Great place for the kids to play, not timed. As soon as you leave the building the staff will remove your bacelet so all you can play as long you dont leave. If you re- enter youll have to pay again, is $11 for jumping person. They offer pizza, drinks and candy.

Price is reasonable. Floors needed a good cleaning. Setup is mixed. Would like to see toddler area set up separate from bigger kids areas that way I dont have to hover over my child from older kids running around. Staff was courteous. Background music should be tuned for kids not grownups...

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place was so dirty and ghetto. Half of the games didn’t even work! When I complained to the manager he said it cost too much to fix them. I informed him that they would be going out of business soon. The inflatables were dirty, old and seemed a little deflated. I will never be back there. This was a birthday party for my nephew. They spent over $400 on this. I would definitely recommend main event, incredible pizza or anywhere else.

POGGERS I LOVE MONKEYS

We took our six year old granddaughter who just loved it! They have fun things for all ages. Grandpa and I also had a fun time. There were plenty of places for us to sit and watch the grandbaby have fun. In addition all three of us enjoyed the arcade games. My only criticism would be that it could use a little sprucing up. The indoor outdoor carpeting may not have been the best choice.Remember every child must wear socks!

The place was so incredibly dirty. It definitely hasn’t been dusted in months nor have the windows been clean. There is a lot for the kids to do and the staff was very friendly but it was so so dirty.

Cool place. My Godchildren loved it. Restrooms could use some work. Staff could be a bit more friendly due to it being geared towards kids. I saw Monkey Joe out on floor. He went toward back as we were walking toward him. We then asked a staff member to let him know my Godchildren wanted a picture. She returned saying he was on break. Hed just went back there.

My daughter loves this place. For those highly active kids who love gymnastics, there is plenty of space for cartwheels.

This place is always fun for my daughter. I just wish the arcade was bigger.

I had the pleasure of having a playdate there with my 7 yr old son who has autism. I wasnt sure how he would react to the environment seeing as he has sensory overload issues. He LOVED IT THERE!!! there was an issue with my card and the assistant Manager Seth stepped in and took care of the situation fast and was so nice. Upon leaving seth noticed my son was upset and again went out of his way to make sure my son was all smiles when he left. Seth really has a heart for children. As long as he is the assistant manager, I will definetly be a returning customer. I cant thank you enough for making my sons day.

I love this place and my daughter does too! A great place for kids to go and I love that it is mostly inflatables which leaves less room for them to hurt themselves.They consession stand could definitely use some work but other than that a really fun atmosphere and I love that is has an age limit on it.

My kids love to go to Monkey Joes. A very good place for indoor activity and priced very reasonably compared to many indoor places. The staff is really friendly and caring. Recently, they have also introduced gaming zone so thats a plus point.

Kid friendly place, well kept and clean. Theres also a rest area for the parents. Food and restroom available.

After not being there for a few years, I could see the wear and tear. Staff and prices were good. I recall the big thing about the place was the wristbands to protect any child being taken. That was the main reason I chose Monkey Joes, but disappointed to find out they no longer check the coming and going of the children. Parents beware if you too thought it was a child safe area. No gatekeepers for added protection.

LOVE this place! Its very cheap and has a lot to offer! The place is very spacious and offers different types of moonwalks and jump things so the kids arent getting bored with the same exact thing over and over again! There is plenty of seating for the adults including actual cushioned sofa chairs as well as normal chairs and the plastic picnic tables. They also have a huge arcade selection full of prize machines which are really easy and multiple game machines! The places bathrooms are huge and clean!! They have a coke machine as well as a bar where you can order any drinks, food, snacks and even purchase items from their small gift bar! Overall a great place for kids! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Love the atmosphere, clean environment for my grandchildren to run off their energy. Didnt like how all the employees (except one) ran off to the back, while arriving customers had to wait in line while the one employee distributed prizes. Thats a bad reflection on management.

My 2 yr old grandson had blast! The staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended that I bring him on deal days. One day was pay the age of the child and the other was $5 for 5 and younger.

Ok. Lots of stuff /trash on play mats mid-day Friday afternoon. No one cleaning. Noisy as to be expected. Kids had fun. Equipment seems well maintained.

We came here to hold a birthday party for our 5 year old and was very happy with the event. Overall the inflatables & party rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and safe environment. Big thing is the kids loved it and had fun with climbing, sliding, and bouncing on the various large scale inflatables in the building. As a parent, my only concern was the staffing on weekends seemed to not be enough to handle the amount of parties. While it wasnt a major issue, I did have to wait on my party assigned team member a few times longer than expected. And party rooms can heat up very quickly as well. But as this is a place for kids, step out of your shoes and notice the important thing... Are your kids having fun? If so, thats what counts.

