My fiancé and I love vacationing here annually. The hotel is so nice and staff are willing to go above and beyond for their guests. We hope they’ll reopen soon! We would love to return in 2021.

Attended a meeting in convention space. Had breakfast & lunch. Very sensitive to cleanliness & health standards. Meeting accommodations excellent. Food delicious. Friendly, courteous, professional service.

Definetly quality and comfort. Enjoyed the access to the boat. Large room. Relaxing spaces environment. Its a must visit.

Weve stated at Sapphire Falls a few times in the past, but this was our first time out of the house since the Covid-19 quarantine began. Decided to do one night using our Hotels.com rewards points for a little break. The safety measures in place made us feel very comfortable being there, especially as weve been so safety conscious since March! Temp check at the main entrance to the resort, and they wont let you in if your temp is too high. We received a wristband that was valid for that day, which meant we didnt need to get our temperature checked again until the following day, and could go into the theme parks and City Walk without redoing the check. Face coverings were also required, in all public spaces, but there were areas you could remove them safely. The room was very clean, and theres a new safety message on the TV in the room, outlining all the new measures and precautions. We have always been happy with Sapphire Falls, and well definitely return!

Absolutely world-class property, everyone is extremely friendly, everything is right there at your fingertips. They even have a refillable drink cup available for purchase up until 11pm for late night beverages. You will feel incredibly safe at the pool. So impressed with Steven and Sarah‘s lifeguard skills. Whoever set up the pool safety is world class. I’ve never seen a pool that had such incredible safety measures. The lifeguards pace back-and-forth looking in the water, and looking on top of the water for anyone that might be in trouble. My 5yr old son fell in love with the slide and must’ve done it 100 times! He even got us all doing it with him. You will love this property. It’s so great, we’ve already booked another trip for mid October.

One of our favorite resorts. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool and slide are so much fun. Rent a cabana! Worth the extra money. The Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Amatista is amazing for breakfast & dinner. Can’t wait for another weekend away at Sapphire Falls!!

The resort was beautiful and we really appreciated the details dealing with Covid-19. Loved the temperature checks and the wristbands program proving the temperatures were taken. Also appreciated them not cleaning the rooms and dropping off towels and trash bags.It was the most beautiful resort and the staff was helpful and friendly

This place was very clean and beautiful. Pool was huge and spacious but not deep enough as 4’ was the deepest. Great if you have small children or babies as some areas are just 6” deep. Bar drink servers are running around all over the pool area to serve you. Drinks are reasonably priced at $10 no matter what you order on the menu. Rooms are plenty spacious and quiet.

Our family recently stayed at the resort for 6 nights and had a great time! We’d definitely go back. The property inside and out is beautiful. The kids loved the huge pool. Availability to the water taxi was super convenient. Although there wasn’t room service due to COVID-19, the staff promptly attended to every request. Thanks for a great stay!!

Sapphire Falls is awesome! We would definitely return. The staff has been amazing, the pool is great and the rooms are clean and comfy. Drinks and food at the pool are fabulous! We were told at check in that there would be no housekeeping during our stay but if we needed anything, we could text them. We’ve done that a few times to get fresh towels, etc. and the response has been immediate and our requests were handled in a very timely fashion. The water taxi is a great way to get to City Walk. I can’t say enough about this resort..you all have made our vacation terrific! Thank you!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool is nice and the water taxi to the parks was great. We also enjoyed the restaurants and bar at the hotel. However, extra fees including car parking ($26 per night) and deposit ($100 per day) were unexpected and seemed a bit ridiculous, especially because each of these fees were also taxed. I expect greater transparency on true cost of stay and felt a bit misled by the estimate I received upon booking and what I actually had to pay. I would only stay again if the parking fees were waived and the price per night was lower, it would be much cheaper to find a hotel outside Universal or stay at a house/condo from VRBO.

Our stay was great. Minor issue with the shower not having any cold water so the shower was way too hot, but it was fixed promptly. Everyone on staff was very friendly and courteous and the Hotel itself was beautiful

Whenever we go to the Parks of Universal Orlando, Florida we choose this Hotel (Loews Sapphire Falls Resort) for our stay. From the moment you enter the Hotel, everything is cozy for our family including its characteristic smell, its adequate decoration and the spaciousness in all its common areas. Its rooms with the extraordinary cleanliness that characterizes them and their comfortable beds to rest after a long day of fun in the Universal parks or in the facilities of the Hotel itself.The proximity to the Parks and Citywalk and the advantage offered by the entire round trip transportation system, both by boat, bus and even on foot, is a plus when it comes to vacationing that completely helps to get out of the routine of the road that all or almost all of us experience on a daily basis.Not last, but more importantly to mention the kind and gentle treatment of all its staff and the personalized service that they offer you, without any doubts, not only that we return regularly to the Hotel, but also that we do not stop recommending it to family and friends.

