Love the place. Need a little more customer service skills. Over all great experience.

We enjoyed ourselves at this track. The seventeen and younger track is shorter than adult track. The adult track weaves, turns and twists so it is much more fun. Only had 2 people in group so pay much more money. If you go in bigger group it is so much cheaper per person per race. You have to pay for the required $2.00 doo tag for head cover hygiene reason so that the public helmets dont touch your own head.

Best time ever and clean

However we’re having fun w/ our 2y/o child in the mini golf.. then as we went to wait for our turn to ride the go kart someone used our names w/o out ticket. So it’s a no for me. Seems fraud for business wise. Tickets when purchase should be showed before enter any event.

Cole was one of the nicest employees and helped me and my friends, would recommend him to all customers!

I once went here with my friend st night one time and basically everytime me and my friend would race we were always black flagged or called out for going to fast like what your supposed to go fast on a cart and it also didnt help that the helmets yall provided us kept on fogging up and therefor we had to basically open up out wheel thing just to even see the track in front of us and lets not forget when I got spun out it litterally took them 3 minutes to get to me with them taking there time getting me unspinned which made me angry in which case I had to ask for a free race just cause the dude took so long to actually free me instead of just freezing the clock to race and sadly I lost the ticket when my stuff got stolen a few month later so yeah

Gas powered, but also gas powered. Its great for what it has, also not so great for what it has. Generate your own opinion, I had fun there.

Nice clean environment. Profesionaly processed to the sport of your choosing. Beautiful golf course. Had fun!!

It was a little pricey, they didnt honor some of their online deals. However, it was very clean, staff was polite and helpful. The Go-Karts are definitely designed for skinnier people. Im a little hefty and the adult Kart was VERY snug. And if you are really tall, (Im 58), then it will be a tight fit too, bc the pedals do not extend for taller people. My legs were cramped. But it was a nice facility, nice carts, big track, very nice obstacle course for mini golf and lazer tag!

Nice and quick staff got you going to your next event over all nice.

I come here all the time, the membership is really worth it. I usually try to go on Mondays for the $10 member races.

Signing in for go kart racing was quick, and our fun safety briefing followed a few minutes after that. The track rules were explained with information on what the different flag colors meant, and a recap of how to operate a go kart. The 10-minute race was fast and exhilarating, although my kart wasnt always easy to control in the corners since the steering was rather stiff. Its possible this was specific to my kart as well.

Had a good time here. The track was fast, and fun. To be just gokarts, they can really move! The staff kept it pretty safe, as well. Also had fun doing the miniature golf, in neon. It was a fun course to shoot. My overall experience was great. Highly recommended you visit.

Best gokarting place around. Great fast carts and work well esp on turns. I been to outdoor ones and there karts were not as fast and one slight turn your off the track or 360. These things handle very well if you ever dont like your kart tell them pull into the pit they will swop you. Been a member for years and it will continue!!!!!

My kids love this place

I have very mixed views of this place. On the one hand, the go-karting was exceptional and that the machines were well-maintained and the course was fun. On the other hand, the arcade section, the laser tag, and the other amenities were run down and not particularly inexpensive. My laser tag him didnt work, and this is after we waited nearly 45 minutes to have our session. So, go for the go-karting but nothing else.

Okay, I debated 3 and 4 stars, 4 it is. We got a package bundle from Groupon and saved a good amount of money! The track was fun gokarts are fast, they record your laps and give you a handout when youre done. The laser tag was a blast (dont wear a white shirt like I did:-/ or bright colored) but youll see in my photos the arcade needs some TLC! To many games not working, and the air hockey just took our money and never started up. The mini golf area should just be shut down, or renovated. But if youre going for the track (like I assume you are) its worth it. It would be better for the business to build their own building or rent a building, rather than using an old shopping center store. If you plan on making a trip my advise is use a Groupon deal, and dont go too late where there is potential for longer waits. Other than that, race on!

Overall the experience was good, I had a lot of fun and the go carts go really fast. The only reason I am writing a review is because the seatbelt was cutting my neck when I was driving. I am sharing this because maybe this could be helpful for someone else. The picture I am posting is 5 days after. The day it happened the cut felt and looked much worse.

All three attractions at this place are pretty good. The mini golf is standard, good enough if you get the triple deal. The laser tag is fun since the guns and suits are really responsive. You get some detailed info of how you did too printed out right after (hit percentage, times zapped, times zapped others). Finally, the main attraction. The F1 track is a good course with plenty of turns and chances to pass. The carts are fast, potentially reaching their advertised speeds of 45mph. Would come back here again.

