The hotel is located and attached to the Orlando Convention Center on International Drive. It is a 25 minute drive to either the Orlando International Airport or Kissimmee Airport. There is an abundance of restaurants that are within walking distance as well as many activities to include Icon Park. If too tired to walk there are many restaurants on site and even a large market to grab something on the go!The room was very modern and the beds were super comfortable! The smart TV allowed easy connection to the phone and the WiFi was fast. The bathroom was clean with a tub shower.The outdoor pool is huge with a waterfall as well as a water slide!The fitness room had everything one would expect from an LA Fitness or other commercial brand. It consisted of three rooms, one for cardio, machines and free weights.All amenities were open at the time of my stay. The hotel had multiple hand sanitizing stations and adhered to a mask policy.

The whole experience was amazing! From the front desk people to the bartenders to the chef who made it a point to greet us at every meal and who prepared the most delicious food!!! I wish they had extended pool hours, maybe just for adults, for those of us who are in meetings and dinners all day and may not get a chance to relax until about 10pm. Hopefully next time I visit, Ill have more time to relax. Would definitely recommend making this your place to stay!

Beautiful facility, fully stocked market, GREAT restaurants and high quality staff. However, my reservation for my room some how didnt matter so didnt get the room I wanted (did not receive any form of comp) THEN 4 of tower 1s elevators stopped working. This is a 5 star facility but these events did not make it possible for ME to give it 5 stars.

Staff was excellent. Everything was nice. Great for my weekend getaway. The beds felt soooooooooooooooo comfortable. And I found myself spending a lot of my time in the bathroom watching TV in the Halo lite mirror .

The good: the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great service from waitresses to front desk. The bad: you pay for a Hyatt and get a Motel 6 experience. They are not doing housekeeping service due to covid. We stayed for 5 nights and never had our room cleaned. They did change our sheets when I requested it due to spilled coffee, but the text number they provided to request service was never responded to, so we had to call hours later to request again. The toiletries are laughably small, which wouldnt matter if they were being replenished everyday, but...see above...no housekeeping. Most of the restaurants were closed. So your dinner choices are an expensive Italian steakhouse or convenience store sandwiches. We were there for a convention with over 500 people, but the bar was not open during the week, so there is literally no where to sit and have a drink unless you leave the hotel and many of the surrounding businesses and restaurants are closed. The website says the BLine diner was the provider for room service, but the phone was never answered to order, and the restaurant was closed for dinner. So Im not sure room service was even an option. We had 2 days in the convention rooms. Like every hotel they tell you to bring a jacket in case the room is cold. You should believe them here... It was freezing!Overall it was adequate. Comfortable and fairly clean hotel with friendly staff, but it just wasnt a Hyatt experience. It felt like a discount experience for a full price cost.

One of my favorite places to stay in Orlando. Very classy, tons of space, great views and an amazing pool. The food at the tiki bar by the pool is delicious. I really enjoy the market also - a little bit of everything for anyone.

This hotel,was,amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were celebrating my birthday over the weekend. And stayed two nights in a balcony room. Amazingly comfortable beds!! My car was having some transmission issues. Around the same time we needed to checkout. I had to get it towed and I explained my troubles to the front desk. They not only didnt charge me a late fee for checking out late. But extended our room availability until 6 pm free of,charge! I was blown away. Thanks again hyatt staff! We will be back!

We love this Hyatt. We spent 3 weeks here thanks to a couple hurricanes and it was such a great experience. The rooms are clean and modern. The entire staff was so accommodating and cheerful. We travel often and hotels are like a second home. Saying that, we were blown away by how kind everyone was.The Market has such a great crew with Mrs. Rosalie, Raheem, Melissa, Lynn, Amanda, Miyoung plus im sure a few more. They had plenty food and snack options. We tried the B line Cafe for breakfast on the weekend and it was really good.As you can see from my photos, the pools are fantastic with a little bit for everyone. They were well maintained and a great way to relax and refresh from the Florida heat.Anouk, Bobby, J.Z., Jamie(sp) ect...were all super helpful and so kind at the front desk. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and they took the transition load off our shoulders. We cannot say thank you enough!!If you are reading this..GO...enjoy Orlando in a wonderful, beautiful hotel.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and staff was very accommodating. The only negative is that the showers still have curtains. Its 2020 and with COVID-19 I feel that a hotel/resort on this level should update showers to glass doors or half glass walls. The shower curtain getting wet has a smell and touching me makes me think of germs/bacteria. Invest in updating the shower and this hotel will be 5 Stars!

