I stay on site so i see the goings on. Managers seem to try their best and are understanding as long you explain things. For the most part its quiet and do enjoy it.

Its actually a really nice mobile home park. Good air conditioning, quiet streets. The pool is good, except the pavement is gravel. I dont live here, but my grandparents live here today. We would often come here to visit them. Its still a really nice mobile home park!

They wouldnt sell me a home when i was going to pay it all cash becouse a time werner bill

Quiet Serene clean place to live the Price is Right

This would be a nice park if it wasnt for the maintenance/ management of it.The park manager acts like a warden , harasses guests ( more than a few) performs his duties far too extreme and not within the legal guidelines . He makes up new rules w/ out any legal right to do so. I believe he is also very discrimatory. He is untactful, harasses his residents and goes beyond breaking the privacy laws for residents.

Great neighborhood, nice and quite with friendly people.

Horrible park and management there is no parking in the rear for anyone who lives in the back of the park they locked off the pool and unless you live there you cant get the code to enter also you have to be present at all times our everyone has to leave since it was changed from retirement to all familys. The park has gone down hill and is only getting worse I wouldnt recommend this park and I currently live there
