Went to see Wicked and loved it! First saw it in Atlanta and the NYC show did not disappoint.

I wanted to surprise my daughter with tickets to see Wicked for her birthday. She has, for a long time, shared that she wanted to to to New York to see this play. I went on this website and found it easy to navigate and not complex with many layers of application. I was easily able to secure our tickets and received these in a timely manner via an email. We are excited and ready to go! Here we come NYC!

The Gershwin Theater is something that you have to experience. Wicked on Broadway in New York, is really the only way to experience the magic. I was very pleased with everything everyone was super nice from the people selling wicked souvenirs to the helpful staff showing where your seat is, to the staff behind the concessions. The actors and actresses were amazing to the stage, lighting, and set design. I loved that my seat C9 was right where the Flying Monkeys flew over my head. Overall...words cant describe or express. I hope that I can do this again sometime and visit New York again since I live in Minnesota and was visiting with my choir.

Boradway.com has the biggest fees on top of the ticket. I definitely recommend you guys to go to Broadway last minute center and for sure you would get better price. Enjoy.

Wicked musical was extremely enjoyable. We purchased our tickets at the last minute. Affordable and extremely easy to buy. The performance was top notch. The theater was gorgeous and provided many historical pieces to enjoy before the play. Would love to enjoy another performance in the future.

It was super easy to use and find tickets for many many shows. They only complaint I have is the extremely high service fees. I paid 95 bucks just in service fees, which I am not really sure the service was for since you can get the tickets emailed to you. Other than that the website was very easy to use.

The website was easy to navigate and I had a great experience. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because of the processing fees being so high. Im sure theyre that high with every other website, but factoring that into the ticket price would be nicer.

I hate hidden fees like everyone else. I had already committed to buy the tickets and was pleasantly surpised when I saw they were only $125ea. Then I was super frustrated when I realized there was a $47.50 hidden fee per ticket upon checkout. It ruined my whole experience. I would have been much happier with my experience if I would have been told upfront they were $172.50 each with no hidden fees. Or even $160 with a $12.50 hidden fee would have been much easier to stomach. But $47.50 is outrageous!

Everything was so easy when it came to ordering the tickets. I did have a problem the first time i ordered the tickets and so i called customer service and they fixed it right away! Awesome company! Will definitely order from them next time!

Greatly enjoyed Wicked, cant wait to see the next Broadway show! When purchasing tickets, Mobile is the way to go. Smooth transaction and virtually no waiting in line to enter theater.

I visited this website recently in order to book some tickets for a show whilst on holiday in New York in Feb 2020. Being from the UK, I loved the way you gave the option to have the tickets emailed so that I could print them at home to bring with me on the trip. Fantastic idea!

Convenient, yes. I was not expecting a $30 convenience fee however, on top of my $78 ticket - that’s a 38% fee. Phew! I realized shortly after purchasing that I could’ve saved $15 by going straight through the Wicked website.

Loved the show and overall customer service. We especially enjoyed the VIP room! So happy they had that option for us. Will definitely doing the VIP room option again if they have it.

The show was excellent but the close proximity to others coupled with the heat in the hall were a bit uncomfotable. I was not able to leave during the intermission due to the minimal amount of space in the aisle. Will get seats at the end of the row next time. Performance was top notch. Will be back

Good site but the service fees are unbelievably high - added $37/person to each of my $99 tickets. not sure how me buying my ticket online with no help from an agent adds this much cost to the purchase. Id advise getting this into normal ranges or just charge more for the tickets so people know up front what they are going to be paying

Not so good: while on a short trip to New York, we were so excited to find day before tickets to Book of Mormon for what appeared to be a fair price, however, I did not realize, or pay close enough attention to, the $50 service fee PER ticket! We got some seats that were right behind a railing. I am a tall guy with big feet and I wasnt able to sit without my knees and toes crammed against the railing. We spoke to the manager who moved our seats to give me more room.

I have purchased tickets before but usually I have to switch sites to see where the seats are and then go bak to the purchasing site. This site lets you click right to the venue, the seat and the price. It was simple to navigate. I highly recommend getting your tickets here.

