Had an extra day in orlando so thought Id find a course to play that was fairly close to the airport. Beautiful course that is well maintained for how hot it gets down here. Staff was great and very helpful, green fees were surprising cheap for a course of this caliber. Would come back again!

Checked in at 1:00 and informed them that we would need an extra bed they told us they would bring a roll away. Now its 7:30 we still havent received a bed Ive called the front desk several times no answer first 3 times then finally got someone said it will be soon now 9:45 no bed go to call the front desk. The room phone no longer works. last year we were here for the same event and its was perfect everything went smoothly

This hotel was very unsanitary during our stay. Especially during Covid times. They sanitize and clean the rooms only EVERY FOUR DAYS! I asked them to bring any cleaners to my room and I would clean. They arent allowed to enter the room, but wouldnt agree to arranging any kind of cleaning during my 6 day stay!!!!! This was totally unacceptable, especially during these difficult times that require EXTRA SANITIZING AND CLEANING! I would definitely NOT recommend staying here during Covid. They are only open for big events during Covid, and I would not recommend my organization to have another event here. All of the other restrictions and guidelines were strictly adhered to. This was a big one that needs to be addresses.

Absolutely amazing.Breathtaking scenery from the main road up the long scenic drive all the way to the car park or the valet reception.The entrance is grand and jaw droppingly beautiful! The interior is an abundance of choice for every taste, from quick coffee shops, takeaways, to little delis, International food eateries to the grand and very sumptuous dining room.Outside there is the pool bar and more dining options to enjoy the sunny and breezy outdoors. Rain or sun you can eat and drink outdoors under the cover or the sky.Here for a conference? Between sessions, stretch your legs through the amazing gardens.An amazing treat for every taste!

Horrible stay: no breakfast on a thanksgiving weekend, just the coffee bar that is open. then we were waiting around for maid service and nothing, we were told they don’t do that anymore because they are low on staff. No valet, hot tubs didn’t work. Hotel is so crowded with a cheerleading convention. So we couldn’t get into the pool. We stayed here before, and we didn’t have this horrible service, we won’t be returning. I told the front desk right now, but didn’t nothing about it. So disappointed on this thanksgiving getaway.

Upon arrival, we were on the 13 th floor, amazing view, however the elevators didn’t work and we were taken up by a staff elevator. When we us to be downstairs for a meet up, elevator was still not working. We called 3 times to get someone to help us onto the staff elevator again. We were told several times to go to the 10th floor and get the elevator there. One of our party is handicapped and cannot walk the stairs safely. Took 20 minutes, making us late. Our card was overcharged by 120.00, took over 24 hrs to get resolved. I was told a manager would call me in an hour however I had to go to the desk the next morning. Tv or remote in the room was not working properly. Not sure which it was however several requests still did not get it fixed. The staff were however all very friendly with the exception of 1 front desk person. Would not be my choice to stay here again.

This property is well maintained and has a lot of dining options. The staff is friendly, professional and you can tell they care. The meeting space is excellent. It is a well designed property for meetings. Jenny and James are phenomenal!!!

Yes another five star review!I remembered to ask for an upgrade and I got one! A huge hospitality room with a enough seating for 20.the Murphy bed was very comfortable. The views of the golf course were great! Lots of wildlife out there! We also enjoyed the pricey restaurants here. I guess you paid for convenience.

My wife and I stayed here for a Valentines weekend. The resort was very clean and massive. The pool areas were great and the waitresses outside were friendly. I arranged for balloons and cupcakes to be waiting in the room when we checked in and that was a nice touch from the concierge team. The room and bed were very spacious and comfortable. I did not golf but I did take advantage of the practice facilities which were in decent shape. Only complaint, we could have used a newer shower head or one with more pressure. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Orlando!

My husband and I attended a special event and banquet here at Rosen Shingle Creek. It is as beautiful it is large. Massive grounds and has many ballrooms and meeting rooms. We did not stay at the hotel since they were booked when we tried to get reservations, so I cant speak to that. The banquet food was good and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere made for a really pleasant evening.

