The place was fun and seemed pretty clean. The staff was friendly until it was right at 8:30pm, the end of our one hour jump time. They don’t close til 9:00 but literally I have never been so rushed. They turned the music off, most of the lights, and even made an announcement that our time was over. I’m surprised they didn’t grab our hands and escort us out. It only took us about 4 mins to get the kids and out the door but they were rude. The music was a bit ghetto for toddlers and young kids too. Felt like a night club but the prices were good

I did not see many precautions implemented, not many sanitizing stations. The cubes where the kids jump into were still open there is no way of cleaning those for sure. In comparison to flip and fun (I had gone a day before) they did have the cubes section closed and many sanitizer stations were available. Staff also cleaned after a jumper at Flip and Fun. Did not see the same thing at iRise

Son has worked there for 2 months only received I check and it took 4 weeks to get it.. was only paid 1st weeks wages .. everytime payday comes no check they have excuses like they have to go to the bank.. they are supposed to be paid bi weekly!! WHO DOES THAT!!! They pray on young first time employed kids that don’t know much about how pay periods work. Do not work here unless you want to work for free!!!!

It was fun! There is a lot to do for kids off any ages. My 1yo loved it!The only negative is that some of the foam pits were old. Balls were flat and blocks were noticably absent.All in all though, fun place for kids to play.

Bought a Groupon that specified it was for two 60 minute passes, however, we were told our time was up after 40 minutes.The person I spoke to explained that the hour begins at the top of the hour and the half hour. I tried to explain that we were losing nearly half the time we were told we would have, and he just said sorry.I understand if this is their policy, but I didnt see it anywhere on Groupon, or their website, and it definitely wasnt explained to me before we checked in. We wouldve waited 10 minutes and gotten our whole hour if that was the case.My son loves it here for the zipline and the interactive bounce, but after such a disappointing experience well find somewhere else to go.

Paid for a birthday booking for March, in light of covid I rescheduled until May. Prior to that schedule I called to cancel and I found out they were closed due to COVID. Okay, that’s fine I was cancelling because of covid. What’s not okay, is one, no one ever called to say “hey we are going to be closed would you like to reschedule?” Two, they have been giving me the run around. I messaged the FB messenger, I emailed, and called many times, they cannot refund me my money. 270 dollars basically STOLEN from me. I am a single mother who wanted to provide a wonderful birthday for both my boys. At the time I wasn’t working much because I was in school. That 270 that I paid was a lot for me. Financially I am on my own with my children and cannot be giving away money to greedy businesses. We had a contract and I never received the service I paid for. I understand covid put a lot of businesses in tight positions but as a single mom going to school and working, I was already in tight circumstances. It’s not fair and I’m extremely upset because that 270 dollars could have helped me with rent or a bill. Honestly I’m just saddened that a company is capable of doing this.

On august 29th 2020 , which is today I had my daughter birthday here , we enjoyed it and the man was very understanding, they wasn’t rushing us to clean up , honestly they clean up for you.. my experience was great and my daughter turned 2 today and she had a blast thanks IRise staff..

This place is horrible. Everyone that work there is rude and unprofessional! They overcharge you just for to get 99 cents utensils and a white undecorated room. They rushed us to leave and kept coming in the room bothering us. If I can give 0 stars I would!!!

Upon entering, there were 3 people working at the counter. Not one of them greeted us. I proceeded to fill out the waiver and then stood there while they talked for a good 2 minutes. Then, when someone finally decided they would do their job, I told them I would like 2 unlimited passes and laid $50 on the counter. Not one word was spoken after that..,not to tell me a total or to tell me how much change was being given. Then the guy set 2 bracelets, without a word, on the counter. I went to go find a seat downstairs where I have sat in the past. Then I was told by a parent that those tables were for a bday party. They didn’t have any kind of reserved signs or anything. This place is underwhelming to say the least...and hot!!! Unfortunately there’s not many options for kid activities at this point in time.

We had our 4-year olds birthday party here and it was such a great experience! We had a room with tables where everyone gathered for pizza and cake. The children had so much fun jumping. The manager, Shobey was amazing. He made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend iRise for your childs birthday party or just to go on any day for fun!