Cool place to hang out with friends I tried Lazer tag, mini golf and the indoor Karting. the Karting is the best. the staff is very friendly and you dont wait a long time to get to run the track

What a great place! Very organized process and safe. The adult carts are super fast and easy to drive and the kids carts are regulated to be safe but still fun and competitive. Its nice to have adult entertainment as well kids which makes going here easy decision. Laser tag was really cool too.

I loved go karting

We visited Track 21 for a birthday party and had a great time. The staff was friendly and everything was clean and organized well. The lines were not long for Laser Tag or Go Karts. Will visit again.

I went for a office team building event, so the price didnt affect me, but this is one of the most fun things o have done in a long time. The party was before normal operating hours so it was just us, we had r qualifying heats and 1finals race so about 20 minutes a peice on the track. The carts are fast and the facility is clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

My family and I did mini golf. It was ok, the course is somewhat small and looks dated. It was only $5 per person so you get what you pay for.

This place is awesome, the track is very organize and the laser tag is good. They explained you need to know to have a good experience, they have mats fluffy person friendly. And most of the employees are bilingual. So that’s a plus

We had sooo much fun here! The laser tag is huge, biggest I have seen. Miniature golf was to congested should be bigger. But the go carts was great! Seem like the riding time was long which I Iiked. The only thing is with your Groupon they put times you can use it. Not in evening cause its there big money time!

I havent been here in about 5 years but they really fixed up the place very well. I did all three things go karting laser tag and mini golf. The place was really clean and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Their karts & indoor tracks are the best in Houston, in my opinion. Awesome laser tag experience, and had a fun time with Mini-Golf. The Triple pack is great value!

My childrens favorite place to be when go cart riding. This indoor track is one of the best there is.

As far as go karting, this place is awesome and the prices are not bad. I haven’t tried other activities over there so I can’t really say anything about them. Nice and professional staff.

Bought a Groupon. Tried and called for reservation per Groupon and no one answer phone for almost 5 hours after being opened. After they answered the phone I couldnt make a reservation. Waste of time totally. Never made it there because no one answered phone or email. Got a full refund from Groupon. A week later manager still never contacted me or answered email. Poor business skills on GMs part. Stay away

Wish they would group people with faster times together because once you’re comfortable there is a higher risk to wreck with those who aren’t but besides that, I love this place. Monday nights with membership makes this such an affordable hobby. Going on the night where the big track is open is super fun. Needs to fix the ac quickly though because it gets so heated in there with a bunch of heated engines.

I never drove a very intense kart in my life. Its very awesome and the only thing that bothered me is the price but each extra race is half off. Gonna ride next time. :3

Workers are young and like most young people these days lack basic manners and respect when dealing with people. Need train your staff on the importance of great customer service. Showing up to work doesnt count! Smile, be helpful, BE NICE!

The only problem we had while having my daughters birthday party was that it took 30-45 minutes each time we bought tickets. They didnt seem that busy or crowded but there was only one register open and the staff was standing around doing nothing. I had a group of ten kids and what we thought would be a 2 hour party of laser tag and karts turned into over three hours with only three quick games of laser tag and two 10 minute races on the Indy karts. The rest of the time the kids were just sitting waiting for me to purchase tickets. Some of the kids had to leave after two hours so they didnt even get to ride the go karts. It was completely ridiculous. I rate a two star because the laser tag was fun and the go karts were fast, but their business process to move people along is awful.

Had our sons 7th birthday party here. We got the package that included 3 rounds of laser tag. Amber was our go to person. She made everything so easy. She was easily found if we needed something, and she explained everything so we knew what to expect. Everyone had a great time. Our party was able to trade the last round of laser tag for mini golf. The group we had loved that. I would recommend this facility. Outside it looks kind of sketchy, but inside was clean and pretty well maintained.

Amazing place for all ages. Gocart track is awesome. Golf is a thrilling experience and Lazer tag give you the real feel of warfare.Must visit place with group of friends to get more fun.

Took my. son there with his friends they had a great time it was fairly organized and for a nice price you can do all of the things whether its a mini golf glow-in-the-dark the track or laser tag you should try it

New go karts have vastly improved the facility, they handle much better and have pretty good speed for what they are. Skilled drivers can put down quick times.

Fun place to visit with the family, but a bit pricey. Go-karts move quick, have so-so cornering, though the track is refereed well. Two tracks, one for adults and a smaller track for kids. Laser tag is fun, huge two level complex that allows you to move about with lots of cover. Mini-Golf wasn’t the greatest, and the Groupon rules get to be a pain. Small offering of snack food and drinks as well.

Happy hour before 5pm on week days $10 a race. Very good value. IF YOU ARE NOT A SPEED DEMON RACER. The adult track is not going to be your friend. Unless you race with other slow drivers. SLOW drivers will ruin the fast drivers time. Also if you havent done this before, be ready to have sore hands. Karts are fast!!!

