Today we went to race track 21 and the experience was a bit rough with scheduling a large group. There were some inconsistencies. Alex the manager was able in intervén and take care of the situation. We were able to race and had an amazing time.

Love the race track. Next time its cheaper for me to round up a group instead of a couple of people. 17 year old and younger track is shorter than the weaving adult track. You have to lay for $2 doo rag for hygiene reason from the publicly issued helmets.

Love to drive the superkarts. They are fast and if you go on the days where the F1 track is open its a lot more fun for your money. You will need a valid drivers license and fire-retardant head sock and are required to attend a 5 minute safety class before being allowed on the track.

Went on a date there did the triple package. The go cart Lazer tag and mini golf kept us entertained. She had more fun then me and I really enjoyed myself.

We had my daughters birthday party here a couple weeks ago, and we were overall pleased with the experience. We arrived a little late for our scheduled party time, but our host was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we knew when our track time was, and he helped us to keep things as organized as we possibly could.Now, Im only giving three stars because of the arcade. The price of the party included arcade tokens for all the kids. The problem is that only three machines worked, and only 1 air hockey table worked. Also, the public also used the arcade, which means that there was little for the kids to do if they werent racing.My suggestion would be to either fix the arcade machines, replace the broken machines with new ones, or just get rid of the arcade entirely. It honestly looks trashy to have an arcade full of broken equipment. And its a bit of a ripoff to include arcade tokens in the price of your party packages when you know the terrible state your arcade is in.

Group of 4 adults. Did all three major activities... karts, laser tag, and putt putt. Karts ran well and were quick. Laser tag arena is large, almost too big with smaller groups. Putt putt was glow style with black lights. Overall, a fun experience and pleasant staff.

My most recent experience was HORRIBLE. The night shift wannabe manager Austin is a liar and cheats customers. He had the audacity to tell me laser tag is only 10 minutes when the lady told us it was 20 minutes and it said it on our tickets. Also they lied and said we would have time to play the arcade after they talked us into purchasing tokens. I really couldn’t believe how unprofessional and deceitful they were. I don’t know how they are still open.

106 degrees outside so we decided to go and have fun indoors. Nice size mini-golf with super cool fluorecent lights. The children and adult go karts tracks are of good lenght considering it is an indoor area. We tried lazzer tag and had a blast. Four adults and three kids ages 12, 8, and 6. Not fun for small children (4 and under) as there are no play areas for them. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Fast karts, would be great if they resurfaced the track. It gets super rough in spots, 1 race is a HEAVY arm workout if youre pushing it. I went years ago and didnt have this problem but I went again just a few weeks ago and it was pretty bad.

My nephew lost his new Ray-Ban eye glasses I just bought him 3 days before. He had put them in his pocket and they fell out on the racetrack. The staff of Track 21 found them and called me to pick them up in less than 24 hours. They would not even accept the reward I wanted to give them, said it was all part of their job. Outstanding! Great Customer Service and Great Staff. My nephew had a blast their and we got a great deal! I highly recommend Track 21!

My son and I went last week and played laser tag.It was honestly the MOST fun Ive had in a LONG time. Definitely plan on going again!Awesome 2-level laser tag, friendly-staff, okay pricing

This place is huge. Great indoor fun. Takes a long time to fill out the forms and the lines move super slow. Best time to go is during their happy hour. They offer good deals

My sons LOVE the laser tag here. Weve done several birthdays here, and last time we reserved one of the party rooms and did a party package. SO worth it! We got the room, drinks, pizza, 3 games of laser tag, tokens for the arcade, and a party hostess for about the same price that I previously spent just on laser tag and arcade tokens. It was great!

Ive been coming here since 2007, safety has beenbon a major slide in the last 6 months. Last night was a clown show. The safety brief was a joke, the marshal would give instructions to newcomers and end his statement with no questions, good. This led to people having no idea what to do. Having track marshal an unsafe racing environment. They did not have view of the entire track which caused wrecks and delays. After spinning out I waited over a minute for assistance from a track marshal. Same portion of the track there was a driver going the WRONG WAY on a green flag race track. I can not tell you how many people I passed who were spun out in view of marshals who did not throw a yellow or red. After calling a red flag, or stoppage to the race, my kart (which was stationary) was struck by another driver going full speed. The other driver was allowed to continue despite posted rules saying otherwise. The manager on duty was of no help either. Until the kart personnel are educated by the GM on safe racing conditions, I will be doing my racing at Speedsportz in New Caney, MSR in Angleton, or even in a God foresaken electric kart at K1. I would suggest you all do the same. Injuries in karting occur the most when drivers are not educated (fault of the marshal in the pre race safety brief), unsafe track conditions, and incompetent marshals or stewards.