I liked that the site had visual chart of where seats are located. What I didnt like was how much the service charge was in relation to the cost of the tickets ($75 per ticket). Consumers should be warned of service charge cost before purchasing.

Dont buy your tickets here, unless you enjoy being scalped. Their service and handling fee for a $115 ticket is $43.70, about 3X the going rate. Need I say more? Im giving them two stars for the decent info content of their site. Read it, then go to the actual theater site for tickets.

Very easy to use. Was able to purchase tickets for my wife, could see exactly where the seats were. Received confirmation within 3 minutes of purchase and another e-mail stating my tickets where being sent to my 2nd day.

It was easy to book online and choose the seats. It would have been better if booking the Hamilton tickets offered the option to print the tickets instead of mailing it or claiming the ticket at the box office. When we booked the Book of Mormon, the option to print the ticket was available which was most convenient for us. Were looking forward to watching the shows this December.

Purchasing our tickets was very easy. They explained in an email each step that would happen and when and sure enough I received my tickets by email when they said I would. Would definitely use them again.

I didnt realize the astronomical cost of the service & handling fee before I ordered - $72.20 PER TICKET is outrageous. I could have gotten the same EXACT tickets on Ticketmaster for the same ticket price with a $25 service fee TOTAL. I will literally never buy tickets from here again. If I checked Ticketmaster first I wouldve saved myself over $100. $145 in service fees is absolutely appalling. They should be ashamed of themselves.

First time I tried to buy the tickets, while submitting credit card information, the website returned an error message and I waited three days for a confirmation from my bank until I got the response the purchase had been cancelled.After the error message has appeared in the screen, there was no email to contact, only a phone number that I tried to call a couple of times, always occupied. This is bad for people living outside US.Second try I had no issues. To be honest, I know that unstable moments may happen, but what disappointed me was the absence of a contact email. A Sorry message in the screen is not helpful.

Purchase was fine. The service and added fees are always a headache but with kids and the cold couldnt be bothered to go to the box-office to save the $15 per ticket. The purchase online was smooth - show was amazing.I wish they showed ALL available to purchase tickets by seats IMAGE instead of having to click and see each time.Also for ticket pickup if you go 15min before show starts, you will be late. So pick up early and go to the loo before as waiting for the toilet is stressful too.

I booked Book of Mormon as we are hosting friends from Texas. 4 tickets. We were not familiar only it was a good one that was referred to me. I have been an active member of Actors Equity for years. I am a freelance concert singer and make my living with my voice. I left Broadway because of the direction and the quality being produced. I dont pay attention or do I watch the Tony Awards for years. I have a very lucrative and successful music career. So I was excited to take our friends to see their first Broadway show. My friend decided to listen to the sound track. She called asking if I was aware for the strong language. F bombs in the lyrics. No where did I see a warning for strong language content.My card was quickly credited $937.and we will go see Phantom of the Opera. Other than Les Miserables the two last great musicals written.

Picking out a show and buying tickets in advance b/c we only have one night available was a good plan. The process itself was easy. However, beware of the $26 per person service charge. This seems beyond greedy when they are getting their theatre filled in advance from people paying full price for seats.

We ordered tickets and had them sent in the mail. All went perfectly. Had our tickets when we left for NY , great seats, great show. Cant ask for more.

Wicked was phenomenal. The play made me and those in my group laugh, cry, and give it a standing ovation at the end. This is a play to see more than once. Loved, loved, loved, it!!!!

The performance was excellent! I did not like that they were rushing us out of the hall when it was over. We were waiting for the steady stream of people leaving the theater before we tried to push in and still just be waiting. We also wanted a few pictures of our group in the hall (not during the performance), and they were yelling at us to get out and to not take pictures even though it was too crowded to get out right then anyway. After the amazing performance, it was a disappointing conclusion to our time in the theater.

This website was great - excellent seats available, easy process, the service charge was reasonable and the tickets were ready and available when I got to the box office. I would definitely recommend this website for last minute Broadway tickets.

I thought I was buying the tickets directly from the Majestic Theatre. Was totally surprised by the $60+ per ticket service charge. Not disclosed with the ticket price. Hard to understand why this charge was so high other than trickery and greed.

