This place is awesome. Went to see the Jersey Boys musical play and had a great time. The theatre is located below and its a small theatre. But the seats are comfortable and you can see the stage very well unlike other theatres where the seating is tight space. Also they sale refreshments and I saw a girl standing asking if people wanted something. Staff was friendly and theatre was clean. Thumbs up.

Awesome theater. I dont really think you can get a bad seat in this place. Its not very big and actually very roomy compared to most.. I saw Rock of Ages and had a great time. This spot has 5 shows going on at the same time. Jersey Boys is also playing there and I am going to have to go on. A return trip to see that show again.

Lots of performances going on at the same time. Small seating capacity gives a nice intimate feel and you arent far away from the stage. There are more than one set of toilets if you see a long queue at one. The seat I was in was comfortable enough. I had a good view seated in row G even from the side near the aisle on the left. The foyer area is quite tiny.

A great theater that feels very personal and not too huge to where you cant even tell whats going on in the stage. The back row seats even have a nice view and you can tell whats going on from the distance. The TV screens are set up nice too for Avenue Q and angled pretty great.

I usually dont go to the theatre, but my family and myself went to see The Play that Everything Goes Wrong and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was extremely funny and the actors performances were superb. If you are visiting Manhattan, you have to see this play, its a great night out.

Nice theater pretty huge compared to the rest of Broadway, and no question for the ladies or the bar, its a new structure with I think 3 to 5 theater stages inside. We went to see avenue Q here and we loved it in stage 3.Easy access, loads of parking space close by, easy reach with the subway and via taxi.

Smaller, less elaborate set of theaters. Multiple plays running concurrently. I believe it is a multiplex movie theater converted for live plays. If it is not, it definitely has that feel. Generous sized seats and leg room for Manhattan, however your experience will vary depending on what show you see. Rock of Ages was excellent!

The staff was helpful and there were bathrooms galore so you didn’t have to wait forever on the ladies line.Thy offered snacks and wine for purchase using the intermission which hit the spot.Plug for the how - we saw ‘The Play That Goes Wrong’ and it was fabulous! Went to see The Puffs at this wonderful theatre. Intimate setting and simplified staging allow the fast paced narrative to develop in unique ways. This cast owns their roles, and while Potter fans will always appreciate it the most, casual fans or those that just watched the movies will thoroughly enjoy the wit and performance.

Fun place! Great venue to see off-Broadway shows finding up their careers or just still running. Saw Avenue Q and it was a great time and very nice seeing a show in a smaller setting. Acoustics were very good and they offer normal expensive cocktails should you choose to partake. No pictures in the shows so beware, they will make you delete them if you get caught. There are several plays at the same time in this place but they direct you well to the correct one. We went to see Imbible and it was hilarious! Where else do you get three drinks included in the price of a ticket? We got our tickets on Groupon. One of the best plays we have ever seen. It was a nice set. And we walked to the studios. Not difficult to find. We liked this one because there are only about 25 in the audience and you feel like it’s more friends and family.

Being just Off-Broadway makes this multivenue theatre house a great option for smaller things to experiment. The performance of Puffs I saw here was phenomenal with a great cast and crew putting on such a complex show with such relative ease. You also need to check out the little signage in the venue for Puffs. Wish I had time to see it again!

Interesting multiplex stage venue. The theater is easy to get to, modern, and the staff is friendly. I saw The Play That Goes Wrong and it was wonderful. I also saw the national touring version in Denver and I liked the NY version better. I was in the 5th row in NY as opposed to the 90th in Denver and the NY show cost less! The NY show is also a bit longer, with a better ending, and even one magic trick. I will be going to New World again on my next visit to NY.

This place is amazing to me. It is like a modern movie theater only for actual Theater . I know not really but that is how it feels to me. It has 5 stages. I can say the drink prices are like a movie theater. My wife got a double rum and coke it was $21 and my coke was $7. I only got to see one show Puffs and can not recommend it enough for Harry Potter fans. The other plays looked good as well. Bad venue for a tech conference. There were a few aspects of this venue that were annoying enough for me to not want to attend a Tech event at this location again.1. Basically no power plugs anywhere. I found one wall plug in a back corner that a few of us found to charge our laptops. So as not to hog the outlet for myself, I brought a power strip so that a couple more people could plug in. It didnt take long for one of the venue workers to tell me to remove the power strip. Why? Because he thought it would overload the circuit. Really? 3 laptops plugged into one outlet will overload the circuit? Furthermore, when I asked if there were any other plugs, he was not able nor willing to help me out. Did NOT CARE AT ALL!2. On the end of day 1, just as we were dismissed from the Auditorium, I went to use the restroom. Multiple venue employees told me that I need to exit the building immediately. I asked if I could just use the restroom really quick, and then begrudgingly let me do so. Really? You cant give the guests a few minutes to use the restroom? I was not hanging around at all!3. Small but annoying thing, the water bottles were all lukewarm. They were not put in ice or chilled at all.4. Another small but annoying thing; they took away the coffee for a while after lunch. Having a constant flow of electricity and caffeine is essential to any tech conference. : )Some of these things might seem a bit of first world problems, but when you pay $1k for 2 days of a conference, the venue should treat you as a guest and try to be accommodating and thankful for the business, not just doing the bare minimum and trying to push you out the door the minute times up. I have been to other conferences and the venue cared about some of those little things.

At the last minute we decided to see the play that goes wrong here. In the heart of the theater district, during the holidays made driving the last block to park difficult but the theater itself was great.
