Double standards. Many trailers falling apart and or terrible upkeep of lawns. Lot Rent is horrible for what is provided and maintenance is mediocre at best.

I absolutely love living here! Great neighbors. Activities for everyone. Its like a city of its own in good ways. The cost is a bit high, but add what you would pay for a pool, fitness room, cable tv, walking trails and more it would cost about average.

I live here, lol! Great place to live though.

Quiet neighborhood, cool family activities, and there is a park, a pool, a gym, and a community building provided. Neighbors clean up after their pets, roads are usually clear, and occasional speed bumps keep the road safe as well.

What they charge in lot rent is outrageous for the area and they increase it each year. We get harassed over very minimal things like a few weeds in the flower beds or bushes not being trimmed each month. Very hard place for working people to live. Five hungry, feral stray cats living under the porch that I’m pretty sure were dropped off. Yikes!

Land lot rent rates are outrageous. Curious as to what monthly marketing reports or broker price opinions they use to evaluate the 50 to 75 dollar increase in land rental fees each successive year. You will be spending 650 to 750 plus for enough land space to just park your mobile home. The roads to each area are impossible to pull in and out of if you drive anything above a small suv. I work in real estate and question the validity of these rent increases. Your better off renting an apartment at least the rent there includes services that benefit the tenant and/or finding another facility with a competitive rate. There are places in Lancaster for larger lot sizes, more accessible to 30, same or better school districts, and running 150 to 250 dollars less per month. They are price jacking the rates here unjustly. I will be contacting the board of realtors along with the better business bureau.

Love the trailers but I think you should be able to lease here. This is for sale only!

My new neighborhood!

We love it. We came here July 7th of 2017 not know we were going to buy. We looked at one and it was the first one and husband was sold on that one. He saw the potential. About 3 weeks later we settled and got the keys Aug 1st. I understand lot rent goes up but so did out apt. $20 a year, same as here. My rent there was pushing $1,000. I had no outdoor space, no planting flowers, no grill, shared laundry facilities. Now for hundreds of dollars less we are completely happy. We will be her enjoying retirement. Forgot to mention, I thought the staff and the process were exceptional.

Place is horrible rent is crazy ! My parents bought a house here a few years back ... we visit frequently and are harassed by staff for parking in front of the house lady says there is no overnight parking but wants to put a sticker on my brothers car at 3:30 in the afternoon. Don’t buy a house here you will have a house that is on property that is not yours and yet you still pay taxes and rent and have to follow ridiculous rules. If you have frequent guest you will be harassed.

Beautiful place first experience. Staff is super friendly. Neighbors seem nice and quiet near the office area. Definitely would love to live here. Yes, ground rent is a bit high but I think people get what they pay for.

Constant lot rent increases with no visible value increase. Terrible road maintenance, office staff is rude and ignorant including management. Yet they have no problem with calling you at all hours to complain that your yard is full of dog droppings, when you dont even have a dog... Residents and visitors are constantly speeding and endangering the lives of our children. Management refuses to do anything. 5 years living here, wish we could leave...

Went to open houses on as Sunday looking to buy and this place was beautiful. It sold me. I am definitely going to purchase in this park.

Nice venue. Had an 80 person celebration event and the venue accommodate us very well. Including a full kitchen.

Some of the residents need to obey the 15 mph speed limit too many near misses just pulling out of my driveway because of people doing twice the speed limit there are kids that live in this community as well its just common courtesy If you cant wait to seconds for somebody to pull out of their driveway before blowing your horn and speeding on by

Beautiful place you would have no idea it was a trailer park unless told . I cant wait to visit in the summer with the swimming pool , tennis courts, community center and across the street open nature a creek and walking path a mini vacation in the middle of Lancaster City

When I first moved in everyone had to go through a process which included a background check. Now everyone is allowed residence. The office complains about small things, yet they do nothing to remove a child sex offender. In the lease it clearly states anyone committing a crime such as a sex offense will be evicted. The ground rent has increased dramatically and the new manager is condescending and does nothing to help anyone. Gailen was a better manager than her.

Nice and clean mobile neighborhood. Visited the Community Center and is the perfect place for any indoor activity (weddings, meetings, ect)

Have always received courteous and professional service when dealing with the office and personel..Residents and neighbors work hard to upkeep their homes and grounds and it shows...

Dogs out of control. Residents not very friendly . Lot rent way to high for what u get . They are not very interested in hearing any complaints . Real fast in giving warning to certain people.