Overall a very pleasant experience at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Customer service is exceptional, my booking somehow was deleted so they offered me a mini suite. The rooms are not luxurious but get the job done. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, considering most hotel beds are not the best. View from the room was amazing. Only downside to the room was it had a tub/shower, walk in shower preferred.Reasoning behind the 3 star rating is the room service food, very expensive and very poor quality. Breakfast buffet and deli options are standard quality you would expect to find in a hotel. I would recommend eating at the various restaurants or traveling outside the resort for dining options.Fitness center & spa was very nice and only $20 for entire stay. Sauna and steam room do not get much use so it was like a private experience!Conference center is very spacious and nice as well. Would definitely stay again, however, would not order room service.

Beautiful resort. The rooms are huge. The pools are wonderful. The golf course is fantastic. There are lots of restaurants and bars within it as well, so you dont have to travel off site for meals. Service is top notch also. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at the resort. The tennis courts were in great shape and we played many games. There are many trails and golf cart roads to walk on. We really enjoyed a Land to Remember restaurant. They served a great lunch and you can sit on the patio in the shade.

Everything was fine it was just the elevators stop working for a couple of hours but anything after that everything was fine.

This place is so HUGE its amazing how anyone gets around. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have been recently refinished and they came out amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and just love this place. What a great stay here and I will definitely be back again soon

The new face of Orlando resorts, I didnt want to leave. The Thanksgiving day buffet had so many options ( Im a vegan ). With what seemed like never ending dishes one could easily fill their belly. All the staff was kind and every room was spotless. I only hope 10 years from now it will keep this same energy. For now, enjoy this spectacular village.

Stayed over Thanksgiving, was given 11th floor room elevators did not work for most of the day taken up by service elevators but had to wait 45 minutes to catch, no room service with clean towels or removal of trash. the pools were great grandchildren did enjoy

Rosen Shingle Creek is the most upscale hotel with all the bells and whistles. The rooms are a good size with plenty of space. From the moment you enter the building everything is right there all you have to do is ask. It was my birthday and my wife next week. What a beautiful place to be taken to by our kids. Thank you family for a wonderful time with I one I love.

I cannot rate this amazing place enough. From the approach from the long driveway and the lovely welcome to just chilling by the pool. This place has everything. It is very large, its spotlessly clean, friendly, genuine, impeccable service and simply gorgeous. A family swimming pool, a marked out lane swimming pool a smaller pool for younger children and another pool for grown ups. The pool bar is lovely and the bartenders are fantastic. Thank you Rich, for the service you gave, you were great and made us feel welcome. You clearly love your job and the information you gave us about how you are treated by Mr Rosen was amazing. He sounds like an incredible man and very generous.This super large hotel is a convention centre so there could be times when it is busy. We were lucky as it was quiet but I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It has now become our best hotel to go to. Wish we could stay there again and for longer.

I LOVED this hotel. I will be staying here anytime I come back to Orlando. It was absolutely beautiful. I felt like I was able to discover something new about it everytime I got off the elevator. Beautiful pools (open till 12 am), hot tubs, tennis courts, restaurants, etc. Was even able to get a glimpse of a wedding that was being hosted there. Rooms were clean and I loved the complimentary robes. Again, I WIlL be forever booking a room here for my next Orlando adventure.

I called “Rosen Shingle Creek” home during my last week-long visit to Orlando. Excellent place to be, clean, quiet ambiance, huge facility with many dining options. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I’m still quizzed was why there’s no complimentary water!

A high-end resort/hotel in Orlando, Florida. It has many spacious and comfortable hall which is good for conferences/conventions. with neat and accessible conveniences. There is a bus-stop in from of the hotel but youll walk about 10minutes to get out from the main building to the bus-stop. This resort also has a golf course which was being built/renovated at the time of my visit.

This hotel was awesome. I was here for Podcast Movement and we had a wonderful space for the convention. In addition we had plenty of restaurant choices in the hotel. There were three large pools and two hot tubs, and a kiddie pool with sufficient hours to go swimming. There was a nice lath and even a nature trail in the back. Service was excellent. Only downside is that the fitness center wasnt included and was additional. I was busy enough to pass this time. Room was nice and clean.

