Living wise is fine BUT new management is not people who live here are now being charged for a reserved parking first come first served bases so everyone who didnt get a parking has to park outside in the desert across the street.NO one has ever had good parking here ever, they are always threatening residents with tow trucks taking pictures of our cars writing down our plates. They want you to take responsibility and the expenses for trimming the trees that already came with the space here. During a pandemic they dont help the residents here they just find things to charge for.

Im 24 and I got Some of my roots right here in this mobile home park. One of the greatest Foster moms in the world and I believe she even used to manage that place. The new manager, Robert, Takes matters very seriously and make sure things get done. Theyre very on top of things if reports are put in they are taking care of to the best of his ability maintenance is at a well kept level, And steadily improving all the time. If you have the money to purchase one of these homes and turn it into something grand this place is sure a good place to either start up or settle down!

Manager Lois Long is so super sweet and yet at the same time top notch !The park is always clean and quiet. The park has also a maintenance person named Robert who keeps the neighborhood clean and functioning properly making any repairs necessary to provide our neighborhood the most safe and comfortable environment for all of Desert Sands residence.I am so lucky to have chosen this community and the priveledge to have a great management team behind it !Thank you Desert Sands !
