I had to reconsider buying. Environment doesn’t look very safe, couldn’t imagine my kids growing up here. Space rent is too high.

Total dive. Park is filled with gang activity, drugs, and prostitution. Not a safe environment for kids by any means...looks like 8 Mile. Run down and ghetto!! None of the trailers are kept up, no homeowners association, and junk everywhere. Stay far far away!!!

Unprofessional management and very rude , talks down to residents , treats them disrespectly. Will not work with you if you are late even though you have to purchased the trailer you LOOSE all money put into the down payment plus your trailer and end up with nothing if a life crisis happens and u cant pay on time she has no heart. Het response is you should of paid your rent.

Its a peaceful place to live. I have been here for a year. During that year they have added new asphalt in the streets which makes the park look and feel much better than it did before. New ownership is making the difference.

Kind of run down very good office staff but dirty grounds and looks bad
