Beautiful resort. Condos are spacious and very comfortable. The amenities were a bit lacking for the kids, there was a basketball court and swimming pool available but expected more from this location for the children, overall they still had a great time!

Amazing place rented the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Condo . Will definitely come back here was very big very comfortable ...really enjoyed the pool bar area . My husband and daughter love it. Check in was so easy and check out. Very friendly customer service..and very close to parks supermarket and restaurants.

The resort and setting are beautiful. We enjoyed the 3 bedroom unit, very spacious with awesome lake view. Staff was efficient and friendly. The cons: There were primer paint spots all over the walls and paint cans in the laundry room. Obviously being prepped to paint. As guests we should not have been placed in a condo currently being worked on. Also two nights there were other guests yelling, laughing and playing very loud music well past 2:00am. The pool music also very loud on Saturday morning at 7:45am. Overall good value for price paid. Our mistake, we should have complained about the rowdy guests. We just kept hoping they would call it a night.

Stayed here in February 2020. Had a call the day before our stay, as we had to change our arrival day, we added a day on.Confirmed and also confirmed we could early check in with the person’s name whom confirmed. Upon arrival, the service at the desk by the gentleman was so disappointing. This was our big family vacation. Ok, he denied us the early checkin that was confirmed the day before, but at least he could have been positive and friendly about it. The service was very disappointing, at check in.Our unit was large, however had a very musty smell. I messaged them upon our return and I was hoping for a response from them, instead of writing this review.I will say the location was excellent.

Absolutely love this place. My 2nd time staying and it was great both times. Each time I came with a party of 5 with 3 kids and it was perfect. Everyone had their own rooms. There is a full kitchen with all necessities and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner many days. The pool is so nice and the pool bar not bad at all. The location is so close to all of the attractions. Didnt take us long to get to anywhere. We cant wait to plan our next trip.

We had an excellent stay at Vista Cay. It’s a self service cleaning resort, so think of it like an Airbnb type rental. Condo’s were huge and well appointed with amenities that you’d need for your visit.Pool is large and clean with a nice tiki bar type setup for drinks and light snacksWalgreens and a craft beer bar steps from resort. I’d recommend a car, although Uber and Lyft are easy as well. A brand new 7-11 across the street just opened, but you have to cross a 6 lane highway (can be scary)

I give Vista Cay By Millenium 5 stars. Its a nice spot to rent and enjoy the views of all that surrounds the property, but what Im not a fan of is how the public transportation in the area is horrible. You would think that a city with millions of tourist a year would have established a better public transportation.

Bigger and much more comfortable than a hotel room.

Overall was a great stay. We were in a very spacious and clean 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Plenty of towels and paper towels and toilet paper. Was pet friendly and their initial pet fee was a little high but I reached out and they were awesome to reduce it to a much lower flat fee is the daily per pet fee. We had a late night (midnight) arrival and Vista Cay left very easy to follow after hours check in instructions. Easily found our unit. Parking after 6 or 7 pm did require us to park 2 buildings over but not really an uncommon issue in hotels or apartments. Only issues we had in our unit was the washing machine wasnt working and the unit had decent internet/WiFi but the one that options were on demand or pay per view. They didnt have any TV channels in the subscription. But we were not there to watch TV. No doubt Id stay here again when returning to Orlando.

Our second stay at Vista Cay and we were very happy. We reserved a 2 bedroom condo and on arrival were offered an upgrade to a 3 bedroom and comped free drink tickets. Very nice amenities and a great location near universal and the convention center. Would definitely recommend this property and will most definitely stay there again when we make our next trip to Orlando.

I enjoyed my stay at Vista Cay, the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If youre staying in Orlando i recommend staying at Vista Cay, I felt like I was at a private resort. The pool area and lake view is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice!

Stayed here with large family group to visit Disney and Universal. We had two units - one 2 bd, 2 ba and one 3 bd, 2 ba. Both were very clean and excellent location. The beds were extremely comfortable, more so than many hotels. Each unit is unique and the 3 bd was a more modern layout, modern kitchen than the 2 bedroom. They do provide starter soap, shampoo, paper towels and toilet paper, but if you are staying more than 1-2 nights bring your own extras. Would stay here again.

The layout of the unit was great. However, the furniture was very dated and in poor condition. The couches looked filthy, so much so, we had to put towels on top before sitting on them. The carpet looked old and dirty. Its long overdue for a renovation and update. The fridge was should be replaced and could not make ice, and no ice trays were provided. Bathroom cabinets were peeling. They provided minimum amount of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and dishwasher soap. The place is in serious need of a makeover.