Service was excellent. Cleanliness was great. Amatista Cookhouse was phenomenal. Cannot say enough about our server Sasa. He was incredible. Everything about this resort was wonderful and I plan on returning very soon!

This is a beautiful hotel! We loved the pool and slide, also the room was very nice. I loved the large shower. We have stayed at cabana bay before but I actually liked this hotel better. This hotel also has the water taxi that takes you to city walk and the parks. Also if you order food by the pool I highly recommend the chicken wings they were delicious!!

I love this place. My wife booked it for us and the family and I have to say that I am not disappointed. Faculty is very helpful and the staff is very helpful with all concerns. We love it here and will be back.

Wonderful location at Universal Studios property. Extremely easy to get to the park transportation. The rooms are beautiful and a good size. The property is our new favorite in the area. Can’t wait to get back.

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort was a great trip. We were hesitant about traveling during COVID-19, but they did an amazing job keeping everyone safe and comfortable. We will definitely visit them again. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Again, I can’t stress how comfortable we felt with their new safety protocols. Great job to all!!!

This is the first time weve stayed at a resort this big so I cant be too quick to judge. The overall experience was very nice. Especially having a water taxi that will take you to the City Walk part of Universal so you have easy access to more eating a drinking options besides what is in the hotel itself. Just be prepared to pay big money. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Cleaning service seems great. Rooms are cleaner than any Ive ever seen. It honestly feels like they built the room just for your stay and youre the first to spend time in it.Theres no noise from the pool. However the pool does close at 10pm so thats a bit of a bummer. Id like to swim after getting back from the park but its already too late for that but the time wed get back. Theres an arcade, ping pong, pool table and workout area.Only gripes I have are the parking fees, early pool closing and the food options are ridiculously priced. But if you can afford it then I would highly recommend this resort to you.

One of our families favorite hotels . The kids suites are the best to give them some privacy. I loved the electric mirrors and barn doors In the suite. The hotel restaurants all have excellent food. The staff is super friendly. I feel super bad for the employees of the hotel. Due to COVID they will be closing for 3-4 months management shared this with us Friday upon our arrival. During COVID the hotels gym was open and available but not the game room right across the hall. Your temperature has to be checked daily with a new wrist band daily. We love the convenience factor of having the boat take us to city walk/ universal.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. Water taxi to City Walk is a huge bonus as opposed to walking or taking shuttle bus to the parks. Cant say enough good things about the friendliness of the hotel staff, security, boat captains and cleanliness of the hotel. Cant wait to go back!

Loews Sapphire Falls is truly paradise. Beautiful views everywhere as you walk through the hotel. The staff is always smiling and happy and ready to get my staycation off to a fabulous start. The Hotel is located close to the parks and the Water Taxi is the perfect transportation to City Walk. The view from my room overlooked the Water Taxi and looked so pretty at night. I would like to welcome home all the hardworking staff at this location. We have missed you all since you have been closed and are incredibly happy to be able to visit again.

Sapphire Falls was a lovely experience. The rooms were clean and bright. The beds were extremely comfortable. It comes with a mini refrigerator to put drinks in to keep cold. There is an ipod/iPhone dock for charging and for playing music. The TV was HUGE. We had a pool view which was bright and colorful during the day but at night was stunning and scenic. The staff was very helpful. The only thing we did not like was we had guests visit us and they could not park their car at the parking without our room key to get out. They need to make it a pay by credit card option. The boat transportation was extremely slow for a busy season and time of day, in the morning when the parks are opening there needs to be more than one operational.

Despite the necessary changes due to covid-19, we had a blast and everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Masks and all

House keeping services were not provided during the stay. Used towels were left in the hall for 24hrs. Nothing on their website or on reservation were we notified housekeeping would not be available. I could not find this in the CDC or Fla guidelines. We were not even told on check in, which would have been way too late anyway.The hotel looks tired. Amenities were minimal. Food options were very limited. There was no advisement on their website or when we made reservations of the limitations.I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Every detail is well-thought out and the price is well worth it. The water taxi service to the theme parks is what sold us to stay there, and having experienced it, now we wont ever stay off-site again. And the hotels partnership with Scooterbug wheelchair service = perfection.