I wish we had one of these close to us, we were in the area and found it on Groupon. The price is just right, the kids loved it, and the staff was amazing. I have to give huge props to one of the staff members (youll see in my photos) I hope I dont mangle your name sir. I did not see it spelt only heard it..... Feree???? Our son was in the basketball area with him, they started talking and playing a game. Next thing you know they are at the wall and jumped up to see if my son (Zak) could sit on it. He told me my son had ups for his age and took him to the gym area, where he pulled out all this equipment. Soon he had my son working out so hard and jumping so much he was smooth wore out! We were loving it haha. He worked with our son for about 20 mins and taught him some great workouts (that hes still doing!) When we left we were very greatful and decided anytime were in the area wed come here! When my son got in the car he said that was harder than any of his football workouts! Then he passed out within 10 mins of driving! This also inspired us to get him a personal trainer, hes about to turn 16, although hes smaller hes always played sports and gave his all. Id like to see him gain more muscle and stand his ground on the gridiron and in wrestling! Thank you again iRise and Feree! Again sorry if Im way off on the name! This place is great and so much nicer than some of the other trampoline parks weve been to. We live an hour South of Houston and have nothing like it here, if we were any closer wed be members! Give this place a try!!!!

This place is torn up. Trampoline mats are ripped. Foam pieces are torn up and all over the place. The pictures shown on the site are not accurate; there are no ball pits. There was construction going on while we were there. Only one person was working. Kids of all ages were running around mowing down younger kids! A kid puked next to the snack bar and because of only one person being on staff other kids were walking through it and still playing on the equipment! Terrible! If you want a good experience go to UrbanAir!

My previous experience at this trampoline park was really good, so we decided to book a birthday party. We had about 25 kids attend and had one party host. Im not really sure what her job was, but she did bare minimum. She helped me set up and, when we came to get her (after everyone was in the room for 15 minutes), she helped give out pizza and cupcakes, and she cleaned up. She barely smiled or spoke to anyone. When I went to close out, she was standing next to the desk when I was asked if I wanted to tip. So awkward. I usually tip VERY WELL, but I tipped nothing. For what I paid (which is more than what Ive paid for other parties with better service), I should have had at least two hosts..and shouldnt have had to do anything. I would still go here because I do think its a nice facility, but I will NEVER host another party here. Its just not worth the price. They really need to invest in friendly, personable staff.Another recommendation - label your party rooms. my guests were told to go to a specific party room, but they had no idea where to go because none of the party rooms had numbers or names on them

This place is perfect for the kids birthday party. I came here for my baby cousins fourth birthday. There were kids everywhere jumping and playing. I saw how kids were enjoying the trampoline and I enjoyed the birthday party celebration. The decoration was good as well as the food. it an awesome place to throw birthday parties!

Great place to book a birthday party. Yvette, the manager, was a pleasure to work with and made our booking process a breeze. The prices are very affordable and the facility is clean. Our son and his friends had a blast and the pizza made in-house was delicious. I highly recommend anyone to give this place a try, especially when looking to book a party. I was very pleased with our experience!

This is the best place to go with your kids on the weekends. I took my children here last weekend and they had so much fun there. They loved playing dodge ball, ninja park as well as handball. I would recommend giving it a try!!

Brought my two little ones in today for the first time and I am amazed at how nice and clean it is. Only paid $16 for both kids (including socks) with the Five dollar Friday deal they have! Two thumbs up!

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. My friend and I went to this place and left after ten minutes. I jumped into the sponge pit and its so shallow that I hurt my knee. I at first laughed it off and then the pain started flairing up. Had I jumped closer to the trampoline I would have hit marble floor.I almost broke my knee. Also some of it was falling apart. Also there was no one on the floor to help you and they dont seem to care. Avoid this place if can cause even your kids can get badly injured especially if the pit is shallow and there barely any mats in that pit. All of the trampoline parks that I have been to have a trampoline for their sponge pit except this one.

Clean, nice staff, great toddler area which is hard to find is some places. Awesome obstacle course which reminds you of American Ninja Warrior!!!

Place overall was awesome! Really nice clean. Lots of activities. The only issue I had is that there is some wrong info on the website. I got the family pack for Thursday and it was supposed to come with two pizzas. But they only gave us one and didnt tell me till the end that it was only one. Good pizza though xD still pretty good. They need to update their website other than that awesome!

Great place for my 4-year-old son. iRise Trampoline Park is our go-to place when we have a day together. He loves playing trampoline and dodge ball. 1-hour trampoline is enough to make him tired and I enjoy seeing him play. I would love to recommend this place.

Went to iRise with family and my son loved it ! Especially the childrens play area. There was enough for all ages to do. They have a basketball dunking area and a ninja warrior section as well as dodgeball court, handball court, rock climbing wall and gladiator type of battling area. They also have the Olympic style trampoline section that is super bouncy! Anyone from the ages of 14 months up will find something to do and have fun . A new thing I saw which I havent seen in other trampoline parks is a fitness place where the adults can workout as well. Not to mention if we decide to through a large party they have rooms in the back that you can rent and have a birthday party for your children ! Willowbrook thank you for coming into town iRise!