This was a great place to be able to come back to after a long day out. We had 6 kids and 4 adults in one unit and we all fit comfortably with plenty of space.

Booked my family vacation and after a few hours of debating about where we should stay, we finally decided on Vista Cay and I’m so glad that we did. Everything about this place is great. The resort is huge with plenty of things to do. My family booked a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom delux condo. The condo had everything we needed, including a full kitchen to prepare meals and washer/dryer. The property is well maintained with many stores within close proximity. Check in/check out was hassle free, even with our delayed flight, they made the process seamless. There are multiple pools for everyone to enjoy, the clubhouse, pool bar, and soooo much more. Vista Cay is the only place I want to stay while on vacation in Orlando. I thoroughly enjoyed myself here!

The condos were amazing...I traveled here 3 yrs in a row. The POOL BAR Charged my card twice and I can not get a response from anyone. Not even the manager whom swiped my card twice. I am owed 76.00...need that please and thank you.

Visited Orlando with my hubs and 3 kids- we needed to find a place to stay for 4 nights and randomly picked Vista Cay. It was amazing! We rented a 3 bedroom unit- it was beautiful. It has a washer, dryer, kitchen with cooking tools and utensils, 3 big bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining room table, etc.. we were beyond happy with the space. We will definitely revisit Vista Cay in the future. The pool is really nice! They also have a smaller kiddie pool. There is a bar by the pool which was nice. The bartenders were all extremely nice, especially the one with the dark hair. There is also a gym but I didnt make it in there. Close to restaurants, shops and not far from Disney Hollywood Studios. There is a Dunkin Donuts and liquor store not far from Vista Cay. My husband had a little trouble with the front desk. The day we decided to go to Disney we stopped at the front desk at 7am to speak with the concierge who will help with discounted tickets but we were told they would be there at 8am.. by 8:20am they still werent there so we just went ahead to the park without discounted tickets.

Stayed at an Air BnB here. Great place very nicely taken care of. Make sure you have your key card if you are going to the pool. The door is locked without it. Not a lot of shade around the pool either, but still a good time

Reasonably prices, beautiful and comfortable...home away from home. Its close to all the major attractions. The pool was very nice as well as all of the workers I encountered. I will definitely plan a trip back.

Vista Cay was very nice. Myself and a few friends who were Florida and Miami fans made the trip to check out the game. It seemed like a family friendly environment. At the same time when I saw the guys loading a truck with used kegs I knew it was a low key party spot. The beds, linen and amenities were very comfortable and accommodating enough to house for grown men and it not feel like we were living on top of each other. We were in walking distance to a couple shopping centers that housed some restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again if I decided to revisit the Orlando area.

I liked the fact it is a gated for security and it’s in a good location, with shops, restaurants and near theme parks. What I didn’t like is how dirty it is and in need of a a remodel. AC didn’t work properly, unfinished drywall patching every where. Paint bubbling up and peeling from current leaks, clogged shower drain with enough hair to make a woman’s wig, you have to take a training class on how to operate the tv remotes, not one but they have up to 4 remotes for one tv. Beds are uncomfortable. Please follow reviews on Yelp because the reviews on Expedia are not current and not accurate at all.

Spacious apartments. Have everything you need. A supermarket is in a walking distance. High chance to see an alligator on your way to the supermarket.Second bathroom was odd in our apartments.The pool gets crowded.

Room was large, very clean, great lake view. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Resort was beautiful. Game room was closed due to Covid-19. Gym was adequate with treadmills, mats, and free weights. Would stay again.

Great stay with enough room for our group of 8. Wifi went down 3 days into our stay and it was never resolved. That was really the only downfall.

Amazing!! We had such a great time here!! We had an amazing home here in vacation. Spacious clean and comfortable. Game room for the kids! Large rooms great bathrooms. The outdoor pool had a bar and it was just really a fantastic place. Walking distance to the Walgreens!

Customer service girls were awesome. Very friendly. Chair was broken when we entered room on the ground when we got into room. Did not get a replacement. No big deal. Beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise great.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo on the main floor. The pool is located in the middle of the resort which is a nice size as well as a hot tub and kiddie pool. They pool has a bar with a limited menu. They have a fitness room and a game room. The condo has everything you need, towels, kitchen utensils pots and pans. Washer and dryer. Very beautiful lake with a bike path around it.