This place is fun however prices are high... there are fun activities like go karting, laser tag and mini golf, however if you would like to do multiple activities or the same activity many times it can get pricy. not a very busy place...

Had a blast. Only downfall was it got really hot in the laser tag. Staff was great. Other families and teens who played were courteous. Really great time.

Its a great place to bring the kids to have fun and to have a birthday party. There are days on the weekends that you could get special offers and discounts. It has an indoor go-cart race track. It a great place to bring your friends of all ages.

Bought the Groupon kids liked the laster tag the best, out of everything offered. Mini golf was 9 holes maybe geared towards smaller kids. Go karts was fun but the track and amount of laps was limited. Place is super clean and well organized though.

Great place for your kids especially boys to have fun and have birthday party. It can be expensive, so go during week I think on Wednesday they have a discount. My son really enjoyed his birthday with his friends.

Great place to get together with friends. There is laser tag, mini golf, and go carting. Im not giving it five stars because the laser tag is very confusing. There are several rounds that switch from teams to free for all. Its difficult to tell which round youre in, and theres only a few minutes of each round before it changes to the next one. Another thing I wasnt too keen on is that there is no way to tell if you shot somebody. Your vest informs you if youve been hit, but it doesnt let you know when you make a hit (at least from what I could tell). Other than that, the go carting was a thrill, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Place is a little pricy, but youll have a great time!

Have been here 3 times! Its a good place to have fun either with kids or without! I dont have any complaints here. Laser tag and the races are the best!

Karting Review:Pricing during the happy hours is on point. The membership is the price of a race and comes with a free race, so if youre going to go more than once, it makes sense to get one. Very difficult to find cheaper seat time to sharpen driving skills.Karts are relatively new and most are in good shape, but its still possible to get unlucky and get one that shakes a lot. Customer service is average.

Great indoor go kart track with pretty quick karts. Be sure to visit during the week to take advantage of the full circuit rather than the short track they run on the weekends.PS - its also cheaper during the week and happy hour ;)

Tried almost everything they had here, mini golf, laser tag, arcade and go karts. The karting was kinda pricey, about $14 a round, but it was time based, not based by lap. The steering wheel could be difficult to turn, but maybe it has to be? I dont know. The fast karts were really fast though.Mini golf was different than most, being in a blacklit room. It was fun though.Laser tag was a bit confusing. Its cheaper than most places if you know when to go, but at some other places you get to pick what type of game play --here it mixes them all and its hard to follow. Feels clean and safe inside. Most of the arcade machines were down when I went.

Been here a few times, fun place. Im a car enthusiast and love that you can drift the carts around the corners. That being said, dont get too excited because they do not let you get too competative. They have rules like no bumping and no crashing, but if you abide by their rules and go too fast and drift too much trying to catch up and pass a friend theyll get on to you even though youre not breaking their rules.... so why did i just pay money to race carts when they wont let you get competitive? Thats my only complaint.

Consistently positive experience over the years, but not perfect. Could use better ventilation.They have a stupid license fee, which serves no purpose other than to grab more cash for something that is already expensive. But I’ve gone to this location over the years for special events (because they’re too pricey for more frequent use) and the overall experience is consistently good. The counter staff is usually professional and the kart sessions are usually run well, meaning they are consistent about enforcing the rules and letting you drive aggressively without playing bumper cars and being pretty quick to flag slower drives to let others pass.The place could use better ventilation as evidenced by the dirty ceiling. And on two occasions some people in our party had to leave early because they got sick from the fumes. But overall I’d say Track 21 is much better run than the kart place near 290 and the beltway. Now if Track 21 just went to cleaner electric carts they could dominate.

Do NOT try to use a Groupon here. They dont honor them during any reasonable time that anyone might actually come. I bought one for my kids to do something fun over Spring Break, we go all the way over there, on a Tuesday night when there were barely 5 people in the whole place, only to have the rude girl at the counter tell us they werent being honored again until AFTER Spring Break. Im SO disgusted with this place.