I dont see how this place has so many good reviews. It mediocre at best. Other places have staff on the floor monitoring the kids. This one does not. And it is so very very dirty. There is stuff that is obviously broken, nothing that looks dangerous but when you advertise something it is kind of what you expect. Did I mention that it is so dirty. 24 bucks for 120 mins. I can see why this place is empty. It is also a bad location, so I dont think it will get any better.

My iRise party experience was most definitely one for the books. Upon going to view the place for booking, although it was not the greatest it was suitable for my budget and close to my house. So I booked it and threw in some extras such as a balloon arch. I asked the employee would the arch fit my expectations, and they assured me it would. Day of the party I arrive early only to find out that the party room that Id reserved was still in use. I spent lots of money on personalized items and turns out now I found myself rushing to throw everything together. But wait, theres more...when I finally finished rushing to get everything done I realized there is no balloon arch. So the very unbothered party host goes to check on it, and she returns with a limp strand of loosely tied balloons. The strand of balloons couldnt possibly be an arch because it was only about a yard and a half long. Although the party stared late, they tried to rush and bring in the pizza so I sent it back. Overall the party experience was unacceptable. The conditions in the play area werent any better. There were no employees supervising the trampolines, there was no one closely monitoring the automated front door, and an accident could have happened at any given moment! I will not be returning and wouldnt refer anyone I know to this establishment.

We made an appointment online for the birthday party celebration of our daughter. We went to the place and the room was decorated so well. My daughter and her friends loved it. It was certainly, time well spent at this park and kids were so happy. Loved the co-operative staff and the arrangements! Happy to recommend!!

Let me start off and say that this was our first time going to this trampoline park and we had a birthday party there. We chose it because it had more options for different ages of kids. The smaller ones ended up playing at the playground while the bigger ones enjoyed the soccer/obstacle course. If you want variety for different ages of kids then this is the place for you. I also liked that they allowed outside food for an additional fee of only $50, you can bring outside food and drinks for your party. The packages are fairly decent priced but you have to make sure that your numbers are accurate because each additional “jumper” is worth $20. That adds up quickly. Let me break down my review for you. Here are my pros and cons. I chose to deduct a star because of these major things - dirty restroom, rude service and time issues.Pros:1. Different play areas for different ages of kids.2. Decent and fair prices for the packages3. Allowed outside food for additional fee of $504. Plenty of space in the party room but make sure you account for adults in your entourage. The rooms have decent space but it can get crowded quickly.Cons:1. Dirty Restrooms- trash overflowing. Water faucet barely dripping any water (in one of the women’s restroom) and paper towel dispensers are empty so they just place them on top of the toilet. Very unsanitary. There are only 4 restrooms. 2 for women and 2 for men. They are only individual restrooms with single toilet bowl and wash area in each one. Don’t expect multiple stalls. So if it’s busy such as on a Saturday then expect to wait in a line.2. Rude service- our initial hostess was very rude and definitely not attentive to our needs. Her name is Asja I believe. I kept asking her if I could decorate the room already, she just kept telling me that people were still in the room and she was definitely giving an off vibe completely. She wasn’t smiling and it was truly off putting. Didn’t even bother giving us a cart so we can haul off our belongings towards the party room. I would definitely not recommend her and her service. She was later replaced by a wonderful hostess named Bella whom I’d recommend.Ask for her if you can.3. Time organization issues. They’re suppose to give you 15 min before your reserved party time to decorate the room. Our party time was 6 pm. We got there at 5:30 pm. They told us we couldn’t decorate yet since there’s still a party being held. That’s ok. 5:45 pm came. We asked our original hostess Asja again. She said they’re still in there. Didn’t do anything. She said 5:50 pm. Ok fine. 5:51 pm and there’s still people there. By this time Asja was giving a truly off putting vibe and I’m getting annoyed. 6 pm came and people still haven’t come out of that party room. We ended up being able to go in the room by 6:10 pm. By this time, more than half of my guests are already there so decorating and organizing was rushed. it was hectic and frustrating. We organized without the help of original hostess. Another hostess, Bella, came in and introduced herself and told us that she’ll be replacing but is still a part of another party. She was very attentive and asked us what we needed for the meantime. She kept coming back and asking if we needed something and to check on time frame for the cake/goodie bag time. So since our party time was pushed back, we still got our 1 hr and 45 min in the room. But that was because there wasn’t any other party happening after ours.. if there was another party, then we’re basically screwed out of our 1 hr and 45 min since we basically have to give the other entourage the room.. I think their host/hostess have to make sure that the party entourage knows how much longer they have in the room and basically make sure things are running smoothly and organized..Overall, the place is a good place for you to have a children’s party at. Just account for the issues I’ve stated in here. I would like to applaud the service of Naya. She’s the one I spoke with over the phone and took care of some of our issue before and after the party.

