It is an extraordinary store for chocolate lovers and collectors I bought several gifts in it for Christmas. Very friendly and helpful employees. At the back of the store you can enjoy smoothies and chocolates. I just love it.

Crazy selection all the m&ms including ones that you can personalize with your photo with your own message. I was disappointed that you cant get any international flavors. Specifically for kit Kat. Theres a matcha flavored one they sell in Japan that I would have loved to try. Im not far from Hershey PA and they dont even sell them there at Hershey Park... Overall, I was a bunch of overpriced touristy garbage But I guess what else do you expect from times square.

This unique Hershey’s Chocolate store has many delicious options to choose from. The prices are a bit marked up- as most things are in NYC. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly/attentive. Definitely worth visiting if you’re a Hershey’s fan and in the area!

Very nice store. It consists of one level. Employees are friendly, and welcoming. You greet by the door with a complementary Hershey’s mini bar. The kids had a blast filling an entire 1/4 zipper bag for 9.99$. Fast check out.

Upon visiting for the first time because of a torrential downpour with my girlfriend we took shelter from the rain to this place. As we walked in we were welcomed with a single bar of Hersheys which we were super pleased with. We were both amazed as everything was either nostalgic or wildly imaginary. A very large Hershey store. They usually give you 1 free Hershey bar when you enter the store which is nice. There are tons of bags of candy, candy memorabilia, a Smores Bar and a dessert bar in the store. A fun store to visit if you are in the Times Square area.

Such a nice variety of chocolates. Many are flavours I haven’t seen before. Some great deals as well were available. Many different mix and match combos making it easy to get what you want.The staff are really friendly and they were offering a lot of free samples so try for myself and my daughter. Which she really appreciated of course.Definitely like the experience here better than the other New York Times chocolate store :)

Definitely not just a candy store. There is so much more here than you would imagine. Versions of the candy you can see in the stores, smores made fresh, as well as clothing items and souvenirs for Hershey chocolate livers. the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you come in the main entrance they hand out chocolate samples. There is also an ice cream and bakery counter in the back.

Something that I love about every Hershey world is they find the best greeters in the world. The one at this location was no different it is always the when you walk into a place and get a small token of a gift. Always seems to help when it is a chocolate bar. This place has an amazing selection of chocolates and gifts that range from nice coffee mugs to customized mugs.When you walk into the store you want to come hungry because they have a Smore makings bar in the back and they have excellent hot chocolate and shake options in another little part of this great store.

Omg loved it please use the hand sanitizer smells like chocolate but they dont sell it and try the shakes they $10 but its worth it and filling

Being a Reeces open logic distributer, the custom of interest is calm. The hard part is the overwhelm. But knowingly places of sponsor rally its main majors.

Everything Hershey related you could possibly want. Giant chocolate bars to socks to dolls to sweets. Staff are very friendly. They also have a candy wall where you can fill a box or bucket with your choice of Hersheys.Has a cafe where you can buy proper Smores. Open late everyday. Their is also a cake counter where you can buy cupcakes etc.One star off only as some of the merch is pretty expensive and can be bought cheaper in other stores. Also some of the candy wall dispensers were out of order.

This is a very fun store if you like Hersheyss products. There are huge versions of many different kinds of candy like 1/2 pound peanut butter cups. You will also find some flavors of their chocolates that dont exist elsewhere. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect place for souvenirs! From stuffed kisses to the largest Hershey’s bar (times square exclusive apparently), there’s a variety of things people can get. Also sells s’mores milkshake, cupcakes, syrup, hot chocolate, etc.

Fun store to visit if youre in Times Square! As soon as you walk in they give you a Hersheys chocolate! Spent some time in here and managed to buy a few bags of chocolate and candy to take back to work. I also went to the food area and bought a smore brownie! That was alright, the only issue I had with the smore was that it came on a stick, as soon as you moved the stick the smore begins to fall apart.

