Rarely ever parking. Stray cats everywhere. Buuuut the neighbors are pretty nice, management isnt too bad and the security guard is pretty great I always see him walking around, he does his job, and always has a positive attitude.

Very confusing number system for addresses but not so confusing you get lost. Clearly visable numbers painted on driveway and posted on mobile homes. Very peaceful and quiet. Many parking spots for guest. Very clean park.

For almost 15 years, Brierwood Mobile Home Estates is my living quarters when I was 4 years old. Two decades later, I currently live in this house until I go off the radar!

I live here and agree its quiet for the most part, park is kept nice and office staff is great. I agree w another comment, a lot of kids out late shouting and laughing, just even like a week ago. A lot of loose dogs, a lot of strays I see that concern me, not knowing health status and I see ppl letting children play and yell so they wont leave the properties. Most of the ppl Ive met are very nice, a few not. As a whole, I love living here and happy here. My mom also lives here and she is happy here as well.....

I have lived here 13 years and when the city of Lancaster owned the park, they rarely raised the rent. Caritas has raised it every year since they took ownership, even tho no COLA raises for 4 years for seniors, they are really hurting people raising the rent every year because they can. New manager about once per year, the park does not enforce MLM rules and regulations. Fire hydrants are not located on every street which makes it bad when there is a fire, MH goes up super fast! They no longer trim trees another fire hazard. Do not like the community mail boxes, I see many seniors struggle, even myself when its windy and cold. Yes, there are some kids who get loud ( big deal), but the disrespect for elders, it is the parents fault. Recently I have noticed graffiti on the back walls, this really needs to be addressed. For the most part decent people here, we used to have many drug dealers here but most are gone now, thank God. Girls in the office are great except they are limited to what they can do. Maintenance keeps the park pretty clean. Most keep their place looking nice but the ones that do not are mostly seniors. Caritas was suppose to offer help people in these situations but they have not. Inspections twice per year, one always in April, still rainy and cold and we are to sweep up leaves? Make it later like in May. That being said, it is an ok community to live in but there is room for improvement.

Kind of crowded, not a lot of parking for visitors, let alone for yourself and other roommates whom reside there. Therefore, you have to park on the street and they have a field day towing your vehicle!

As a visitor there is no parking, no where for anyone. They allow drug dealers in their park, and treat other tenets who are good people badly under their new management

I live there with my girlfriend, a roommate, and 3 little babies....Mocha a 3 month old American Boxer.....Henny a 4 month old American BullDog....and Angel a 4 year old ......JUST LOVE THE COMMUNITY...

Used to be a decent place to live. The management company has went down and really will not listen to the owners of the mobiles.

A better place to live than some other home parks. Only big draw back is it is a mile away from nearest bus rout if one doesnt have a car.

People are friendly its quiet for most part its not a bad place to live

There is a doberman always getting out thats attacked my dog also people do drugs in the very back parking lot rude kids are out late walking and shouting they also sit and chill all on your car if its in the parking lot people who dont live in the park come to Zumba at the clubhouse and take all the parking spots if another house gets burned down it takes them months to take the trailer out and it takes them months to put one together 5 houses have burned down since Ive lived here and I dont want to be next