They did a good job for my 3 year old nephew’s birthday party. Very organized and service was very good. I wish they had more for adults to do but it’s called monkey joes so I guess it’s not meant for a 40 yr old single guy.

Sure its a great place for kids. But its not very sanitary. I got here right when they opened at 10 and there is trash literally everywhere, but mostly inside the kids jungle gym.Its obvious they dont care for cleanliness.

Just came here again in August 2019 and love the new toddler area and playground!

More than a 5 star review.... from the moment I walked in w/ my family for my sons 1st birthday party, this staff was very welcoming & hospitable! The party room was spacious, the play area WOWED me! It was huge and more than enough room for kids of all ages to have a blast. Irene, Avery, & their manager Jacob are STAR PLAYERS!!!! I live 43 minutes away, and I am still willing to come back here for our entertainment needs.... due to their outstanding customer service! Nothing was too much for them, they gave me zero hassle whatsoever (although I can be a nuisance w/ 1,003 phone calls & questions over the weeks) I can tell that they actually care about the little people AND the work that they do..... Not to even mention the delicious pizza!

My daughter and her friends love Monkey Joe’s so I decided to throw her birthday party here. The prices are competitive with similar venues in the area. Our party host was great. She helped set everything up, was polite, and was on time

A year or two ago this location use to be great, however, our last visit was anything but. It was warm and muggy on the inside and the furniture to sit on was completely worn-out. This location no longer has TVs in/around the sitting areas. There was trash on the tables and floor. Staff didnt show much interest in activities either. I definitely wouldnt come to this location again.

My 4 year old had a blast! Affordable fun. Great way to wear down these tiny energetic people. The building was clean. We went during the week and there werent many people there so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We will definitely visit again very soon

We had my baby girls birthday party here and it was amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful. The facility was clean. And my guests enjoyed their time there. I would definitely return again.

The staff here are very rude to the children and parents. The manager and staff have no manners or concerns about how they act or how they speak to guests. If I could give a negative star I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a establishment catered to children.

Great moonwalks for all ages. Good supervision by employers. Bathrooms are decent. Arcade could be updated. There were quite a few out of order and/or outdated. Overall good experience.

First time experience was fun and super affordable, only one small comment even though their are signs posted for age ranges we were in the toddler jumps 2 and under and older kids were constantly coming in. You need to train your staff to be diligent in monitoring the jumps for toddlers. I was in the jump and I did ask nicely for the older kids to leave. That these were just for 2 and under. Also staff should not be focusing on their cell phones if they are supposed to be monitoring the jump areas. But overall this place was super clean and the counter staff was awesome. Would definitely come back.

MONKEY JOES is indoor bouncy house fun that is great for those really hot Houston days. Weve returned to play several times because I can keep an eye on everyone, cool a/c, the kids are entertained for several hours, the cost is reasonable, and no sun burns!

Over the years, more inflatables have been added. Just recently, though, theyve added more arcade machines and removed inflatables. Each machine has a price which is a bummer.

Great place for an afternoon play activity. We have a 4 year old and she had a wonderful time and wore herself out. It was very clean and the manager on duty was nice and pleasant. We went on an early Friday afternoon and it was not busy at all.

This was our first time visiting monkey Joes and my kids absolutely loved it. They have lots of different and cool inflatable to jump on including toddler ones. They also have an arcade as well. The staff was very nice and polite. We will deffinently be bring them back.

Refused to let my 3 year old son have his cake and presents there without paying 208 for a birthday package. Paid for my kids to jump 2 hrs then left. Will never return to this place. Chuck e. Cheese is way better.

I had my daughters 2nd birthday at the Copperfield location on 9/16/17 at 4pm only because my original venue was flooded. They were pricier and had less options than Funky Monkey, which my daughter loves to go to. No outside food or drinks are allowed, so I would expect to get what I paid for. Kids parties are pretty hectic, which is why I didnt realize everything they forgot to give me that I paid for in my package until the party was over. The girl who was handling my final bill at the counter was also very rude when I realized the missing items: the t-shirt, magnet frames for guests and ice cream. I was given the t-shirt and magnets after I signed the bill, but guests were gone by this point. Then, I asked what the additional $24.99 charge was for. It was the fruit tray that I was reluctant to pay for in the first place, which was not provided. The girl told me to hold on, she was clearly annoyed, and came back with a packaged fruit tray, which I told her I clearly didnt want anymore since the party was over. The drinks were not brought until the kids were almost done eating and they only brought half of the cups. The pizza tasted like cardboard. There also was no staff monitoring the toddler area to keep the older kids out, and we had to shuffle the kids around several times to keep them from getting run over.