The Hershey store has it all Smalle and big sizes of candies Good for adults and children

Fun place to visit. You’ll be able to meet products that you won’t find in your regular grocery stories. Pricey but worth it. They also give you some samples so... it’s sweet and fun, they have a snore station where you can order your s’mores ! You’ll also find some home goods such as pillows, candles, and bath booms

This place is AMAZING. You can find all Hersheys chocolates in ALL sizes but also Reeses and Pieces, Snickers, Milky Way and many more. This is a paradise for chocolate lovers.

First time entering this place since it opened and man...let me tell ya... it. is. awesome! especially for the Hersheys or just chocolate lovers out there. Its not as huge as M&M World across the street, its one floor but its big enough to keep you in there for a little while. The store looks so cool, the staff is very nice. They even give you a hand full of Chocolates upon entry. This place sells every Hersheys chocolate available and more, even exclusives. You can also grab merchandise like Shirts, Mugs, Blankets, and all kinds of accessories. The place has a Chocolate personalization Station, a Smores trailer in the back, a serve by the pound station, and what seems to be a Cafe towards its second entrance. Staff is always visible and helpful, Security Officers at the doors, Restrooms, and its very organized and clean, However it tends to get really busy and crowded, Id expect that since its in the heart of Times Square. Hershey’s Chocolate World is an iconic place to visit as a tourist in Times Square New York City. I was there on their opening day in 2017 when they relocated the old shop to a bigger newer premises just down the road. I went back a couple of years later and it is still pretty cool. The coolest part is the S’mores truck serving freshly made s’mores in the back of the shop. Mmm delicious. It’s a great place to find souvenirs to take back home. #letsguide

Excellent place! This place brought out the kid in me I was so excited just like my cousin who is 5 yrs old. They are maintaining it so well, even an adult of 35 would fall in love with this shop.

You are usually greeted with someone with a smile giving you a piece of chocolate to try. The employees are always pleasant to deal with. While some of the candy is expensive, they have a lot of unique candy and at much larger sizes than you can get anywhere. They just moved locations and have a much larger store now. Must try!

A must visit for every candy lover ! My only suggestion would be for the milkshake counter. Please use thicker starws and hand out spoons with the shakes !

Ooooh! new (last 6 months?) and more space, more retail stuff, more: treats! note there are two doorways as this is on a corner. you will not get s Bargain here, but you can find some things you wont see elsewhere (smores socks)and....you should get a free mini chocolate at the door.

It a tourist trap for sure but you cant go wrong with Hershey chocolate! Be warned that you can buy a lot of the same stuff for much cheaper at CVS just a few blocks away but theres still some giant novelty chocolates you can only get there. The store is very impressive. If you wanna buy regular chocolate check supermarket first cause it’s way cheaper. To be fair there are more variations available at Hershey’s of course and the store is special! Staff was friendly and helpful.

My son loved it! He was the definition of a kid in a candy store. It was cool to see all the different flavors. We of course had to get some samples for the rode.

Having been moved around the Times Square a few times recently, the Hersheys Chocolate World seems to have found a semi-permanent home on the corner of 7th and 47th towards the northern end of Times Square. Upon entering the main entrance on 7th, you will be greeted by a friendly smile from a staff handing out free Hersheys bars. Unlike the Chocolate World in Hershey, PA, the NYC Chocolate World carries a bunch of localized items specifically made for the NYC location. There are still all your favorite Hershey products along with the Worlds Largest section that has Hershey products sold at sizes that will not fit into your carry-on luggage. There is also a small Hersheys Kitchens that sell confectioneries made with Hershey products. During the cold winter, the Smores stand at the back to the store gets a lot of foot traffic. Overall, its a fun store for both Hershey candies and swags. It sure beats driving hundreds of miles to middle of nowhere Hershey, PA to buy this stuff.

