Won tickets for Spongebob Squarepants which I watched here. The best decorated Broadway set I have seen so far. Humor and music was top class, and if you are a fan of Spongebob and the crew from Bikini Bottom, you will love this. Theater location is very convenient and on corner of 7th and 47 street. Seats were comfy and also has an elevator for mezzanine and balcony seating.

The balcony seats are so steep you really cant see the stage well and everyone is leaning forward the whole time making the problem worse. This photo was taken strategically to avoid having someones head covering half stage. If youre at the top be prepared to do a lot of swaying left and right just to see the show!

When you go into an establishment, you want to feel worthy to be there. You want to feel like you can achieve great things. You want it to make you feel courageous in life. You want it to make you feel like you are more than enough. You want it to make you feel blessed and thankful; To make you focus on the good and laugh; To stand up tall, like a warrior. You want it to make you seek out strange new worlds and mindsets. While this place does not achieve any of those sentiments, its got mojo and its located right on Times SquarePants

Beautiful, Regal Theater - Perfect for Sunset BoulevardWe watched Sunset Boulevard starring Glenn Close at this theater. Its amazing. The theater is beautiful and regal. It really felt like going to a glitzy and glamorous show. Sunset Boulevard is, of course, impressive. Glenn Close rocks. And so does the other cast members. The set is stunning. The Illusionists is excellent. The theater was very cold...we encountered one incredibly RUDE employee who was rushing my family to our seats without offering to help as we were unsure where our seats were. Certainly one of the more cozier theaters in the area that I have been too. The mezzanine is very elevated and gives you that closer experience because of it. That being said, there are a decent amount of stairs (though Im sure theres accessible entry for those who need it). Also, the ladies room tends to fill upstairs; there are way more stalls on the basement level.

Went to see Sponge Bob Squarepants the Musical at this location. The musical was all of what people said it was. So I will leave that there. The location itself was not terribly huge. It was a good size for people in any seat to be able to see and enjoy the show without feeling like it was nose bleed. I was in the balcony area in the back and was still able to see expressions. I thought that was great. Would suggest anyone see a show here.

Sponge Bob show is a wonderful, family friendly Broadway show option. Well produced. Staging and sets were colorful amd creative. Music was lively and interactive. Show was original, with the exception of a few songs that all the kids knew and sang along with, which made it even better! There was enough (story, humor, music, an occasional pop culture reference for parents) to keep all families members engaged and smiling throughout the performance. Actors greeted audience members at the end of the show (with donation buckets) and were friendly, posing for pictures. (Though one wouldnt pose for a picture with the kids without a $20 donation and another without a donation of some kind.) Overall it was a great show - equal in value and priced less than the Disney shows.

Not every view was a perfect view. I was in the right rear mezzanine and sat at the edge of my seat the whole time to get a better view. Then again, Spongebob the Musical made use of the apron, the house, the aisles, and other areas that were concealed by other seats.

Really nice old theater. Balcony is very high up. Went for spongebob which was a cute show but Id only recommend it to fans of the show. Our original seats were second row of the balcony. Im a tall guy and I wasnt able to see half the stage unless I leaned forward. We also managed to see this show from row H of the orchestra. The experience was much much better sitting in the orchestra for this show. Usually for all Broadway shows every seat in the house is great but for this one I really wouldnt sit in the balcony unless you really have to

I really enjoyed the show I saw at the Palace, but was unimpressed with the theater itself. Overpriced concessions ($5 for candy or a bottle of water, $8 for cup of soda though you got a souvenir cup with it) and, in the balcony at least, leg room was virtually non-existent. Every single person in my party found sitting uncomfortable because there was so little leg room and because the person in front of yous head blocks part of the stage view so you have to lean forward in your chair to see.Is it bad enough to not see show you really want to see? No, I still had a good time overall. But if there are two shows youre equally interested in, one in the Palace and one elsewhere, pick the other one