I went to this facility with my boyfriend and all his friends to go go-karting for his 20th birthday. I live 3 hours away and forgot to bring my ID with me when I went down to visit him. Even though we were all over 18 I was not allowed to ride because my ID was in the town where I lived, and it wasn’t like I could easily go and retrieve it. So I traveled 3 hours to sit and watch. And the lady who we paid was also rude. At least my boyfriend and his friends enjoyed go-karting though :/

Kinda pricey. Bathroom dirty bad smell. Aside from that great 9hole mini golf. Unlimited lazer tag is ONLY Wednesdays. Gocarts one round per ticket. If your go cart stalls they do not add extra time for you.

Your establishment is a joke, I remember back when you had rockstar energy karts and this was a well maintained track, none of your karts were warmed up which cause tons of spin outs my first ride I got a nearly perfect 25 then I do my second race on kart 8 and as soon as I get on the track and turn your brakes lock and spin at full speed into the wall I instantly get blacked flagged and sat it was my fault I told your ref if I can switch cars and he said no your karts good which I had the right to switch cars and got denied. Spoke to Juan the manager who can barely manage anything at this point and avoided most of my questions about switching cars and put the blame on its a slow day so we did not need to warm up the cars so you are telling me that we sign our waiver to get hurt for your mistakes??? You could seriously hurt someone and I see now why this establishment barely gets business now and why k1 and speedys are always packed you guys have a lot to do before you get back to the good old days but you have lost a loyal customer forever

This place is a great place to come if you are looking for a indoor go-cart racing facility. The prices are reasonable as well compared to other similar places.

It was a great deal, and a fun idea. However, the carts were in terrible disrepair. I couldnt even steer mine, or hold the gas down because it shook so violently it was hurting my arms. I had to stop and ask if it was ok to drive the kart like this - mid race. There seemed to only be two or three carts that were ok to drive - but these went to regulars or friends of the employees - bc the order we were placed was not consecutive at all. And they were the only ones who could drive well enough to actually complete the race.

Awesome cars and the staff is fantastic. Great time for a night out with friends or family!

The adult cars shake too much on the turns and the employees racing with us caused my date to not have any fun because they rammed into her on multiple occasions and told her to get out of the way several times. We are the ones paying, not the employees. If they must race with us than I suggest no more than one. We had three employees racing with us and it was not worth the money.

We had a negative experience with poor service at this place and thus dont recommend it to anyone unless you get it for free.We bought a package deal on Groupon for 4 people. The package included karting, laser tag and mini golf. While we only did the first two options, our experience was highly unsatisfactory. The staff was quite unknowledgeable which made our experience quite frustrating. For karting, they stopped me in the middle of the race and warned that I didnt let others to pass through in the race - I kinda thought it was the point of racing and personally I didnt cause a single accident. However, they paid minimal attention to a condition of my husband who got into an accident and has cracked ribs as a result. He had to go to an urgent care afterwards.When we went to laser tag I explained that it was my first time there and asked to show how to operate a laser gun. I was given some well, hold both hands on a laser gun explanation without an actual demonstration. I did it all wrong for a while with a voice prompting me to change the way I held it. As a result, I was lost for half of a game.Overall, while facilities are ok, staff can really ruin your experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I used to love this place. Moved from the area but made an effort to come back. Wow what a difference. I was there with my family saturday night. The parking lot used to be packed as did the whole place. Long waiting lines for races. It was a ghost town with about 10 people in it.I now know why. When the girl behind the counter was done talking with her coworkers she was rude and seemed annoyed we were there and interrupting her. Rudely pointed to waivers and continued talking to coworkers. When I didnt see the back side of my 17 year old daughters, form, she tossed it back saying we need everything filled out and went back to turning her back on customers and talking. Once everything was complete she asked for IDs. I have mine, my wife had hers, my 17 yr old daughter (twice her size) didnt. Instead of being courteous and explaining any legal or liability issues politely, she very rudely said oh well, she has to ride the kids track. We walked. Family of three wanting races, lazer tag games, video games and refreshments... It doesnt take too many of these and them spreading their experiences with other area families to tank a business.Not only is it redundant for a go cart to require ID once all liabilities are fully signed away by the guardian,but its the lack of customer service, not the facility and the fun that could be had there, that have turned a once thriving, vibrant and fun environment into a rude ghost town.