Very easy website to obtain Broadway tickets! One is able to locate shows by alpha, use date calendar for times available and easy reading seat chart for available seats/price. You are allowed 15 minutes, which is more than ample time to determine all the above and provide payment information and delivery options. FYI - Cancellation Insurance is available, so you have piece of mind if you want to obtain tickets prior to your visit. Highly recommend!

I accidentally booked my tickets for the wrong date and contacted customer support to see if it could be corrected. While I was waiting, I checked the FaQ and saw that refunds and exchanges werent allowed, so I was pretty sure I had just wasted 500 dollars as I live out of state and wouldnt be in NYC until the following week. The next morning, I was contacted by telephone and told I was still in the 24 hour grace period window and that my tickets could be switched to the correct date. Im pretty sure I got ten years back from the stress that just left my brain. Im forever grateful to their response time and Im so excited to see Wicked when we head to NYC!

Once year I take my daughter to a Broadway Musical for her birthday. This experience was amazing. The tickets were easy to order, the seats were exactly what we expected, and the musical was wonderful!

My family was able to catch both Aladdin and The Lion King on Broadway while in NYC for a soccer game. I was able to locate seats on the website and my order was processed quickly so I picked up tickets at the box office within an hour of ordering. We had a great time

Great atmosphere. Theatrical acoustics and visuals were excellent. Ladies restrooms need to be expanded or intermissions extended.

Be careful of the service and handling fee. Most websites have one ($10-15 per ticket), but they will display the per ticket price and the total service fee. Broadways is $60+ PER TICKET, but they dont display the total, so it appears as if the service fee is total, which would make sense for that price, when in reality it is per ticket, massively increasing the cost. Theyre not lying about it, and its really my fault for not noticing, but I think its displayed in a deceitful way that other websites dont do and are much more up front about.

I had accidentally purchased tickets on the incorrect date. Immediately called and sent an email but unfortunately since it was after customer service hours and purchased the tickets online I couldnt get it resolved that evening. I called first thing the next morning and was able to get new tickets on the correct date. The rep was very knowledgeable and said since the purchase was made within the last 24 hours and it was at least 6 hours before the show the system would allow him to resolve the issue! He even took the time to give me optional tickets of the same and tired to find tickets near the location I had previously purchased. Great experience, would purchase from them again

We looked for tickets for two broadway shows on a quite a few sites. the UI was very good as it had the two theaters seating and you could easily pick tickets per section, per row, and per seat. most sites did not have this and some had mostly zone tickets. also, the prices were much better. so glad we looked at more ticket sites for shows because we got better seats and a much better price. phantom and wicked, here we come !!!

Lion King was beautiful, a great show and experience! We were annoyed by the people in the crowd recording the show on their phones when there had been a clear announcement not to record it. It was distracting for us, and they probably wont even watch those videos again anyway.

Relatively easy to find a show and select tickets for the desired date and theater location. The shock comes at checkout - they add a fee of almost 40% of ticket face value, a total consumer ripoff. I was using a gift certificate for Broadway.com and almost 2/3 of the value was eaten up by those fees. There are far better ways to obtain tickets from other sellers.

Amazing show - loved Hamilton! Marred only by the way one is ushered into the Richard Rogers theatre in New York. This despite reporting before 1:15pm for the 2pm show and the line not being that long. I felt like we were cattle. Bags were unzipped and ready for security check, but the constant shouting and yelling makes for a stressful entry. Youve got senior folks who need to take their time, first time Broadway show experiencing tourists - so all this extra jostling is very unnecessary. Security screening can be done another way too. The other disappointing aspect is the extremely tight leg space between the seats at this theatre. There is literally no space. Anyone who is above 5 ft 5 inches will be uncomfortable as will plus sized people. On the contrary, the small hall makes for a very intimate viewing experience and one can see very well from the side and/or rear seats as well.

It was very easy to use. I liked it because it also shoes the theater seating chart with the available seats clearly marked. You can click on a category and see exactly where the seats are located before purchase. The chart is adjacent to the available tickets so no switching back and forth.