The hotel was amazing from the begging till the end. The overall experience was great from customer service to ambience. The staff at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful, which helped set the tone for the rest of the stay. The restaurants in the facility were very nice. The hotel was very clean and the procedures in place to reduce the risk of COVID19, were very much appreciated. We felt very safe. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will most likely be returning in the near future.

Such a phenomenal location and experience!! Beautiful rooms, kind and knowledgeable staff, warm welcomes, amazing food wherever you eat, this place has it all. I know its going to be closed for a bit due to world circumstances, however, I truly cannot wait to return to enjoy all of it once again.

Beautiful resort on Universal property. I love that they offer boat transportation to City Walk. Makes it very convenient. Nice pool with small splash pad for the little ones. Poolside restaurant was great! Tasty food & great service!

The beds, atmosphere, dining choices were amazing. Extremely convenient taking the boat back and forth to citywalk and universal also great walking path to and from resort. Highly recommend this clean comfortable setting. Just a pro tip: always tip the maids you will not regret it;)

This was our first time at the resort and we had a great time! We were booked for two joined rooms and were very fortunately upgraded to a hospitality suite. The only room type above that is the presidential suite.We were astounded with the size of the suite and really enjoyed it. We almost didn’t want to leave the room for the park. Only 10 minute boat ride to the park complex. Huge pool, beautiful area, excellent restaurant Strong Water Tavern right inside. Wonderful guest services and relations.Only took a star away because showers did not come on in the morning, but after calling down to the desk the issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. We received a gift basket and very much appreciated it! I would recommend this resort for your first time to Universal.

Overall clean place. Staff was taking the right precautions wearing masks. The food options on premises are decent and fairly price I believe. Overall I enjoyed my weekend here and would come again and recommend others to this resort.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful Staff/Hospitality. Plenty of options on what to eat in the hotel. They have restaurants, a cafe and a gift shop included inside. My favorite part was not having to worry about driving out of this place to get to the parks. I was definitely able to get to IOA, US, and boardwalk using their transportation services. (The hours for this service is amazing! )Unfortunately, I went on a rainy weekend to go to those parks. Fortunately, I was at the right hotel to relax in and de-stress.

My wife and I had a fantastic relaxing time at this hotel. The pool is wonderful and its cool to be taking a boat ride to & from the park. The hotel restaurant is very pricey but the food quality is good (i.e. morning buffet). Room delivery food is very mediocre and overpriced, but the service itself is excellent. All & all would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time here for her Birthday! The hotel itself is great and has an awesome pool area! The staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean, plenty of space in the standard rooms. Strong Water Tavern is a nice spot to grab a beer or a drink made with one of their many rums they have! Wether looking for a family trip or a quick staycation you will not be disappointed with Loews Sapphire Falls!

We went during a modified opening because of Covid-19. It was a great experience overall. Brandon at the front desk was very inviting, and he was extremely helpful when we were checking in. The wait staff by the pool and outside eatery was fantastic. The coffee place inside was interactive with our kids, and that means a lot to us. The room was clean and spacious, and it was very cozy. The pool was way better than what I was expecting. Even with a large crowd there was more than enough room for all of us. Not to mention, those lifeguards keep their heads on a swivel! They were all very well trained and not easily distracted. It was a great stay!

Rooms were clean and newly furnished, Kids had a blast In the pool and parks, All the staff that served us or helped us were amazing!.I also left a pair of Costa sunglasses and the staff called my girlfriend let her know and mailed the glasses back overnight.Me and my family will be returning!One of the best hotels we have been to.Thank you!

My family of 5 stayed here for 8 days and it was a great place. We loved the Kid Suites, as it gave both us and the kids a break from each other after a long day. The rooms were clean and roomy, and housekeeping did a great job. The room service is definitely a little pricey but there is a great bar downstairs. The pool was clean and the pool area well kept. I love the design of the hotel as a whole as well. My daughter left her camera there after we checked out and the hotel got it back to us very quickly. The boat access to Citywalk is well worth it too!