Place was clean. Location was great. Would have enjoyed it more if it wasn’t for coronavirous panic around the US

We were a party of four and the accommodations were excellent. The home was decorated beautifully in blue and greens And the kitchen was fully appointed. However, it could have used a few more dishes. The management company was superb. The staff was cooperative and courteous. The unit was very clean.

Went there for a meeting. It looks kind of run down. New parts are being built but why would someone want to invest in a place that is ran down.

It was really nice, especially for the price. I did have issues with my A/C, living room TV and Wifi that kept disconnecting but overall I was pleased. I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome rooms and areas and pool / arcade

Friendly, quiet, home from home. Will be back. 10 minutes drive from Universal and 15 minutes to Disney World. Lovely pool area and the grounds are well kept. I really enjoyed being here.

We arrived on a Thursday to find that there was a problem with the ice maker in the freezer.. The very nice maintenance person fixed it quickly and showed us how to turn on the tv.. This resort was close to Sea World and Universal.. Very close to everything on International Dr.

Great location for the conference center which is just a 25 minute walk way

I was in Orlando for a conference and stayed here. My suite had 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room.The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and oven. Pots, pans, plates, utensils, are included. There was also a toaster and kettle.The hotel does not provide room cleaning nor amenities past what you are initially given.On the grounds, there is access to a gift shop, a Walgreens, and the pools. Theres a splash/kid pool, a hot tub, and a large, up to 5feet deep pool.Our rooms were on walking distance of a strip mall with a Publix, a Dunkin donuts, and a NYPD pizza.The staff at the front desk were very accommodating when we were checking in/out, they let us use the pool and check our luggage at both times when we didnt have access to our rooms.

Vista cay was very clean and comfortable for me and my family. We loved our stay.

Giving a one start review because of Margo who works at the bar. We asked for a drink and she walked away immediately. When she came back we asked her for our second drink. Should be no problem. She walked away fast, no issue, so we said our drink when she came back. When we asked her to make the second she scoffed and said, I could have made both those drinks at one time. Very rude. You need to hire a new bartender. She also didnt add whip cream like the other girl did. May not sound like a big deal but adding her attitude on it was. Just make the drink right and give us one minute of your time. They add 18% gratuity so I dont think she feels she owes anyone good service.

We absolutely love this resort. Its in such a great location for easy access to everywhere you could wish to visit in Orlando. They have even started to show poolside movies on a Friday night. So pop in for a soak after a day at the parks and relax to one of the latest flicks. We had one or two fixes required, these were dealt with very promptly. Our 2nd time at the resort and were already saving for a 3rd visit.

Second time we have stayed at this complex. Condos are comfortable and clean. Great location as well. Easy to access from about anywhere and safe.

We stayed here on a business trip. The lodging was lovely, clean, grounds were maintained. Liked the small gym, and plenty of trails to walk around the property.

Great place to be for a tradeshow. You can walk and save $15 an entrance. Also just good if you walk because the furthest building is 1mile away. Everything else is closer. Also bhas w Walgreens nearby, super helpful. If you love beer then hot the local brewery.

Stayed here for 4 nights and its amenities are awesome. Pool is always kept warm, activities by the pool is a plus, like movie watching while you swim, DJ for music and dancing along with balloon toss, limbo. Family friendly. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need except for groceries, that you must bring. Great time.

This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying at Vista Cay, and each time has been great. This trip there were 7 of us, so we rented a 4 bedroom/2 bath. It was just as pictured. Clean, well decorated, and you cant beat the location if youre visiting Disney or Universal. We didnt visit the onsite pool, or the play areas, but they looked clean and nice too.

Pay in advance and when we arrive they told us nothing available until 12pm and we drive all night arrived at hotel 7am and they let us wait until 12pm and when 12pm arrive we ask and same stupidity nothing clean nothing available is not guaranteed this is the worst experience. I always come for vacation every year and this never happened with other hotels if we pay in advance and set a time to check in is always available. Is almost 2pm and still waiting because we cant cancel because we pay already. So people dont pay in advance come ask and if nothing available go somewhere else.

Horrible start to the stay. Didnt have the room ready when we were told the room would be ready. They said give them another 4 hours to clean it!!! Once checked in our Townhouse everything ran much smoother. Absolutely loved the size of the 3 bed 3 1/2 bath Townhouse. I would stay again but just prepare to have to check in late.