Waited in line 25 mins..girls at desk were super slow..then other girl let people cut infront of us..finaly after paying had wait another 30 mins. For my son to ride..then they say no this kid is foing all by himself..so we had to wait even longer..what a joke! We wont be back!! Better let my 2 boys drive the karts alone then too!?!

Super fun place for dates and families to go out o. Creative mini golf course that will make you smile. They have snacks and drinks! You can bring your drinks into the course too.

Took my boyfriend here as a valentine gift (were in our 40s) and we had a blast, feeling like kids again!

I only give it one star because I cant give It none. Been coming here for years and every time there is some problem, this time its that my son is too big... and they wont let him drive the other carts because he is not 16. Im so done with track 21. Its not worth the hassle to drive a cart a little faster. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I give one star because there is no zero. The go-cart staff is rude. He used very bad gesture in front of my young kids. Need to teach your staff how to be a decent man, be polite and helpful.

Great Staff! I can not stress that enough! I raced the go-karts,they made adjustments to the kart for me and answered all my questions. The adult karts are a hoot and fast enough to make me slightly nervous on the sweeper :)

If you want to pay 20 dollars to drive a cart fast that was made to go fast but put almost shakes you off the course because and I quote the tires are new and they all do that then come on down. I tell you what Ill add in a manager that not only doesnt believe you when you explain the issue but will let you know its probably because you are doing something wrong. I have been going to this place for years. Ive been taking my kids there for years. I havent gotten the chance to go in some time but finally I got some time and me and the kids wanted to re-live some good past experiences but the level of excuses that I get now and the utter disappointment of those cars I am going to have a hard time just looking at the place.

So. Much. Fun. The instructors were super friendly and I recommend weeknight dates.

Party booking Rep. Sarah was extremely rude when asking questions, very impatient interrupted may times within a less than 5 min. She became evasive at point of sending the contract for the deposit and didnt get half of my questions answered I see why urban air & funplex are rated as the best parties never had any issues with them 5yrs. 2 kids.

The experience was awesome!!! The staff was excellent. Answeres all my questions. Especially Christian, he was such a pleasure. He was there when needed him, asked us several times if everything was good. He was such a great host. Thank you Christian!!!!

Indoor track is pretty cool..carts are quick but get kinda bouncy at full throttle..not a smooth ride at all. Also it is super hot out on the track. You will be covered in sweat. The game room is a joke. Half the games didnt work. Id only go back to ride the carts..even though it was super hot an the carts werent that good. I had alot of fun.

This is a really fun place to go! There are only 4 attractions but its still awesome! Pricing isnt bad. The majority of the employees are pretty nice.

This place belongs in the area its in. The business looks like its close to the edge of shutting down. The laser tag gets my kuddos. The arcade is a black hole in the wall with most of the games that didnt work. We tryd to get change and the change maker didnt work. There birthday party rooms are upstairs in the attic. You go up stairs back to the 80s. This place ONLY has single rider go carts. Their employees were not so greeting or welcoming. I asked where to purchase the attraction tickets, she told me, same place you purchase everything else. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a blast here with the car club. You will leave smelling like exhaust and youll be exhausted too! Well worth it!

Made for a fun date! Honestly, if it werent for the date I would never have gone. The prices are outrageous. I would love to take my 2 boys but at those rates we gotta stick with Boomers. But its fun for a guys fun time or a fun date.

Its really depends on how new your kart will be... My first was the worth possible old and had issues with steering, my second was new and great and I bit everyone in my group on lap time.

Parking is amazing!The cars are extremely fast!The laser tag arena is 8,000 sq. ft. (most of the excitement is upstairs when playing against little kids)I would recommend their Groupon. Racing prices are pricey in my opinion. $18 for 10 minutes.There is only 1 soda machine, be mindful if its packed.

Very cool. High speed go carts. The games need some updating, , a few did not work properly. But every thing else was fine.

Five stars and my kid is too young to even do the racing part. Weve had a Laser tag birthday and several play dates here. Adults and kids can have fun together and not spend a fortune. There is also a 9 hole blacklight mini-golf course. A small gameroom and laser tag. The room is two stories made to look like an urban apocalypse. Its dark and loud but easy to navigate. Employees are helpful and polite.

Loved the track. Fantastic customer service. Karts were fast and fun. However it is extremely hard to enjoy the kart ride because it is sweltering hot in the track area. I couldnt even finish my 10 minute ride...felt faint.

Had my sons birthday party here and he had a great time. He picked the Mario cart theme room but the ac was not turned on till we arrived. It was very hot and took awhile to cool down. Other than that everything turned out great!

My boyfriend took me here on our first date and I absolutely had a blast. Go Karts and laser tag and mini golf? Super great. Definitely coming back again.
