Small park but very nice. Well maintained. Great spot for yoga and personal training workouts.

One of my favorite parks. Cleanest bathroom in a park Ive seen in quite some time. Clean playground. And nice basketball courts. Fenced in . And also a baseball diamond. Across the street from the college.

Covered picinic area for parties, barbecue, or a simple picnic. Basketball courts and a play area with swings and slides. Plenty of grassy area for games.

It was fun. Just stopped by for a visit. Learned there is a nature walk next door. Born an raised in the AV an i did not know. Ball fields look great. An plenty of shade.

I love this park. The water fountains always work!!! Thank you! At least the one close to the playground does. Nice atmosphere, draws a pretty good crowd. Basketball courts are fun for everyone and baseball fields too.

Clean, big shady trees and in a nice part of town.

Nice dog park, sometimes droppings on the grass, I stepped on it one time

Occasionally gets dirty but we love the semi gate surrounding the park to protect the kids. Saw one person drive his car on the grass beyond the curb to put it right beside the picnic table. I hope thats the exception rather than the norm.

We usually have a great time with the kiddos here. This summer I noticed more homeless in the park though. The city of Lancaster also took their time fixing playground equipment over the summer.

Great quiet little family park, small playground, couple covered picnic areas and b-ball courts

Love is nice and safe.

We found a praying mantis which was pretty neat. Everyone was friendly around there. The equipment is not new but functional my kids loved the rocks.

Needed to call the Sheriffs dept while we were there. Shortly after my grandkids and I arrived I saw a large group of older teenagers cussing and fighting each other. Ofcourse the law never showed up so we had to leave.

Nice park, but somethimes homeless sleep overnight because they have no where elesevto go without being bothered. My dogs love it and most pet owners are responsible and pick up after their pets. 3 gazebos and a tennis court.

Been under construction for a while and it looks like it hasnt been cleaned for months. For being so close to AVC and right on Ave K, youd think the city would take better care of it. I recommended to meet up at this park for a playdate for my kids. Today I was very embarrassed to see it in the state that it is in.

Love the park most days and didnt even mind the construction going on. But I wish there was better shade over the equipment because a good portion of the park gets too hot to use. Also, the last 2 times we have went there have been adults hanging out and smoking weed around the playground area and weve had to leave to avoid the smoke.

Used to be an awesome park for the kids, but they took out two of the bigger slides. The kids were disappointed , we probably wont be going back.

The park always smells like weed, but theres a cute little park in front, which my daughter loves. I recommend avoiding it after dark.

Its nice, Depending on when you go, sometimes daycare vans come and theres alot of children. So its hit or miss

Was here back in September and the playground was having construction done to it. Not sure if it still is.

Good pokemon spot there are 2 gyms here, and if you raid here you are more than likely able to receive an ex raid pass. Also the park is always clean and the grass is cutt often. There are a couple of big tables with shade for parties. the playground is nice! Definitely love this park!!

Park has softball fields. Kids play area. Restrooms. Area to walk your dog. It is pretty well hidden and not that many people go here making it a pretty nics place to brinf your family.

My kids favorite park. It is always shaded perfectly no mater what time of the day we are there. Not really crowded. A lot to do there. I grew up going to parks and this one was always my favorite as a kid too.

The park itself isnt bad unfortunately the people who hang around there are, we went and people were smoking weed and acting a fool with their own kids right next to them. I mean who does that? Called the sherrifs but they never showed. That is why the city has the reputation it does because cops are too busy to handle calls like that. Its not safe and I dont recommend it. Matter of fact I dont recommend the city or AV at all. Move elsewhere. Youll be doing yourself a favor.

Had a great picnic with my Zumba group.

Small but had a great b-day party for my granddaughter. Loved it. Just lucked out in the parking though, idk what else could be done to improve that situation. Some of us its a bit hard to walk from across the street. But it was s nice time.

This is a great little park that is hidden in plain sight. It has tables under pavilions, a few play sets, for kiddos of different ages and sizes, and some basketball courts.Great for a quick picnic or get away.

We frequent this park with our kids. The park is small but has plenty of play equipment, grills, seating and shade. It has a big open, grassy field that is perfect for catch or kicking around a ball; Ive even done a few photo shoots there. The park also has a basket ball court and a baseball field behind the bathrooms. The park is usually well kept and not over crowded. Also, if you play Pokemon Go, this park has two Stops and a gym.

Nice park for a picnic or small family gathering. The playground is very nice. Difficult to find room for many other activities due to the many trees. Baseball fields appear to be locked up most of the time. Two basketball courts draw lots of activity, so this park is a good choice if youre looking for a pick-up game. Be aware, theres a chance youll encounter some shady characters here - at least thats been my experience.

If your Uber driver is a good place to sit and wait for college rides

Very nice, very clean. Families were there with their small children. Felt comfortable there with my 3-year old granddaughter.

Beautiful trees. Plenty of covered seating. Play equipment in good condition. Bathrooms are out of order. The backside of the bathrooms burned down over a year ago, almost two years. Its still under repair.

I play for a high school baseball. Our home field is not big enough for high school play so we rent rawley duntley park for home games...It has great baseball and is a great park in general. Its very inviting and a fun environment. There are baseball fields and basketball courts...

The parking lot here is not big enough for the park. The park itself is nice its just parking is a nightmare no matter when Ive gone.