I really loved this when I visited. I thought it was absolutely impeccable. As it was my birthday, staff kindly upgraded me to a balcony room which is so sweet! Staff were so friendly and the free bus passes to travel around international drive were such a kind addition.The view was amazing, the room was beautiful and well kept. Id certainly stay here again next time I come to Orlando. I think the only drawback was the fact we were charged for internet, which was not something we used, or made aware of before our stay. Thankfully, management did not charge us so our loyalty remains.

Awesome place, sadly it rained during our stay but its florida it happens and covid had some things shut down such as the restaurants on the resort but youre on international drive so thats no big deal. Still had a great time. Pool area is amazing. Both of them. They have a rooftop pool, tennis court, slide, hot tubs, its just a great time.

This was the first hotel we stayed at when we arrived in Orlando. We are from a small town up north, so we were extreme tourists. Everything was beautiful, and walking into the Hyatt Regency was awe-inspiring. This hotel was extremely large with high ceilings, the most grand looking sports bar Id ever seen, wide hallways, and it was super convenient because it had a connecting overpass to the Convention Center.The concierge was very professional and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable, and the elevators were very nice (this was the first time I saw mirrors in an elevator, remember small town girl here). The first floor was lined with conference rooms and the restaurants had an uber rich vibe. The sushi restaurant on the other side of the elevators was immaculate.One con for me (which isnt a deal breaker) is the obnoxiously long hallway from the parking garage to the elevators. I was very surprised that there was not a second set of elevators that would lead you to the hotel room floors. It may not be a big deal for most, but as a mother of a [then] two-year-old, it was a long walk especially when we brought snacks and toys back home from our outings touring the city.The other slight drawback would be the restaurant options. My husband liked the sports bar, and we enjoyed the sushi restaurant (as mentioned), and even ordered room service. But, each time we passed by the restaurants on the way to the parking garage, none of them seemed kid-friendly.This was a slight con just because, again, as a parent of a toddler with plans to tour Disney, I didnt feel like I was able to enjoy the restaurants on the first floor because it didnt seem family friendly. All of the options seemed more for business professionals (which was the main reason for our visit).Now that our child[ren] are older, we will book here again post-COVID because of the convenience to the Convention Center (and it is very nice).

The location was very nice and close to the convention center. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The AC had to be looked at and had to be fixed. Other than that, I really did not have any problems. They have restaurants there to eat and the price is affordable. They do have 3 towers and the staff was decent!

This place was amazing! We booked a presidential suite bc we were celebrating but they upgraded us to a penthouse and ohhhh myyyy goodness was it beautiful! The pools and drinks were wonderful and there wasnt an ugly corner to be found! Would love to revisit!

The hotel is taking extra measures to keep their facility clean and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is at a very close distance from the local entertainment. I was able to walk along International Drive and get to all the places I wanted to including Tin Roof, Wonderworks, and Americas Escape Room which were all definitely worth checking out.

Beds were not made, no water bottles ( Included charge in hotel fee ), no replacement of towels, shampoo and soap. We were told that they were going to be sent and it did not arrived until the next. Dirty bathroom sink when we arrived. We paid for a 4 star hotel and received 1 star service. We don’t mind paying the expense parking nor hotel fee, but this service was not acceptable. Our room was under Albert Carpio in case Hyatt would mind getting back and explain.

This is by far mine and my husbands favorite hotel when we venture away from home. Aside from the limited services and restaurants, our stay was great, as usual. We will return in the future.

The onsite food market is expensive, but 24hrs. Overall a beautiful resort with friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is top notch. The room is large with a pull out couch,king bed and crib to fit our needs. I love the footpath lights that are motion activated. Its a great room. Very clean and modern. Great options for food withing hotel.

Early check in was a breeze. Greeted with glasses of champagne. Room and view were as advertised. Bed very comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom. The pool and surrounding grounds, resort amenities, gym, available activities staff knowledge, concierge service and assistance were all outstanding. The only feedback I can honestly give is that the carpet was kinda dirty when we arrived in our room. It didnt look like it had been vacuumed in a while. Everything else was top notch. Thank you thank you thank. We had a wonderful weekend partly due to the quality and employees of the Hyatt Regency

I liked this hotel, clean rooms, nice view , parking and swimming pool.