The kids enjoyed jumping and seeing Monkey Joe. Pricing for a party was decent. Pizza was okay, not the worst Ive had.Our room was still occupied when we arrived 30min early as we were told we could, and werent even allowed in until 15min after our start time. Had to remind the guy about stuff he didnt supply, that we had paid for. We were even kick out of our room 30min before our time ended, which means we only had an hour and fifteen minutes when we paid for 2 hours. While trying to move our stuff to one of the tables outside and room and coral our kids, I was being rushed to get our gifts out to the car immediately because he couldnt wait 5 minutes, even though it was still 30min before our time was up.We might go back again to let the kids play, but not another party.

I love taking my son here. It’s a great way for mom to do a little work on the laptop while keeping the kiddo active at the same time.

Clean, nice staff. For the prices ($24 for 2 kids) seemed a bit high since they have limited amenities. Perfect for younger children. I will be taking my kids back to Urban Air though.

This was a nice and inexpensive place to take our 4 year old. I was able to jump in the small The bounce houses with her but not the big ones. That was a bummer because she was scared to do anything without me so she buddied up with a random bigger kid who was friendly enough to assist her on the bigger slides. The arcade room is super small.But overall for the price (i believe we paid $6 or $7) and size of the place and number of counce houses and slides... it was a great was to burn off that extra energy and she still asks to go back months later!

Last time we were here it was dirty feeling. My son has had his bday party here twice. After the last time though, no more. They took away like 4 tables & after we were pretty quickly kicked out of the bday room, there was no table to sit at. I was disappointed.

Fun place for kids. Its basically just a bunch of bounce house and slides.Only gave 4 stars because I didnt like the way the workers were. 3 or 4 year olds running would get a whistle and just a stop that!. I just thought it was a little rough.Also, parents arent really allowed in the bounce houses, so if youre kid is a little younger then get stuck you cant really go in to get them. And some of them arent greatly visible.

They have taken out most of the inflatables and added arcade games $$$. Big disappointment for my son. Wont be coming back after taking my son for years.

Staff extremely pushy and gave us a hard time about every little thing. We arrived at open with one child already playing. My daughter was told she couldnt play in certain areas and we were not allowed to jump on the larger bounce houses with her. Which resulted in our visit to be cut short. We came to spend time indoors with our kid and couldnt even play along with her. Only plus side was the place was kind of clean but I assume it was because we came at open. Not coming back.

Wow !!!! Great place and awesome staff... Was here a couple weeks ago, I am not familiar with the area didnt know it gets flooded quickly but anyway the lights went out within 1.5 in... The staff gave us a free future pass, they watched my kids while i ran to get my truck water up to my knees, they carried my kids into my truck along with our food and drinks and all with a smile on their face !!!!! Great customer service!!!

No no no. 100x no. They had an issue with literally everything!! First they had an issue with my husband, friends and I going in the floats and helping both of my kids in the big floats. Then my cousin dressed up as Spider-Man for my son and daughters birthday, they made him change out of the costume and when I asked why they never gave me a reason. I then ask for a manager and no one ever answered me. He said I would have to have a party room which was over $250 and then the Spider-Man could stay in the party room and that was it. After that we were playing in one of the floats that we were actually allowed in with both of our kids, and they told us we were not allowed to play the way we were playing with our kids. When I told them we signed a waiver and our kids were the only one in the float and ask them what their issue was all they said was rules are rules. The guy behind the counter was rude, completely ignored us when we had come up for water until we made a comment about it to another person behind the counter, then decided to say oh I didnt see you... I will not take my kids back there and I wouldnt suggest anyone else to either.

My 2 kids (8 & 4) love it and always have a good time. We go about once a month. I like that one payment and you stay as long as you want! There is plenty of seating and t.v.s are everywhere. Concessions area is pricey though, so eat and drink before going.

Another heaven for Nick and Lisa my grands they love the food and also go to have fun. Good clean family place.

Had my daughters birthday party here. The kids loved it. They have workers that help you set up your party room. But they did had us waiting 35 mins till the room was clean and when i tried asking a worker whos going to clean the room they had no idea so we waited another 10 mins. Be ready to pay more on food and drinks for your party guest.

Very clean and organized. The place is laid out very well and the staff is courteous. We had a set of 1 her old twins, 2 year old twins, a 3, 7 and 10 year old and everyone was happy and entertained the whole time!