From the moment you enter the property til the moment you leave you realize that this property is well taken care off. Every detail is thought about. When you walk in you begin to see how grand it really is. The check in desk is immaculate and the architecture is stellar. There are massive beams in the ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers almost every turn. The attention to detail puts this hotel and ballrooms at top of its class. When you start to head toward you room the place really opens up. There nocks and little place to hang out. On the way to the room you were adorned with beautiful sconces and soft comfortable carpet. You walk into the room and it’s very well appointed. They disguise beautiful lamps with charging areas for your phone or tablet. Plenty of shopping and little cafés. Starbucks for your coffee and pastries. There is great little shops everywhere. There is a store inside that carries pretty much anything you need.

It has 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Big clean rooms, everyone there is helpful. Many stores inside clothing , accessories to food stores. Free rides to the parking lot. Fantastic decorations for Christmas, they even had a workout room and a game room Its a good place to go to be pampered.

Attended this hotel for a DAV Convention. One word - beautiful. Do not even have to leave the hotel; several restaurants, gym, pool, spa, large meeting rooms, 24 hour store, etc are on the grounds. Professional staff, helpful and hardworking Bell Services/Valet.

Granted we were there when the Corona Virus was starting to affect the entire country. It was basically empty but the staff that was there went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible. Only two places to eat were open but they were well stocked and lots of choices. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Everything is top of the line. There are no resort fees so you pay for most activities if you want to enjoy them. We stuck to the pool and just relaxed which didnt cost anything extra. We will probably never be able to afford to stay there again and enjoyed our small taste of luxury on our last night in Orlando.

This is by far one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed at so far. So many amenities that it feels like staying only a week is not long enough to see all this hotel has to offer. Will definitely be staying again when I’m back in the area.

Nice resort. The room was big. I had a decent view. Very large has 15 restaurants. I felt like somethings were extremely over priced. Not to far from shopping an other restaurants. Beautiful golf course with large walking trails. Over all I enjoyed my stay. An I would come back.

With foundations forged from the old spanish style, this place is simply gorgeous. The property, the grounds and the adjacent conference center is simply amazing. The service is impeccable and I was super impressed with everyone I encountered on staff. The fitness center is huge, clean and well kept with modern equipment. My wife says the spa is amazing and my kids loved the pools. Id come back.

Parking was very confusing. I paid $95 for two kids and myself to have an evening snack. Check-in personnel was not friendly, didnt smile, didnt offer help in any way.The place is beautiful, but the bathroom door in my room was warped and the paint was peeling. Seems to be the popular item in Florida hotels. I was shocked to be charged $18 to park overnight. Now I get home and there is an extra charge on my credit card for something that is not detailed. I never incur any charges more than the hotel room charge and cant for any reason understand why Im dishing out more money. The irritating thing is that I was not told about any extra charges for anything. I dont want any more than I can predict to show on my bill. The room charge should cover everything, period.

Unbelievable how beautiful this place is. The most comfortable resort Ive ever stayed at. The food is awesome too.

This place is beautiful with very professional staff. Extras...I love the makeup mirror. The shower isnt the best. It is kind of weak. The beds are comfortable. Keep in mind, this place is pretty costly. Watch the breakfast place. They do tack on a 18% service charge. We didnt notice this and tipped as though there wasnt, and at breakfast, they werent fast at refilling the coffee and forgot a couple of things. I think that theyre used to most people getting the breakfast buffet though. If you want to visit other places, you may want to rent a car because you cant easily walk to different places.

Just got back from a two day stay for work. This hotel and property is amazing. First class all the way. Staff is great, helpful, hardworking and caring. Plenty of great places to eat. There Steakhouse Land Remembered was fantastic with the best chocolate cake i have ever had. If you like Gold this is the place to be. They also have a very big convention center. Great location to the parks and all the action.Also 3 pools and a great spa.Room and hotel very nicely done in every aspect.This is great for business, couples and families ( decent game/arcade room )

Great facility, amazing staff, nice restaurants. Their event coordinators do an outstanding job of making sure everything is working and everyone is taken care of properly. I highly recommend this facility.

One of Orlandos top golf courses and resorts. Hands down the nicest carts in the area and Ive golfed a LOT of nice courses in Orlando. Tje customer service is great and I really enjoy this course. They have a membership also and I lived closer Id definitely join. Want a nice and relaxing day on the course with well kept greens and fairways, golf here.