My second stay here. Very satisfied. Professional staff, modern amenities, comfortable beds. Everyone was following face mask protocol. Would recommend. I heard there are more people on the weekends so I would think social distancing would be harder to follow during those days. I was there during the week and had a great experience.

Well maintained, nice gym. Parking is pricey. 40 valet, 27 selfpark.Many places to sit and have small informal business meetings. Nice atmosphere.

We rented a cabana at the pool for a day. The pool was nice. Every other cabana was blocked off to allow for social distancing.Luis, at the pool bar, was wonderful! He was very friendly and nice!

We loved our stay here! We made a last minute decision to take a Disney trip for Christmas. This was the view off of one side of our balcony overlooking one of the pools. This view at night was just as incredible! We were able to see the Farris Wheel AND two sets of firework shows from our balcony and room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the motion sensors nightlight under the bedside tables! Others were more impressed with the T.V. screen in the bathroom. Large oversized tub allowed a comfortable soak after a long day at the parks. Lots of nearby attractions and dinning. Close enough to the parks that we were able to come and go as we pleased but didnt feel all the hustle and bustle of the crowded parks once we left. Provided the perfect combination of fun and luxury!

No microwaves in rooms. LG TV supported Chromecast, but was wired and not on same network as provided WiFi network so useless. Provided stations did include some decent channels. Parking was not connected and a nice stroll away, and also outrageous priced. All this is on par with Hyatt and also with Orlando in general. They were hosting an event I attended. First and last time I stay at the host hotel as the proximity convenience is not worth it.

We love staying here. They have a beautiful resort style pool area and also a rooftop pool. I deducted a star because their diner restaurant isn’t open right now. Also, kudos for them having a menu online, wish they had the drink menu on there too.

Hyatt Regency exceeded my expectations. From the moment that I arrived to when I left. The only complaint I have is that the email auto reply is outdated. It stated that I could check in and get my keys through a contactless station. However, after searching in the lobby. I come to find out it was removed due to Covid. Which is fine :) but a heads up would have been nice. The pool was extraordinary at night and the entirety of the hotel staff were all friendly and attentive. Thank you for my amazing stay!

Exceptionally clean . The market was really nice but everything was overpriced one blueberry muffin was $4 a smalle cup of fruit was $6. The coffee machine in our Room was broken which is why I subtracted 1 star otherwise great place to stay for a night. Also on the high end side for price...

Soaking in the hot tub to sooth sore legs from walking in the parks was nice and helped to refresh for a 2nd day of walking. The view from my corner room on the 24th floor was amazing.

Beautiful property! I stayed in a corner suite on the 23rd floor and the room was spacious and spotless! The views were amazing and everything was up to date. Big TVs (even one in the bathroom), great amenities and a top notch staff. The pool was amazing too!

Very nice hotel right near the convention center. There are plenty of dining options in the hotel, and many more just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable for short stays. The internet access is pretty good for guests. They have a great swimming pool and grotto area. The staff is also very professional.

Hyatt Regency Orlando is an amazing hotel. Very well taken care of and beautiful landscape. It’s Very spacious, the staff are very friendly and they help you from unpacking your car to bringing your bags up to your room which are very clean and smell great. The hotel has things for the kids to do ( water slide ) or things for adults including a bar and restaurant. This hotel is by the convention center and also by all the nice and fun things to do in Orlando whether its business or pleasure or a family vacation. If your looking for a hotel in Orlando fl I would recommend this place 100%.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, and staff was great. We were able to swim for about an hour in the awesome pool but the slide was not open. We happened to be there while the COVID closed everything down so we didn’t get a chance to try any restaurants or any other amenities. I hope to stay there again after everything blows over and is under control. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice hotel. Nice rooms. Nice pool. But Pool bar could be better. Very small. Not much of a pool bar vibe. Needs music, theme, better seating, more space. Oriented so you are in the sun all afternoon with no shade. No umbrellas or canopy at the bar either.

In July of last year I had just gotten off my plane and could not rent a car. I was stuck at the airport at 2 in the morning. I went to the front desk and was met by the smiling face of Alejandra. She could tell I was distraught, I had just spent an hour trying to rent a car and did not know what to do. I told her my situation and asked about the best rate they could give me if I only stayed for 7 hours. She consulted with Mark who was also with her at the front desk and they both gave me an excellent rate and told me I could check out at 6 pm, which would be the time my husband could pick me up. I was so relieved and in tears. Alejandra was so comforting and endearing. She told me if I needed anything at all to contact her. I would love to contact the corporate office of Hyatt to let them know of Mark’s kindnesses and especially Alejandra. Thank you so much for comforting and taking care of a distraught stranded traveler. You went above and beyond and their should be more people like Mark and Alejandra in the hospitality industry. I will never forget what you both did for me. Great job Hyatt hotel for hiring 2 great employees!