4 night stay included 4 day, 3 park passes with Early access to Universal Orlando and Volcano Bay. Very nice hotel and pool. The lifeguards at the pool were very vigilant and took their jobs seriously, which was excellent. Great food and drink options poolside. Overall a great vacation spot.

Best. Resort. Ever. Weve stayed here multiple times and even though weve looked into other hotels, we cant commit to trying them out! Everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms are fantastic - spacious, clean, and decorated VERY well! The staff is amazing, the pool is amazing, the food is amazing! We love it here!

So at first I gave this place 5 stars, but after our last day and a half I had to change it to a 3. The restaurant options are not customer friendly. They don’t tell you that reservations are needed or you wait for an hour for a table.The shampoo and conditioner in the room have a syrup like texture that is hard to spread around and leave your hair a mess.The sheets are not changed every time, but instead just placed back on the bed.There was a red stain on one of the sheets and we figured it would be changed, but no just remade and tucked away.I’d would recommend staying at Cabana Bay if you are on a budget or Royal Pacific if you can afford it.They are much better then this place.

Visited during Covid-19. In June of 2020. I felt extremely safe! I was extremely satisfied with the overall operations of the hotel. During our ten day stay we didnt have a single issue. I was very concerned heading down there but the staff was perfect. They made sure all guests were being safe. I will be going back to this hotel or one run by Loews in all future visits.

This resort brought a pleasant experience and would be worth the money to pay for. The pool is kind of shallow would be great for games, but not so good for swimming. Also, with so many people here, the pool is considered to be small. With their water taxi, traveling to The adventure of Islands and universal studios is pretty convenient and fun. Staff are very nice and welcoming with games and fun small activities. The room is always clean, but dont use the complimentary shampoo as it doesnt hold up in quality.

First time staying at this Loews resort. Beautiful grounds and nice pool. Nice size rooms. The only issue we had was our room wasnt cleaned until late every afternoon around 4 oclock for our entire stay. After a long day at the parks it was a bummer having to wait in the lobby for the staff too finish. Spoke to the front desk two days in a row, but no one ever contacted us or tried to get our room cleaned earlier. One of the wait staff at the pool named Josh was so accommodating and friendly. Great personality and had a lot of recommendations for us.

Ok so I am giving sapphire falls a 3/5 star rating for the following reasons. First I would like to say I think they did a great job of adhering to social distancing and sanitation. They screen every single person who comes through the door as well. The ferry that takes you from hotel to parks is only being filled halfway and they have all the 6 feet lines marked out for you. They have hand sanitizing stations everywhere. They also did a very good job of making sure everyone wore their mask and wore them correctly! I took off two stars because for me personally, if I am paying for a higher end universal resort I am going to have high standards. The one thing that really got me was the first room I walked into. The floor was dirty. To me, that was unacceptable. I immediately notified them and was assigned a different room. How can I be sure the rooms were being cleaned and sanitized properly if the floor is dirty? There was even a straw on the floor! No idea if it was used or not. I even have pictures of garbage that sat out for two days in the hallway by the elevators. If Im paying for a higher end resort I expect it to be clean! The customer service throughout my stay was great but overall I was dissatisfied. For these reasons I give sapphire a 2/5 star rating.

Loews Sapphire had option of water transportation to Universal City walk. Very convenient compared to taking the shuttle or driving to Universal

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY HANDS DOWN!Sapphire Falls is by far is the best, most professional, funnest, great attitude atmosphere anywhere in universal studios. So professional and courteous they helped with any accommodations needed and any questions asked were ensured we were satisfied. Been to 3 of the lowes hotels and each time wound up staying longer in florida to end the trip with Sapphire falls.

Love this resort! Enjoyed it so much, we went back again 6 weeks later for a weekend trip. Still great. Beautiful grounds, reasonable rates, great access to City Walk and the Universal theme parks. Cant wait to go again (like next month!).