Home of the SMORES! You can get a Hershey branded milkshake or smores for $10 each. They are big in my opinion so sharing is definitely recommended. The store is great as well with all the expected novelty items that you would expect. The shakes are why Ive come more than once.

Who doesnt like chocolate, NOBODY!!! Go in and have fun and stock up on those delicious energy bars. Lots of choices of oh so yummy treats. Buy a couple extra and put them in your pocket or purse. Time can get away with you while in the city, so keeping a sweet treat in hand or close by is always smart. Dont let your Hangry out to play in this beautiful city. (HANGRY- Bad-tempered or irritable as a result of hunger.)

Popped into the Hersheys store while walking in Times Square. We were greeted at the entrance with a sample Hershey bar which was nice. It was smart, because it gets the taste of chocolate in your mouth while you shop.The shop was rather crowded...they have 2 refreshment areas where you can get hot chocolate...no one in the lines looked happy so we stayed clear.We did like the unique items you can find there as well as the giant size candies.

Its one of those places Why wouldnt you visit. They give you a free Hershes chocolate when you enter the shop and there is a bunch of cool chocolates in there. You can spend as little as 3 minutes and it would be enough to enjoy the entire shop.

I was literally amazed by the assorts end of candies . There was everything, I even took a selfie with the largest chocolate bar. Also the staff are extremely kind, when I wanted some jolly ranchers pick and mix they let me pick out all of the grape ones ( which I’d my favorite flavour )

Would have loved to come here as a child. It was astonishing to see more adults here than children but I guess there is little difference when it comes to adoration for chocolate. All in all highly recommend visiting this place.There were a few things that were less than ideal. The prices were not always on display making an adults choice even harder. The counter staff was generally nice but there is always one who is lacking people skills and I guess it was my fate to have one of those staffers dealing with me leaving me wishing it was someone else who had done my bill.

Smaller than the m&m store.but lots more to see, eat, and experience from giant kit kat bars, kisses, and reeses, to crazy drink concoctions. Also sets your mood right with free chocolate upon entry. Milton Hershey would be proud. They also have a selection of weird twizzlers among other unique merchandise.

What a great place for tourists, chocolate fans& Candy fans & For dentists and Hygienist and OF COURSE ME. I walk in tonight for the first time and my hands just startea+bbinf everything that I have enjoyed and things I plan to try and the highlight of the visit was the oversized gigantic juices UP BARRY BONDS look-a-like AUTHENTIC HERSHEY SMORES. OHHH THEY WERE TO DIE FOR, NOT TO mention they cost about $10 for one serving. Any heres to a toll-free express ride to diabetes, cant say I didnt enjoy it .BTW with all the good time I had and the ounces of Aphrodisiac I consumed, the really looking forward for a chocolate edible river being Timessquare NYC and all but I was told I would have to travel to Hershey Park in Pennsylvania to experience that bucket list event. Then I thought to myself WELL I MIGHT AS WELL GO CHURN SOME BUTTER WITH THE AMISH FOLKS SINCE IM THERE.

When you walk in the store you are given a mini Hersheys chocolate bar. There are so many different options of pacaged chocolate, candy and merchandise. The cookies and cream milkshake was really good, but waited a long time for it. They didnt have the peanut butter cookie dough cup the day I was there. I went back the next morning to get it. I was disappointed. Much better edible cookie dough a few miles away.

There is a decent amount of hershey varieties that they sell at chocolate world. When you come in, youre greeted by one of their employees who gives you a chocolate sample. I definitely think the bakery/food section is better than the overall store however. It was kind of small and not very entertaining. Not a place I would say kids would enjoy going to but its a place worth visiting at least once if youre around times Square.

There were many candies in Giant form, but nothing unique in terms of flavors. Regular sized candies were very expensive.

First of all, I was happy to receive a free Hershey chocolate. Yum. Tried the Hershey Hot chocolate and it looked and tasted very good. The only thing I would recommend that the line of waiting should be more organized. People didn’t know where to stand.