This place is disgusting. The floors have hair and who knows what all over them. The bathrooms were not clean. I would hate to see a black light on this place. They also had no supervision at all. We will not be returning.

This place is clean, safe and the staff is good. My sister and her friends had too much fun there. She told me to visit here again and I would happy to visit the park again!

The foam cubes in the pit smells like sweaty musty socks. Like please replace them with new foam... the rock wall doesn’t even have rocks attached to climb. Really not a big complex with a lot to do. Gotta have your own grip socks. I wouldn’t recommend, very smelly and not a lot of options

Very ignorant behavior.Place is extremely nice and fun in its own entirety but management/ownership must decide whether they want good staff to boost revenues or just keep on loosing because of ignorant staff. We will never come here again.

I had really high hopes for this place, I honestly thought it was too good to be true. When I booked the party I was told that generic table cloths and tableware would be supplied. When I arrived at the party another party was still going on so my guests had to wait 10 minutes before we could be seated. The tables were dirty and there were still leftover pizza from the other party. Our hostess was nice but moved very slow to the point where we had to help her serve everything. I was rushed out of the party area even though we were seated 10 minutes late. I was charged a cleaning fee, which I know is standard, but heck we did all the cleaning before and after the party. That Monday I realized that I was charged for 25 kids when only 19 kids came to the party. I called them and was told that they do not keep the sign in sheet so they could not validate my claim. My kids had a good time but I was stressed out of my mind. That is the only reason why I had a party a place like that because I thought it would be stress free.

Came here on NYE in the afternoon for the first time. The establishment is well lit and clean unlike a lot of other jump places weve been to. Its a little smaller than most but has plenty to see and do for every age. It also wasnt super crowded which I liked as I could easily keep track of my two little ones running around from a seated position. Staff was friendly and attentive as well. Plan to return again in a few weeks

Not to many options. Food prices are crazy. A small bag of popcorn is $2.15. The popcorn bag was small. Pizza were sitting on th he counter for a while. We bought 2 bottles of water 3 1oz small bag of chips it came out to $14.00crazy! I would not come back.

We went to this place during this week and it was perfect. It is a spacious place, so we had some room to ourselves. There are trampolines, a dodge-ball court, basketball and a special area for young children too. Would defiantly come visit it again!

Kids always have fun and there are many different activities, but they are always understaffed. Flip’N’Fun seems to have twice as many people taking care of customers and enforcing the activity rules

This is my kids preferred place. They love the trampoline and they have good staff as well as a clean environment. I am thinking to celebrate a kids birthday party here. There were plenty of employees available to assist. Would happy to recommend!

The facility was ok but the staff was kinda rude over the phone I call ahead and asked if its glow in the dark themed at night she rudely answered and said no then we get here and it dark and glowing also I was told because they did not have the right sizes for socks they would be free I asked him for socks for my one year old just in case he jumps as well he said he wouldnt charge me for those as well but he still went ahead and charged me for them it was only 2.50 a sock thats why I didnt make it a big deal but that was kinda a crummy move especially since its $14 a kid to begin with.

The location is nice and my son enjoys it.They need to actually honor the promotions that the corporate office emails out. I was charged a different price than what was being advertised during the winter school break... & the supervisor, nor the new assistant manager could explain why.

A trampoline park/ Fitness center! What a great combination of fun and fitness for both adults and kids!

OMG! I heard about this place from a friend that comes here often. He spoke very highly of this place and the staff here, i was not disappointed. I met, who i believe was the assistant manager, his name was Dustin. also the staff working at the time were very polite and very respectful. worth my time and money.

For safety :::Im giving this a one because some of the equipment could use some repairs or tighten by the foam pits. I think I saw maybe 1 employee on the floor and 1 supervisor who walked around.So make sure you watch your children at all times regardless of age.Though my son enjoyed it. Overall it was OK. Has potential.

