great...quiet. not enough parking it seems. Laundry is not in unit. Beds are super soft (beware). Bathroom is great...nice tub. Kitchen is small.

This place is great. Its an entire apartment with a full kitchen, a balcony, and two bedrooms. Their prices very phenomenal when we stayed there. Really close to Disney World. Their staff was very accommodating and professional.

Clean room, friendly staff. The couch cushions tended to separate when sitting on them. Other than that the rooms were great. Comfy bed. The pools and hot tub were perfect.

The room was very cute and it was nice to have a small kitchen. Brianna at the front desk has impeccable customer service. The down side is housekeeping, our bed wasn’t made after we got back (my little one had an accident) and when we first arrived the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well.

It was a great trip! The room was nice and the beds were great! The only complaint was 1 of the 3 light bulbs were blown when we got there and another blew while we were there. It was pretty dark in the room, but it was a great stay otherwise!

More like 4.5 stars. Staff was great. Amenities were great, wish I had more time to enjoy them. The only problem was that our unit smelled damp, almost mildew-like. It felt damp too. I dont know if its like that in most buildings and homes here because of the humidity or if it was unique to just this unit. Overall Im happy with the location and would definitely stay again

Waste of time and money

I am currently staying here. The good, the bad and ugly. The good... Thank you Rob Gainen (Assistant GM for following up with us and promising to fix the room before someone else stays in it). The bad.. There is black mold in the windows, food stuck on the coffee table, and we are getting bit. The ugly...The only view we have is of a parking lot.

Have been here for past 12 years! I love it. Great accommodations and proximity to all the major attractions.

Very good place to stay and close to allot of venues.

The rooms are nice, small connected suites. The kitchen is very small and some cabinets are very hard to reach. We were only here for a single night, but I would not like cook in this kitchen for multiple days or large meals. Bed were comfortable, but the pillows werent; I know this is personal preference. The bathroom has only a shower. Everything was clean and in working order. Choice of furniture was odd but cozy. The staff was very friendly the brief time we interacted them.

Clean & Comfortable. Great extra curricular activities that bring together people from different places. Washer and dryer available (at no additional cost) to do your laundry. Free parking available. Plates, bowls, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, & seasonings are provided (at no additional charge) for you to use & prepare meals. We had a 3 bdrm, 3 baths which was very roomy. I was very happy with the facility.

Really didnt have the greatest stay here, the room was supposed to be ready, it wasnt until about 4:45 so we just had to sit in the lobby and wait, finally got our room and had to run off to our reservations, had no time to change or get ready. The room smelled of sulfure and methane. Probably because of the construction, which brings me to the worst part. The put us literally right next to the construction.. like you literally couldnt be any closer and we were woken up early every morning we were there by hammering and nail guns and other general construction noise. Considering the amount of empty parking spaces available it seems as if we could of easily been accommodated somewhere less noisy instead of just a wall between us and construction. We will not be returning to this location. They clearly couldnt care less about their guests stay.Ohh.. random but of info.. the shuttles to Disney coat a decent amount, more than double what it costs to park at Disney and Disneys parking is on point and very well handled so if you have a car save your $$$ and just drive and park at disney