The stay here was wonderful. Very kind and enthusiastic employees Anything you need they Got It! Seriously this place is great not to mention Gorgeous. My children loved the water taxi the captains were so much fun. Very entertaining stay here we loved every minute even added an extra night! Hotel is great. Easy access to the parks via water taxi (far and away worth it over bus transport). The staff was extremely friendly and great to be around.Bill (the lifeguard manager) was by far the best employee interaction we had at the hotel or parks, Disney included. My 5 year old was stung by a bee at the pool and Bill went above and beyond any expectation I would have had for any employee to comfort him. He obviously took care of the first aid but in addition to that, sat with us as my son was hysterical and worked to try to make him feel better. For the better part of 30 minutes, he tried everything you could think of that typically people will only do for their own kids. Ultimately, he got him to calm down and even got free s’more kits for our whole group. Out of everything we did at. Universal, Islands of Adventure, Disney, etc. the most excited my kids got was for the s’mores they got to make at the pool fire pit.When considering my experiences and interactions with employees at any business, I just ask myself “would I want this person to work for me?”. In the case of Bill, no matter his background or experience, I would hire him in a heartbeat and build a business around him. Despite Disney having the reputation of the best customer experience, Universal wins this round for me solely because of Bill.

I enjoyed my stay, here. The room was neat, updated, and clean. The food at the restaurants was really good. I slept very well and enjoyed my stay. The pictures are as advertised. Take my word for it!

Really enjoyed staying here several nights for a conference/Universal trip. Everything was great, the water taxi service to City Walk was really helpful to save on walking, the room was great - nice view, comfortable beds. Loved the pool area as well. Only knock was a service issue where I was charged a resort fee that wasnt disclosed up front.

This hotel is spectacular. The pool the service the employees here are amazing. The food is amazing. The ferry boat ride to Universal Studios is amazing. The price is also amazing.and the ferry ride takes you to the parks one hour early. That was nice to be able to go into Hogworts before all the big crowds showed up. Perfect

Very nice restful resort with friendly staff.... One of Universal Studios future hotels. I Enjoyed the Riverboat ride to and from the parks. Excellent drinks and restaurants. I loved the breakfast buffet... this will be my second hotels that I stayed in on the Universal Studios Property. The first hotel the Loews Portofino. I Definitely recommend staying at one of Universal Studios hotels if you planning on visiting one of the three parks... Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventures, and Universal Studios.

What a great hotel and location! The staff was always on hand, always smiling, always pleasant, and always ready to assist with ANYTHING. The prices were reasonable (for a resort) the amenities were great and the beds and rooms so comfortable. I loved having so many transportation options (free) for the parks, and the pool was so great and relaxing! The gym couldve used a few more free weights and machines, but still rather good. All in all a great vacation spot.

The property was well appointed and the staff friendly. The maid incorrectly told management the “do not disturb” sign was on our door the last day, causing us to return to a room not cleaned, beds not made and lack of clean towels. We had actually placed the “please make up the room” sign on the door, requesting services.The evening manager offered to remove one half night’s stay as a compensation. Upon checking out the computer systems were not up to speed, so I could not get confirmation. Yesterday, I emailed the address given, it will not connect. The refund is to go to Expedia, then on to me.I wish I could have given a superior review, it was deserved until the last day.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was fantastic. Our room was comfortable, clean, and housekeeping made sure that it was well taken care of. All of the employees were friendly, helpful, and congratulated us upon learning that we recently got married.We had breakfast at Amatista Cookhouse twice during our stay where Joey and Enriqueta took great care of us. They made our mornings truly special.The water taxi to and from the park and having our park purchases delivered to our room made our days much more convenient. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Universal Studios!

Perfect stay - third time here and the hotel room, staff and pool were all amazing. Love the water taxi. Lagoon view room was worth it for our family with infants/toddlers- it’s quiet on that side of the hotel so nap time was never a problem and our two year old son was endlessly entertained watching the water taxi from our room.

Check in we quick and easy. Hotel is absolutely beautiful! Our room is beautiful! Concierge Daphne was amazing as well. She put up a Happy Birthday banner that was Jurassic Park and balloons.Pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was pretty big. All staff was absolutely awesome as well.2 big things I will bring up. #1 the carpet is torn, which had nails sticking up out of it and my son stepped on them. #2 my son spilled milk on his sheets and when housekeeping came to room to clean it while we were at the parks, they only made the beds, instead of putting new sheets. ( so the milk was still on the bed )Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Activities at pool was fun and entertaining. We did cake by the pool for my sons birthdays dinner they announced his birthday over the mic to the whole pool area. All Kids at the pool got to play a game. ( cannon ball )The adults got to play cannon ball too. ( my sister in law won ) then they did a trivia game and my best friend & sister won. ( surprisingly my husband didn’t ) They did BINGO which was fun. They also did a rain of fire game for kids. ( with Hula hoops )

Outstanding! The rooms were pretty and good size. The entire resort was clean. Riding the boat to the parks was fast and convenient, preventing the stress of the parking garage and the thousands of extra steps for little ones. Every single employee we encountered was friendly and considerate. We had food ordered by the pool, from the quick service across from the gift shop, and the Amatista restaurant. It was all very good! The pool was beautiful and clean.Beautiful place, excellent service. We will definitely stay here again.

