Its a fairly decent park, that is situated by the library, fire department and police department. Oh yes and the city hall is in the immediate area. Adjoining the park is a small dog park which adds more scenery for you

Theres homeless people sleeping on playground and in parking lot next to soccer fields. Its 3p June 19th and I brought kids here to play sadly they cant even use restroom because adults hanging out in there too. They need day time and better night time security. Its right next to a school too. I wish the mayor would do something. We need a call to action about this homeless in parks where kids congregate. Also I frequently see an old blue Ford f150 with red hood in parking lot I seen the guy peeing in a cup at the truck. Yall need cameras your security is letting their homeless bros chill there.

There is an awesome playground for all ages, a dog park that accommodates small and large dogs, two softball fields, basketball and handball courts, and it is one block from the Museum, LPAC, and various restaurants and bars.

Really nice park. Plenty of space for dogs. People were friendly. There is a couple of the little carts that sell street corn and I think the other cart was fruit. We only wish that more friendly & playful dogs wouldcome around.

All its missing are some swing sets. Also the homeless that stay near the far west corner of the park is kind of an eye sore. Wish the Mayor would do something positive about that. Other than that its a nice park. 2 Big baseball feilds, jungle gym section for kids, designated Large and small dog areas, a couple basketball courts. All a block away from The Blvd.

They have a great area for my four legged family to play and meet others

The park its surroundings is really nice but be careful in the sand needles can be sometimes found there.

Lovely park. Well maintained. Shaded spots and plenty of space to roam around. Went there around 11:00 am on a Wednesday.

It was really fun and all on the equipment was clean and worked well. It is a nice place to take kids, it has basketball courts, play sets, and a restroom.

A doggie park in Downtown Lancaster. Most of the people /dogs that frequent the park are friendly. On rare occasions a jerk owner shows up, but like I said, that is rare.There are separate areas for small & large dogs.

I wish the restrooms were kept clean and doors fixed and toilet paper in stalls..but my grandson lives nearby so was able to take him home just in time..I also wish the rules for no smoking would be enforced..But my grandson loves to meet new friends to play with and a good place to tire him out just in time for dinner

Nice place to take a nice walk through on a nice weathered day.

Shady area, homeless people wandering everywhere & one lady was screaming & shouting at no one, her body movements were sporadic. Definitely on drugs, sadly. Also there was a small dirty tent set up from one of the homeless people. I was taking my daughter to ballet class, week after week the riff raff was there.

A place I can relax and get a piece of mind

Needs revamping. Homeless hang out. But nice. You just have to be very observant of surroundings and play ground. Blanket under children play area indicate someone sleeps there. It is always there. They have a dog park.

Good-sized Park . curiously always empty. not one table in the place ! so if youre going to eat there I hope you can hold it in your hand. As far as the bathrooms are concerned I hope you dont have to go because its disgusting. What do you do? Write the slobs a ticket? Some people just dont give a fuc. When I was a kid there used to be some kind of Authority present, as well as games and programs and I dont mean computer or video! You can check out basketballs wiffle balls and bats Park equipment..... you know physical kind of stuff. But I guess that was yesterday and people go to the park for a completely different kind of Reason these days. Probably cuz its the only bathroom they can find within 5 miles that someone will let them use hence the way the bathroom looks! Catch 22? Both sides how could you be such schitz

Needs some improvement , The crosswalk needs a stop sign! crossed by fire station with kids and vehicles still dont slow down clean bathrooms wouldnt hurt either

Great dog park. Fully enclosed area for both big and small pups. :) Friendly owners and good neighborhood environment.

Its a cool Park in the daytime wouldnt want to be around at night too many homeless people unfortunately

Not much to say about American heroes Park I passed through it all the time, lately they have been doing a couple of movies out this way

It would be a better park if they inforced the laws there. The bathrooms always are occupied by drug users and dealers. A lot of homeless people there that do not clean up after themselves.

Found this dog park by accident. Almost empty but a crazy lady cursing and yelling. I like to be left alone and mind my own business, so I hope I dont get pushed by crazy people. Overall the park is great!

Located near the blvd. But is never really crowded they have bathrooms but wear sunscreen there isnt much shade.

I went to my neighborhood town hall meeting here. Its a nice space and the meetkng was also nice.
