I still live here. I own a travel trailer and we put up a fence, added some lights, a shed, and plan on doing more work to make this comfortable for us. The community here is not so great, and we dont yet have access to washers and dryers - which is a bummer because it means we need to drive out to do laundry. But, I enjoy the freedom of living in a park; and the main office folks have been good to us - kind and respectful. Also, this place is reasonably priced for LA county and that highly offsets any negative thoughts about it.

Been here 8 years. Was full of druggies, but the new management has cleaned it up quite a bit. Mostly families now.

Overall this place is okay its a lot of drug heads around 7-Elevens right on the corner and its a couple of food places right up the street cheap place to rent if you have an RV or RVs in the back you can rent most of the people that walk around here are drug heads but there are a lot of good people mixed in as well

I own my own mobile home and ever since we bought it the property around its been falling apart and management doesnt do anything about it now we sit here with no gas for God knows how long really irritating were selling and removing its not a good place to come theres nothing but drug addicts alcoholics and thieves keep everything locked up in your house and around it whatever they tell you that its on the internet dont believe them

This place is a dangerous den of thieves. I am not speaking of the tenants, but rather of the management and phantom owners. If you value your property do not do business with the raunchy Ranch or you might buy the farm. None of the amenities displayed on the website exist anywhere on site. The highlight of my stay will be serving summons on these sadistic and greedy corruptos, indeed they are the essence of moral corruption incarnate.