The night we arrived the computer system crashed and we had to check in by hand, writing our information and credit card numbers down on paper. We waited in line for more than an hour, and the hotel offered no compensation or gift card for their store, which would have been a small gesture of apology. Because the computer usually assigns rooms based upon what was reserved beforehand, the desk clerks did not have a clue of what to do and were assigning rooms in the guest house that was the furthest from our conference meeting rooms. It was very far and too far for me, Room 2882. I rolled my suitcase back down to the front desk, still a long line, and requested a different Room assignment. The manager was clearly overwhelmed by the situation and he treated me as such. Eventually I got another Room assignment. I was happy with my new Room assignment. All the service personnel were friendly, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well for my 4 night stay. The food in the Dutch Deli (chicken Cesar salad and macaroni and cheese) was subpar, which I discarded after only a few bites. I recommend the restaurant downstairs for burgers and flatbreads.

Universal dining plan doesnt work here at the resorts and only works at select places around universal which is a bummer we didnt realize till we got here. The resort currently does not offer maid service and there is no spa or arcade. To use the gym it requires a mask which sucks to workout in. The shuttle offered by universal that comes to each resort is not Flexible on times and may require you to depart many hours early prior to your flight time.

Very nice and very clean. Check in is a nightmare but once you get past that it was a nice stay. Easy access to the water taxi or walk the garden trail to City walk.

Fabulous hotel, great if you are bringing your furry friend fido! Very clean and sanitized hotel. The experience was wonderful even wearing the mask and with daily temp checks.....it gave you a sense that people were more aware and the hotel was following the CDC guidelines.

My wife and I stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls for almost a week in celebration of my birthday and we had a blast. The hotel is conveniently located within a short 10/ fifteen minute stroll along a private path and a man made lake connecting you directly to a sister hotel, famous citywalk, Universal Studios and more. The pool stays open until 11pm weather permitting. Theres also a car rental counter, bar, restaurant, ticket center to purchase park entrances, shuttle services, etc!!!! If you stay here you will not be disappointed. The price is great and the staff is greater =0) We will be returning next year to celebrate my birthday again!!!

When we checked in, we were accidentally given a room that had not been cleaned. John, who helped us with our luggage, called the front desk immediately and asked for another room—they fixed the error immediately and John was so kind helping us get settled in. I like that the hotel is pet friendly, but we did have a bit of a conflict since my dog is a service dog, and the man at the front desk had a little trouble understanding the difference and wanted to charge a pet fee—again, management fixed this error immediately. That’s why I’m giving a 5 star review—I don’t expect things to be perfect, but if a problem arises, I do expect it to be taken care of as soon as possible, and this hotel did exactly that. I liked the convenience of a designated dog walk area, and the boats to the park were wheelchair accessible and the gentlemen who ran them were very kind and helpful. They even have a dog room service menu, which cracked me up. The maids were so sweet and thorough with cleaning, and the management staff is very well organized. The room was comfortable and the beds were nice. I do wish we had a tub, too, but I loved that the shower had a seat which made getting a shower a lot easier since I have problems standing and walking. The restaurants are very good and the resort is clean, comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone with disabilities or without.

We didnt stay at this property. We stayed next door at Aventura. However, we did go through this property everyday to access the water taxi which was very convenient to get to City Walk. The property is nice and clean. We also eat here quite a bit too. All of the food was delicious.

Well, my time here has been ok. Obviously, because of covid 19, I didnt get to enjoy some of the resorts amenities, but all in all, its a nice place to sleep and enjoy the pool; however, these rooms should not cost anyone over a thousand dollars for a standard room. The place is nice and its on universal property, but I wouldnt recommend anyone paying an arm and leg to sleep in a standard room. Even drinks will cost you big time. I enjoyed my stay, but I wouldnt come back to spend money here. Thank you

I think there needs to be more emphasis on making sure the staff is letting guest know when they are not wearing a mask properly, or not wearing one at all when the guest should be. This I observed quite a bit, which made me nervous staying here due to the increase in covid cases lately.

