I dont hate dogs but I dont like too Manny and friendly Village is got more dogs than people

Very nice neighborhood quiet and peaceful; nice tranquil place to live for yourself and one other person .

As long as u mind ur own n dnt get involved w the bs around its a great place for a family.

Looking for mobile home space looks better them some of these otherr places

Quiet place, even though it is not in the best area

Nice people, but some have aggressive pitbull that almost break out the fence. Too close to people on the street.

Trailer park in East Lancaster. Residents seem to be friendly and neighborly. Most lots are clean and well kept.

Great atmosphere, management is very kind and I enjoy living here and creating more friends.

Management sucks. They pick on some residents , but other residents they let do whatever they want. For instance we have 3 cars, one is parked in guest parking and they gave us a ticket because we are not supposed to park there. Its for guests. But the people across the street have 6 cars, half of them arent even registered and parked in guest parking, but they dont get threatened with a 7 day notice. We get a notice for hanging a rug on the back porch, but the neighbor next door hangs all their bedding on their porch every day. Guess they stink when they go to bed. We had to move an air conditioner that we neatly covered in a corner in the back yard. The neighbor across the street has a junk yard with tires and all kinds of junk that never gets cleaned up. But I get a seven day notice for an air conditioner covered neatly in the corner of my yard. I was security for this mobile home park for years and got called for problems here just about every night. Now we are lucky if we even see security in the park.

Not really a fan of this area, my uncle lives here and they always say that someone gets their house robbed here and one time they heard someone trying to get in their house at 3am in the morning. most of the time someone gets run over in the front.

I was a resident owner for almost seven years there and a very biased park.if your white forget it plain and simple the management does not want you there .the carritas corporation that owns the park claims to be none profit and when you see the park one would believe it ? Then you realize there are approx 350 mobilehomes paying no less than $450month.there is a reconditioned swimming pool nice landscaping around the office and entry to park only and the management office furniture is new everything else in the general area is as old as when built 30+ Years ? For a none proffit ownership what exactly does the carritas Corp do with all that money every month ? Maybe the management makes a high six figure income? Who knows ? My advice ,ask questions get any answers in writing and whitnesed before you buy .oh one last thing ,this park is subsidized by the government claiming it is a low income housing to afford low cost living and for them to maintain getting extra money from the government they FORCE you to fill out a annual report of income so they can collect t extra money and if you refuse to comply ? You get kicked out of the park for violating a mandatory rule ? Beware of this park and the carritas corporation .

Theres a stop sign which is blocked and a cop sitting there waiting giving tickets out left n rt!!!

From what I see its a clean park. Im told it gets noisy at times but that comes with living in a mobile home park.

Friend of mine mother die . and she was out of state and the park gave her home to some one that not even blood.by the name dean Jackson known drug addict. Now we have to take then all to Court. Rihanna sisters been there paying the space fees Angela.

Only God’s House in Lancaster is a 5 Star Resot package... lol...

Great for small gatherings ! Has a kitchen as well. Limited close parking is the only downside.

We used the rec room/hall ... For a family function... We appreciated it ...thank you to the Staff of the Friendly Village

Poorly run park. Barely enough parking in the back and management expects us to get rid of cars and we can only have 1-2 max. Def call FAVORITISM with these so call Managers...

My girlfriend comes and visits and is a guest and parks in the guest parking lot. We leave for a few days for our anniversary and come back and gets a damn towing notice that its reserved for guests. What the hell is she then? Shes obviously a guest and still gets a notice?

Cant even tell anybody when the is going to open...its open one day then it closes the next
