I went here because a lady friend of mine from Church invited me over to have Christmas dinner with her. Its really a nice quite place!

Great park but going downhill. New management/owners starting to move in non _seniors. Slowly raising rents and overcharging for utilities and services. Water pressure is minimal at best and management refuses to increase it.Its sad to see and hear how the new owners are treating long term Seniors that live on fixed income in this park. Home owners beware. You life here is going to change and not for the better.

The manager Steve is very rude and unprofessional and gets on a hi horse like he has a badge trys to enforce rules that he refuses to to abide by and has even tried to fight me on multiple occasions