We recently stayed at this hotel after the opening with the new COVID-19 rules in place. The hotel was incredibly clean and beautiful! Brandon checked us in and was fantastic. Our room was great as well with a beautiful view. The pool was great, well maintained and definitely well guarded with several life guard positions. The pool deck staff wasnt fully staffed so we had to wait a while on someone to get to us and for our food, however, the food was excellent. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping. There is no housekeeping now during your stay due to the new COVID-19 rules. Each night we had to call for towels and toilet paper on the last night. We had to wait a significant amount of time each time we called, which was slightly frustrating. We also asked at the front desk for towels, told they dont keep towels and to text a number, so we sent the text and were then told to pick them up at the front desk. There was a bit of miscommunication there between the staff as to how to handle those requests but they were taken care of. The water taxis were great, especially Captain Rob. He was fantastic with our kids and had great dad jokes. Overall, great stay and we would stay again!

Great clean hotel. Not as busy as your typical resort. Free boat transportation to City Walk as well as a nice long walking path.

Great property. Conveniently located to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and CityWalk. Amenities and services were outstanding.

Was here last weekend. This place is such a joy to be at. Staff is great. Hotel is clean. Pool is amazing. Its perfect for families or couples. Not to mention that their rates are reasonable. Its a great great getaway.

Brandon (or Brendon) at the front desk on 6/27 was AMAZING helping us check in, explain the property and the basics of the new social distancing protocols. He was enthusiastic, appreciative on behalf of UO for us staying there and tremendously kind. Hes an asset to Universal!

This is a nice hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. They had a lot of fun decor to keep things unique. Organization of room numbers were all messed up. For example my friends room number started with a 2 but was on the 6th floor.. Things inside the hotel were crazy overpriced as well.

This hotel is my new FAVORITE Loews Universal on-site resort!The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, the scent pumped through the lobby is so lovely! The staff are incredibly accommodating and super friendly. Strong Water Tavern is my new favorite restaurant on all of UOR property, too. The tapas plates are excellent and the rum bar is amazing! Shout out to Mike (with the man bun - HIS DESCRIPTION not mine, haha) for the absolute BEST service!The best part about this hotel is that they have a water taxi to CityWalk! The rates are very reasonable, too, especially if you are a UOAP and get the APH rate.

We had a great stay. We had a group of 10 people. The Hotel was a perfect location for our time at the Universal Theme parks. We loved the water taxi. The rooms are small but manageable even with 3 people in the rooms. We have stayed off resort prior and would recommend spending the extra money if you are able to stay on resort. The whole thing was carefree for us. We ate at the Strong water tavern and the food was beyond what we were expecting. It was quite an experience as we were able to talk with the chef. The service was fantastic from the front desk to clean staff. We had a lovely time at the hot tub and enjoyed the pool very much. When we return to Universal I dont think we would not stay at the Sapphire Falls resort.

What an outstanding hotel, based on the site of Universal Studios. The staff here are simply on a different planet. The service is friendly and efficient and they can not do too much to help. The boat service to the parks runs frequently (every 10mins) and the park is a 10 minute ride away. We had a lot of storms so they closed the boat. But a bus brings you back instead. We dined on site some evenings and Amatista Cookhouse is brilliant along with the Strong Water Tavern who I feel are exceptional cocktail makers.

The hotel is spectacular. My stay was super short, but it was stellar! Location is perfect for days filled with adventures! The hotel staff are pleasant. The cleanliness is superb! The theme of the hotel is super cute. I would definitely come back and explore more!

Great place to stay for the value consumer. It is a nice hotel. Our room was near the elevators so it was a little loud in the evenings. The pool area is very nice, they have a water slide. I would stay there again.

An amazing Resort we visited while in Orlando for a friends 30th birthday our friends lost here for their stay and I must say that the accommodations were nothing short of spectacular the pool and slide and accommodations were very welcoming along with an extensive menu of poolside drinks and light snacks sure to keep the family happy while your day in the sun is nothing short of fun the proximity to Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure along with a complimentary shuttle to City Walk is an added Plus

It was great! Staff was kind and accommodating, everything was clean, beds were comfy, scenery was beautiful.But the part that sticks with me the most (and its been a year since this vacation) is how great it smelled in the hallways and stairwells. Seriously, what is that scent?!?!