I like indoor trampoline parks, however this place seems way too understaffed. The morale was so low it was almost awkward to even be in the building. Just go to jumping world. Bigger trampolines and more area for activities

One of the best trampoline parks outside California. The party and play areas are clean. But they must do something about the FILTHY BATHROOMS! and new coat of paint in the rear it does not give this place justice. Absolutely nasty.Customer service excellent.

Today I needed a birthday party Thrown together fast today Yvette made it happen. Even down to the smallest of details that the drinks were cold for the kids and she actually cared about the party of kids! The girl running the concession stand actually went out of her way to pull a part ice cream cooler so that the kids could grab the ice they wanted!! Yvette checked on us repeatedly to make sure that we had everything that we needed! And also let the kids jump a little bit longer .. parents know how hard it is to get the kids leave !! Also adults are allowed in and on everything in the place so makes for a fun time for any and all adults too! I would NO DOUBT come back an have another party here for my other children simply on staff alone!!

This is a kid friendly atmosphere specifically made for kids in mind. It is expensive for parties as other places can in this field. No biggy.The place is clean and kids of all ages will definitely enjoy themselves while parents either watch their children from a distance. Its great to watch your little ones for safety measures here but, they have staff in and around the area watching for safety.

We took our kids here for a one hour session. We got a great 50% off deal in Willowbrook mall at a stand that they had setup. My wife and I also opted in to get a free consultation from their trainers Ashley and Jonathan. Did I mention that they have a small gym in their as well? Parents can go in there and train while their kids play on the trampolines and playground. This is a great idea!The inside is clean, the staff is polite and professional as well. Regular prices are about average for these type of places. I also highly recommend trying the free consultation for personal training because they really put you to the test. We decided to sign up for one of their fitness plans and it was a great price. Very reasonable. We cant wait to get back in there! Our kids loved it and are excited about going back too.Also to address what others have said regarding needing more to do, this place has similar activities to other parks and its all themed towards trampolines. If youre looking for arcade games then thats what Chuck E. Cheeses is for next door.

Great family friendly place but very unhappy with cleanliness:(

My son loved his 10th birthday party. The attendant was attentive. The room was clean and huge. We all had a good time.

If you want to tire out your kids or you want to create a unique date, this is the place! Its clean and fun for all ages! I have a 14 year old, 12 year old, 3 year old and a 2 year old and 15 minutes after leaving they all were passed out sleep. So take my word for it, you will get your moneys worth. The socks are the only investment, so if you have been once, save the and reuse the jump socks.

This is one of the good trampoline park. We took our little one there and he enjoyed there a lot and said that he wants to visit it again on next weekend. Also, Me and husband visited their fitness center. It was looking good. I recommend others to take your kids this trampoline park for having a great time.

You bet the manager is the best manager I have ever encountered. You see my grandson hurt himself here but it was only because of not being told what socks to wear so make sure you wear grip socks. the manager called several times to check on my grandson and they implemented new things to create a better safety environment for the children and Ive never been more impressed with her as a manager and I think she deserves a huge raise and a lot of Applause for really caring about her customers.

Nice facility but experience extremely lacking. No interaction from the staff. No staff on the floor. Never given rules and no one watching to enforce the non-verbalized rules. Staff huddled in the corner with whom I assume was the manager. Never greeted by manager with only 4 adults in the facility. Walk to the concession and you must wait for a staff member to notice you waiting and then put down their phone or wrap up their conversation with other staff members to walk over to concessions and take your order. Charged different prices for same candy bar, $2 the first time and $1 the second time. Consistency is everything. . My kid enjoyed the place but we wont be returning. There are far too many other trampoline parks in the Houston area where Im sure safety and service are priority.

Their kid area which is supposed to be for the younger kids isnt safe. My baby was stuck in between the little climbing area and not one worker came to her rescue nor asked was she ok. It is a very fun and place to take your kids. But due to that and all the workers standing around and in the food area not doing nothing. I give them 0 stars.

The facility is nice. Seems clean. The manager, Yvette, was pretty awesome! But unless shes catering to you personally, youre not getting any time of customer service. All the other employees there seem to be high school kids. And not the amazing high school kids like at Chick Fil A.These kids didnt greet us or seem to be knowledgeable about their job. There was always 2 - 3 kids behind the counter but none of them helped me or my wife on several occasions that we went and stood at the counter. A few times I even heard them arguing with each other while I was waiting for them to help me at the counter.Id probably replace all of them with good kids and this place would be AMAZING.

Brought the kids ranging from ages 8 month -13 years old. The baby is too small, definitely need to have a parent close at all times with the baby. Older kids will love it! Bring your own socks!
