Place definitely has some, issues.... Need to start doing, background checks...

I’m only leaving one star because none isn’t an option. Very poor management who likes to target residents that she doesn’t get along with. They have no play ground for the kids, no sidewalks for them so they just run around in the roads, they don’t care about the residents they only care about their money. Plus you can’t leave anything out or it gets stolen because they just let anyone live there and don’t care about the community. I don’t recommend going there, if you can afford to go somewhere else then do it.

Very unkempt trailers, broken windows, no skirting, loud music at all hours of the day and night. Cars revving engines and speeding through the park. The Sheriffs dept surely gets a hefty paycheck from this area alone because they are always there, roughly daily at the least. It appears that this park has no set rules and if they do, they are not implied enough to be reprimanded if not followed. I would be embarrassed to own this park let alone live in it.

Its a beautiful trailer park. The surrounding hills are stunningly beautiful in the Sumner and Fall.

A few years back,i decided i wanted to purchase a mobile home. Since this park was kind of off the beaten path,it seemed to be a great possibility. I called the property manager and told her i was interested in a place and that id be driving through she said tp look at the avail homes and get back with her. When i went out there,first thing we noticed was the confederate flag hanging proudly and white folks who were staring the whole time we were there(im black) . When i followed up with the manager,all of a sudden there were no available homes. This place should be shut tf down and had i not found s better home,i had every intention of suing.

Very dirty appearance outside. Children running around unsupervised like wild things. Not somewhere I wanted to choose for home.

The place is surprisingly clean. Most of the residents have cars that are worth more than their trailers. Im sure that its still a good place to buy marijuana and theres probably a meth lab there is some place. What drugs are even in the nicest neighborhoods with $300,000 homes. I would not want to live there but there are far worse options in Fairfield County. and appears of the Nashville it certainly does take control over the things that they can see.

My daughter and her family moved here. Some things I like about the area, some things I dont. It seems to need cleaned up for sure.

One of the worst places to live managers are the worst of all time. The teens out here are out of control. The lot rent rediculuse for where we are, with no pool or anything nice out here. Only move here if its your last choice. If you try to call the corporate office for anything they blow you off. This is not a place to rasie a family. We cant wait to get out!!!!!!!!!

Herpy derpy, everytime i drive by, no one is ever there. But the building and yard look nice

Great lil place to visit an if you want to be away from the city life then that would be the place to be

I stayed the night here at my friends house and my car got broken in to. Apparently this is a very common thing, but nothing has been done about it aside from me filing a police report.

No side walks no play ground ,,,no parental supervision over children getting off of school buses & more negativity

Park is not very clean like it used to be.Kids playground is not safe and destroyed.Letting about anyone move in now.

I guess the managment here isnt very good when it comes to certain things and favoritism.

Its like the Elsa company is punishing us for living in a trailer park. There are 3 or 4 broken down trailers that the park manager refuses to fix, the roads are never salted and its pulsating with hoodlums
