It is a great place for a college people great place inexpensive and the neighbors are fine just look out there are some very out of the ordinary people but the place is fine.Great 10/10

I found my biological father here. Not the greatest park in the world for everyone, certainly not the worst. Definitely the most memorable and special for me! A delightfully beautiful place!

Wonderful place to live. Especially if you are Mexican. Best place for a common interest of laid back hard working friends. Work hard all day and quiet at night! Im sorry but I think I made the noise. Thank you so much for being Welcoming to this White woman stranger! Bless you!

The Managers are lousy, they never fix lights and complain when yo literally have no electricity and allow drug dealers to live here... How sad no security or cameras protection for all tenants!!

Deceptive practices in Agreement of Rental Space. They do not contain Noise, litter, dog barking at all. Will make promises to help with certain matters especially when it comes to People with Disabilities but then Never follow through even after numerous requests.

The rent is to high pay the same as boulders mobilehome park in Palmdale ,no gates ,no security,no parking for visitors the water comes from a well not very clean high volume of calcium in the water ,owner raise rent every years nickle and time every Bills to the tenants

Ive only been living here in my RV for a month so far, but it is abundantly clear that the (new?) management is working to make this place great. The manager and his wife have been outstandingly friendly thus far, the maintenance man is also friendly and seems to know what hes doing. Ive seen a lot of roadwork being done this month to pave over any potholes or big cracks here. My only complaint is that there are a lot of dogs that bark if you walk around the block, but according to the lease agreement, the management is trying to resolve that issue by screening the next generation of dogs. All I can say is, move in while its cheap, because this place is getting nicer every day.

This is an edited or admendment to previous comments on my review of this now z WORST TRAILER PARK you ever live in. I had moved in to this trailer park once again as I mention, but didnt dawn on me that the New Owners are of the Asian descent, which after a week or so I then realized, I was going to get ripped off from this AH, I was told I had to put on a fence around the lot I was renting from them, pay for it ALL, cement it in and given a deadline for it being done. Cost was estimated to be about $200.00. After making a move from San Diego to Lancaster, as we all know it gets pretty expensive. Anyways, long story short after paying about $1100.00 .moving in costs. I decided to break the lease instead of arguing with this money hungry Ahole.Before admendment, I Lived here for a year and it was one of the best, I thought especially for the price. I had very good neighbors and was normally quite, well for a trailer park. Anyway I would definitely recommend it to you.

A taste of Tijuana all packaged up in one trailer park community. Mariachi circus music playing from sun up to sun down, quinceanera celebrations and bday parties every weekend, chihuahuas at every house that bark all night long and the owners claim they dont hear them, stray cats being fed daily by the dozens, tons of screaming kids riding bikes unmonitored in the streets, bells ringing daily from the ice cream and fruit drink cart, cars blocking the streets, cars parked in your spot, false complaints filed against those that dont comply with their way of life, cars burglarized, and the list goes on and on. If youààfeel, then look no further.

Good place, most neighbors are good. Not much noise, and fair rent.

There is some scary guy in the back of this park who gets crazy and upset if you park anywhere near his space. The park never does anything about him and how he treats people.

This place its getting clean after a lot that has happened
