The trail and field is real nice next door to the trailer park. The road in front of the trailer park has a crosswalk with another trail along side the main road. There are also train tracks across the street

Simple and quite. Manager was helpful and park was nicely kept. Mostly full time people that were also nice. No extras but inexpensive and pleasant.

Beautiful place nice and quiet, very clean. Hard to get ahold of the manager but when you do He’s very nice and straightforward. Easy process to get approved or Denied . The place has no crime history and tenants are friendly and this place is close to shopping centers. Rent space is affordable 400$-450$ , electric is metered so you pay for what you use , Plus there’s on site laundry center so win win here

Loving the quietness that it offers very friendly staff the residents here are are also very friendly.

On site manager was gone for three weeks, and no one could take a reservation or tell me if they had any spots, or how much the rent was. I am so glad I found another RV Park where they tell you what is going on, and they answer your questions, Dodged a bullet here, for sure!!!

Very slow management staff. Took 6 days to review application and actually call us back. By then, we had found a way better park to call home for less! Happy we didnt wait for them. Kind of a sign how itd be living there.

Drive through. Looked like mostly permanent residents, not for the traveling RVer. Also a good name. Seemed shady enough that we would not want to stay there.

Its not a resort, its a trailer/rv park. My husband is out here working the powerlines, and there are a few workers that live here as well. Weve been here since 2012, and never had a problem. We were here just for work. Not a RV park for vacation

Ive been here for 18 mths and ive been given a letter stating I cant stay here and have 30 days to leave or a eviction will be started. Ive paid my rent , had no issues but when I ask why the park management says they dont need a reason and dont have to tell you the reason cause we are here with a month to month lease. They are pushing people out who live here so that they can have the powerline people move in from out of state. Dont come here or else this can happen to you.