This place is Huge! I mean amazing ginormous! Gorgeous layout the rooms are clean and have a great space! The service is good it would be better if they would allow those who stay long to have microwaves. But the atmosphere is elegant, trendy, business professional, all in one place! Im staying in room 2323 tower 2 for the Microsoft Ignite conference 2019. Ill be back here anytime Im in town!

I had the opportunity to go here for a convention. Very beautiful large fantastic place. The pool area was something from a dream.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious and have TVs in the bathrooms, but apparently some vip was staying in our suite so we couldnt check in until 4pm although we paid the full rate. They had us wait in the lobby until the room was ready and we waited over an our. The suites bathroom had a weird, mildewy stench. They do have a fridge and ample space in the room. Self park is in a public garage behind the hotel so it is quite a walk if you have small children. It is quite pricey and so is valet so it seems to be the more cost effective way to park your car overnight. They also charge a resort fee although their main pool is currently closed. The main restroom near the lobby is not the cleanest and it smells weird too. There are definitely lots of better options to choose from that wont nickel and dime you. Orlando has so many amazing hotels, skip this one if youre looking for a family getaway.

Fantastic hotel. Wife, daughter & I had a great time in the pool. Good restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a lot of what Orlando had to offer from this centrally located hotel. We were upgraded due to my member status to a suite and the view was spectacular, particularly at night.

I spent three nights here while attending a conference at the adjacent Orange County Convention Center. Its a very nice place to stay. The rooms are well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I went for a run around the area in the evening and it was a pleasant and safe area to watch a sunset. My room on the 24th floor was very quiet and I slept very well!

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Classy but relaxed, great service, happy staff! We will be back!

I came here in early October in order to attend a conference being held across the street. The hotel was very pretty with a lot of amenities and a few on-site dining options. I used one of the couple pools as well as the fitness center most days and they were well maintained.Additionally the room was very comfortable and clean when I first walked in. They also gave you tea and coffee in the room with some bottled waters for free.Overall a comfortable and recommended stay!

Great service from the time you pull up. We ate at the diner and restaurant and fully enjoyed the food. Also had a pedicure at the spa, very relaxing. Beautiful pool and fitness center. Im not sure why the need to charge guest for parking but I suppose its common. The pool bar beer very pricey but overall had a fantastic stay. Will be back.

The best hotel Ive stayed in while visiting Orlando in the I Drive area. Truly clean from the lobby, to the hallways, and the room. The property is very well maintained. Given 4 stars because of the parking. The parking is $25 for each 24 hours spent during your stay. Valet is $38. It is paid at the time of check out along with the hotel fees which is about $29. The parking is in the garage which is a quite a walk. Theres a shuttle, but was nowhere to be found. I would suggest taking your luggage in first then park if youre not going to valvet. I booked a King size bed non accessible room.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! I dont know where to begin. There is so much beautiful open space in the lobby. The fitness center is nicer than some gyms. It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. The room was really nice. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room. There was even a TV in the bathroom mirror!

Stayed here for a event for my sister that was taking place nearby very easy to get lost here. Exceptional customer service the staff was great the Bellboy was great the pool was very nice that even have a water slide. the only thing I did not like is for it being a nice fancy hotel they did not have microwaves in the rooms. None of the rooms have microwaves in them there are two located downstairs and they are very small very very inconvenient

Horrible experience.Do not book for the slide and splash pad for kids. Have to be over 4 foot tall to ride. There are no exceptions. Very unfortunate since we booked specifically because of this.States that no one can external the room during stay because of COVID... but the towels and sheets were swapped out.Beautiful hotel but unfortunate that they do not have everything under control.Edit:Brian this also doesn’t include entering our room even though your policy says you can’t, and bathrooms at the pool not being cleaned until asking staff to do so. Complete lack of distancing enforcement. Truvy convention clearly has no regard for public health or concern for others. Large groups gathered all over the property mostly without masks. Crowds of a dozen people packed into elevators. Funny with this being steps from central Floridas largest covid testing center.