We are on a family holiday visiting the attractions, this hotel is outstanding its so impressive and relaxing, the staff will do anything for you, the surroundings are breathtaking highly recommended would come here everytime.

This is a great hotel. Its spacious and quiet. The rooms are big. Theres almost a dozen restaurants to choose from and great facilities all round. We spent about 11 days here on our honeymoon and it was superb.

This place is gorgeous! The staff is wonderful specially our bartender David who took very good care of us while we visited for a work function. I would def be returning and stay a bit longer.

Very nice hotel. Staff members are friendly and efficient. Conference rooms comfortable. The food is also pretty good. There are lots of things to do on site. My only issue was the $30 hamburger and fries meal that room service delivered to my room the first night of my stay. The burger was almost uneatable charred to a crisp on both sides and the steak fries were under cooked but I was so tried that I didn’t bother to sent it back. Based on my overall experience I would definitely visit again as well as recommend to others.

Classy hotel with nicely spaced rooms but old fashioned. Location is far away from the center. Almost like being in an isolated island!Nice clean pool and area. Stuff are very friendly and helpful.

One Star for Service and ability to accommodate large groups.The hotel itself is nice and the price was very reasonable, the down side is they were completely unprepared for a large group(s) / organizations and this is an annual event at this location.From frustrated and rude employees to some helpful ones.The hotel has one set of elevators which had to manned by security staff at times because there’s just not enough elevators for the size of the facility and the line to get on the elevator was a 10 to 15 min wait, not a huge deal but rather inconvenient.Parking is quite limited as well so guest were left to double park and park at and the ends of lanes creating a situation where guests more likely to incur damage and no security provided for parking to help the situation.

Hotel was lovely, very smart and clean! However, the service and experience was terrible. Our 2 week stay was in the middle of renovation works, the whole driveway was pulled up and relayed during our stay and wasnt acceptable pushing 2 infants through clouds of dust each morning while workers used petrol cutters. Checked in on day 1 and told to take 2 rooms, 3 floors apart and was then relocated the next night to the opposite side of hotel for conjoining rooms. Furthermore, we were blamed after requesting our cots be moved from the night before and relocated to the new rooms. When we returned from a long day (10:30pm), 2 big single adult beds sat unmade at the doors and we couldnt push our strollers in to put our infants to bed. After complaining, it took a further 40 mins for someone to bring our cribs from our previous room... Sorry for being English as you say we called it wrong and should have told you cribs. Maybe you should have looked at our booking we made 1 year in advance and ensured we had the correct bedding instead of blaming us!Nothing said from then on, no apology, no gesture of goodwill. So after we experienced major works to the driveways, internal decoration, I will just say our only 1 meal within the hotel was seriously overpriced and we was glad to visit the local eateies for breakfast lunch and tea everyday.

I did NOT stay at the hotel. I was there to play golf. So this review is strictly related to that experience. I would give it a 4.25 if possible. The course and the golf operations were awesome. EXCEPT... we were told when we got there that the back nine was closed for maintenance and we would play the front nine twice. Oh, and the front nine had been aerated the day before. Oh and it was cart-path only. So those three surprises warrant small deductions. But other Than that, the course was stunning. Andike I said, the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Id definitely play it again when everything is 100%. OH! They have THE NICEST GOLF CARTS EVAAAAAR!!!

The hotel is terrible. we have been to many resorts in orlando but have never experienced such a dirty hotel. The restaurants inside serve stale food.