A home away from home. Nice condos for vacationing. Fully set up for travelers. Pool area with large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, full bar, arcade room, pool tables, and more. Suggest bringing a smart TV device if you need your Netflix fix.

Stayed for a few days. Great location near everything in Orlando. Good condo with pool and hot tub. Lots of travellers from all over staying at this large, multi-building complex.

It was overall good, except for the nonsense $100 cleaning fee that they don’t say anything about. Not only is there that fee, but I had to clean up the place, gather, and throw out the trash?? That’s nonsense. If you’re going to charge that much for cleaning fee then don’t have your guests be required to clean up the whole townhome.

Its exactly what you would expect with this resort except from our unit, we had to walk 10 minutes and across the road to get to the main resort. Also, some the poolside chairs are looking a bit tired but other than that, I would highly recommend. I would give it 4.5 stars for those two small issues, but thats an option.

We stayed here on vacation and it was excellent. The whole facility is very well kept. They have a great pool area with a little arcade. They also do different events like movie night for kids. I would highly recommend this place.

We decided to stay here instead of one of the hotels that was a little closer to the convention center. Im am so glad we did. This place is absolutely amazing with the pool and bar and the staff was incredible. We will be back.

The 3BR 2BA condo upon walking in was musky walking into. I had to buy an air freshener. The refrigerator was leaking from the freezer door and water was on the floor. Facilities was was quick to come look at it, however he really didnt seem to know exactly what was wrong with it. Upon walking around the rooms I found myself taking pictures of everything that was damaged and broken. The master bed mattress was dipped in the center. The pool was nice and the condo was spacious. It just needs to be updated and things that were not in satisfactory condition should have been removed before the next guest arrived. Also, the amount of dust on everything was bad. The ceilings were so dusty from the air vents and the pictures on the walls were dusty also.

My friends and I stayed here last month for an event. We had issues with our booking via Airbnb. After reserving it and paying, they refunded the money without notice and removed the booking. After that got sorted out, we confirmed (again) that we could possibly check in early if the unit was ready. My friend and I arrived before 1pm to check in (regular check in is 4pm) hoping for early check in. We ended up not being able to enter the unit until 4:45 pm and then our keys didnt even work so we had to wait for that to get fixed. While the unit itself was great for our group, we had nothing but issues. It seemed everyone else checked in on time or early from what we could see in the lobby. We were told that the unit was probably cleaned but they hadnt had confirmation. Im not sure why someone couldnt check after 4 pm? Then we left after check out. However, we spoke to 2 different staff members who said it was okay. Later I was charged $159.75 of the $200 security deposit due to late check out. I have been emailing since our stay and just today got an email back saying it will not be returned. In my previous correspondence they asked who we spoke to and we have descriptions and did not have names and was told without names it will not be returned (nearly 8 weeks after I originally sent the descriptions etc). We were also extremely late to our event due to the issues at check in. The entire situation even prior to us coming was extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend strictly due to all of these issues. And it took months to even get a final response regarding the security deposit. I sent at least 5 emails if not 10 asking for a reply since October after the first person asked who we spoke to.

Nice Resort...but it needs a lot of T.L.C. sofa and love seat were really old and Beds needs to be replaced and there were a lot of spots that need to painted. Mary did an awesome job at the front desk. Probably wont go back unless there are some major renovations. You can tell this place has been neglected for a while.

The pictures make this place seem nicer than it really is. Make sure to get a higher priced apartment or Id think you might regret it. We rented through formerly VRBO, now Homeaway. After all the misc charges the price was a lot higher than we thought. Our Executive Suite had an awesome view, but the kitchen is definitely not well stocked, (fyi), w/ any decent cookware. Every dish was dirty & had to be cleaned before use! (GROSS) Thank goodness the AC worked good, but was ridiculously loud. Not very much privacy as I could here the alarm clock of the ppl below us going off in the morning. It was clean, but could really use a DEEP clean to include the VERY stained carpets & fresh paint in the entire unit as there were marks/scuffs all over the walls. The phone & master bedrm hair dryer did not work at all. Not very impressed overall.

The condo was clean and had basic supplies. We had ants in our room. My issues are with the temperature on the third floor. It was so hot. Never cooled down. The pool was always busy with kids. Neighbors could be heard through the walls. Good value for a large family.

We stay at Vista Cay every chance we get when we go to Orlando. We love the environment. The clubhouse & pool area are always inviting and full of activities to do for the guests.