As a travel agent; when I travel I expect certain things. Rosen Shingle Creek Resort didnt disappoint. Our company was there as part of the DAV convention on Aug. 2-7 2019. First the rooms were absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful as we traveled with a couple who had very limited mobility. They made sure to keep us in close contact with the couple and made sure that they had everything they needed. There were some drawbacks. The main one. The elevators are very limited. We were on the 11th floor and there was only 1 elevator on the entire floor. For people with mobility problems; this isnt an ideal set up. Because of the disabled veterans convention; there were not many rooms close to the elevator. The room my clients were in, was 165 steps from the elevators. I wear a FITBIT so decided to calculate the steps one day. For someone in good health, this is not a problem. For them, it was a huge task whenever they wanted to venture out of their room, as she was in a wheelchair and he was pushing her; with a severely stiff back and bad leg. The second thing was that the toilet in our room either ran all night or never filled with water. The tech came up and fixed it but it only lasted for an hour. The float is broken, was the diagnosis but it wasnt fixed while we were there. (Room 11430) We kept the door closed as to not hear the water running all night. The only other complaint is that the choice of foods; while delicious; gets old after the 3rd day. Renting a car is a must if you want to venture out. But make sure you do it 24 hours in advance if you use the car rental place located in the lobby and make sure to do it by noon. That is when they close. Also the best feature. You can check your luggage at the hotel; again by 12 and for the cost of the fee you would normally pay (Southwest there is no fee except the $5 per person if you choose to have them take your luggage to the airport) But this must be done at least 3 hours BEFORE your flight and again, they close at noon so get down there early. The other amazing thing..with all of the Florida sun, if you decide to take a walk; there is an ice and water machine along the path, close to the golf course; near the sand volleyball court. This is a great place to have a convention !

Clean. However, they did not have 1 wheelchair anywhere on the resort for a mom that had sprained her ankle. It was Thanksgiving and nothing could be done. That is absurd.

This hotel is primarily geared towards conferences and business travelers. Despite having a refresh in the last few years, the decor feels very dated inside. The exterior and grounds are quite nice though so theres a bit of a balance there.There is no central light switch in your room so you have to walk around turning on various lamps, which is strange and gets annoying after a few nights. The air conditioner and bar fridge was pretty noisy and some colleagues also reported the same.I didnt have much interaction with staff but they all seemed quite nice. Our conference was catered and the food was very good and I couldnt really fault it. Are at the sushi restaurant, which had great presentation but just didnt quite taste fresh. The onsite market is open 24 hours, which is awesome and you can get a quick breakfast from there if you dont want to endure the buffet.Overall the experience was okay and there was nothing too horrible or too outstanding to put the score any higher or lower.

I was there for a trade show. The staff was very nice. The room was nice. Market 21 is a nice to get essentials, hot cooked food, drinks and desserts.

Guys on the desk put us in a hospitality suite for two weeks which was great just no where to put clothes but hey..beggars cant be choosers?? Staff at the cat tails bar are fantastic and very attentive but inprovments needs to be made at the main bar upstairs as if you dont look like a 50 plus business with plenty of cash get ignored. But when complaint raised management very swift again to respond and apolgise.This was our first time in a hotel in orlando as we have always done a villa. Yes it a little more expensive when you at service charge etc but for location you cant beat it. Especially in a few years the price on this place will go up with the new universal park literally across the street!Great 2 weeks and cant wait to book again soon

Very nice. We were hear for cheer competition so it was very crowded but there was still plenty of room inside and out. Free Parking was at a distance. Probably 3000+ people if I had to guess. Very comfortable. High and mid class hotel. I would stay again. Smoking is allowed in a bunch of areas. We enjoyed our short stay 1 day.

A great venue for large conventions and receptions. Professional staff that goes above and beyond to cater to the needs of their clients. Plenty of amenities on site from pools, restaurants, shops, bars, spa, and more. You truly get more than you pay for here. Food is excellent in any of the on-site restaurants.

Beautiful Hotel with great amenities on site. Parking is pay but they have guys on golf carts find you and take you to and from your car. Even as late as 2:30am one night! There is a nice trail behind the golf course too.

Worked an event there and this place is absolutely stunning & ginormous! Only fault I could find was possibly getting lost in the l vastness of chandelier lined, vaulted ceilings & glittering christmas trees guided corridors.Even ran into an attendent in one of the impeccably clean restrooms who was just as nice as someone could be! A+!

This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed it. The staff were lovely there and the food was tasty. The location of it was good as it was close to the disney parks, when I was there I used lifts app to call a taxi to the hotel as you would still need to drive there and the hotel taxis were double the price. The taxi rides were cheap to each park and were only about 10 minutes long. The pools there were great also! There were 3 pools and plenty of sun beds. The hotel also has a handy store inside which I used daily. Thanks to the staff and the hotel itself I had such a relaxing holiday
